Along with the current developments, electricity has become a basic need that must be required. With population growth, economic development, and an increase in various activities and the use of facilities that require electricity, the use of electrical energy will continue to increase even in the use of lights as lighting in offices. The expected purpose of this study is to examine the efficiency of energy use as office lighting for one of the fertilizer industries before and after using LED lights, as well as analyze the costs incurred and the economic value obtained from the use of LED lamps. In this study, several data are needed, such as building plan data, inventory of the types of lamps used, electrical energy consumption, and the price of electricity consumption per kWh through the calculation method. The difference in costs incurred for the use of non-LED lamps into LED lamps is IDR 580,931.14 in the 1st-floor office building in one of the fertilizer industries and IDR 319,747.56 in the 2nd-floor office building in one of the fertilizer industries. Based on this, the difference in costs incurred is very large, so the use of LED lamps is the main alternative in saving energy and costs. Therefore, it is important to conduct studies and research on the impact that can be caused by the use of LED lights on energy consumption and electricity cost efficiency in the company.

Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia is a producer of Purify Terepthalic Acid (PTA) in Indonesia with an important role in meeting the primary needs of the Indonesian population by managing raw materials to produce purified terepthalic acid. Purified terepthalic acid is the main raw material for polyester fiber. The problem that occurs is the phenomenon of the bullwhip effect, namely the occurrence of fluctuations between orders and demand which results in a shortage of raw materials or low inventory which can cause production to stop. So the purpose of this study is to calculate the value of the bullwhip effect, determine the causes of the bullwhip effect, and determine solutions to reduce the bullwhip effect. This study begins by calculating the value of the bullwhip effect at the two echelons. The method used in this research is FMEA. The results of this study are the value of the bullwhip effect at echelon 1 (suppliers and PPIC) = 1.27 and echelon 2 (PPIC and distributors) = 0.93. This value indicates the occurrence of a bullwhip effect in echelon 1 while echelon 2 does not indicate the occurrence of a bullwhip effect. The dominant causes of the bullwhip effect are market competition, rising material prices, demand forecasting that is not close to accurate and the number of orders for raw materials in large quantities. The proposed improvement is to collaborate with suppliers and customers to get guaranteed orders and demand that are fixed and sustainable. This value indicates the occurrence of a bullwhip effect in echelon 1 while echelon 2 does not indicate the occurrence of a bullwhip effect. The determination of a suspect must be in accordance with applicable legal provisions based on 2 (two) valid pieces of evidence, namely witness statements obtained by the investigator, expert statements obtained by the investigator, letters, and instructions for each piece of evidence obtained by the investigator through an in-depth examination. The investigator's coercive actions must be carried out responsibly according to the law and legal provisions so that arbitrary actions do not occur against the suspect's freedom, independence, and human rights. The problem in this research is the law, implementation, and what factors become obstacles and obstacles in the process of determining suspects for perpetrators of criminal acts. This research uses a descriptive analysis method using a normative approach (legal research) and is supported by empirical research. This was carried out to obtain primary data obtained through interviews through field research. The results of this study explain that the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) has clearly and firmly regulated matters relating to the rights of suspects. The rights of suspects regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code are Priority Rights for Case Settlement, this has been emphasized in Article 50 of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) which reads: a) A suspect has the right to immediately be examined by investigators, then can be submitted to the Public Prosecutor. b) The suspect has the right to immediately bring his case to court by the public prosecutor. c) The accused has the right to be tried immediately by the Court., The right to prepare a defense, the right to get an interpreter, and the right to choose their own legal adviser The purpose of this right is to get legal counsel in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of the Criminal Procedure Code for suspects. Transport by sea is a commercial shipping business that operates in the field of providing sea cargo transportation services where the business activities are very broad in scope and play an important role in advancing domestic and foreign trade, including in efforts to facilitate the flow of goods from production areas to consumer areas. This research aims to to determine the influence of price, service quality and promotion on the interest of users of sea transportation services. The population in this study were passengers on the Dharma Lautan Utama ship and the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling probability sampling, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The regression formulation in this research is as follows:  Y = 0.733 + 0.333X1 + 0.203X2 + 0.385X3 + µ  From this equation it is known that the most dominant variable influencing the interest of users of sea transportation services is the promotion variable with a regression coefficient of 0.385. The R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.561 or 56.1%, which means that the interest of sea transportation service users (Y) can be explained by independent variables, namely price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotion (X3). ). Meanwhile, the remainder (100%-61.9% = 38.1%) is explained by other variables outside the model which are not explained in this research.
