In order to address a number of issues, this study attempts to determine the most effective marketing techniques for Lazisnu items, particularly when it comes to social media marketing. Field observation techniques and a qualitative approach with a scientific foundation were used in this study to interpret the occurrences that were observed. The study's findings indicate that the internal and external variables of the research object have an impact on marketing strategy efforts. The existence of Lazisnu, the degree of rivalry among rivals, people's enthusiasm in starting their own businesses, and people's limited saving capacity are examples of external variables. Internal issue factors, on the other hand, prevent marketing strategies from being successful. These include subpar human resource quality, less creative promotional efforts, a lack of infrastructure and funding, and a failure to keep up with digitalization trends in the marketing industry.

Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline. Starting from the development of medical technology that is increasingly sophisticated and rapidly growing,researchers conduct medical research, namely about patient infusion handling services. In handling patient infusion, currently it is still manual which is carried out by nurses / medical personnel. Infusion handling services for patients still have shortcomings, namely the process of monitoring and replacing infusion fluids which are often late. If the problem is not treated quickly, it can lead to problems, namely the presence of air embolism in the blood vessels (the entry of foreign objects into the blood vessels, for example air). From that problem, the researchers made a new innovation in medical technology in handling infusions automatically and based on IoT. In this study, the smart online infusion device that has been made has good features and is very effective in handling infusions. This device has 3 main functions, namely: it can monitor the remaining infusion, it can change the infusion fluid automatically and it can indicate a blocked patient's infusion. This device already has a method for processing data with fuzzy logic. Media monitoring has been supported by a website that can be controlled remotely and in real time. Tests have been carried out and the effectiveness of the system is found to have an error rate of 0.2% - 0.7% and has an accuracy of 98%. Thus this tool can be used in terms of handling patient infusion automatically.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers indeveloping the Pancasila character for students, to find out the obstacles faced by CitizenshipEducation teachers, and to find out the strategies used by teachers in developing Pancasilacharacter in Science 1 and 2 class students of SMA Negeri Colomadu. This research is aqualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subject of this research is the PPKn 11grade science 1 and 2 graders of SMAN Colomadu. The object is the teacher's role indeveloping the character of Pancasila values and their implications in school life. Collectingdata through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used isa qualitative descriptive analysis technique with an interactive model.The results of the study conclude that the role of Civics teachers at SMA Negeri Colomadu isas role models for students by applying behavior to each individual in instilling thedevelopment of Pancasila character, such as emphasizing honesty, noble character, wisdomand shared responsibility. The obstacle is that there are still some teachers who do notprovide examples of role models to their students, for example there are still teachers whoarrive late and the teacher has not been able to place themselves according to the charactervalues of their place and the last one is the development of a fast-paced and complex andmodern era, so that students experience deviations that result in juvenile delinquency. Thestrategy used is to apply the face-to-face lecture method and variation strategies in learningby exemplary in instilling Pancasila values in everyday life.Keywords: The role of PPKn teachers, Pancasila character.

This community service report reviews the concept of Jesus' Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the context of modern management and its relevance to young Catholics. Through research and literature studies, we investigate how management principles such as leadership, decision-making, empowerment, and service reflected in the teachings and actions of Jesus can be applied in the daily lives of young Catholics. In modern management, which is often oriented towards material success, involving Jesus as the example of chief executives provides an alternative view that reinforces spiritual and ethical values in their decision-making and work. Using modern management principles inspired by the teachings of Jesus can provide guidance and inspiration for young Catholics as they build careers and serve others. In this context, Jesus' leadership, which is based on service, empowerment, and love, becomes a relevant model for young Catholics who wish to integrate the values of the Catholic faith into their professional world. This report provides new insights into how young Catholics can apply management principles that are morally and spiritually meaningful, and support their personal development as responsible public servants.

This article discusses mission studies in the context of the Antioch church. Mission problems that are increasingly evident in the practical realm need to be strengthened by analytical studies based on the biblical context as the foundation. By using a qualitative approach, descriptive method and supported by literature studies as a means of data collection. The result obtained is that the church needs to follow the example of the Antioch congregation in sending its congregation to mission and equipping them with relevant methods, systems and personalities.

