A teacher is also one of determinants of success in the world of education stands on love, service, and formation man is in convormity with and in the image of God. The establishment of a christian school is the implementation of the great commission of christ.  The specific goal is for everyone to experience an encounter with christ and experience renewal for everyone’s life continously. The method used bythe author in this study is a qualitative method, (library research). Where the author collect library books as the main source, journals,articles, and also websites related to the title. The goal to be achieved in this writing is to open our horizons, especially teachers or those who want to become teachers, so that they have professional values in carrying out and carrying out their vocation when educating and teaching students. The results obtained from this study are that teacher professionalism can help students realize their goals, and there is the potential for teachers to be the spearheads who bring big changes to nation and state.

Increasing carbon emissions have the unintended consequence of worsening environmental quality as a result of the use of fossil fuels for green economic activities. The green economy concept is being applied in relation to social and economic difficulties, as well as sectors in one of the global strategic areas aimed at overcoming very rapid climate change. The green economy's quality is determined by CO2 emission levels and creates sustainable development, which can improve environmental quality in some countries (Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, Japan, and China), particularly during epidemics. In data analysis, various test procedures are utilized. According to the study findings, there was a considerable increase in CO2 emissions in the BRIIJC country during Covid 19, which had an impact on environmental quality, culminating in ozone layer depletion and climate change. The implementation of a green economy can affect environmental circumstances by requiring economic operations to use more ecologically friendly energy, and boosting energy can boost economic growth.

This study aims to identify and describe strategies for developing the character of students using local values maja labo dahu, at SMAN 1 Palibelo, Bima Regency. The local values of maja labo dahu have become the way of life and the way of life for the people of Bima, from generation to generation. It is appropriate that these values be used as the main basis for supporting character education in schools. % understand the value of maja labo first. The methods used in this research are field studies and surveys or purely descriptive. The number of samples in this study were taken purposively from 10 teachers and 10 students. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews and direct field observations. Furthermore, data analysis is done by reduction, interpretation and conclusion. The results of the study found that the implementation of character strengthening went according to the PPK SOP (character education strengthening program) in the school concerned, the difference being the routine Friday morning imtaq activities for 30 minutes before starting learning activities, combining religious material and cultural values locally through oral delivery. Specific strategies used through 3 approaches; parable, training and mentoring.

This study aims to determine digital marketing strategies through Instagram social media in increasing sales at the Arunazma Online Shop. This type of research is descriptive research. Data sources will be taken from documents, observation results, and interview results. The digital marketing strategy carried out by Arunazma includes the planning, implementation and monitoring stages to increase sales at Arunazma. The obstacles faced by Arunazma in implementing digital marketing, namely delays in delivery and lack of human resources. Arunazma can overcome these obstacles by accelerating the packing process and adding employees to make it more efficient. The positive impact of implementing digital marketing by Arunazma is that digital marketing can increase sales of products in the Arunazma Online Shop.

The concept of Collaborative Government as an alternative basis is considered capable of realizing the acceleration and implementation of Tourism Areas. Collaborative Governance as a new paradigm that is used to deal with various issues in a complex society, the paradigm that is meant is the basic principle of equal relations between stakeholders in the public, private and community sectors. It is also a process that involves various stakeholders who are related to the interests or achieve a goal. This study analyzes Collaborative Governance in Sustainable Tourism Management, especially in Doplang Village. Then, this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the research on the Doplang Tourism Village, Bawen District, Semarang Regency, are a source of income for the local community with the level of tourists visiting tourist attractions and also increasing people's income.

The purpose of this research is to identify those factors important for women entrepreneur successand to provide an overview for women entrepreneurs about their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in trying and determining strategies and their implementation to achieve sustainable success. This study used 22 respondents as female business owner that located in Palembang, who are members of the Sriwijaya ladies prenuer community. This research used SWOT Analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to find the right strategy. The results recommend Agresif strategy, Strengths Oppurtunities,  meaning that the organization is in prime and steady condition. So that it is truly possible to continue to expand, increase growth and achieve maximum progress/success and sustainable. This established strategy must receive support from the government so that the contribution of these women entrepreneurs to development is more significant.

