Passenger satisfaction is a very important thing for an airline to be one of the benchmarks to see how far the company's success is in carrying out its vision and mission. The purpose of this study was to determine partially significant Customer Service Quality towards Batik Air Airline Passenger Satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang. To find out ticket prices partially significant to Batik Air Airline Passenger Satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang. To determine the effect of Customer Service Quality and Ticket Prices simultaneously on Batik Air Airline Passenger Satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. And multiple linear analysis technique. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data processing in this study uses the SPSS software program. The conclusion of this study can be seen that the Quality of Customer Service has a positive and significant influence on Passenger Satisfaction, Ticket Prices have a positive and significant influence on Passenger Satisfaction. Simultaneously it is known that the Quality of Customer Service and Ticket Prices have a positive and significant influence on Batik Air Airline Passenger Satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang.

Convolutional neural network (CNN) is a deep learning (DL) model that has significantly contributed to medical systems because it is very useful in digital image processing. However, CNN has several limitations, such as being prone to overfitting, not being properly trained if there is data duplication, and can cause unwanted results if there is an imbalance in the amount of data in each class. Data augmentation techniques are used to overcome overfitting, eliminate data duplication, and random under sampling methods to balance the amount of data in each class, to overcome these problems. In addition, if the CNN model is not designed properly, the computation is less efficient. Research has proved that data augmentation can prevent or overcome overfitting, eliminating duplicate data can make the model more stable, and balancing the amount of data makes the model unbiased and easy to learn new data as evidenced through model evaluation and testing. The results also show that the custom convolutional neural network model is the best model compared to ResNet50 and VGG19 in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, loss performance, and computation time efficiency

The rapid development of information and communication technology is beneficial to all areas of life, where through information technology the process of collecting, processing data to presenting information becomes very fast, precise and accurate. This development makes computer science an integral part of human life. Computers are generally used for processing data to produce information. With the many conveniences that can be obtained by using this computerized system, not a few organizations have implemented this computerized system. Computer systems enable organizations to manage large amounts of data and information, thereby of course helping organizations make decisions quickly and accurately in determining organizational strategies and policies. The current development of information technology also makes competition between institutions in terms of service quality an added value in attracting the interest of all stakeholders because transparency, accountability and quality of information will be more effective and efficient.

Organizations, institutions or businesses that have implemented an automated management system for all their administrative functions have also been encouraged to continue to do so by developing an information management system that integrates with or links to other components. In this case, it can be said that management information systems and the technological capabilities they support have the potential to bring about significant changes in the economic and management fields.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the relationship between the ratio of earnings per share and dividends per share on the company's stock price. The subjects used in this study are mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2022. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, using certain criteria and obtained a sample of 5 companies. The data processing technique used in this study uses multiple regression analysis assisted by Microsoft Excel 2013 and the Eviws 12 application. The implications of this study indicate that the ratio of earnings per share has an effect but not significant on stock prices, while dividends per share have an effect and are significant on prices. shares and simultaneously these two variables have no effect on stock prices. The suggestion in this study is that it is necessary to increase the company's financial performance in order to increase the company's profits so that the company's price can also increase.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Great Appreciation of the Influence of Mental Health on Learning Outcomes of Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. The type of research that researchers conducted was correlation research with a quantitative approach, using a computer package (SPSS). The data used is in the form of numbers distributed to 65 respondents. The data analysis technique used is to do a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity, Simple Linear Regression Test, F Test, and Determinant Correlation Test (R2). Based on the results of data processing, a simple linear regression calculation is obtained with the equation, namely Y = 12.584 + 0.188 X. Based on the equation above, it can be concluded that if mental health increases by one unit, it will affect the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education by 0.188. But if there are no these variables, the value of Islamic religious education learning outcomes is 12.584. The results of the F test obtained for Ftable were 3.99, because Fcount > Ftable (4.355 > 3.99) and a significant value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so it can be interpreted that mental health has a significant effect on learning outcomes in Islamic religious education. Then Ha is rejected Ho is rejected. The test results above show that mental health has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze directly or indirectly the influence of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on the financial behavior of Generation Z in the UIN North Sumatra campus environment. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The subjects of this study were students of the Sharia Accounting course at the UIN North Sumatra campus. In this study, a questionnaire was used as a data collection technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear analysis. In this study, the SPSS 22 program was used for data processing. The results showed that financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial self-efficacy had a negative and insignificant effect on financial behavior, and financial literacy and financial self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior.

