The research method used is library research which comes from books and journals, so that the truth can be verified. Technological advances will bring many changes, information will arrive very quickly, learning will be easy to do, making interaction easier.

In order for children with special needs to reach their full potential, it is important that they should be given support rather than ignored or ostracized.  Children suffering from physical or mental health problems should receive different care than other children.  Similarly, to improve learning achievement and, in particular, to give priority to the improvement of physical and mental growth they must be equipped with the necessary means and facilities for their activities.

The public's lack of understanding of the benefits of vehicle testing and driving safety can have serious impacts on road safety and the environment. Many vehicle owners do not realize that vehicle testing is not only a legal obligation, but is also a preventive step that can reduce the risk of accidents and extend the service life of the vehicle. Efforts to increase public awareness need serious attention from the government, educational institutions and non-governmental organizations. The aim of this writing is to raise public awareness about motor vehicle testing. The method used in this research is Literature Review. The literature review method is a description of theories, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to serve as a basis for research activities. Literature reviews contain reviews, summaries and the author's thoughts about several library sources (articles, books, slides, information from the internet, etc.) about the topic being discussed. The research results show that by exploring the causes and consequences of this lack of awareness, strategic steps can be taken to increase public understanding and compliance with vehicle testing procedures. The government, educational institutions and other related parties need to work together to create a safer and more sustainable environment on Indonesian roads. In this context, education and outreach are the main keys to changing society's paradigm regarding the importance of motor vehicle testing.

Early marriages that occur are caused by several factors and their impacts, one of which is domestic violence, domestic violence occurs because of selfish feelings between husband and wife, differences of opinion, not wanting to give in between husband and wife, wanting to win alone. and ended with domestic violence. Domestic violence occurs due to the mental and mental immaturity of each partner, so they do not really understand how to resolve the problems that occur in their household, so that the impact that occurs is physical, mental, psychological violence and so on. The aim of the community service implementation activity is to educate the importance of knowledge about domestic violence and early marriage in order to avoid or reduce domestic violence and early marriage in Pandan Kasturi Village.

Babies need adequate quality sleep because sleep is important for babies to mature their brains. The baby's body will produce growth hormone when sleeping, so the baby needs enough sleep for optimal development. One factor that influences infant development is rest or the length of sleep. To determine the effect of baby massage with fennel oil on the sleep quality of infants aged 3–12 months. Method one group pretest-post-test design. This study consisted of babies who visited intending to do baby massage at the Ananda Ambarawa Baby Spa Clinic in the January-February 2023 period. There were as many as 70 babies, so in a month, there were an average of 35 babies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, with a population of 35 infants and 32 infants as respondents. The PSQI questionnaire (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) was the research instrument used. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon statistical test. The Wilcoxon statistical test showed that the ρ value was <0.001 <α (0.05). The results of this study indicate that every 1-time baby massage intervention with fennel oil can potentially improve the quality of sleep for babies at 3–12 months of age 4,460 times. This result showed that Ha is accepted. In conclusion, baby massage with fennel oil affects sleep quality in infants aged 3–12 months. It is hoped that midwives can continue to motivate mothers and parents to perform infant massage and can be an additional reference for increasing the knowledge and insights of midwifery students, who are expected to become one of the most effective midwifery interventions to improve infant sleep quality.

Work ethic is a philosophy of life based on a view of human life that becomes a habit and is reflected in behavior and actions. Islamic work ethic should be owned and applied by a Muslim. In the Islamic work ethic emphasizes more on cooperation at work. Implementing an Islamic work ethic is very important in an agency in order to produce superior quality human resources and will later affect optimal performance at work. What happens now is that employees and teachers at Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School have not fully implemented the Islamic work ethic properly. There are still employees who are less responsible and less disciplined in carrying out their work. So that the application of Islamic work ethic owned by these employees has not been able to improve employee performance because the resulting performance is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to find out the Islamic work ethic applied by employees at Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School and whether the Islamic work ethic applied can improve employee performance. In this study using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. he results of this study indicate that the Islamic work ethic applied by employees at Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has not been fully implemented so that the resulting performance is less than optimal and certainly not effective and efficient in improving employee performance. In the future, it is hoped that the Islamic work ethic can be fully implemented by all employees at Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in order to produce optimal performance and improve employee performance.

The purpose of compliance is to maintain order, justice, security, and efficiency in various life contexts, such as within society, organizations, or government institutions. Compliance often serves as the foundation for the functioning of law, ethics, and management in various sectors of life, including the business world, education, government, and society. The results of research carried out in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, which used an interview method with office employees, the researchers obtained results, which turned out to be by all means and development of human resources in this office such as training, evaluating and improving performance makes human resources in this office better. By using qualitative methods through interview techniques with employees in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, it is hoped that the data received will be data that can be trusted and has good value. Apart from that, the researcher also refined it by looking for several references from previous studies so that the content of the results produced would be even better.

The purpose of this research is to focus on the effect of import-export on economic growth, the evaluation of the contribution of Customs, and the role of international trade supervision. Customs or customs authorities in Indonesia, known as Customs and Excise, are the gateway to international trade. Customs manages state finances and implements state revenue through import duties and excise. The results of this study show that Indonesia's economic growth is influenced by global economic growth. In the first quarter of 2023, export activity weakened with the moderation of international commodity prices which supported the exports of North Sumatra Province. Export performance in North Sumatra grew 2.45% (yoy), lower than the previous quarter which amounted to 9.77% (yoy). Export activities in Indonesia are one of the efforts made by the government to follow the development of industrialization every year. The survey was carried out on the land of Bahal Batu III village. Apart from that, corn can also be used as food for the community and has increased the price of corn consumption in society as a whole. The research results showed that even with different complex fertilizer compositions, all the parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, ear length, ear diameter, number of seeds per row, seed weight per ear, and yield potential.

The research conclusion confirms that directors, as holders of trust, cannot be held responsible for losses if they act in good faith. Although the law allows transactions with conflicts of interest, the principles of good corporate governance emphasize the importance of avoiding actions that involve conflicts of interest in order to maintain the principles of good corporate governance.