This study aims to find out from a review of the effective implementation of TOS NUSANTARA in the Tanjung Priuk 2 area. The research method used is a qualitative and descriptive research method where research is on observation and observation in the Pier Area 009 Tanjung Priok 1 which has implemented the TOS NUSANTARA system and solved a problem because the TOS NUSANTARA system has not been used in the Tanjung Priok 2 Domestic Area. TOS is an application system that operates Container Terminals. The system regulated in the TOS (Terminal Operating System) can view data online and in real time. The purpose of the TOS system is to manage the planning of goods, tools and all facilities used in all activities at the port efficiently and effectively. Terminal Operating Systems often use other technologies.

The result of this community service activity is that after participating in socialization that has been carried out by the community, in this case the construction workers in the construction project for the Kailila Urban Houses housing development which is located at Jalan Kesejahteraan Sosial No.6 Ngestiharjo Village, Kasihan District, Bantul Regency, their knowledge has increased mainly regarding regulations law on occupational safety and health (K3). The implementation method in this community service activity uses the conversation method regarding occupational safety and health (K3).

Karakter yang Dimiliki mahasiswa nya pun beragam. faktor terbentuknya karakter mahasiswa adalah keluarga, masyarakat, teman sebaya dan lingkungan disekitarnya. UKM-KI UINFAS adalah sebuah Lembaga organisasi didalam lingkup lingkungan kampus yang bergerak dalam bidang kerohanian islam. Dengan adanya organisasi ini diharapkan dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter Qur’ani dalam kehidupannya maupun lingkungan masyarakat. dengan adanya kegiatan yang ada di kampus dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap mahasiswa dengan lingkungan sosialnya. tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kegiatan UKM-KI yang dapat membentuk karakter mahasiswa di UINFAS BENGKULU. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dan untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti melakukan jenis penelitian library research yaitu mengumpulkan karya tulis ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang dibahas. Adapun hasil penelitian mengenai implementasi karakter mahasiswa pada kegiatan UKM-KI. Dengan adanya implementasi yang dilakukan UKM-KI UINFAS Bengkulu yang melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang positif dan bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa dapat membentuk karakter mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik.

Character education gets a lot of attention nowadays. Today, when there are many occurrences of deviant behavior, character education is needed to minimize the implementation of deviant acts. Character education is applied to instill character points in everyone, which leads to changes in behavior from bad to good. To optimally instill character values ​​in each person, character education is applied. must start earlier. Elementary school education plays an important role in character education in this regard. The success of character education is influenced by several factors, one of which is a conducive atmosphere in the classroom. Through a class atmosphere with character, students can create ways to always behave well. Creating a personalized learning space requires the role of the teacher. Because people spend a lot of time at school interacting with students, teachers certainly have many opportunities to instill student character points, this time by creating character learning spaces. Some things that teachers can do to build character are: 1) imitate character, 2) teach manners, teach character academics, train character-based discipline, 5) teach manners, prevention. violations of peers and the priority of goodness, 6) directing children to be responsible for forming their own character.

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, which aims to determine the application of incoming mail SOPs to PT XYZ's Dynamic Archives Subsection and to find out whether the implementation of these SOPs has been carried out optimally. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant taking techniques using purposive sampling with a total of 4 participants. The results obtained in this study stated that the management of incoming mail at the PT XYZ Dynamic Archives Subdivision was still not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, file cabinets that are not given indexes and follow-up units, as well as inadequate distribution equipment. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distribution, education and training of employees in managing incoming mail, as well as supervising incoming mail management activities.

