This research aims to find out the influence of discipline on employee performance in hospitals. Ibn Sina YBW Umi Makassar. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data, then the data source used, namely primary data and secondary data. The collected data is analyzed in a scriptive manner, meaning that the data obtained in the field is processed in such a way that it provides a systematic understanding, then statistical calculations are held with simple regression analysis, coefisen correlation coefficient of determination (r) and t-test, From the results of calculations obtained values of y = 17.51 + 0.63 x, while the value of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.527 and coefficient of determination (r2) of 27.77% and the remaining 22.23%  It is influenced by other factors that were not studied. While the results of the distribution are: t (t-table) = 2,034, from the calculation of the distribution t (thitung) = 3,562, so that it can be known t (thitung) > t table (3,562 > 2,034, so that Ha received and rejected H0, which means, discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance in hospital. Electricity is a very important need for the life of many people. Especially with the increasing number of tools that use electricity as a source of energy in this day and age. With the increasing demand for electricity, the more electrical energy that must be issued, especially by PLN. Electricity is also a source of energy that is needed in all activities related to electronics, therefore its use varies greatly. The purpose of making this final project entitled "Installation of Solar Power Generation Devices (PLTS) as a Source of Electrical Energy in the Garden of the Mahktab Building, Panca Budi Campus" is as a form of saving electrical energy in garden lighting. Electrical energy saving is done by utilizing solar cells, batteries as current storage and LED lights which are operated with a control system. The method used in this final project is the design method. The method steps are analysis, design, manufacture and testing. analysis, design, manufacture and testing. The design of the solar cell device as a converter of solar energy into electrical energy which is then stored in the battery.

Traffic accidents are influenced by several factors including human error, animals, weather, traffic signs. Of the four, have an influence on traffic accidents with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of Human error, Animals, Weather, and Traffic Signs on traffic accidents on the Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway, Jembrana Regency, Bali. In this study, the research population is motorized vehicle users who cross the Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway, Jembrana Regency by taking a sample system with a total of 93 respondents (samples). The variables in this study consisted of: Human error (X1), Animals (X2), Weather (X3), Traffic signs (X4) and the dependent variable was Traffic Accident (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using the statistical tool SPSS V.25 program obtained multiple linear regression equations Y = -1.530+0,313X1+0,227X2+0,258X3+0,318X4+µ. Shows that, based on empirical facts (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and multiple linear regression results show that the Human error variable (X1) has a t count of 3.680 and a t table of 1.98729 then H1 is accepted and significant, animals (X2) have a t count of 2,035 and t table of 1,98729 then H2 is accepted and significant, weather (X3) has a t count of 2.852 and t table of 1.98729 then H3 is accepted and significant, traffic signs (X4) has a t count of 4.618 and t table of 1.98729 then H4 is accepted and significant. In the coefficient of determination test (R Square) the Adjust R Square value of 0.633 means that 63.3% of the variation in the dependent variable of traffic accident factors can be explained by the independent variables of human error, animals, weather, traffic signs. While the remaining 36.7% is explained by other reasons outside the variables studied.

The problem of land ownership in Buntulia Village is influenced by the lack of knowledge and awareness of the community about land ownership rights because of the total population of 549 families, 463 people have not registered their own land. This of course raises a fairly basic problem by the village government to be resolved. Therefore, in this downstreaming, the service team provides understanding and legal knowledge to the community about the importance of registering property rights and providing assistance to the community together with the Land Agency through the Border Marks Post Community Movement (GEMA PATAS) in order to increase community participation in installing boundary markings, making it easier for BPN officers to take measurements, as well as being able to accelerate the government program on Complete Systematic Land Registration. Thus the community could see the importance of legalizing property rights to the land in order  to avoid disputes and thereby give legal certainty to the parties.

