Training on basic volleyball movements was held with the hope of increasing students' awareness of the importance of basic movements in the game of volleyball. Apart from that, basic volleyball movements are a series of movements used by volleyball players to control and manipulate the ball. These basic movements include receiving and attacking movements. By mastering the basic movements of volleyball, students can develop skills and abilities in playing volleyball. The basic movements of volleyball will go through several stages to get to the final stage, namely (1) providing material starting from the meaning, history of volleyball and when volleyball came to Indonesia. (2) practice basic volleyball movements (top serve, bottom serve, top pass and bottom pass). Pintar Pemenang Asia in expanding the education platform network in Indonesia through an opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approach. In developing an educational platform, it is important to understand stakeholder needs, analyze market potential, develop relevant features and content, improve accessibility, and provide training and guidance to users. The results of the community service carried out by the Business Development Intern division show that PT. Pintar Pemenang Asia has an important role in providing an educational platform in Indonesia. Opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approaches help companies identify potential business opportunities and take advantage of their advantages.

In this study, researchers approached the study through theory and physics. Surabaya has established itself as a city of services and commerce. In addition, Surabaya is a business city where various events take place. As a shop, Surabaya is a one-stop shop. All activities take place here and all supporting facilities are available. Trading is the main activity in Surabaya. Geographically, Surabaya actually emerged as a commercial city. Since the colonial era, the kingdom of the Majapahit era, trade has become the main activity. Currently trading activities in Surabaya are not limited to regional and national needs. Surabaya has become a city of international trade. As a commercial city, Surabaya has several important pillars. These places become spaces for commercial activities. The modern market is the most important pillar of Surabaya's status as a commercial city. Attractive layout, comfortable atmosphere, and competitive prices are the hallmarks of a modern market that fits with the dense activity of city dwellers. Modern markets are scattered throughout the center and suburbs of Surabaya. The presence of many modern markets provides more choices for the community. This number will continue to grow as investment in Surabaya increases. Kampung Surabaya is a living space for Surabaya residents. Apart from houses, villages in Surabaya are also production centers. The village is now emerging as a small economic center. Each village has its own special food, pastries, jewelry, clothing and more. Due to the influence of the city government, these villages are now designated as leading villages and have the potential to strengthen the economy of the less fortunate.

A healthy lifestyle needs to be instilled from an early age, one of which is through the habit of having breakfast that plays an essential role in maintaining health and supporting daily activities. Breakfast functions as the main source of energy after the body rests throughout the night, thereby influencing concentration, stamina, and productivity in both learning and working. However, in reality, many people, especially children, often skip breakfast due to various reasons such as limited time or lack of understanding about its benefits. Based on this condition, the community service team carried out a health promotion activity under the Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS) or Community Movement for a Healthy Life, with the theme “Let’s Have Breakfast Every Day” for children in RW 11, Cawang Sub-district, East Jakarta. This activity aimed to increase knowledge and awareness of the importance of breakfast as well as to build positive habits from an early age. The counseling was conducted through educational and interactive approaches so that children could understand the messages easily. It is expected that this activity will provide a real impact in changing the mindset of the community regarding the importance of breakfast, while at the same time supporting GERMAS in creating a healthy, productive, and high-quality generation.

The aim of this paper is to highlight the role of Lextutor an online software for achieving educational objectives. Lextutor is an online resource which presents a new teaching-learning environment and also offers a variety of activities for educators and learners to use it in English vocabulary classroom and to nurture independent learning. Since vocabulary becomes very fundamental in language learning, both speaking and writing and independent learning is currently popular and needs to be developed, educators and learners can use wordlists, online concordance and dictionary, and texts, which can be accessed in the available programs. In addition, Lextutor also serves database to store the work and view the others’ work. Most importantly, this online software comes up with the transformation to change the traditional setting of learning by giving inputs on DDL learning. It is expected that learners can be more independent and active in learning, enabling greater motivation and deeper learning. This paper reviews literature and gives scholarly background by reviewing some contributions and concepts made by experts in the related field. Furthermore, some benefits of using Lextutor are found in this research.

The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. Adolescence is a period marked by significant physical and psychosocial changes. These changes have potential risks that can affect an individual's future. One of the factors that increase the risk is the lack of knowledge and communication by parents to their children regarding reproductive health behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental communication patterns and adolescent reproductive health behavior at SMK Negeri 15 Kota Bekasi. The type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The sample used was 34 respondents. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate. The results of the study showed that the communication patterns of parents with adolescents were mostly in the good category (91.2%). Adolescent reproductive health behavior was mostly in the less good category (70.6%). The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained a p value = 0.539, meaning there was no relationship between parental communication patterns and adolescent reproductive health behavior. There was no significant relationship between parental communication patterns and adolescent reproductive health behavior. Although effective communication between parents and adolescents is important, it is not enough to guarantee good reproductive health behavior among adolescents.

