The life of the people of Jember, which has long been inseparable from tobacco farming activities, sparked the birth of the idea of building a tobacco museum. This tobacco museum can be said to be a representation of how tobacco developed in the city of Jember. Several aspects contained in it also support the representation process. Starting from the beginning of the construction of the museum which was inspired by the habits of the people of Jember city, namely tobacco farming, the names of several agricultural tools were born from the language of the local community, even to the concept of the building which was interpreted as having similarities with one of the tools for tobacco production, namely the Atag warehouse. This research uses a representation theory perspective proposed by Stuart Hall. According to Hall, there are three approaches to the representation process consisting of reflective, intentional and constructionist approaches. The aim of this research is to find out how the representation process occurs in the tobacco museum. This type of research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The results of the research show that there has been representation in the tobacco museum where the process involves various aspects contained in the museum itself.

he construction sector is a dynamic industry that produces projects in terms of infrastructure and buildings. This sector faces challenges, particularly in worker safety and health (K3) in every project. Statistics show that the increase in fatalities and permanent disability cases due to accidents at construction sites in Indonesia is among the highest compared to other industrial sectors. This study examines the key factors and challenges in meeting occupational safety and health (K3) standards to achieve quality infrastructure. The method used in this study is a literature review conducted through databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. After selection, 42 articles were used as sources for analysis in this study. The results indicate that technical aspects, both Internal Risks and Project Risks, are the most influential causes of health and safety risks in a building construction project. Meanwhile, External Non-Technical Risks are the least influential causes of health and safety risks in a building construction project. Risk control can be carried out through good working methods, the use of tools according to warning signs, the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and clear explanations of accident risks and risk control methods by the contractor.

Bagas Patih Pratama to enhance employee safety and reduce accident risks in the workplace. The data collection technique in this study involves questionnaires or interviews with workers to gather the necessary information. This study evaluates workers' attitudes towards health and safety conditions, knowledge of safety protocols, and the challenges faced during work. The survey results show that the majority of workers have a high level of awareness and understanding of workplace safety and the importance of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). However, only a few workers consistently comply with established safety protocols. The study also highlights the importance of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to reduce hazards when working. Student delinquency cannot be separated from the impact in science that is constructed on the pattern of subject-object relationships. Through the objectivity of the education system in Indonesia, goals, principles, social organizations, teaching methods, assessments, students, curriculum, facilities and funding, this relational pattern is rooted. Violence against children is no longer limited to the private sector, but extends to wider society. Schools are places where violence occurs in children and this is a concern that is often discussed. Not only teachers can commit violence against students, but fellow students themselves can also commit violence against children. Bullying is the form of violence most often perpetrated by female students, and physical violence, such as fighting and threats, is most often perpetrated by female students. There are four times when children are most likely to experience violence. During recess, after school, when changing classes, and when no one is in class. Most violent incidents occur outside the school environment, not within the school environment. One way to prevent bullying at school is to explain the causes of the problem by considering the function and role of education at home, school and society.

The aim of limestone mining activities is to obtain the main raw material, namely limestone, which can then be used as a construction raw material such as cement. This data collection method is to collect primary data obtained from identifying activity locations and secondary data obtained from Journal Reviews and other scientific articles and then compiling them into a narrative. From the results of this analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive impact, namely the recruitment of workers from the local area and a negative impact, namely a decrease in ambient air quality, a decrease in water quality, soil erosion, disruption of flora and fauna and plant vegetation.

E-commerce has become an important platform in e-commerce, and website performance has become a critical factor in achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this research, the conceptual framework used includes three main constructs: website performance, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Website performance is measured along several dimensions, including access speed, reliability, user interface, and content quality. Customer satisfaction is measured as the customer's perception of the quality of service and shopping experience on an e-commerce website. Customer loyalty is measured through repeat purchase intentions and recommendations to others. The research results show that website performance has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction in e-commerce. Website performance dimensions, such as access speed and reliability, are critical in creating customer satisfaction. Apart from that, customer satisfaction also has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. Satisfied customers tend to have a higher intent to make repeat purchases and recommend a website to others. Framing is understood as the process of how someone classifies, organizes, and interprets their social experiences to understand themselves and the reality outside themselves. The current situation of radicalism raises serious concerns and needs to be watched out for. In Indonesia, radicalism is generally related to religious extremism, especially in the Islamic context. Several Islamic extremist groups in Indonesia have emerged and caused tension in society. This research aims to define the problem, estimate the source of the problem, assess morals, and emphasize solving problems that occur at the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School on the online media Kompas.com. The theory used in this research is Robert N. Entman's framing analysis theory. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use documentation and observation. Analyze data by means of data reduction, data presentation, and summary. The results of this research show the essence of the construction formed by the online media Kompas.com by looking at Robert N. Entman's dimensions, namely the selection of issues and highlighting aspects related to the selection of complex facts and realities and how the news is written. Overall, Kompas.com reports regarding the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School which is affiliated with the NII at this early stage, based on the author's observations, it tends to refer more to the MUI which is struggling to be able to prove clearly and in detail to prove that the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School is definitely affiliated with the NII. However, there are several things and several parties who are trying to prevent this from being revealed, but the MUI team does not want to explain this. In framing the news about the NII-affiliated Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School case, it emphasizes the extent to which the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School case has been handled and which parties are involved in this case.

Utilization of fly ash which is part of the residue from burning coal for power plants (PLTU), where the combustion products have the same size as sand. Asphalt concrete is a type of construction pavement consisting of a mixture of asphalt and aggregate, either with or without added materials. This research aims to determine the characteristic values of asphalt using fly ash as a substitute for sand in AC – WC asphalt concrete with mixed variations of 25%, 50% and 75%. From the research results, the AC-WC mixture used according to the standard, namely the condition of 5.5% asphalt content, obtained a stability value of 1580kg, a VFB value of 79.00%, a VMA value of 15.50%, a VIM value of 3.40%, a MQ value of 550kg/mm , flow value 2.90mm and density value 2.35. Tests with mixture variations of 25%, 50% and 75% obtained a maximum stability value of 1706.5kg at a variation of 25%, a maximum flow value of 3.54mm at a variation of 75%, a maximum VIM value of 6.90% at a variation of 75%, a maximum VMA value 17.68% at 75% variation, maximum VFB value 84.89% at 25% variation, maximum density value 2.38 at 25% variation and MQ value 605.33kg/mm at 25% variation.
