A good facility layout will affect the smooth production process. Preliminary observations on CV Renjana Offset are still not good enough to apply because they do not take into account the degree of closeness. This can be seen from the location of the machine and work stations that look far apart and the existence of intersecting material flows resulting in backtracking, such as the printing work station to the coating work station, the material transfer distance is 12.4 m and has to pass through the garden and back of the CV Renjana Offset office with distances that are too long cause the production time to be longer. The method used to design the layout of production facilities at CV Renjana Offset is the Systematic Layout Planning and Blocplan methods. This method was chosen because it is in accordance with the characteristics of the company and can minimize the distance between production stations and no longer intersecting production process flows. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and getting an increase in the efficiency of the initial material handling layout with layout suggestions. The results of the calculation of the total area needed for assistance are 171.5 m². The results of SLP and Blocplan processing are 10 alternative layouts and the Adjacency score, R Score, and Rel-dist score feature values ​​are presented for each layout alternative. Of the 5 alternative layouts produced, there is a layout for the production of yearbook products which is chosen as the best layout because it has an Adjacency Score of 1.00, layout 2 has an R Score of 0.87, and the Rel-dist Score of the second layout has a value of 202. Based on three parameters, The selected layout is layout 2. Calculation of distances using the rectilinear method at each facility for the yearbook product layout is 28.29 m.

This study aims to: 1) Describe the form of soul function of the character Aletta Arkanza in the novel I'm A Good Girl by Zahrani Salsabila, 2) Describe the form of the attitude of the soul of the character Aletta Arkanza in the Novel I'm A Good Girl by Zahrani Salsabila. This study uses the study of Literary Psychology by utilizing Carl Gustav Jung's theory. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive in nature. The source of this research data is text in the form of words or sentences that indicate the existence of soul functions and mental attitudes of the Aletta Arkanza character, Carl Gustav Jung's theory. Data collection techniques in this study are using library research, reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The data in this study were analyzed using data analysis techniques by identifying, classifying, analyzing, describing, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that 1) The function of the soul in Aletta Arkanza's character there are four functions of the soul of thought, feeling, intuition and sensing which Jung distinguished into two characteristics, namely rational and irrational. 2) There are two characteristics of the attitude of the soul in the character Aletta Arkanza, namely introvert and extrovert.

One important theme that is rarely discussed is the service towards children. In community life, children are often neglected and deemed unimportant in certain contexts. Children have the smallest place in the social order of life. This is also experienced by children within the Christian community. They are only seen as the future of the church, leading to their current existence being often ignored. This should certainly be a matter of concern for all parties, including parents, pastors, and even Christian teachers or educators. The challenges faced by children in the postmodern era have become increasingly complex. They will confront a reality that perceives no absolute truth, as all truths are considered relative. Therefore, the core focus of this paper is to discuss the steps or roles that Christian religious education teachers take in preparing children, especially Christian children, to face this postmodern era. In the discussion, the author presents various challenges and needs of children in the postmodern era, as well as what a Christian educator should do. The method used by the author in this article is a literary method with a descriptive approach. The author gathers various data sources related to the discussed topic and analyzes them to find a comprehensive and accurate understanding. Through this research, it is found that a Christian religious education teacher is responsible for nurturing and guiding children to know Christ, so that they have faith, acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior, and experience a renewal of life.

The existence of MSMEs in Indonesia is taken into account, because they contribute greatly to economic growth. The MSME sector is one of the main pillars of Indonesia's economic fundamentals. With the development of digitalization, MSMEs will make the digital economy in Indonesia in 2025 the largest in Southeast Asia. Even so, there are obstacles faced by MSMEs, namely the need to strengthen digital literacy education and strengthen human resources for MSME business actors. The problem that is experienced or faced by SMEs is that online marketing education is still low. Like the UMKM Bintang Lestari in Karangtengah Village, Blitar City. Therefore, students and the 32 Thematic Community Service Groups designed strategies and program plans to help improve MSME product branding. The method used in carrying out activities is a qualitative method by means of observation, discussion, documentation and interviews with the UMKM. The results of the activities also have a positive impact, MSMEs can increase sales and marketing and have good product branding in the eyes of the public.

Integrating religious knowledge with general knowledge is a longstanding problem, but along with the development of scientific skills in all fields, the integration of science is the key to success in the world of Islamic education and makes Islam the mecca of science, this opens up a wide range of opportunities to integrate science. Universally, science can be classified into three: natural sciences, social sciences, and humanities. the three sciences are actually rooted in an integrated foundation of science, namely the Qur'an and hadist, showing, communicating the existence and attributes of god and everything that happens in the universe through its verses. Science is a collection of knowledge that will be gained through human efforts to understand the world and its surroundings. The dichotomization of science in the western concept did not last long because it was increasingly clear that the progress of science led to one source, namely Allah SWT. So we can conclude that although religion and science are different, however, it does not mean that these two things cannot be integrated, because both religious knowledge and science all come from Allah SWT.

