Therefore, it is essential to establish specialized rehabilitation centers for individuals with mental disorders, providing support in both physical and mental recovery processes. Well-designed and functional spaces play a key role in enhancing the psychological well-being of individuals, creating an environment that is safe, comfortable, and preserves privacy. By adopting the Behavioral Architecture approach in design, it is expected to create an environment that meets the needs of patients and positively influences the behavior, perceptions, and feelings of everyone involved in the activities.

This research aims to develop a family-based marriage catechesis module as a foundation for post-wedding accompaniment of young Catholic couples. Using a qualitative approach with document study, the research identifies five key gaps in Catholic couple accompaniment: discontinuity of pastoral care, non-transformative pedagogical approaches, minimal involvement of experienced families, lack of content contextualization, and weak communal support. In response, a module with spiral structure was developed for continuous accompaniment during the first four years of marriage, integrating theological-spiritual, relational-psychological, social-communal, and practical-contextual dimensions. This module operationalizes the concept of "family as pastoral subject" through a mentoring model where experienced couples accompany newly married couples. Implementation requires systematic selection and formation of mentor couples, balanced accompaniment structures, and adaptive approaches. Integration strategies within parish systems include institutional support, appropriate ecclesiological approaches, a "hub and spoke" model, gradual implementation, and utilization of digital technology. This research offers a more participatory, relational, and contextual approach to marriage pastoral care.

Cases of criminal acts of theft with ongoing aggravations, as regulated in various court decisions, criminal law provisions often give the impression that there is only one main perpetrator who is charged with criminal sanctions for each criminal act. Shows how criminal law must respond to situations where crimes are committed repeatedly and involve more than one individual. In general, participation can be interpreted as an act (criminal act) carried out by more than one person. Therefore, determining the position of the perpetrator in a criminal act is very important. Perpetrators in the general sense of plea must be distinguished from perpetrators in the formulation of Article 55 paragraph (1).The aim of this research is to determine the Juridical Review of the Crime of Theft with Continuous Aggravation. The location for data collection in this research was at the Galang Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Deli Serdang Police on Jl. Perintis Independen No 1 Galang Kota, Galang sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research used in this research is empirical research, namely legal research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Researchers can use one or a combination of techniques depending on the problem being faced or being researched. The data analysis technique used in this legal research uses qualitative analysis.Based on the research results, in Decision Number 1271/Pid.B/2023/PN Lbp regarding the crime of theft with ongoing aggravation, various causal factors and legal considerations show the complexity of the case. The main causal factors include economic and social conditions that encourage individuals to look for shortcuts in meeting their living needs, as well as the influence of the social and social environment which can increase the risk of involvement in criminal acts. Lack of access to education and training, as well as psychological factors such as emotional disorders and certain personality characteristics, also play a significant role in driving criminal activity. It can be concluded that the application of Article 363 Paragraph (1) 3rd and 4th of the Criminal Code, the Panel of Judges considered that the defendant's actions fulfilled the elements of the crime of theft with aggravation as regulated in Article 363 Paragraph (1) 3rd and 4th of the Criminal Code.

Bullying in the school environment, especially at the high school level, has become an issue that is increasingly disturbing and urgent to be addressed. Many students who are victims of bullying experience lasting negative impacts, both psychologically and socially. This phenomenon not only affects students' academic lives, but can also result in serious emotional problems, such as depression and anxiety. Therefore, it is important to find effective solutions to prevent bullying behavior in schools. In this research, researchers used interview methods to explore in-depth data about individual experiences, opinions or feelings that are difficult to measure quantitatively. The role of Indonesian language teachers is very strategic. Apart from teaching language and literature, teachers have the opportunity to instill moral values through selected learning materials. Literary works, for example, often contain themes of humanity and social interaction that are relevant to bullying behavior. By integrating Christian values in language learning, teachers can help students understand the importance of empathy and compassion in relationships between people. From the results of research that has been conducted, it is clear that Indonesian language teachers at Marisi Medan Private High School have a crucial role in preventing bullying through instilling Christian values.

This meta-analysis investigates the relationship between hope and medication adherence in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. Out of 1,247 identified articles, 18 studies met the inclusion criteria, encompassing 3,562 patients. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between hope and medication adherence (r = 0.42, 95% CI: 0.35-0.49, p < 0.001), with notable heterogeneity (I² = 76.4%, Q = 72.03, df = 17, p < 0.001). Furthermore, subgroup analyses indicate a stronger effect in patients with advanced-stage cancer (r = 0.49, 95% CI: 0.39-0.58) compared to those in various earlier stages (r = 0.38, 95% CI: 0.30-0.46, Q = 4.12, df = 1, p = 0.04). No significant differences were found regarding the influence of hope on medication adherence based on treatment type or the country of the study. Additionally, this research extends the findings of DiMatteo et al. (2000) concerning the impact of depression on medication nonadherence, emphasizing the importance of positive psychological states. Moreover, the larger effect size observed for self-efficacy and adherence (r = 0.31) reported by Hall et al. (2016) underscores the relative significance of hope in CRC medication adherence. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive synthesis of the hope-adherence relationship within the CRC context, clarifying the varied and partial findings of Zhu et al. (2017) and García-Torres et al. (2016). Consequently, these results support the development of hope-based interventions to enhance medication adherence, as Snyder (2002) suggested in the specific context of CRC. Future research should focus on longitudinal analyses and intervention trials to clarify causal relationships and the effectiveness of hope-based approaches in improving CRC medication adherence.

Behçet's disease is a multisystem inflammatory disorder that can significantly impact patients' quality of life. This study conducts a meta-analysis aimed at elucidating the effects of social anxiety on treatment outcomes for Behçet's disease through a comprehensive synthesis of existing literature. Initially, a systematic search was performed across major electronic databases to identify relevant studies published between 2014 and 2024. Out of 1,253 initially identified articles, 18 studies met the inclusion criteria, encompassing 2,487 Behçet's disease patients. The meta-analysis revealed a significant negative correlation between social anxiety levels and treatment adherence for Behçet's disease (r = -0.42, p < 0.001), which was positively associated with disease symptom severity (g = 0.58, 95% CI [0.41, 0.75]). Moderator analysis indicated that the effect of social anxiety on Behçet's treatment outcomes was more pronounced in patients with mucocutaneous manifestations (Q = 7.23, p = 0.007). Additionally, social anxiety showed a strong negative correlation with patients' quality of life in health (r = -0.53, p < 0.001), with the most substantial impact observed in the social functioning domain. Furthermore, thematic analysis of the potential mechanisms underlying the relationship between anxiety and Behçet's treatment outcomes confirmed the mediating roles of patient-doctor communication barriers, increased stigma perception, and avoidance behaviour. These findings underscore the importance of assessing and addressing social anxiety in the comprehensive management of Behçet's disease. The researchers suggest that these findings could have implications for improving patient treatment and quality of life. Finally, the study supports the integration of targeted psychological interventions into standard care protocols for Behçet's disease and emphasizes the need for a biopsychosocial approach to managing this condition.
