Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a significant policy instrument in efforts to alleviate poverty and improve community welfare. This article focuses on an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of BLT as a social policy tool. The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact of BLT on recipient communities and examine the key aspects that influence its effectiveness. This research includes literature analysis and empirical data to measure the impact of BLT on poverty levels, access to education, health and other social aspects. The research results show that BLT has great potential in reducing poverty and increasing people's access to basic services. However, the effectiveness of BLT is also related to factors such as program design, recipient selection, and distribution mechanisms. This article also discusses challenges in implementing BLT, such as administrative costs and policy issues. In addition, this article provides an overview of how BLT can be integrated into a broader social policy context. In its conclusion, this research highlights the important role of BLT in helping economically vulnerable communities. However, the success of BLT depends on careful and evidence-based implementation, as well as good coordination with other social policies. This article makes a significant contribution to the understanding of the effectiveness of BLT as an important social policy instrument.

The aim of education and screening for type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly group is to provide early detection of type 2 diabetes mellitus and increase knowledge of type 2 diabetes mellitus using seminars, workshops, counseling, and leaflet media. This activity involves checking blood sugar levels as a screening for type 2 diabetes mellitus and providing education regarding signs and symptoms, risk factors, treatment, and complications that occur in type 2 diabetes mellitus. This activity is important to increase insight and create behavior that is willing to carry out self-care so that complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus can be avoided.

The government has formulated the latest policy in taxation which is contained in Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning Harmonization of Tax Regulations or what we often hear about as the HPP Law. Based on the situation analysis, there are still many MSMEs who have not heard, understood, and understood the changes to these regulations. Therefore, this service activity involves MSMEs actors in Pematang Serai Village as participants in this Community Service activity. The stages in this activity start from analyzing the participant's situation, reviewing and formulating activities, socializing activities, and implementing community service. Based on the results of the service that has been carried out, it can be concluded that changes related to tax regulations make this socialization and training activity important. This aims to increase the knowledge of MSMEs actors as taxpayers regarding changes to existing tax regulations.

The holding of simultaneous regional elections in 2024 and the postponement of regional elections from 2022 due to the expiration of the term of office result in the threat of vacancies in positions, especially positions as regional heads in Indonesia. To fill the vacancy, an acting regional head is appointed until a definitive regional head is elected in the simultaneous regional elections in 2024. The problem is that those appointed as acting officers are apparently from active TNI elements, this is of course contrary to the spirit of reform which wants to eliminate dual functions as regulated in the TNI Law. The aim of the research is to find consistency in norms in the appointment of active TNI officers and their juridical implications. This research is normative using a statutory and conceptual approach. The research results show that consistency between these norms is needed in regulating these appointments, considering that civilian positions can only be filled by TNI soldiers who have resigned or retired from active military service, in accordance with the required competencies and through an open and competitive selection process. This step is important to ensure the maintenance of TNI neutrality and professionalism, compliance with the law, and respect for the principles of reform.

This research was motivated by students who had difficulty when faced with problems that were slightly different from the examples given by the teacher. The use of the 2013 curriculum which uses real life as learning becomes a difficulty for students, especially in terms of problem solving abilities. Therefore, to remember the important role of the scientific approach in implementing the 2013 curriculum, the scientific approach allows it to influence students' problem-solving abilities. So this research aims to find out how much influence the "Scientific Approach has on the Problem Solving Ability of Class V Students in PAI Subjects at SD Negeri 04 Birugo Bukittinggi". This research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population is 107 students consisting of four classes. The sample consisted of 32 students, with a sampling technique, namely probability sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using a simple linear regression test.

The results of this service activity show that community members are very enthusiastic about participating in this activity, as can be seen from the many questions they ask and their desire to participate in this activity. The practice and demonstration are intended to provide skills to the participants in determining the right formula in making laundry soap from used cooking oil. Once these activities take place, it is hoped that the development of the talents they have learned in the future will result in financial rewards.

This service aims to implement a socialization program for processing organic and inorganic waste using learning media for elementary school students. Through active involvement in media-based learning activities, students are given a deeper understanding of the importance of waste management for the environment. This method is designed to increase ecological awareness and motivate active participation in environmental conservation efforts from an early age. The results of this program show an increase in students' understanding over time, as well as engaging them in simple waste management practices at school and home. It is hoped that this outreach can become the basis for forming sustainable behaviour in the younger generation, creating positive changes in their actions towards the environment.

The method used in this community service activity is digital-based empowerment in the form of online marketing and product promotion techniques. Community service activities with partners in the wonton chips home business that have been carried out have resulted in the fact that digital-based empowerment is very necessary. Considering the times and technological advances, it is a necessity that business actors are able to adapt to these conditions. Through this activity, partners gain an understanding of digital-based empowerment, product diversification, and the important role of home business actors in supporting the nation's economy. Vocational School is a level of secondary education which specifically prepares its graduates to be ready to work. Vocational school graduates are expected to be able to be absorbed and play a big role in the world of work. However, in reality there are still many vocational school graduates who have not been fully absorbed into the world of work. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) for vocational school graduates in Indonesia until November 2022 reached 11.41%, the highest among graduates at other levels of education. The high unemployment rate for vocational school graduates may be related to difficulties in determining career choices. The aim of the PkM activities at SMKN 1 Karanganyar is to help SMKN 1 Karanganyar students optimize their potential so that whatever their career goals are in the future will be achieved. Through this PkM activity, students at SMKN 1 Karanganyar are expected to be able to actualize themselves and align their potential regardless of the choices they make after graduating from SMKN 1 Karanganyar. The service method is carried out using educational methods about education, namely providing knowledge about the meaning of career planning, the benefits of career planning, the importance of career planning, tips for career success along with examples of career planning. Apart from this, training is also provided in making career planning as well as information on how to make a good job application letter, how to make an attractive CV, and tips on how to face job interviews and an introduction to job selection tests. The results of the service increase the knowledge of SMKN 1 Karanganyar students in terms of the world of work and education after graduating from school and can make good career plans for themselves.

The website development process involves utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create an attractive appearance and ensure functionality. The results of the project during the internship were to create a web company profile as a captive portal for PT Mikrotik Hotspot. Bukit Baiduri Energy.