Socialization of Digital Marketing and Creating a Marketplace for MSME Players " aims to assist and provide insight into the importance of digital marketing management for MSME actors in Bendogerit Village , so they can understand how to manage their products on the marketplace properly and help empowered MSMEs to learn managing digital marketing through e-commerce applications to market their products easily. This activity was carried out in Bendogerit Village and, Sukorejo District, Blitar Regency. This socialization activity has succeeded in targeting the participants of the socialization activity which had been planned previously, while creating a marketplace for MSMEs, there are several MSMEs that we have chosen to empower. It shows that the socialization activities and the creation of this marketplace can be said to be successful

The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to date cannot simply be ignored or abolished. As MSMEs are required to be able to compete in the free market era. As for being able to compete in this free market era, one of the conditions is the fulfillment of business legality. However, the management of business legality is still unknown to the public, especially MSMEs. As felt by Mr. Pur as the owner of Traditional Jamu MSMEs. Therefore, the purpose of this devotion activity is to assist MSMEs in understanding and accompanying the creation of the Business Identification Number (BIN) as the basis of business legality. The method used is observation, by visiting the MSMEs to find out directly what obstacles are faced by MSMEs. The result of this devotion activity is that Pak Pur's traditional herbal business already has legal legal legality, namely the Business Identification Number (BIN).

In the entrepreneurship program, students focus on entrepreneurship or MSMEs where KKNT activities take place. The method of implementing community service activities is a qualitative approach with the type of observation, and distributing pamphlets through social media. Bazaar as a marketing channel and product marketing tool introduces consumers to MSME partners. This was achieved through the collaboration of KKN-T students and MSME partners in holding bazaars. This time, in holding the bazaar, MSME players who attend must be able to attract their own consumers. Of course KKN-T students also help market MSME products. The bazaar event is also expected to increase the creativity of students and MSME actors in marketing their products. By holding the Ramadhan Bazaar in Laweyan village, it can increase the income of MSME players and expand the existing market share. In addition, MSME actors have started to create social media accounts and promote their products and are willing to create NIBs to make business easier. About 90% of MSME partners are satisfied with holding the Ramadhan bazaar and find it helpful. This proves that the cooperation of the committee with the existence of a bazaar in Laweyan village helps as well as prospers the goals of the Thematic KKN entrepreneurship scheme.

One of them is the Instagram social media account @andalan.blitar. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to help digital marketing for UMKM in the Kauman area through Instagram social media. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method which collects data using existing facts. The result of this service activity is that followers have an interest in culinary products that are promoted on the Instagram social media account @andalan.blitar by giving likes, comments, and visiting the UMKM.

QRIS is a non-cash payment instrument in the form of a QR code developed by Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment Association. With the existence of QRIS, Bank Indonesia hopes to facilitate public transactions and not be left behind by technology. As a Muslim community, especially in Pasar Atas, Bukittinggi, we must understand how the law uses QRIS. because everything we do must be based and not deviate from the teachings of Islam. The aim of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in buying and selling transactions at Pasar Atas Kota Bukittinggi is viewed from an Islamic economic perspective. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews with traders and buyers who shop at Pasar Atas Kota Bukittinggi. The results of this study indicate that QRIS users receive many benefits, such as facilitating transactions, not having difficulty finding small money, reducing the spread of counterfeit money, not reducing the value of money and there are still many benefits received by QRIS users. Therefore it can be said that QRIS is more effective.

Women are often identified with a beauty, as is the case in the selection of the language style of the Qur'an. The glory of the woman is a symbol of liberation from dehumanization and discrimination against women in jahiliyah and a form of human equality in the eyes of Allah Swt. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of text interpretation in comprehensively interpreting women and to know the comparison of the formulation of classical interpretation and modern interpretation of the existence of women in the Qur'an and to know what the formulation of intertextuality of the verses visualizing women. The method in this study uses library research that focuses on library data, which are primary sources to classical commentaries and works of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd as one of the figures of "hermeneutics of liberation" and other secondary sources. The results of this study concluded related agrumen Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd regarding the Qur'an is a cultural product, the author is more inclined to the opinion of Quraish Shihab, that the Qur'an is kalâmullah, not a creature. The concept of interpretation of the text of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd in reading the verses visualizing women in the Qur'an is to do a more in-depth reading by prioritizing objectivity and considering the historical and socio-cultural facts from which the text of the Qur'an was revealed. This study has implications in reconstructing the pattern of inheritance relay understandings of women in the verses visualization of women who tend to the interpretation and understanding of patriarchal bias.