Literature has a great interest in various circles. Likewise with novels that have various useful values. Sang Pemimpi novel by Andrea Hirata is the second book in the Laskar Pelangi novel tetralogy. Novels are in great demand in various circles, this is evidenced by the novel Sang Pemimpi which was able to win a Mega Best Seller. In the novel, Sang Pemimpi tells the story of three young men, namely Ikal, Arai, and Jimbrong. This novel also tells about friendship and the many values it contains. The study in this paper aims to be able to analyze, identify and describe systematically the values contained in the novel Sang Pemimpi. Therefore, this research will review from various value perspectives. The research method uses a descriptive-qualitative method or also known as the exposure method, which is a method to produce information about the message or values contained in the novel which will be carried out with analytical techniques. The data collection technique used is the reading and note-taking technique. The results of the study will explain or provide an overview of the values of life contained in the novel Sang Pemimpi by Andrea Hirata.

This article to evaluate the implementation of Student Admission (PPDB) by Zoning System in achieving the vision of educational equality, a case study in the South Tambun Region. Initially, the government issued Permendikbud number 51 of 2018 regarding PPDB BY Zoning System to remove the stigma of favorite and non-favorite schools and facilitate supervision of students. This research uses a qualitative approach, then the concept from James S. Coleman through his book Equality of Educational Opportunity (1967) describes the principles and concepts of equality of educational opportunity distribution in numerous ways. Coleman's study is used to assess the availability of equality of educational opportunity for various groups of students in Indonesia through a zoning system that has a vision of social equality for the community. Based on the results of the study, the zoning system has been running procedurally. However, the goal of equality of educational opportunities is hampered by the limitation of the old value-oriented paradigm and the consequences of new inequalities.

Rown Division adalah sebuah usaha di bidang clothing anak muda yang berada di kota Solo dan berusaha untuk mengembangkan area pemasaran. Pengembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat merubah perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja secara online dengan menggunakan teknologi ponsel. Hal tersebut membuat dunia usaha juga harus berinovasi di bidang teknologi untuk tetap dapat mengikuti perilaku belanja konsumen, maka dibuatlah penelitian perancangan user interface mobile untuk system ordering Rown Division. Desain meliputi pemetaan kebutuhan pengguna, dan desain user interface yang disesuaikan dengan user experience. Melalui penelitian desain user interface mobile ordering diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada konsumen dalam berbelanja di Rown Division dengan menggunakan aplikasi ponsel dan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam pengembangan pemasaran.

This study aims to 1) describe and analyze the professionalism of the apparatus of the District of North Luwu Regency in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization professionally, especially from the aspect of responsiveness and innovation, 2) analyze what factors are faced and affect the Masamba District of North Luwu Regency in developing the apparatus. professional in terms of responsiveness and innovation in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. With data analysis techniques, namely: data reduction, data organization, and interpretation. The results of the study indicate that 1) The responsiveness and innovation of the Masamba District apparatus both in the context of serving the community and in carrying out other tasks are considered lacking, so that the noble goals of the organization and providing the best services for the community have not been achieved; 2) The vision and mission of the organization is limited to being a decoration of the cabinets and walls of the Masamba District Office; 3) The authorities and responsibilities of each Masamba District apparatus have been well understood and implemented from the top leadership (Camat), middle officials (Sekcam and Section Heads) to the implementing staff although they still use a hierarchical system in carrying out tasks and making decisions; 4) The leadership of the Masamba Camat in managing the administration and managing the running of the organization can be said to have gone quite well where in addition to using a formal approach, the Camat also uses an informal approach so that there is an emotional closeness with his subordinates; 5) The awards received, especially financial awards based on seniority of service period and meritocracy, are still considered inadequate and do not reflect justice by several Masamba District employees; 6) Another factor that has a considerable influence on the professionalism of the apparatus is seen from the responsiveness and innovation of the government apparatus in Masamba District, namely the organizational culture that grows and continues to develop.

One of the important aspects of the digitization of customary law is the creation of a comprehensive digital database. The purpose of this study is to show that this approach not only results in richer and more authentic documentation, but also empowers communities to be active in the process of preserving their own culture. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that the digitization of customary law has great potential not only to preserve valuable cultural heritage, but also to revitalize and make customary law more relevant in facing the challenges of the 21st century.