This article describes the definition of quality management and examples of implementing quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industries in the manufacture of GESITS electric motorcycle products, which we divided into five discussion points. The first is a discussion of the quality basis from the consumer's perspective, commonly referred to as the consumer's perspective, and the quality basis from the side, commonly referred to as the producers' perspective. The second is a discussion of the strategic role of Quality Management with the basic concept of determining excellence so that products can compete optimally when marketed. The third is a discussion of an evolution of the quality paradigm from the Technical to the Managerial Paradigm. The four analyses of quality management are trying to be explored according to experts' understanding and discuss Total Quality Management. The fifth is a detailed discussion of examples of the implementation of quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industry in the manufacture of electric motorcycle products GESITS. And at the end of the discussion, we will provide conclusions about the challenges and strategic issues contained in quality management to answer every challenge in the times

The problem in this study is the low quality of learning Business Economics class X Office Automation and Governance, which is known from the average student learning outcomes in the subject of Business Economics only reaching 67.43, in other words it has not reached the specified KKM, which is equal to 78, this is due to the lack of use of media images with learning models in the teaching and learning process, lack of student interest, and low student learning outcomes in learning Business Economics. Therefore, this research discusses the use of media images with the Examples Non Examples learning model to improve student learning outcomes in class X Business Economics Automation and Office Management at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method, the research procedure used is in the form of cycles and each cycle is carried out through four stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The data collection technique was carried out using qualitative techniques, while the data collection tool used was a question instrument. The subjects of this study were class X students of Office Automation and Governance at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda with a total of 35 students. The results showed that the use of media images with the Examples Non Examples learning model can improve student learning outcomes in learning Business Economics. This can be seen from the completeness of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle, namely 18 students (51.43%), there was an increase in cycle I, namely 27 students (77.14%) and in cycle II it increased to 35 students (100%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of media images with the Examples Non Examples learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Business Economics class X Office Automation and Management at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda.

The purpose of this community research is to increase community understanding of the concept of trading goods in the domestic market through the digital economy so that there is an increase in income to the community in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The specific target of this community research is that the village community knows the concept of trading goods in the domestic market and the digital economy, for example in the traditional market closest to the settlement and the village area markets, and how the trade can expand its marketing network. The materials to be presented in this research are: Domestic market goods trading and the digital economy are related to increasing community income through community knowledge and skills related to the prices of agricultural products and home industry business products that will be traded throughout the village and urban areas. From this research, it is hoped that the community in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, can know and understand the impact of domestic market trade in goods, such as the selling price of agricultural products, home industry business products, or other business products to increase the community's income.

Making evening party dresses that must be considered is the pattern. Patterns are used as examples to avoid mistakes when cutting fabric. Pattern making must be adjusted to the size of the body shape of the clothing model. Patterns are very influential on the results of the clothes that will be made, therefore this study uses two different types of pattern techniques, namely draping pattern techniques and construction pattern techniques. This study aims to determine which pattern technique is good for making evening party dresses. This research uses the R&D (research and development) method or can be called research and development. The trial results show that using the draping pattern is more efficient than the construction pattern technique. The practical construction pattern technique has a weakness at the waist, namely the location of the waist that rises from the original waist. After making an assessment through the validator, the author makes evening party dresses using the pattern technique that has the highest value. The making of evening party dresses uses two pattern techniques, namely on the body pattern using a draping pattern technique and on the skirt using a construction pattern technique.

