Penggunaan bahan alami sebagai terapi alternatif sangat membantu untuk menekan biaya terapi dan perawatan bagi klien diabetes mellitus. Salah satu jenis terapi yang paling baik dan mudah didapat untuk penderita diabetes mellitus adalah susu kedelai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk pengaruh pemberian susu kedelai terhadap kadar gula pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasy experimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Telaga Biru. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t test. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,000 < dari nilai α 0,05, artinya Ha diterima dan H0  ditolak, maka ada pengaruh pemberian susu kedelai terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Kesimpulannya, susu kedelai mengandung protein, isoflavin dan serat yang tinggi yang bermanfaat terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah. Saran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan asuhan keperawatan untuk masyarakat berupa terapi nonfarmakologi yang baik dikonsumsi untuk penderita diabetes mellitus.    

Bencana bisa kapan saja terjadi tanpa diduga hal ini menjadikan masyarakat selalu berupaya berprilaku tanggap bencana. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan audio visual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap siswa dalam siaga banjir. Jenis penelitian pre eksperimen design dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah populasi 209 siswa, sampel 42 orang siswa, tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan mayoritas siswa berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 36 orang dan bersikap positif sebanyak 41 orang, setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan mayoritas siswa berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 39 orang dan bersikap positif sebanyak 42 orang, hasil analisis uji wilcoxon untuk pengetahuan nilai ρvalue sebesar 0,000 dan uji paired sample t test untuk sikap ρvalue sebesar 0,000. Sehingga disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan audio visual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap siswa dalam siaga banjir. Saran diharapkan kepada siswa agar tetap siaga terhadap banjir terutama pada musim penghujan hal ini untuk mengurangi dampak banjir di masyarakat baik dari segi ekonomi maupun kesehatan.  

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of Service Quality (X) which include the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5), on Satisfaction of Library Members (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. From the results of the validity test of the total number of questions, 18 statements all have a value of rcount > rtable, which means all questions are valid (feasible). From the results of the reliability test, it can be seen that the results obtained were 0.836, which means that the questionnaire items can be said to be reliable, because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.6. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis research, the regression equation Y= 0.465 + 0.366X1 + 0.265 X2 + 0.183 X3 - 0.185X4 + 0.246 X5. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.843 at a relationship level of 0.80-1.000, which means it is at a very strong relationship level between the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Evidence Physical (X5), to Member Satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.503, which means that the Service Quality (X) variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence (X5) contributes of the dependent variable, namely Member Satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. From the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 14.372 > Ftable 2.37, so it can be concluded that the Service Quality (X) variable consists of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence ( X5) has a significant effect simultaneously (together) on the Member Satisfaction variable (Y), so that the first hypothesis can be accepted or H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted. From the results of the t test for the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Physical Evidence (X5) have a significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) of libraries at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. Meanwhile, the variables Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) do not have a significant effect on Library Member Satisfaction (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service.  Furthermore, the t test results show that the Reliability variable (X1) has a dominant influence on Member Satisfaction (Y) which is strengthened by the highest t value of 3.299 and a significance value of 0.002. So the hypothesis states that it is not proven or rejected. H0 is accepted. Ha is rejected.

The development of information technology provides opportunities for educators to create more efficient and interactive learning evaluation media. This study aims to design and develop a computer-based test media using Wondershare Quiz Creator as a tool to support online learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The results show that the developed test media is capable of providing various types of questions, such as multiple choice, short answer, true-false, and matching, and is equipped with features such as automatic feedback, time settings, and exportable test results. User testing indicates that the media is easy to use, responsive, and effective in supporting the learning evaluation process in online learning. In addition, educators can quickly create, manage, and distribute tests through digital platforms without requiring advanced technical skills. Thus, the use of Wondershare Quiz Creator has proven to be an alternative solution for providing practical and interactive computer-based test media that supports improving the quality of online learning. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators in utilizing technology to enhance the effectiveness of learning evaluation

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang cukup berbahaya di dunia karena hipertensi merupakan faktor risiko utama yang mengarah pada penyakit kardiovaskuler seperti serangan jantung, gagal jantung, stroke dan penyakit ginjal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk diketahui pengaruh senam yoga terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada usia lansia awal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pre eksperimen dengan one group pre test post test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 28 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan pada Uji Wilcoxon didapatkan hasil p-value = 0,000 (p<0,05,  hasil ini menujukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Pemberian senam yoga terhadap penderita hipertensi di usia lansia awal memiliki dampak besar terhadap penurunan tekanan darah karena senam yoga sendiri mengaktifkan hormone endorphin yang mampu mempengaruhi kinerja jantung sehingga tekanan darah menjadi stabil. Senam yoga dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sehingga lansia perlu melakukan senam yoga secara rutin untuk dapat menurunkan tekanan darah serta menjaga kebiasaan yang dapat memicu terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah.  