In prescriptive, legal science studies the purpose of law, the values of justice in a law, the good and bad of the rule of law, legal concepts and legal norms. While in applied science, law establishes a procedure, provisions, and limitations in enforcing a legal rule. The purpose of this study is to show that placing the law as a social phenomenon that is only viewed externally; Rather, it enters into the essence of the internal side of the law. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that in each such discourse, the question will be answered: Why is law still needed when there are already other social norms? What does the law want? In a discourse like this, legal science will open a study of legal purposes. So that what is actually going to be deal with is ideal.

Habitat shifts and species distribution occur in response to climate change, while coral reefs face threats from warming oceans. These threats require effective conservation adaptation efforts, considering pollution risks, ecosystem health, and water resource sustainability. The purpose of this study is to show that currently Indonesia is facing significant challenges related to the destruction of natural resources and the environment. High deforestation, caused by illegal logging activities and the expansion of oil palm plantations, is a major cause of habitat loss and threats to biodiversity. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that increasing the active participation of all components of the nation to achieve forest management goals, increasing the implementation of the Eco Tourism program as a mitigation effort in overcoming pollution risks, ecosystem health, and sustainable water resources to mitigate the impact of global warming in the context of National Resilience.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa laporan keuangan dengan Dupont System sebagai dasar untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rasio Profitabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa.Retrun On Equity (ROE) yang diperoleh pada tahun 2019 sebesar 40,93% dan 2020 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 47,20% dan terus mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2021 yang memperoleh hasil 51,88%.  Hasil perhitungan Retrun On Asset (ROA) yang diperoleh dari tahun 2019 sebesar 27,28%  mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2020 diperoleh sebesar 35,22% dan terus mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2021 diperoleh sebesar 37,06%. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh Net profit margin yang terus mengalami peningkatan.  

Field Work Practice is a training facility for informatics engineering students to develop, implement and answer problems faced by their environment. The problem that occurs is where the management and data collection of student data is still carried out semi-systemically because it is recorded in a spreadsheet application so that the data is not structured properly, as a result, information from the placement/assignment process, reporting, and classification of PKL student data is less relevant, accurate and timely. and sometimes human error occurs. Therefore we need a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed entitled "Web-Based Field Work Practice Information System (PKL). This system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and CSS Layout Bootstrap, then this system will be tested through the blackbox method and compatibility testing. So that we get a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed.

Background: Menstrual cycle is the time since the first day of menstruation until the arrival of next menstrual period. Menstrual cycle ideally regular every month with a span of time between 21 to 35 days each time the menstrual period and menstrual cycle can vary in women during different times of life depending on various things, one of which in the stress factor. In it’s effect on the menstrual cycle, stress involves the neoro-endocrinological system as a large system of it’s role in female reproduction. This menstrual cycle disorder involves an integrative regulatory mechanism that affects the body biochemical and cellular processes including the brain and psychological. Purpose: The pupose of this study was determine the relationship of stress to the menstrual cycle for students of Islamic Boarding School of Ummu Sulaim Pekanbaru Year 2018. Method: This research uses quantitative analytic research type, with cross sectional design using questionnaire as a measuring tool as well as sampling was stratified random sampling. Results: The results of this study indicate that moderate stress with irregular menstrual cycles that have equal to 57,1% p value 0,001 > ? 0,005 means there is a relationship of stress to the menstrual cycle on students. Conclusion: The researcher’s suggestion is expected for students of Islamic Boarding School of Ummu Sulaim Pekanbaru in order to make good time management so that all activities, duties and memorization do not accumulate so it does not become burden which make student stress and consequently will affect the cycle of menstruation.Keyword : Stres, Menstrual cycle