In principle, followers of the Christian religion are called by God to sit in government with the aim that they can carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the teachings of the Bible. To achieve this, adherents of Christianity are expected to prepare themselves to live in faith and holiness according to the teachings of the Bible. According to the author's opinion, it is very important to build faith from an early age before someone plunges into the world of government. This is so that they can be formed and matured in their faith so that they can become witnesses of Christ in community service. This study examines the influence of civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement on legal awareness among students. Legal awareness is an essential aspect of citizenship, as it enables individuals to understand their rights, responsibilities, and the legal system governing their society. The research aims to explore how civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement contribute to the development of legal awareness among students. The study employs a quantitative research design and collects data through a survey questionnaire administered to a sample of students from various educational institutions. The questionnaire includes items that measure the participants' levels of civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness. Statistical analysis techniques such as correlation and regression analyses are used to examine the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal significant positive associations between civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness among students. Higher levels of civic knowledge are correlated with increased legal awareness, indicating that a solid understanding of civic principles, institutions, and democratic processes contributes to a better comprehension of legal rights and obligations. Similarly, possessing civil skills, such as critical thinking,problem-solving,and effective communication, positively influences legal awareness. These findings underscore the importance of civic education programs that focus on enhancing civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement to promote legal awareness among students. Such programs can be integrated into school curricula, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives to foster active citizenship and empower young individuals to be informed and engaged participants in society

Writing and publishing scientific papers is something that is not only important for researchers, but also for teachers who teach in junior high to high school related to the need to increase teacher professionalism. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the need for training in the ability to write scientific articles in English teachers. This research employs mixed methods whereby quantitative data analysis will be supported by qualitative analysis. Purposive random sampling was used in the selection of research respondents which involved 30 teachers as a sample of a total of 150 English teacher population. This analysis was carried out based on the factors that can affect the difficulty of the process of writing scientific papers including the writing environment; obstacles caused by the topic of writing; the author’s motivation; and the processes, knowledge, and skills involved in writing. The results of this study are expected to be able to become a reference in developing writing training, especially for English teachers and can be an evaluation for teachers about the actions that must be taken to develop the ability to write scientific pap  

Pronunciation plays an important role in communication. It provides the different meaning of English words when they are pronounced differently especially English diphthongs. Producing errors in pronouncing English diphthongs cause misunderstanding in communication. The research was aimed to know(1) the commonmispronounced diphthongs by the second semester of English Study Program’s students atintermediate speaking class and (2) the causation of errors in pronouncing English diphthongs. The mixed method research was used to get the data. The qualitative data were taken based on the observations, documentations, and interviews, meanwhile the quantitative data were taken based on the errors of the students on the tests. The results of the research were described by the percentages. The students commonly made diphthong errors as follows/uә/= 19.3%, /eә/= 21.3%, /ei/= 20%,/aʊ/= 13.10%, and/ɪә/= 26.2%.The errors happened in the classifications ofsubstitution = 46.9%, insertion = 13.8%, and omission = 39.3%. It happened because of the influence of inter-lingual and intra-lingual factors.

The increase in social media users in recent years has led to an abundance of content that allows users to get new information quickly and easily. However, not all of the information obtained is correct information. Even today, a lot of fake information (hoaxes) is being spread deliberately made to achieve certain goals. In order to be wise in receiving information, it is necessary to realize the importance of media literacy. According to a survey, parents tend to spread hoax news more than young people. This is mostly done by mothers through chat which easily forwards information without reading and understanding it first. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the benefits of using social media as well as an understanding of the negative sides and dangers of hoaxes. This activity targeted PKK mothers in Jatimulyo Village, Jatipuro District, Karangnayar Regency, with 34 participants. This activity was carried out using lecture, discussion, and question-and-answer methods. It is hoped that this community service activity can help mothers navigate the various available media content so that they can make informed decisions about what they choose to consume.

Blitar City is one of the cities in East Java Province which has a fairly large number of MSMEs. One of the potential MSMEs is located in the Pakunden Village. From the survey results it is known that there is one MSME actor producing Menjes Kyu Chips who has never used digital marketing in running his business. Bearing in mind, digital marketing is an urgent thing for MSMEs to do at this time because it has a positive correlation with business continuity in the future. This community service activity was a collaboration between UPN East Java students and the Blitar City Office of Cooperatives and Micro Small Enterprises. The purpose of this community service activity is to help solve problems as well as provide assistance to MSME actors related to the closeness of digital marketing in the form of making the Shopee marketplace as one of the marketplaces that is widely used by the community at large. The method of implementing this activity is divided into 3 stages, namely conducting socialization, training, and mentoring to the UMKM concerned. The results of this activity are expected that MSME actors can understand the importance of the role of digital marketing and be able to implement it into their business.  

