Fulfillment of holistic comfort through indicators of relief (freedom), ease (calmness), transcendence (happiness). This literature review was carried out by collecting articles and textbooks from databases such as Proquest, Scient Direct, Google Search, Google Scholar. The search was carried out using the keywords "Comfort", "Katherin Kolcaba", "Nurse" and "Perioperative". The selected article focuses on Katharine Kolcaba's practice theory of Comfort in Perioperative Care. The results of the study show that the theory of comfort is very helpful in providing nursing care for perioperative patients, through feeling comfortable facilitating the emergence of synergistic, multidimensional, organismal responses that can influence the healing process. So that the theory of comfort is highly recommended in providing nursing interventions for perioperative patients. Nursing interventions in the four holistic contexts lead to various ways to help patients find relief, serenity or transcendence. It is known that simple linear regression analysis in this study is obtained. Based on the results of the research, the simple linear regression equation is obtained as follows Y = 3.854 + 0.092 X calculated t value of 2.119. at Degree of Freedom (df) = n-2, df = 93-2 = 91, then a t table of 1,984 is found. Then it can be seen that t count > t table (2.119> 1.984). So it can be concluded that Service Quality (X) can have a positive effect on patient satisfaction (Y).

Background: Pre-operative anxiety is the fear of pain after surgery, physical changes, facing surgical equipment and staff, death during anesthesia, failure of surgery or complications during surgery. Anxiety in patients who will undergo surgery can be overcome with non-framacological therapy, namely SEFT therapy which has a positive impact on reducing preoperative patient anxiety. Purpose: This case study aims to determine whether implementing SEFT therapy can reduce anxiety in preoperative patients Method : The method is a case study focusing on one patient. First, a numerical rating scale was utilised to measure the intensity of anxiety of the patients using the STAI (State-Traite Anxiety Inventory), then using SEFT therapy over of 3 stages, namely set-up, tune-in, and tapping between 10-15 minutes 1 time per day for 2 days, then re-evaluate using STAI to measure anxiety levels after the intervention  Results: The results show that using the SEFT therapeutic intervention, the preoperative patient's anxiety level decreased from moderate anxiety to mild anxiety Suggestion: Nurses could provide education to patients and their families in order to be able to reduce anxiety in the pre-operative phase so that patients can become more relaxed and comfortable.

Patient is a person who, directly or indirectly, consults a doctor or medical service about a health problem in order to receive the medical care the patient needs. After registering, patients need to wait until they get health services from the intended poly. The waiting time is understood as the time required from the arrival of the patient to the moment when the specialist performs the service. This study aims to review the length of waiting time for cardiac outpatient services at the Cilandak Marine Marine Hospital in 2022 using a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods, namely conducting direct interviews with outpatients and directly reviewing the length of waiting time for patients. 74 patient samples, there were 23 patients (31.08%) whose waiting time was appropriate or below the minimum service standard of waiting time (≤60 minutes), while for 51 patients (68.92%) the waiting time did not meet the minimum service standard of time. waiting time (>60 minutes), with an average patient waiting time of 96 minutes. The fastest waiting time for patients is 41 minutes, while the longest waiting time for patients is 173 minutes. Factors that cause long waiting times for outpatients are the inadequate number of medical record officers and medical personnel, the number of patients who come at the same time, causing queues at the registration counter and queues at the poly, doctors' practice hours are quite at odds with registration hours at the counter, negligence of the patient when registering, not carrying a medical card, not carrying the necessary documents, and not the patient concerned who registers, and the number of medical personnel and officers is not sufficient.

Researchers analyzed the medical records of inpatients for COVID-19 cases, especially the summary form for discharge patients. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative analysis approach. The purpose of this study was to determine standard operating procedures and calculate the percentage of completeness of inpatient medical records on the summary form of inpatient discharge patients in the case of covid-19 in March 2022, and to find out the obstacles in filling out the summary form of inpatient discharge in cases of covid-19 . Based on the results of a study of 152 medical records of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 cases, the average completeness rate was 92% complete and 8% incomplete. The need to resocialize standard operating procedures for filling out medical records and the need for hospital director decisions regarding the discipline of filling out medical records should be able to be carried out properly and on time .

The patient's lack of understanding regarding informed consent in doctors' medical actions is motivated by several factors. Informed consent is a process as well as the result of an effective communication between the patient and the doctor/dentist and not just the signing of the consent form. The relationship between doctors, hospitals and patients or what is known as the therapeutic transaction is generally the origin of conflict. Conflict can occur when the parties do not carry out their roles as expected by the other party. This requires learning or educating patients regarding informed consent through the information media platform provided at the hospital. This journal discusses the reasons why many patients do not understand the contents of informed consent.

Symptoms of stemi can cause patients to feel more anxious, this anxiety can be overcome pharmacologically and nonpharmacologically. However, pharmacological therapy can cause various side effects. Therefore, nonpharmacological therapies can be recommended including progressive relaxation techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of progressive muscle relaxation therapy to anxiety using the HARS scale in stemi patients in the CVCU Room of Prof. Aloei Saboe Hospital. Pre-experimental research method with one group pre post test design, a sample of 4 people who met the sample criteria, the instrument used HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) and the data analysis used was univariate analysis. The study findings are that progressive relaxation techniques carried out by researchers for 3 days can reduce the HARS score of the first patient from a score of 11 to 4, the second patient from a score of 12 to 6, the third patient from a score of 13 to 7 and the fourth patient from a score of 12 to 6, so that progressive muscle relaxation therapy can be applied in reducing anxiety of stemi patients in the CVCU Room of Prof. Aloei Saboe Hospital. The implication of this study is that the nursing profession is expected to improve the provision of nursing interventions in carrying out the nursing care process comprehensively, namely from bio to psychosocial patients so that it can help patients overcome psychosocial problems in this case the anxiety experienced by patients.