Practical lectures in their implementation require an understanding of how to carry out these activities. Not just knowledge, but understanding is needed. Lack of understanding can lead to inappropriate practicum results. The problem of this research is "How is the Effect of Understanding Material on Student Learning Outcomes in the typing basics practice course of the Semarang State Polytechnic Business Administration Department". The purpose of this study is the development of a conceptual integration model in understanding the material, to achieve maximum learning outcomes. The number of samples of this study were 89 respondents. The data collection method is done by giving a list of questions using Google Form. The t test results show that the Material Understanding variable has a t value of 11.522> t table 1.666 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.810 or 81%. The conclusion in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between Understanding Material on Learning Outcomes with an influence of 81%.

Mukhabarah also occurred in Bulisu Village, Pinrang Regency, where the community was more familiar with the term profit sharing. The profit-sharing collaboration that takes place in Bulisu Village, Pinrang Regency is generally a contract only orally based on trust without presenting witnesses, and the contract period is not clearly defined. The purpose of this research is to find out what the profit sharing system in Bulisu Village looks like and whether it is in accordance with the profit sharing system (mukhabarah). This study uses qualitative research with a perspective approach to data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the cooperation system that occurs is a profit-sharing system. The implementation of the profit-sharing system in Bulisu Village is a mukhabarah contract in Islamic economics, but there are some things that are not quite right, namely the contract period that is not clearly defined, so that the practice is not fully in accordance with the Islamic concept. determined

This research was conducted to find out whether the new Sengki village government was economical, and to develop community economic empowerment infrastructure. This research method uses a qualitative method which originates from the Sengkatan Baru village office, sub-district. Mersam District. Batanghari. The results of the research conducted by the researchers concluded: 1. The planning stage of Village Fund Allocation in the village of Rambahan is in accordance with what was planned by the village government and in accordance with the needs of the community to improve the standard of living of the community. However, the lack of participation of the Sengkuti Baru village community in the deliberations on the Determination of the Use of the Village Fund Budget resulted in several parties having different opinions. 2. The implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) for the empowerment of rural communities is appropriate from an Islamic economic viewpoint, because it has applied the ta'awun principle and the shura principle quite well according to the Islamic perspective. 3. The use of the village fund budget in Seangkati Baru Village, Mersam District, can be seen from the success of the financial performance of village funds in Rambahan Village for 2019-2021 in the like category, based on the category and proportion of each statistical statement, the average is in the good category and the percentage above 60% until it reaches below 80% success.

This study aims to implement a marketing mix that is directly related to UMKM Karawana Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency. The implementation method used in this community service activity is carried out in several stages, namely observation, interviews, and evaluation. Based on the results of the interviews, there is an exposure to the 4P Marketing Mix variables that have been implemented in Micro Business actors in Karawana Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency, product (Price), distribution or place (Place), and promotion (Promotion). This community service activity aims to assist partners in increasing the understanding of educators and education personnel of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum and the Mover School Program. The method of implementing the service is in the form of educational activities in the form of counseling which was carried out on February 5-17, 2023 with an activity workflow of four stages, namely: planning stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage, and reporting stage. This activity has been completed by meeting the predetermined achievement targets. These achievements can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in counseling activities and being active in question and answer activities and discussions. In reviewing the evaluation of activities, the implementation team considered that the implementation of this service activity could not be separated from the maximum support from partners through the preparation of facilities during the event and the enthusiasm of participants in participating in counseling activities. The inhibiting factors of the activity include: time constraints, participant attendance that is not optimal, and the remote location of partners, far from the city and in an internet blind spot.

The purpose of this service is to find out how the legal protection for victims of domestic violence according to Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and what are the obstacles or obstacles that arise in the implementation of protection for victims of Domestic Violence (KDRT). The method in this community service is by means of lectures and discussions. Legal protection for victims of domestic violence is very much needed because all forms of violence, especially domestic violence are violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity and forms of discrimination. Victims of physical-psychological violence, sexual and neglect experience suffering and losses, so it is necessary to protect the rights of victims to obtain justice. The obstacle or obstacle that arises in the implementation of protection for victims of domestic violence is that domestic violence is often not reported to the police, because victims feel ashamed to open up household problems to other parties. family