Background: Dementia in the elderly is a chronic confucius condition and the loss of cognitive abilities globally and progressively is associated with physical problems. Family health tasks as a support system are very important for people with dementia in order to do their daily activities. Purpose: This research aims to find out the relationship between family health tasks and dementia rates in the elderly. Methods: This research used analytical research type with cross sectional approach. Sample as much as 40 dementia elderly with total sampling technik. The dependent variable in this study was the dementia level in the elderly, while the independent variable was the family health task. Results: Based on the results of research, it was found that most of them have less family health duties and almost half of them with the level of dementia was severe. The Spearman Rank test resulted obtained p = 0.000 (?= 0.05), there was relationship between family health duties and the level of dementia in the elderly. Conclusion: Efforts made need to provide comprehensive and effective counseling from all sectors to the community to provide correct information about the importance of family duties or family roles to family members who have health problems, so that the community can pay attention to and care for sick families.Keywords: Family health tasks; Dementia; Elderly

ABSTRACTBackground: Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) are one of the nutrients that are essential for the body growth and development of the brain. Omega-3 is a type of EFA and has a rele to form the immune system and development of the brain a fetus. Purpose: Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the intake of omega-3 in pregnant women and to explore the types of local foods and ingredients that are often consumed and are source of omega-3. Methods: This study used a cross sectional design, and data were obtained by interviewing respondents using a characteristic questionnaire, food recall and semi-quantitative FFQ for the last 6 months. Results: The results showed that the average intake of omega-3 for pregnant women in trimester 3 was 0.126 grams per day. Types of food that are a source of omega-3 are fish, especially sardines, milkfish, tuna, and anchovies. The frequency of these food sources was 1-2 times per week. The average intake of omega-3 in pregnant women was still very low compared to the recommended RDA from MoH which is 1.4 grams every day. Conclusion: So, it is necessary to consider taking fish oil supplements for pregnant women adjusting to status of pregnancy.Keywords : Omega-3; Pregnancy; Stunting ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Essensial Fatty Acid (EFA) merupakan salah satu asupan zat gizi yang sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan tubuh dan otak. Tujuan: Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis asupan omega-3 pada ibu hamil serta mendalami jenis makanan dan bahan pengan lokal yang sering dikonsumsi dan merupakan sumber pangan omega-3. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, dan data diperoleh dengan wawancara kepada responden menggunakan kuesioner karakteristik, food recall dan FFQ semi kuantitaitf 6 bulan terakhir. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata asupan omega-3 ibu hamil trimester 3 sebesar 0,126 gram per hari. Jenis makanan yang merupakan sumber omega-3 adalah ikan utamanya ikan sarden, bandeng, tongkol, dan teri. Frekuensi konsumber jenis makanan tersebut 1-2 kali per minggu. Rata-rata asupan omega-3 pada ibu hamil masih sangat rendah dibandingkan dengan anjurkan AKG yaitu 1,4 gram. Simpulan: Oleh karena itu, perlu dipertimbangkan untuk mengonsumsi suplemen minyak ikan pada ibu hamil sesuai dengan status kehamilan.Kata kunci : Omega-3; Kehamilan; Stunting

