This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the Hospital Management Information System in improving administrative efficiency in inpatient services. The research employed a mixed-method approach (quantitative and qualitative) using a descriptive survey design. The sample consisted of 50 respondents, including administrative staff, medical personnel, and hospital management directly involved in the use of Management Information System, as well as 10 key informants for in-depth interviews. Data were collected through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation tests, and thematic analysis. The results indicate that Management Information System has a significant positive impact on administrative efficiency, as evidenced by improvements in process speed, data accuracy, and coordination among service units. The system also contributes to accelerating claim processes and reducing the manual workload of administrative staff. However, the effectiveness of Management Information System is still influenced by factors such as human resource readiness, training, and technological infrastructure support. The main challenges identified include limited training and technical network issues. In conclusion, Management Information System has proven effective in enhancing administrative efficiency in inpatient services, but further optimization through continuous training, managerial support, and integrated system development is required for more effective implementation.

The tourism potential in Carangwulung Village is very diverse and has the opportunity to be developed into a tourist attraction. There are eight tourist destinations that have been developed in Carangwulung village, one of which is the Grojogan Selo Gonggo (GSG ) nature tourism. This tourist attraction is natural attractions that come from mountain water and also pine forests. Opportunities for tourism activities at GSG are very good, if the local community and the management are able to work together to achieve the expected goals. However, the fact is that over time the people who participate in managing the GSG experience a decrease in tourism awareness. This will not affect the future development of GSG natural tourism as tourism that is of interest to tourists. Therefore, the awareness of the Carangwulung village tourism community needs to be increased again so that the development of the GSG nature tourism is not in vain and gets maximum benefits from tourism activities. The formation of POKDARWIS and improving the quality of human resources play an important role in developing GSG natural tourism, with the aim of making GSG a tourist destination that is of interest to many tourists.  

Tourism and the creative economy are sectors that are promising and have a great opportunity to support the economy, so they need to be a top priority. However, the reality is that the development of creative economy-based tourism potential has faced many problems, such as inadequate human resources and even insufficient promotion, so that many domestic and foreign tourists are not aware of the existence of unique and attractive destinations in East Java. Preliminary case studies have been carried out involving 25 communities to analyze the problems that occur in tourism and the creative economy in East Java Province. Based on the results of the study, the development of e-tourism-based promotions is crucial amidst the rise of technological developments. The Vacancy website is an e-tourism-based promotion that can accommodate the needs of tourism and the creative economy in East Java. In addition, promotion is also a major factor in supporting the introduction of creative economy-based tourism. This Vacancy website is able to provide accurate information related to tourism and the creative economy and facilitate accessibility to destinations with the support of various existing features such as recommendations, accommodation, regional culture, and other complete features.  

The development and progress of tourist attractions, in this case a tourist village, are largely determined by the readiness of their human resources, especially tour guides, especially from a technical point of view. Guides, from a technical and communication point of view, are increasingly able to captivate visitors, making them feel at home more and more. In addition, tourism product marketing that has not been maximized, especially the promotion of tourism products through digital media, has slightly hampered the introduction of tourism village products where the role of digital marketing is so important, especially those based on the web and social media. Recognizing such a mindset, the solution offered is to hold education and training (training) along with mentoring for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village. Provision and capacity building according to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) absolutely must be provided, covering knowledge, skills, and attitude. As well as being given knowledge about the basics of excellent service and tour guides. Tunjungan Tourism Village Community Empowerment Through Technical Guidance Capacity building and Capability of Tourism human resources, which has been implemented, has resulted in the participation of participants (the target audience) who expressed satisfaction and enthusiasm. Participants (the target audience) also hope that in the following year there will be ongoing activities to increase knowledge, skills, and attitudes for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village.

Developing a global leadership bench by advancing human resource management is an important concern for the Company to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, the main objective of this paper is to emphasize the role of transformational leadership of line managers in developing leadership competencies, with theoretical support from transformational leadership theory. For the above purposes, data was collected using a questionnaire and it was found that there is a large influence of line manager transformational leadership in the development of human resource management  

Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. The presence of qualified and professional human resources can become strategic players in achieving organizational goals and improving individual and collective performance. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.

The purpose of the research in this discussion is to find out and analyze from the start the roles and tasks as the leader of the course of education or known as the principal of an elementary school. Leadership is an ability that every person needs to have to be able to influence others in helping the path of goals so that they can be achieved and can run according to plan and the goals are right on what is intended. The notion of leadership is someone who wants to be recognized as a leader by having advantages in several functions including the advantages of being able to influence, guide, manage other people, and evaluate all activities up to human resources, besides the advantages of a leader must have a ready mentality, one of which is a leader in the world of education which can be interpreted as the principal has the task of being able to be a driver, guide, direct, and move other people who have a relationship with the implementation and development of education and teaching, so that activities can run effectively and efficiently in achieving the vision and mission of an education. the principal as a superior needs to pay attention to subordinates to be able to support a series of educational activities, the achievement of quality education as a point of understanding that needs to be considered as a school principal in driving the course of education is an organic system where schools are one of them, smoothness and prosperity built by the principal later it will provide high quality value for an educational institution he leads where all the goals that are expected together can be achieved and all human resource needs in carrying out their duties are properly fulfilled.

