The implementation of tax autonomy by the central and regional governments separately provides the flexibility to be more independent in tax arrangements in order to increase the income of each region. The objective of this research is to determine whether the West Java provincial government's application of  vehicle tax collection  is effective in increasing Regional Original Income (ROI) in West Java. The methodology used in this research is qualitative. Analysis of the data used is analysis by calculating the effectiveness of tax collection. The results of data analysis show that the efficiency of  vehicle tax collection has an impact on increasing local revenue in West Java.

 The purpose of this study was to determine the Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts in CV. Merapi Kendal, Central Java. The type of research that will be used is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of CV. Merapi Kendal, Central Java, which found 183 people, while the sample used in this study was 40 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection through the distribution of the analysis questionnaire used in this study was multiple linear regression The results showed that Internal Control, Human Resource Competence and Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on Accounting Information Systems and the adjusted value of R square in the regression model obtained was 0.816, which means that 81.6 percent of Accounting Information System variables can be explained by the variable Internal Control, Human Resource Competence and Organizational Commitment while the remaining 18.4 percent is explained by other variables outside this study.

This research is motivated by the lack of complete information, both from books and religious study texts about the problems and developments of organizations that organize Islamic educational institutions, especially in Bali. Also, the uniqueness of the Denpasar Al-Ma'ruf Foundation was found from the preliminary study. The focus of this research is: 1) How is the development of the organization that organizes Islamic education institutions, the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation in 2004–2020?; and 2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions made by the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation, especially in the early days of its establishment?. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) How is the development of the organization that organizes Islamic education institutions, the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation in 2004–2020; and 2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions made by the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation, especially in the early days of its establishment. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed; 1) From the description of the research location, it proves the readiness, compliance, and accuracy of the foundation to the internal and external conditions of the foundation. In addition to experiencing such a rapid evolution, the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation also experienced stagnation and involution in several of its activities, and 2) The biggest obstacles faced by the foundation, namely; provision of land and buildings, approval of permits from the environment, as well as the readiness of professional, qualified, and competent human resources. Solutions carried out by the foundation, namely; by renting land contracts, supporting funds from the foundation's business, persuasive approaches to the surrounding community and related officials, and asking for assistance from experts including teachers and staff from Java.

Diamond Printing is one of the largest offset printing companies with 32 years of experience and is located in the city of Surabaya, East Java. Data from HRD managers explained that there was no report from observations related to employee work effectiveness in terms of coordination and synergy between employees as seen from the communication and collaboration relationships. The absence of data related to the effectiveness of the performance of CV employees. Diamond Printing in terms of communication network mapping is one of the obstacles faced by HRD in determining KPI (key performance indicator). By using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method with the help of UCINET 6 software, it is hoped that some employees will have advantages, especially in collaboration and communication in group network structures. There are three parameters used in SNA, including: degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. This study involved 104 respondents (the entire population) with a sampling technique using snowball sampling and a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The results of this study indicate that most of the collaboration and communication network interactions are dominated by manager level employees and department heads. Based on these findings, an innovation is needed from all stakeholders from CV. Diamond Printing in developing effective communication methods between its members.

AbstractCommunication in disaster management uses a variety of media. In communication context, the media used as a channel for delivering messages that called the communication medium. This study aims to find the most effective disaster education communication based on a descriptive quantitative approach. Reserchers took samples aged 17-20 years old who had participated in disaster socialization activities that held by Meterorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency in Cilacap, Central Java, Indonesia and every respondent has had disaster experience. The number of research samples is 175 respondent. In the context of communication, the medium becomes important because it is a channel for delivering message.  An import function of communication is how medium can delivered message to be undesrstood together. The fuction of communication is providing information, education and persuasion. It was found that varioys activities have beed carried out such as Goes To School, which is used to deliver messages used some communication medium like pocket books, animated video, and power point template.  Fact findings related to the best communication medium  were sozialization (face to face meetings), films, public service advertisements, and roleplays. Rumah Kreasi Grafika is a clothing business that was established in 2020. This clothing business is located at Jalan Grafika Raya, Gedawang, Banyumanik District, Semarang City, Central Java. This company still has shortcomings, especially in the field of design, so that marketing is not very successful. This is due to a lack of knowledge about the value of design in a company.The thing that is most prioritized in the design of making this stationery set is to meet the graduation requirements for the final project course and provide a new perspective in utilizing stationery sets as a means of supporting the company's progress. Where is the initial stationery set that has a design value that does not sell well and is still incomplete.In designing the design of a stationery set, it is necessary to choose the type of font, color and also the composition of the design because these three aspects are vital and can have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the stationery set.

Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) on creative art innovation "LUBA" was carried out in collaboration with UKM Rukun Makmur located in Klaten Central Java. There are centers of batik as well as lurik in the area but they arey have not been optimized. Therefore, this PKM activity focuses on new product innovation by combining lurik and batik crafts into innovative handicrafts called lurik batik (LUBA) which at the same time can act as a unique and iconic Klaten souvenir to support regional tourism development.There are several problems faced by UKM Rukun Makmur as partner. Based on these problems, this program aims to find solutions to all these problems by using several methods including counseling, discussing, training, and mentoring. The results of this PKM activities show that UKM Rukun Makmur has been able to increase their creativity to create designs, motifs, and varied color of lurik batik (LUBA) handicraft products.

Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan komunikasi efektif bagi relawan anti narkoba. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah jurnal Senadimas UNISRI. This activity is carried out at SMEs made from sheepskin which produce calligraphy ornaments with a market share of 95% in the Middle East. The location of the activity was carried out in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of the products produced and improve the quality of their management. The results of the activities carried out to improve quality are by improving the storage method, the process of managing raw leather and the drying process, while for the management process, the resulting activities are improving managerial and simple bookkeeping for UKM Partners.

Wedang cemue is a traditional drink originating from the Ngawi area, East Java. The existence of wedang cemue is getting eliminated due to the presence of instant drink that we ready to serve and more practical. To preserve the existence of wedang cemue, an innovation is needed that can promote its existence, which is made cemue into to instant. The purpose of this study was to determine the preference of instant cemue, as well as to determine of antioxidant activity. The product preference test (taste, color and aroma) used hedonic scale. The preference test involved 25 panelist. A part from the hedonic test, antioxidant activity test were also carried out using the DPPH test. This study used a Completely Randomized Design with 1 factor that is the variation of formulations (4 formulations). Each formulation was repeated 3 times. The data obtained werw analyzed using ANOVA and further testing with DMRT. The results of cemue instant showed that the formulation I obtained higher acceptability on color (3,84), aroma (3,68) and taste (3,88). The antioxidant activity of formulation I showed the highest result (71,507).

The health of pregnant women is one of the national health indicators. The Center for Indonesian Medical Students' Activities (CIMSA) considers that the health figures for pregnant women in Indonesia cannot be categorized as good. So early detection of pregnancy complications can be used as an effort to prevent complications in pregnancy. The still high maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) can be caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of optimal antenatal care and low maternal knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy. Pregnant women's knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy is one of the factors that can influence pregnant women at high risk of experiencing danger signs in pregnancy. The main causes of maternal death, namely preeclampsia, bleeding and infection, can be prevented if the signs are recognized early. These signs are known as danger signs of pregnancy. Therefore, pregnant mothers should learn more about the danger signs of pregnancy. The aim of this activity is to increase mothers' knowledge about the danger signs of pregnancy. This activity was carried out at TBMB Hj. Mardiawati on September 5 2020. The target of this activity is pregnant women who are pregnant women who are at TBMB Hj. Mardiawati. The methods used in this community service activity include counseling, discussion, Javanese questions. After counseling, pregnant women understand and know about the danger signs in pregnancy.

KOSPIN SEKARTAMA is a company engaged in savings and loan services located at Central Main Street No. 141 Weleri Central Java. has several superior products including Multipurpose Loans, and PRIMA Loans (Special Offerings of SEKARTAMA), and also has savings products namely SIMAPAN (Future Savings), and SIMADEB (Future Savings) and has a new product, Haji Portion Financing. The new product is still constrained in the delivery of information because it still uses conventional media which in the present era is deemed ineffective and has less coverage. The problems studied in this design are how to design new media that is more effective and extends its reach. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to produce a financing advertisement for the Haji portion as a promotional medium for KOSPIN SEKARTAMA with the Direct Marketing method and is more focused on online marketing indicators for the application of these advertising products. Nada Surya Tunggal is the lack of knowledge of local and foreign people about the types of products produced by the company due to the lack of maximum promotional media used so that the marketing department is required to have many relationships so that the marketing process is slower. People find it difficult to know about several things such as the shape or visual of the product, product design, and the materials or materials used for production. This causes confusion in the community about product specifications which results in a lack of public interest in buying.This research is a type of development research that uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. Meanwhile, for making your own website design using the programming languages HTML, CSS, and Javascript. With the new website design owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal can expand its marketing reach without incurring higher costs, the promotion process is faster, the public is more interested and comfortable to access, as well as the products owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal is becoming better known by the wider community.

