This research approach uses a 6 minute test, then scoring based on morning and evening groups and based on semester level. Tests are given based on each class, the morning class is carried out during the morning class at 09.00 and the evening class is carried out at 18.00. The results obtained were that the superior level of memory was found in semester 8 students at 17.3%, semester 6 at 11.2%, semester 4 at 7.14%. High average memory level at semester 8 at 13.26% and semester 6 at 9.1% and semester 4 at 13.26%. 7 is 7.14% Average memory level is located in semester 6 with 14, namely 14.26% and semester 4 with 10, namely 10.20% and semester 8, namely 3, is 3.06%. Low Average level of memory is located in semester 6, namely 7, namely 7.14% and semester 6. of 6, namely 1.12% and semester 8 of 1 with 1.02%. The highest level of superior memory based on morning and evening classes is in semester 8 of the evening class, 17.34%. Virtual laboratories can provide real learning experiences through computer-aided simulations and activities. Virtual laboratory is rapidly developing its use in science learning because it is proven to provide significant benefits to the process and results of science learning during the pandemic. The limitations of laboratory facilities in genetics learning at the unkhair Biology Education Study program have encouraged the development of virtual practicum strategies and their use in genetic learning with modified free inquiry strategies on the topic of the structure and function of genetic material and reproduction of genetic material. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of virtual laboratories based on student perceptions of the use of virtual laboratory applications and to describe and compare these perceptions with the use of laboratory reality and relevant previous research results. There are five aspects of perception surveyed, namely innovation, motivation, effectiveness, benefits, and presentation of practical procedures. This research method uses a quasi-experimental research design for the characteristics and effectiveness of using virtual laboratories and real laboratories in the Genetics course at the Biology Education Study Program, Khairun University, Ternate on the topic of DNA isolation, chromosomes and mitosis. The results of this study indicate that: the characteristics of Blended Learning practicum in the Genetics course in 4th semester students of Biology study program are: 1) instruction-based practicum; 2) practicum based on data collection and reporting of practicum results; 3) practicum based on proof of concept. The effectiveness of the implementation of genetics practicum in laboratory reality and virtual laboratories based on the perception of student responses is more likely to choose reality laboratories than virtual laboratories. The effectiveness of the implementation of genetic practicum based on the results of the practicum report is known to be not significantly different between the results of the practicum in reality and in the virtual laboratory.

The form of research used is quantitative descriptive methods. The creation of flash flipbook media is enriched with the richness of local fungi found in the Protected Forest of Mount Pemangkat, Sambas Regency. Flash flipbook media is validated by five validators, including two lecturers of Biology Education Tanjungpura University and three high school teachers who were determined using purposive sampling techniques. Flipbook flash media validation sheets are assessed using the Likert scale and data analysis based on the Lawshe Formula (1975). Validation of flash flipbook media obtained a CVI (Content Validity Index) value of 0.94, so it is declared feasible and can then be used as a learning medium in the fungi classification sub-material and provide additional information about the diversity of mushrooms in the surrounding environment for students of class X high school.

The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.