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is motivation related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (3) The influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if work discipline is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation and work discipline are increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase.

This study focuses on the analysis of Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis Affecting Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is to analyze the effect of Recruitment and Job Analysis on employee performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the Human Resource planning of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Recruitment of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Job Analysis of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees and to find out the effect of Human Resource planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. Respondents in this study were 50 employees of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is to use a quantitative research method. Then the data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test and Determination Coefficient. The results of this study indicate: That the three variables affect employee performance. For the Human Resource Planning variable, the b1 value in the model is 0.893. For the Recruitment variable, the b2 value in the model is 0.742. For the Job Analysis variable, the b3 value in the model is 0.697. So the influence of HR Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance in the model is 75.6%, and 24.4% is influenced by other factors or causes.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Banjar City General Hospital. The problems raised include four main things: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employee performance, and (4) the influence of the combination of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The method used is descriptive with data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) increasing leadership style, motivation, and competence together can improve employee performance at BLUD RSU Banjar City.

The prevalence of stunting is one of the biggest nutritional problems among toddlers in Indonesia. The proportion of short and very short nutritional status in babies under two years old (baduta) reached 29.9% or higher than the 2019 RPJMN target, which was 28%. Stunting due to malnutrition that occurs in the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) notonly causes obstacles to physical growth and increases vulnerability to disease, but also threatens cognitive development which will affect children's intelligence and productivity levels.Objective: To know the nutritional status of children under five, especially related to stunting, to increase parents' knowledge about stunting, to raise public awareness of the dangers of stunting.The activities consist of preparation stages, implementation of counseling which begins with filling in the pre-test questionnaire and ends with filling in the post-test questionnaire, as well as the evaluation stage.

This study aims to examine the relationship between family communication patterns and adolescent stress levels in Bandung City. Using a survey method with 150 adolescent respondents aged 13-18 years, data were collected through a questionnaire measuring the dimensions of openness, support, conflict, and control in family communication as well as adolescent stress levels. Descriptive analysis showed variation in family communication patterns, with high levels of openness and support and low conflict. Pearson correlation tests showed a significant relationship between communication patterns and stress levels. Linear regression analysis revealed that openness and support in family communication significantly decreased stress levels, while conflict and control increased them. The t-test and F-test showed that the regression model was significant overall and each independent variable had a significant effect on stress levels. These findings emphasize the importance of open and supportive communication in the family to reduce stress levels in adolescents.  

DDOS (Distribute Denial of Service) is a type of structured attack. This attack has been around since 1990. DDoS attacks are capable of paralyzing servers by flooding network traffic and causing it to go down. To overcome this problem, the way to detect DDoS attacks has several methods and algorithms, one of which is the Artificial Neural Network algorithm and uses the Machine learning method due to the fast computing process, high accuracy, and this research uses the SKKNI research method Number 299 of 2020. The analysis was carried out uses training data from the latest dataset, namely CICIDS2017, which is a development of a previously existing dataset. The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has generated a massive and continuous volume of product reviews. This user-generated content is vital for business intelligence, yet its sheer scale makes manual analysis inefficient, subjective, and practically impossible. Automated sentiment analysis is therefore crucial for businesses to efficiently understand customer feedback and market perception. This research addresses this gap by implementing the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm to automatically classify the sentiment of Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews. This study utilized a dataset of 2,000 reviews collected from a major e-commerce platform's "Electronics" category. The data underwent critical text preprocessing stages (case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming using the Sastrawi library) to handle the complexities of informal Indonesian text. The dataset was split using an 80/20 ratio, resulting in 1,600 training reviews and 400 testing reviews. Model performance was then evaluated using a Confusion Matrix, focusing on the key metrics of Accuracy, Precision, and Recall. The test results showed excellent performance, achieving an Accuracy of 90.00%, Precision of 91.93%, and Recall of 95.00%. These results demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm, when supported by robust preprocessing, is a highly effective, reliable, and computationally efficient method for this task, providing a valuable tool for e-commerce stakeholders.

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Relaksasi Nafas dalam Terhadap Respon Nyeri pada Ibu Inpartu Kala I di RSIA Sitti Khadidjah Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre eksperimen pendekatan two group pretest-postest design. Tekinik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden yang terdiri dari 15 kelompok intervensi dan 15 kelompok control. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisa data menggunakan uji dependent-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skala nyeri responden pada kelompok intervensi 0.000 <(ɑ) 0,05 sedangkan pada kelompok control P=.164 >(ɑ) 0.05. Kesimpulan yaitu pada kelompok intervensi adanya pengaruh teknik relaksasi terhadap respon nyeri pada ibu inpartu kala I, sedangkan pada kelompok control tidak terdapat pengaruh teknik relaksasi nafas dalam pada ibu inpartu kala I di RSIA Sitti Khadidjah Kota Gorontalo.  