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. In the era of technological development and digitization in various fields, MSMEs as a type of business that has a large role in building the economy also need to experience development in the field of technology in marketing their products. The purpose of this service is to develop MSMEs in terms of digital marketing and expand the MSMEs marketing network. One example of MSMEs that need digital marketing assistance is UMKM Meatballs and Mixed Ice "Family". The method used in this community service activity is divided into four stages, namely the survey stage, the digital marketing socialization stage, digital marketing assistance and the maintenance and evaluation stages. Digital marketing assistance activities for UMKM Meatballs and Mixed Ice "Family" are a form of community service with the aim of developing and participating in elevating regional potential so that they can have a marketing network that is not limited to the local market.

The Community Service Program (PKM) has successfully conducted a training on Dashboard Development and TikTok Business for the Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) Shofi Group. This training was facilitated by the Informatics Engineering Department of Trisakti University and has received an excellent rating based on feedback from the participants. As part of this training, a visualization dashboard was successfully integrated into the Shofi Group's website, allowing them to monitor sales data more efficiently and effectively. In addition, participants also learned about the use of TikTok Business as a tool for marketing their products. Positive feedback from Shofi Group indicates the significant benefits of this training, in terms of assisting MSMEs to adapt and utilize digital technology in their business development. These results underline the importance of similar programs in supporting SMEs to compete in the digital era. It is hoped that the success of this PKM can lay the foundation for similar initiatives in the future, supporting more MSMEs in leveraging the potential of digital technology.

The purpose of this service is to socialize as an effort to prevent bullying practices at one of the SMPN in Tirtajaya, Karawang. The dedication method used is a qualitative descriptive study involving teachers and students from SMPN Karawang as participants. Data was collected through class observation and analysis of documents related to the outreach program. The results showed that the bullying prevention outreach program had been well implemented at the Karawang Junior High School and had achieved several important goals. In the implementation process, several challenges were encountered, such as differences in students' understanding and awareness of the issue of bullying. However, awareness about the importance of stopping bullying behavior and creating a safe and inclusive school environment is gradually increasing. This research provides valuable insights for the development of more effective outreach programs to address the problem of bullying in other schools.

Blood glucose levels are something that the general population is aware of and should be tested on a regular basis. These regular checks can help to prevent a rise in diabetes, which has the potential to limit productivity; thus, it is critical to know the level of glucose in the community. Griya Putri Ayu Housing Block T1 to better comprehend the implications. The goal Community service is done out  to raise awareness and information about the importance of regulating blood sugar levels in Griya Putri Ayu Housing Society Block T1, Alang-alang Lebar District, Palembang City. Method: Community service is done out by monitoring blood sugar levels using an autochek. The blood sugar levels of 11 participant were examined. The average blood sugar level of Griya Putri Ayu Housing Block T1 occupants is 108.4 mg/dl, with 1 person having diabetes mellitus because blood glucose levels surpass the normal limit of 250 mg/dLDiscussion: Following screening, residents are found to be better educated about blood glucose levels. It is believed that by doing so, Griya Putri Ayu Housing Block T1, Alang-alang Lebar District, Palembang City residents would become more conscious of the need of leading a healthier lifestyle.  

Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on motives, employee motives at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya in carrying out her duties as a nurse the supporting factors in carrying out her duties and functions as an employee in the field are basically relatively the same and also greatly affect the performance of the employees.

The Punishment method given by the teacher plays an important role in the process of students' moral development. Punishments given by teachers or parents to MTS students Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Bluto Sumenep Regency are an unpleasant act that is committed against someone consciously and intentionally to reduce or reduce the occurrence of violations or mistakes. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the Punishment Method on student morale at MTs Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat, and how much influence it has on student morale, and whether this has significance or not. This study uses a quantitative approach, and its nature is causal correlation. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation techniques. The sampling technique taken was the entire population of the total population of 67 respondents. The processed data is combined using Pearson's Product Moment correlation statistics, to find the relationship between variable X and variable Y. After the researchers conducted research with the title "Punishment Method for Student Morale" with data obtained through questionnaire scores and noble moral values. Then the data is processed through the Product Moment correlation formula, and then the results are matched to the critical price table from the Product Moment correlation, the results of processing the data are supported by the results of the initial interviews. For df = (N-2) = 65 significant 95% of 0.240. Meanwhile, 99% is 0.312. While the results obtained from the calculation of rxy = 0.645. Thus the final conclusion of the researcher is that the Punishment Method has a positive effect on student morale at MTS Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Bluto in the Enough category.