The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of competence of human resources, internal control, use of technology and community participation on village fund accountability. The Kota Intan village community sees a lack of transparency from the village government, causing a sense of community apathy, that the authority for village development is the task of the village government. The population of this study consisted of village heads, village secretaries, BPD, section heads, heads of affairs, and heads of sub-villages and the criteria of research sample worked for at least 1 year with a minimum education of high school or equivalent. There was 83 respondents from 5 villages. The results of this study show that the competence of human resources had a positive but not significant effect on village fund accountability, there was a negative but not significant internal control effect on village fund accountability, there was a positive and significant influence on the use of technology on village fund accountability, and there was a positive but not significant effect community participation variable on accountability of village funds. The result of this study are expected to contribute to development of village fund accountability. While the urgency of this study relate information for the district government and the community so they know the principles of village fund accountability.   Keywords: Village Fund, human resource competency, internal control, community participation, accountability.

Globalization has brought the industry to experience a structural transformation that focuses on technology. This article aims to review and attempt to confirm the concept of development of resource management and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that for the development of human resources and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources based on the concept, it can be done through: (a) Management training and development, (b) Identification of training and development needs, (c) Benefits, Training and development objectives, (d) Training Methods, (e) Benefits of performance management and (f) Performance measurement,(g) Performance management objectives. 

Micro, small and medium business (MSME) activities are one of the business fields that can develop and are consistent in the national economy. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a good place for the creation of jobs planned by the government, private sector and Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency individual business actors. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) at Ponteh  expands fastly. A lot of business create larger job opportunity in order to reduce unemployment people. One of the idea on empowering UMKM in information technology era is by establishing central communication of UMKM based on Website. By making web marketing media, besides it provides information about UMKM development in Ponteh, it can be functioned to access for any information of production factors. In addition, it can communicate with another UMKM globally to extend the networks. But some employers are constrained by rising raw material prices, the limited of human resources, has a problem in the capital, lack of infrastructure and lack of access to product marketing.

The concept of the smart city has emerged as a strategic response to rapid urbanization, increasing population density, and escalating environmental degradation. It is designed to create more efficient urban management through the integration of information and communication technologies, with the primary goal of enhancing public services, optimizing resource use, and improving citizens’ quality of life. One of its most significant promises is its potential to mitigate ecological challenges, particularly in monitoring and reducing air pollution levels. This study aims to analyze the impact of smart city implementation on urban ecology and quality of life, focusing on air quality as a key indicator. A quantitative comparative approach was applied, using both primary data from air quality measurements PM2.5, CO₂, NO₂, and AQI and secondary data from government reports, environmental agencies, and academic publications. The research was conducted in five major Asian cities recognized for adopting smart city initiatives. The results reveal varied outcomes: Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur demonstrated substantial improvements in air quality and livability, while Beijing and New Delhi continued to struggle with severe pollution. Jakarta showed partial progress, though improvements remain limited. These findings indicate that while technology is critical, it alone does not ensure ecological sustainability. Effective governance, public participation, and context-based strategies are equally crucial. This study highlights the need for smart city policies to prioritize ecological resilience and human well-being as central elements of sustainable urban development.

Every activity carried out by an organization certainly requires various resources, such as capital, materials, and machinery. Existing resources will be meaningless if not managed properly. To manage it requires other resources, namely, human resources. The formulation of the problem in this study is the formulation of whether work involvement and division of labor jointly affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government? This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and division of labor have on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The temporary hypothesis is that work involvement and division of labor have a joint effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The population is 85 people and is used as a sample. Data collection techniques using library research and field research. The results of the study show that the variables of work involvement and division of labor can affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. Work involvement and division of labor jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value (38.510 > 3.11). Partially, work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Where the value of tcount = (2.373) is greater than the value of ttable (1.992), Partially the most dominant division of labor affects employee performance, meaning that the variable of division of labor is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work involvement. Where the value of tcount = (4.453) is greater than the value of ttable (1.995).

Research on the influence of business and entrepreneurial characteristics on the general performance of the fisheries processing industry is more specifically reviewed and also researched from an area in Sulawesi, more precisely South Sulawesi Indonesia's large capture fisheries potential can be used as an opportunity to build a fish processing industry, especially in South Sulawesi Province which has a spatial structure policy that supports the fisheries subsector as a superior subsector. Based on the SWOT analysis, strategies that can be applied to encourage the development of the fish processing industry in South Sulawesi Province include strengthening integrated fish processing groups, utilizing and maintaining available catch handling facilities, developing market reach, facilitating administrative access to the establishment of fish processing industries, and increasing the competitiveness of production volumes of fishermen's catches in South Sulawesi Province.South Sulawesi has a specificity in superior products and the quality of human resources, so the policies implemented in the national are not necessarily suitable for South Sulawesi. An appropriate and comprehensive strategy for the development of MSME iin the fisheries processing industry in order to improve their performance in South Sulawesi Province needs to be determined using a way that is in accordance with realistic circumstances and can be applied in reality.

