Administering advanced doses of the Covid-19 vaccine (booster) to the public will provide longer protection against the corona virus. The benefits of booster vaccines from a health perspective have at least 3 important reasons. First, there has been a tendency for the number of antibodies to decrease since 6 months after vaccination, especially amid the emergence of new Covid-19 variants including the Second Omicron variant, as a form of effort to adapt people living during the Covid-19 pandemic for long-term health. And third, fulfilling the right of every Indonesian to access vaccines for self and community protection. Some people have complied with health protocols, but there are still others who lack the awareness to apply the 5M principles, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, and reducing mobility. Everyone must be willing and able to make changes in 5M compliance behavior, so as to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. The Devotion Team and church servants always remind all members of the congregation to remain disciplined in complying with health protocols and supporting the government's efforts to break the chain of distribution of Covid-19. One of the efforts that can be used to stop the transmission of Covid-19 is by administering the covid-19 vaccine and booster vaccines, using PPE, washing hands, and keeping a distance. The result of this service activity is that all members of the dock seven congregation and its surroundings will receive a complete vaccine starting from vaccines 1, 2, booster 1, and booster 2 so that an immune system and clinical protection are achieved as an effort to maintain long-term health.

The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. This right has direct implications for the community's obligations regarding the management of household waste and/or similar household waste by being obliged to reduce and/or handle waste in an environmentally sound manner. Unfortunately, the handling of environmentally sound waste has not gone well due to inadequate facilities, enforcement of regulations, and low awareness of the community itself. PT. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. Malaria is an infectious disease caused by parasites of the genus Plasmodium. It targets erythrocytes and manifests with symptoms such as fever, chills, anemia, and splenomegaly, either acutely or chronically, transmitted to humans through the bite of infected female Anopheles mosquitoes. Malaria remains a public health problem in many areas, including Kampung Baru Village, Galang Baru Subdistrict, Batam City. In order to fulfill the mission of community service, we have designed a comprehensive and sustainable education program to increase awareness and knowledge of the community about malaria. This program not only focuses on educating about the prevention and management of the disease but also directly involves active participation of the community in the learning and implementation process. Through collaboration with various parties, such as community leaders, health workers, and local leaders, we aim to create an environment that supports sustainable behavioral change in malaria prevention efforts. Additionally, we integrate a multidisciplinary approach in this program by addressing specific challenges faced in the local context, such as limited access to healthcare services, environmental conditions conducive to the breeding of malaria-carrying mosquitoes, and socio-economic factors influencing prevention and treatment efforts. Thus, this education program aims not only to reduce the burden of malaria in Kampung Baru Village and its surroundings but also serves as a tangible contribution to fulfilling the tri dharma activities of higher education institutions in the field of community service.

Environmental health problems are one of the social problems in life that have not been resolved since then until now. Individuals' lack of awareness of cleanliness is a factor that greatly influences environmental health. Therefore, providing understanding to the public regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, especially in managing household waste, must be improved. Raising public awareness to live clean and free from waste is our common goal, not only for people in urban areas but also for people in rural areas. The lack of knowledge and awareness of the people of Serang Subdistrict regarding the importance of protecting the environment, and how to manage waste, can be seen from the large number of Serang Subdistrict residents who throw rubbish in gardens and even rivers, as well as the lack of rubbish bins in homes or in public places. To raise public awareness about caring for the environment requires education that must be carried out continuously, in order to change people's habits and mindset. This service aims to raise public awareness about throwing away rubbish in its proper place and socializing how to make rubbish bins from used plastic drums. The author uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method to solve environmental problems. The activities take the form of socializing information about environmental cleanliness and providing training to the community to make trash cans from items around us that are no longer used, one of which is using used plastic drums. The result of the activity is an increase in public knowledge of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness through the use of trash cans that have been made in view of the residential environment being free of rubbish, as well as the community's ability to make their own trash cans from used plastic drums.