This activity is a community service activity for the people of Purbosari village, Ngadirejo sub-district, Temanggung Regency. as part of the activities of the Central Java Province Bappeda for the 2017 fiscal year. The problem that is being handled is the problem of the loss of livelihoods of the tobacco farming community due to restrictions on tobacco farming and tobacco products. This activity is also an implementation  of  the   Regulation   of  the  Minister  of   Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 28 / PMK.07 / 2016 concerning the Use, Monitoring and Evaluation of Tobacco Excise Production Sharing Funds. The model used is a community-based tourism development model as a form of the tourism sector's creative economy that provides optimal benefits to the community. The service process is carried out by means of efforts to empower the people's economy in the tourism sector with a community-based tourism (CBT) approach or community-based tourism by involving local communities in activities, which include the introduction of tourism potential and training on the utilization of local non-tobacco agricultural potentials to be processed into culinary products and by by tours. The local community is motivated to become the main actor in the management of tourism activities that arise from the utilization of the local potential that exists in the service location. The result of this activity is the achievement of community understanding of tourism as an alternative to activities other than tobacco farming, understanding of local tourism potential, development of tourism activities and tourism support activities in the location.

SD Mardi Rahayu 01 Ungaran is an elementary school. The learning process still uses conventional methods which make students less enthusiastic in participating in learning and tend to get bored with the material presented. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive Javanese script learning media based on multimedia. The development method in this study uses the Research and Development method. Multimedia-based interactive Javanese script learning media is an alternative in the learning process. Based on the results of the validation, the learning media got a feasibility percentage of 92.5% from internal validator, 90% from external validator, and 81% from the results of user trials, so it can be concluded that the learning media developed was categorized as very feasible to use.

Entrepreneurial intention in a person can be formed by the external and internal environment. This study examines the attributes entrepreneurial intentionin students : role models, entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, and emotional competence. The purpose of this study is to determine a model of entrepreneurial intention among exact and non-exact college students. in Brebes and Tegal, Central Java. Respondents observed were exact and non-exact students at three tertiary institutions, namely Muhadi Setiabudi University (UMUS) Brebes, Polteknik Harapan Bersama (Poltek Harber) Tegal, and Pancasakti University (UPS) Tegal with a total of 301 students using a cluster random sampling. This research uses a quantitative analysis approach with data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM), a method to test the attributes that make up the entrepreneurial intention model. The results showed that the exact entrepreneurial intention of the student group was formed by the attributes of entrepreneurial attitude, and emotional competence. Meanwhile, the non-exact student group was formed by the attributes of role models and entrepreneurial attitudes. The implication of this research is that universities can form entrepreneurial characters among students through a conducive and dynamic curriculum and academic atmosphere.

Department of Culture , Tourism , Youth and Sports Central Aceh district especially in tourism is in charge of managing and developing infrastructure for tourism, the selection of a tourist attraction right capable of giving the best decision with the information on the sights with AHP ( Analytical Hierarchy Prsocess ) that match the criteria , Election Decision Support System using AHP Attractions Java based , Using Netbeans and MySQL as data storage .

The certainty of disclosing local government financial reports to the public in a timely manner is one of the main factors of a local government's success in financial management. This is because financial reports are used by the public to evaluate the management capabilities of existing resources. The public wants to ensure that these resources are managed effectively and efficiently. Additionally, the accuracy of local government financial reports disclosure is also used as a basis for future decision making. This study will examine several indicators related to the time of local government financial reports disclosure in Central Java during 2015 - 2017. This study used a measure of the effectiveness of internal audit, local government measurement from the perspective of audit opinion in each region. The data in this study were secondary data, namely the audit report of the financial audit agency (LHP BPK) from each local government. Furthermore, it also comprised the performance report of state development audit agency (LKjIP BPKP) in Central Java. The data obtained will be processed using Eviews 9 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the Internal Audit has no significant negative effect on the Audit Lag Report, the Size of the Local Government has no significant negative effect on the Audit Report Lag, and the Audit Opinion has no significant negative effect on the Audit Report Lag.  Keywords: Audit Report Lag, Internal Audit, Local Government Measurement, Audit Opinion.