But the current situation is very different, because the virus is rampant in the world, not only in Indonesia, 200 other countries are also infected with the virus, this will certainly greatly affect the work system, teaching system and other systems. Company training and development are disrupted and methods must change with the aim of adapting training and development in a pandemic situation like this. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and uses a literature review approach. Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. By holding research like this, it is hoped that it can become an example for other companies in changing their training methods and development during a pandemic like today

Information technology is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce relevant, accurate and timely information, which is used for personal, business and government purposes and is strategic information for decision making, in recording fixed assets for example, must be managed properly because the need for the data is frequent intensity, the number of items is not small so it is impossible to memorize, the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets of a company needs to be done at the end of every year because it will affect the book value and depreciation expense on the balance sheet and depreciation expense on fixed assets on the income statement. This depreciation calculation can also be used as a reference in the allocation to purchase new assets if the existing fixed assets can no longer be used. Obstacles in preparing depreciation reports if not resolved immediately will have a bad impact on schools, for example being late in submitting annual tax reports due to the long preparation of depreciation reports will result in schools being fined for being late in reporting the annual corporate tax return. With the accounting information system for depreciation of fixed assets, it is expected that it will facilitate officers in managing fixed asset data and depreciation reports. The new system that will be designed is web-based, so that it can be accessed at any time by interested parties and makes coordination time more effective.

The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. In the production sector, the problem faced is still weak application of standards technological procedures, the process of mastering technology where most producers still use equipment simple production leading to low productivity and efficiency. Apart from that, the weak business management which causes them to be unable to increase the scale of their business. From the background of the problems above, In general, this Community Technology Dissemination activity seeks to solve partner problems with introducing appropriate technology and providing business management assistance for quality and the quantity of products from the two prospective MSME partners increased. The marriage agreement is an agreement made between the prospective spouses which regulates the rights and obligations between the prospective partners after the marriage occurs. The main problem in this thesis is how Islamic law views the content and existence of a marriage agreement before the marriage ceremony and how the effectiveness of the marriage agreement is in an effort to prevent divorce. The writing method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative method using a type of library research, namely research that aims to be carried out by reading books and collecting data contained in rooms related to libraries, such as books, journals and materials related to problems in research and etc. Data and data sources used in this study are primary data sources, secondary data sources and tertiary data sources. Methods of data collection using the method of research literature and documentation.‎ What is the view of Islamic law regarding the contents and existence of a marriage agreement before the marriage ceremony is that the law of a marriage agreement is mubah law (permit), in the sense that not everyone who is about to get married must agree, there are also those who do not want to make an agreement. Meanwhile, the content of the marriage agreement is related to anything, as long as it does not violate legal boundaries. How is the effectiveness of a marriage agreement in an effort to prevent divorce, namely in making a marriage agreement that has benefits including avoiding divorce, for example a husband and wife make an agreement if there is a divorce, the agreement is that if there is a divorce, property belongs to a wife, therefore the husband does not divorce his wife because if the husband divorces his wife then nothing will get.

The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

An application is usually used by several users where each user has access rights to certain forms in accordance with their authority or position. For example, the Inventory application or inventory is used by the Manager to view reports, the Warehouse section to check the stock of goods and the cashier to make purchases and sales transactions. Another example is the Academic Value application used by the Administration to input student and course data, Lecturers to input academic value data and Students to view academic value data. Access rights to use certain forms can be set directly in the program code with the consequence that if there is a change in access rights by certain users, you must change the program code, this is not a problem if the company can still contact the programmer to change the program code according to changes in user access rights but it will be a problem if the program maker cannot be contacted by the company to change the program code according to changes in user access rights.

This study aims to create an electronic medical record information design system where an electronic medical record system is a system that provides complete information on patient data and medical records during the maintenance and storage of all patient data. The Archive Management System at the Indonusa Surakarta Polytechnic Medical Records Laboratory is not yet computerized. Patient data entry still uses paper, while the recording and storage of medical records is done manually. This study aims to make applications related to electronic medical record information systems at the Indonusa Surakarta Polytechnic Laboratory. In this descriptive study the researcher used a qualitative approach, what will be done to the person in charge of the medical record laboratory. Based on the study results by conducting questionnaires and observations, data relevant to outpatient outpatient recordings is needed, for example medical information record numbers, patient data info, and disease data info, in designing an electronic medical record information system.