The purpose of this research was to find out the analysis of the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) for food processing at the Aria Centra Hotel Surabaya which has a very important role in an industry, one of which is the hospitality industry as a guide or reference for staff to work consistently and with standards. The data collection technique used (1) interviews to find out the application of food processing procedures and the implementation of these procedures: and (2) documentation to find out the analysis of the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) for banquet food processing at the Hot Kitchen Hotel Aria Centra Surabaya, an overview of the company and worker data. Data collection was carried out in July-December 2022. The results of this study were an analysis of the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) for banquet food processing at the Hot Kitchen Hotel Aria Centra Surabaya which included (1) standard operating procedures for handling banquets; (2) implementing a banquet menu; (3) material procurement system for banquet ordering needs; (4) standard operating procedures (SOP) for foodstuffs; (5) preparation of banquet materials and tools; (6) strategies to minimize errors in standard operating procedures (SOP) for handling banquets; (7) constraints and solutions in banquet handling. Based on these results it can be concluded that the analysis of standard operating procedures (SOP) for banquet food processing at the Hot Kitchen Hotel Aria centra Surabaya required various stages in handling it.

Patty sandwich is a processed product made from catfish, coconut runch, and clover leaf puree which is formed into a square measuring 8 x 8 cm with a thickness of 1 cm which is used as a filling for white bread or sandwiches. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the sensory quality of patty sandwiches with the proportion of catfish and roasted young coconut with the addition of clover leaf puree, 2) to determine the nutritional content per 100 g of patty sandwich with the proportion of catfish and roasted young coconut with the addition of clover leaf puree, and 3) find out the cost of raw materials for patty sandwiches. This type of research is an experiment. The data collection technique used meted observation by means of a sensory quality test on 35 panelists (5 expert panelists and 30 semi-trained) who were assisted by a line scale observation sheet (0-15 cm). The independent variables in this study were the proportions of roasted catfish and young coconut (60% : 40%, 70% : 30%, and 80% : 20%) and the addition of cloverleaf puree (5% and 10%). The dependent variable of the research is sensory quality including shape, color, texture, aroma, and taste. The control variables in this study include the types of materials, equipment, and processing techniques. Data analysis used double anova test and Duncan's further test. The results showed 1) there was an effect of adding cloverleaf puree on shape, color, and taste, 2) there was an effect on the proportion of catfish and roasted young coconut on texture, aroma and taste, 3) there was no effect of the proportion interaction with the addition on the sensory quality of the patty sandwich on shape, color, texture, aroma, and taste.

This research is about fish meatballs using the main raw material of tuna which is proportioned with shrimp to help give more taste and be able to increase the nutritional quality content of the product and the addition of clover puree is expected to be able to increase the nutritional content and also be able to increase the potential for rare local ingredients. used. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the sensory quality of fish balls with the proportion of tuna and shrimp and the addition of cloverleaf puree 2) the nutritional and non-nutritional content based on laboratory tests including protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, ash, calcium and potassium 3) cost raw material for fish balls. This type of research is an experiment. Observation data collection techniques by means of sensory quality tests were carried out by 35 panelists. The independent variables in the study were the proportions of tuna and shrimp (80%:20%), (70%:30%) and 60%:40%) and clover puree (5% and 10%). The dependent variable of the research is sensory quality including shape, color, texture, elasticity, aroma, and taste. The control variables in this study include the types of materials, equipment and processing techniques. Data analysis used double anova test and Duncan's further test. The results showed 1) there was an effect on the sensory quality of making fish balls with the proportion of tuna and shrimp with the addition of cloverleaf puree including color, aroma and taste. 2) there is no effect on the sensory quality of shape, texture, and elasticity of the meatballs. 3) the selected product contains nutrition equal to or greater according to SNI 2017 including protein content 8.11%/100gr, fat 3.86%/100gr, water 36.58%/100gr, carbohydrates 49.88%/100gr, ash 1 .24%/100gr, calcium 75.80 mg/100 gr, potassium 86.90 mg/100 gr 4) the best product has a raw material cost of IDR 56,450.

Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).  

This training aims to provide understanding and skills to participants in using the mail merge technique to make invitation letters to parents en masse. Mass invitation letters are often required in educational contexts, such as parent meetings at schools. The mail merge method allows for the creation of personalized and efficient invitation letters, by combining data from separate sources into a letter template. During the training, participants will be taught about mail merge concepts, data preparation steps, creating letter templates using word processing software, and merging data into templates. The training will also discuss the benefits of using mail merge, including time efficiency and accuracy in conveying information to parents. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants are expected to master the steps in making mass invitation letters using mail merge. The results of this training are expected to give participants the ability to create personalized and efficient invitation letters to parents in various contexts, including education and other organizations. Thus, this training contributes in improving the effectiveness of communication in various activities involving sending mass invitation letters to parents.