Background: Teen are transition age from childhood to adulthood, in adolescence age the individuals will experience a change in attitudes, behaviors in line with the level of physical growth. Teenagers are very easily influenced by factors that exist outside of him as family, environment, society, peers and school friends. When enter puberty, every child has personality system that established from development so far. The concept gives sense of continuity, integrity, and consistency in a person which is a physical representation of an individual, the central core of "Me" in which all perceptions and experiences organized. In assessing theirself can positively and negatively. Individuals who have positive self-concept will be optimistic, believe in yourself and always be positive about everything, also to the failure. Individuals who have negative self-concept, believes that he looked weak, helpless, unable to do anything, incompetence, failure, poor, unattractive, unpopular and loses attraction of life. The Aim of this study was to find out description of tees self-concept who experience puberty in health vocational school of Panca Atma Jaya, Klungkung regency in 2012. Method: The method has been used in this study were descriptive method with Coss sectional approach. The sampling were simple random sampling technique so that number of sample were 130 respondents it has been collected from March-May 2012. Result: The self-concept of teen who experiences puberty, of 130 respondents, there were 2 respondents (1.5%) have negative self-concept and 128 (98.5%) respondents have a positive self-concept. Conclusion: The existence of extracurricular activities at SMK Panca Atma Jaya has a positive impact on students in developing students' self-concepts.Key words: Description of Self-Concept; Teen;, Puberty   ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari masa kanak-kanak menuju usia dewasa, pada masa remaja individu mengalami perubahan dalam sikap, perilaku sejajar dengan tingkat pertumbuhan fisiknya. Remaja sangat mudah dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang ada diluar dirinya seperti keluarga, lingkungan, pergaulan, teman sebaya dan teman sekolah. Ketika memasuki masa pubertas, setiap anak telah mempunyai sistem kepribadian yang merupakan pembentukan dari perkembangan selama ini. Konsep diri memberikan rasa kontinuitas, keutuhan, dan konsistensi pada seseorang yang merupakan representasi fisik seorang individu, pusat inti dari “Aku” dimana semua persepsi dan pengalaman terorganisasi. Dalam menilai diri sendiri seorang individu dapat menilai dirinya positif ada pula yang menilai negatif. Individu yang memiliki konsep diri positif akan bersikap optimis, percaya diri sendiri dan selalu bersikap positif terhadap segala sesuatu, juga terhadap kegagalan yang dialami. Individu yang memiliki konsep diri negatif meyakini dan memandang bahwa dirinya lemah, tidak berdaya, tidak dapat berbuat apa-apa, tidak kompeten, gagal, malang, tidak menarik, tidak disukai dan kehilangan daya tarik terhadap hidup. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengidentifikasi Gambaran Konsep Diri Remaja Yang Mengalami Masa Pubertas di SMK Kesehatan Panca Atma Jaya Kabupaten Klungkung tahun 2012. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan coss sectional. Jumlah sampling yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu sebanyak 130 responden yang dikumpulkan dari bulan Maret-Mei 2012. Hasil: Konsep diri remaja yang mengalami masa pubertas, dari 130 responden, sebanyak 2 (1,5%) responden mempunyai konsep diri negatif dan 128 (98,5%) responden memiliki konsep diri positif. Simpulan: Adanya kegiatan ekstrakulikuler di SMK Panca Atma Jaya memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa dalam membangun konsep diri siswa.Kata kunci : Gambaran Konsep Diri; Remaja; Pubertas

An abstranct is a brief summary of a research article, thesis, review, conference proceeding or Management of incoming and outgoing mail archives is an important activity that must be carried out by an agency. Correspondence activities must get serious attention, because the contents of the letter to the agency will be a means of achieving the goals of the agency, therefore it is necessary to have good mail management in a company or agency. Therefore, the government issued Governor Regulation Number 1 of 2011 concerning the management of dynamic archives, mail management must be developed by means of information technology and developed into a means of regional government office administration system. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of incoming and outgoing mail archives at the General Bureau and Equipment for the Regional Secretariat of Sulawesi Province. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative and is supported by secondary data. The type of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from data processing and observation. The data analysis technique starts from collecting information through interviews and at the final stage by drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of incoming and outgoing mail archives at the General Bureau and Equipment of the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province had not run effectively and efficiently, where the management of outgoing mail had not been running properly, which was caused by facilities and infrastructure factors as well as unsupporting human resources.

Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

This research aims to determine the influence of system quality and information quality on user satisfaction of the Siskeudes application in Bruno District. The research design used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling used was using the Slovin formula. The error rate was 10% from 122 PPKD (Village Financial Management Implementers) spread across 18 villages in Bruno District so that a total of 54 respondents were obtained. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, distributing questionnaires, documentation and heritage studies. Hypothesis testing was carried out using analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 application program. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially there was a positive and significant influence between system quality on system user satisfaction, partially there was a positive and significant influence between information quality on system user satisfaction, simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence between system quality and information quality on satisfaction. siskeudes users.