Communication is a natural way for humans to convey ideas, identity, ideas and their existence to others. One type of communication is intercultural communication. This is communication that occurs between communication participants who have different cultural backgrounds. Sumbawa University of Technology is a tertiary institution that has foreign students from various countries in the world, it is this condition that makes Cross-Cultural Communication intertwined here. The purpose of this research is to find out the barriers to cross-cultural communication experienced by foreign students at the Sumbawa University of Technology. This research is categorized as a qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely interviews. Three informants have become participants in this study who were selected based on a purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, data were analyzed using the Milles & Huberman model with 3 stages; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the barriers to Cross-Cultural Communication experienced by foreign students at the Sumbawa University of Technology are language, misunderstanding of nonverbal behavior, a tendency to judge, and high anxiety.

Research on Community-Based  Disaster Risk Reduction in Widarapayung Wetan Village is motivated by the geographical location of Widarapayung Wetan Village which is directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean in the south which contains the Indo-Australian plate. . The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Aspects examined in this study are efforts to identify threats, efforts to reduce vulnerabilities and efforts to increase capacity. The results of the study indicate that disaster risk reduction efforts have been carried out by the people of Widarapayung Wetan Village. However, the efforts made have not been maximized due to several factors, especially the lack of active disaster organizations in the village of Widarapayung Wetan, namely the Community-Based Disaster Preparedness (CBAT) in disaster risk reduction efforts. Aspects of threat recognition carried out by the Widarapayung Wetan village community include socialization, disaster risk analysis. Aspects of reducing vulnerability are carried out through planting hard trunked trees, installing sirens, installing evacuation signs, and mapping. Aspects of capacity building, namely through socialization, simulations, disaster training, the establishment of the FPRB, the establishment of a Disaster Resilient Village, and the existence of institutions at the village level.

The Sharia Investment Gallery is a place for students to learn about investing in the Islamic capital market. There are several programs carried out by the Sharia Investment Gallery, namely educating and motivating students by holding activities such as studies on the Islamic capital market, Islamic capital market schools (SPMS) and also socializing the existence of a minimum capital of IDR 100,000 in opening an account on the market. Islamic capital in order to attract students to invest in the Islamic capital market. Therefore this research is to find out whether Minimum Capital affects students' interest in investing in the Islamic capital market with education as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study, the variables used are minimum capital (X), Education (Z), and Student interest in investing (Y). This study tested the MRA interaction. By distributing 131 questionnaires to GIS investors at the Islamic Faculty of Trunjoyo Madura University. The results of this study indicate that the results of the T test on the minimum capital variable affect students' interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. Furthermore, in the interaction test, the education variable has a significant effect in moderating the relationship between minimum capital and interest in investing, and it can be said that the moderating variable (education) strengthens the relationship between minimum capital and investment interest. Rembang Village is one of the villages in the Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The Rembang sub-district has the Rembang Rise program by creating a WhatsApp group by the sub-district officials as a place for MSMEs in the Rembang area to carry out promotions. Even though many MSMEs have joined this group, until now they are not familiar with digital marketing and only rely on conventional methods to promote their products. The purpose of this community service program is to provide understanding to MSME players about the benefits of digital marketing as promotional advice. With the existence of a digital marketing introduction program for MSME players in the Rembang Village, it is hoped that they can expand their market to sell their products.

UMKM actors are one of the jobs of the majority of the people in Sumberejo Village. The lack of information and technology for UMKM players regarding the use of E-Commerce, which really helps UMKM actors to make sales and payments online. Community empowerment activities are carried out by outreach and assistance to provide knowledge and application of E-Commerce to market UMKM products. This activity went through two stages, namely the observation and interview stages. Observation and interview activities are carried out by creating E-Commerce which consists of registration to completion. The existence of socialization regarding E-Commerce can help UMKM actors to facilitate the sale and payment of UMKM products.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the safety operational process in fiberglass shipbuilding, identify the types of risk causes that hinder the construction of fiberglass boats and propose recommended actions needed to overcome the risks in CV ERA FIBERBOAT by using theoretical research methods. Identification of risks in the process of building new ships, namely employees, materials, work equipment, payment of construction costs, working drawings have revisions. Determining the risk rating of the new ship building process: very high; inappropriate equipment, height; late payment / paying, medium; working drawings have revisions, low; materials arrive late, very low; employees procrastinate. Mitigating risks in the process of building new ships: employees delay work with mitigation, namely the director of the company provides the opportunity for employees to rest so that employees do not get sick, materials arriving late are mitigated by means of shipyard companies providing an easy-to-find address point so that the sender of materials does not having difficulty finding the address of the shipyard, working drawings have revisions that can be mitigated by means the company must always make an existence to the customer in every work process so that there is no miscommunication