The low understanding of knowledge about Islamic banking and financial literacy, the lack of socialization carried out by Islamic banks on Islamic economic principles and systems can affect the interest in saving for Islamic banking students at UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan Islamic banking. The discussion in this study relates to Islamic banks, knowledge of Islamic banks, financial literacy and student interest in saving. The type of research used is quantitative research, while the information needed by researchers is obtained directly from the object of research by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data collection technique used by the researcher is the method of questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation, and interviews. The analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test of the instrument then the data analysis used is the basic assumption test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS 22 computer program data processing. The quality of a product depends on how the manufacturer applies the supply of raw materials used. The application of a good supply of raw materials can expedite the production process. There are many factors that affect the smooth production process. One of the factors that can affect the smoothness of the production process is the supply of raw materials. In running its business, Kedai Surabi Gapura experiences difficulties in terms of implementing raw material supplies considering the large number of orders that the shop receives every month so that Kedai Surabi Gapura cannot determine the number of priority raw material needs that must be purchased according to production needs. Surabi Gapura requires an appropriate method of supplying raw materials for production. By applying the raw material inventory classification method, it is hoped that Kedai Surabi can find out the priority classification of raw materials used based on raw material prices, in this case related to capital. Shop owners need to implement raw material inventory planning and control because to find out what the difference is between the costs incurred for purchasing raw materials and the amount of raw material requirements according to the daily production target. In addition to the raw material inventory classification method needed in an effort to expedite the production process, the shop also needs to apply the right raw material ordering method in order to save costs incurred such as transportation costs for sending raw materials, raw material storage costs, ordering costs, raw material maintenance costs arising from inventory. The research background is the low learning motivation of students at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar and is influenced by pedagogic competence and teacher professional competence. The aims of this study were to: 1) The influence of teacher pedagogic competence on the learning motivation of students at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar. 2) The effect of teacher professional competence on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar. 3) The effect of teacher pedagogic competence and teacher professionalism on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total of 56 respondents. Statistical data processing using SPSS 21.0. The results of the study show that 1) Teacher Pedagogic Competence at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in general is in the frequent answers with quite high criteria, however there are indicators that need to be improved, namely training teachers specifically and personally. The results of testing the relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and student learning motivation are included in the moderate correlation category, then there is a positive influence of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning motivation. 2) The professional competence of teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in general is in the professional answers of teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Banjar which is in the answer often with moderate criteria, however there are indicators that must be improved, namely increasing teacher professionalism from various sources. The results of the hypothesis test show that the teacher's professional competence has an effect of 35.1% on students' learning motivation while 64.9% is affected by other factors. Thus the professional competence of teachers has a positive effect on students' learning motivation. 3) The learning motivation of students is generally at a fairly high criterion. However, there are indicators that need to be improved, namely the development of self-students to foster a sense of enthusiasm for success.

The purpose of this community service activity is to train and guide the skills of students of West Rengat 1 Vocational School in an effort to increase competence in knowledge, skills and processing of measurement data using a waterpass measuring instrument in soil surveying subjects, because one of the competencies that must be possessed SMK students, especially those majoring in construction and housing engineering, are studying land surveying using a waterpass tool. The methods used in this training activity include presentation, demonstration, practice and evaluation. The results of the evaluation of this activity were obtained from the assignments given to each student. The instructor checks the calculated measurement results. From the initial observation to the final evaluation process, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of the students. Initially the participants did not have the ability to do surveying using a waterpass, but after the training was given the participants were able to apply the program. The evaluation results showed that as many as 67% of the participants were able to carry out the measurement assignments that had been given.

This study seeks to ascertain how Shopee's online purchase choice is influenced by trust, convenience, brand image, and quality of information. The research results were evaluated using a quantitative research methodology based on respondents' responses on a Likert scale. The population of this study is every resident of Sukoharjo City, the number of samples is 100 respondents, and the Cochran formula and purposeful sampling are used to select the sample. Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Regression Test are used as data analysis techniques in this study. Secondary data is collected from online sources, old research publications, and books that show consumer choices. The findings show that Trust, Convenience, Brand Image and Information Quality all have a large impact on purchasing decisions together (F test). Trust, Convenience, Brand Image, and Information Quality all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, at least partially (t test). Trust, convenience, brand image, and information quality influence purchasing decisions by 64.3% and 35.7%, respectively, according to the results of data processing showing that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.643. This means that other variables not seen in this study determine 35.7% of the variance of the results