This research aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction at the Alfamart Mini Market, Rappocini Branch, Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative research methods. 1. Results of simple linear regression analysis in the form of the equation Y = 14.612 + 0.672 sales services will increase. The correlation coefficient r = 0.747 or r = 74.7% shows a positive relationship between variable X (Product Differentiation) and Variable Y (Consumer Satisfaction). The results of hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5% (0.05), obtained tcount = 30.55 > ttable = 2.048. This illustrates that the hypothesis put forward regarding product differentiation has an effect on consumer satisfaction at the Alfamart Mini Market, Rappocini Makassar Branch, is accepted.

Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.

Education is very important for the development of children's knowledge, so it needs to be supported by effective learning media. Learning media are familiar to a teacher such as textbooks, teaching aids and other media. However, after observations were made at one of the Class V Manumuti SDKs, in the Timor Leste Border area, it was found that teachers predominantly taught using textbooks and no other learning media. The existing conditions result in students learning monotonously, students being less active, teachers not being creative and students not understanding science lessons well. So in this research, learning media will be created that are fun and not monotonous in order to arouse students' motivation to study science. In this case, the media used is Audio-Visual Technology Learning Media. This media will be elaborated in the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model, where students will be formed into several groups, then given a science knowledge game, and students compete with their opposing groups. That way, a sense of responsibility, healthy competition, imagination, and student activity in class dominate and students will be motivated to learn science because the end of this learning model is an award or reward for students who become winners. To measure the attainment of science knowledge, observation, discussion, tests, scores and audio-visual media are used. It is hoped that the results of the research will ensure that students in the Timor Leste border areas do not miss out on technological knowledge, teachers will be more creative and students will be able to play an active role and increase their motivation to learn science.

The effectiveness and efficiency of financial management is the key to success for trading companies such as PT Sinergi Niaga Jaya. However, manual recording methods carried out by administrative staff often cause difficulties in searching for transaction data and produce financial reports that are not comprehensive, slow down the report verification process and increase the risk of errors. This research proposes the development of a web-based digital financial reporting system to automate transaction recording and financial report generation. The developed system is designed to provide easy access for administrative staff, managers, and company owners, thus enabling more structured and efficient financial management. This research uses a quantitative approach, through observation, interviews, and literature study for needs analysis, as well as Data Flow Diagram (DFD) for data flow modeling. Testing was conducted using the Blackbox testing method to test system functionality. As a result, the system is able to generate general journal, ledger, balance sheet, profit and loss, and capital change reports automatically. This web-based financial reporting system is expected to improve the efficiency of financial management by reducing the time and risk of manual recording errors.

Child health issues are one of the government's priorities in creating a quality generation. One effort for this purpose, all children under five are immunized. The challenge of implementing the immunization program that causes the target of immunization coverage not to be achieved is the lack of knowledge. In an effort to increase knowledge, the role of health workers, especially midwives, is to provide information through health education using both the demonstration method and the discovery learning method. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Warunggunung - Lebak Banten 2023. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. One-group pre-post test design to obtain knowledge data before and after the intervention. The number of samples in this study were 66 mothers who had babies who met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used for data collection used a questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using a paired test and an independent sample T test. The results of the research produced in this study were that the mother's knowledge before the intervention was included as lacking and after being given the intervention with demonstration and discovery was sufficient. There is an influence of health education demonstration and discovery methods on mother's knowledge about completeness of basic immunization (p value 0.000). There is no difference in the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants with a p value of 0.068.

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease that can be prevented and cured, but takes a long time so whether treatment is successful or not is influenced by the support of families and health workers. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between family support and health workers with medication adherence in pulmonary TB patients. This study used quantitative methods with a cross-sectional approach, Sampling using accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 34 people.. Data collection using questionnaire sheets and data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results of the study obtained good family support for the majority of compliance by 52.94% and poor family support by the majority of non-compliance by 29.4%, as well as the support of health workers in the majority of compliance by 59.94% and no support of health workers in the majority of non-compliance by 23.53%, the results of the chi-square statistical test obtained there was a relationship of family support (p-value=0.000) and health worker support (p-value= 0.004) with adherence to taking medications. It can be concluded that pulmonary TB patients who receive support from family and health workers can affect the patient's compliance in taking medications.