This study describes the role of UNDP in the country of Myanmar in an effort to help overcome the problem of poverty. By providing various assistance in terms of economic, social, and political. In accordance with UNDP's goal of focusing on sustainable development. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Secondary Data Sources data collection techniques with observation. In this research, the parties involved are UNDP and the state of Myanmar through humanitarian organization relations. The results of this study indicate that the role played by UNDP is to support the recovery of micro and small businesses, rebuild local village infrastructure including water and energy, provide individual skills especially to improve the quality of human resources.

The industrial sector is a strategic sector in the development of the national economy to address the problem of unemployment. In economic opportunities, being able to provide opportunities related to the management of material, resources, individuals, society, and the state for the welfare of human life so that there are no drastic economic disparities. The purpose of this study is to find out how important the industrial sector is in economic opportunities in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative method is data measured on a numerical scale (number) for data collection by means of secondary analysis where the data is obtained from other parties and indirectly from the research subject. Usually secondary data in the form of documentation or report data that has been available.

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum learning which is now being held in several schools, emphasizes the learning process based on the development of students' cognitive activities that are creative and productive. The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration of thinking learning and puzzles in increasing the creativity of students at the smpit at taisiriyah sukabumi after using this method. This research method is a qualitative research conducted on October 23, 2022 to October 26, 2022. The place of this research is at the taisiriyah school of Sukabumi. The object of research is class VIII at smpit at taisiriyah Sukabumi. The results of the collaborative thinking learning and puzzles themselves can increase student learning creativity, this can be seen from the achievement of very high indicators of creativity. For students who have advantages or tend to learn more easily by means of audio less portion because this learning character focuses more on pictures or illustrations. The material is appropriate for learning other general subjects. Conclusion Collaborative thinking learning and puzzles can help students better understand various concepts, improve memory, and simply make learning more interesting. This paper discusses the evaluation of educational programs in learning in schools where the implementation of education as part of educating the life of the nation must receive full attention from policy makers in this country, as stated in article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, amendment 4 that every citizen country has the right to education. The main goal of education is to develop human beings from an intellectual, emotional and spiritual perspective. In terms of its objectives, the output of education should be able to produce human resources who have advantages in terms of intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Education must be able to answer the challenges of the development of science and technology which is accompanied by a flow of information that is increasingly developing rapidly. The writing of this article uses the method of literature analysis (library research), namely the study of various scientific sources such as articles in both national and international journals and books that are in accordance with the themes and titles discussed. The literature analysis method makes the writer to read and find sources of reading material that are appropriate to the themes being discussed or are relevant. In this case the method of literature analysis is an appropriate and effective step.

Sumber daya air merupakan sumber daya alam yang penting bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan lingkungan, namun pengelolaannya masih belum efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memaparkan dan menganalisis gap analisa tren penelitian di bidang lingkungan sumber daya air, serta membantu identifikasi kerentanan dan kesenjangan penelitian yang masih ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan basis data scopus dengan jumlah 92409 artikel dan terekstraksi menjadi 12 artikel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis prisma, kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan bibliometrika menggunakan Vosviewer dan Biblioshiny. Hasil penelitian ini adalah visualisasi dan penjelasan bibliometrika dalam topik lingkungan sumber daya air menurut Co-Authorship, Co-Occurance belum mengalami pembahasan yang relative tetap berdasarakan referensi dan kata kunci dalam penelitian dari berbagai negara belahan dunia ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam penelitian dan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya air yang berkelanjutan secara efektif dan efisien.   Kata kunci: Sumber Daya Air; Lingkungan; Bibliometrik; Biblioshiny;     ABSTRACT   The management of water resources is crucial for the survival of both humans and the environment. However, there is still a lack of effectiveness and efficiency in this area. The purpose of this investigation is to describe and analyze disparity in research trends regarding environmental water resources, while also identifying existing research weaknesses and gaps. A total of 92,409 articles from the Scopus database were analyzed, and 12 articles were selected for this study. The prism analysis method was employed, and bibliometrics were utilized through Vosviewer and Biblioshiny. The findings of this study provide a visualization and bibliometric explanation of the topic of environmental water resources, demonstrating that Co-Authorship and Co-Occurance have not been thoroughly explored based on references and keywords from various countries around the globe. Education and training have a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources, namely civil servants who are professional both in terms of competence, attitude and expected behavior in accordance with their respective duties and roles. The objectives of education and training have an influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the objectives of the training which are in line with performance measurement indicators. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the functions and roles of education and training affect the improvement of employee performance skills in companies. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are in carrying out the roles and functions of education and training to improve employee performance skills by increasing human resources, advancing science and technology, and increasing the quality development of company quality. It can be concluded that the role and function of education and training is an activity of a company that intends to be able to improve and develop attitudes, behavior, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with the wishes of the company in improving employee performance. For agencies or companies, it is also necessary to encourage the development of the basic capabilities of existing employees. The education and training carried out by the company is beneficial for the company, employees, and improves performance and performance in good quality.
