Appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a gastrointestinal disease and surgical disease that often occurs in society, especially among teenagers such as students. Adolescents usually have poor fiber intake patterns, such as not consuming enough vegetables and fruit, which results in functional obstruction of the appendix and increases germ growth. This is what can cause appendicitis. Facing a situation like this, efforts are needed to prevent the occurrence of appendicitis among teenagers. The aim of implementing this community service is to provide education to teenagers regarding efforts to prevent appendicitis. The method used in carrying out this community service is by providing counseling through lectures and providing leaflets containing counseling material at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School with the address Jalan Captain Sumarsono No. 180, Helvetia Village, Medan Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The targets for implementing the activities are students at Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. The results of this community service have had a positive impact on the parties involved, especially for students at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. Students can increase their knowledge regarding Efforts to Prevent Appendicitis in Adolescents. Apart from that, students can also improve their skills in preventing appendicitis in teenagers by trying to consume foods that contain fiber such as vegetables and fruit to avoid appendicitis.

Background: As is known, cervical cancer is a cancer with the 2nd highest incidence rate in Indonesia after breast cancer. With the high cases of cervical cancer in the community, the question arises, how much is the understanding of Village Empowerment and Family Welfare (PKK) cadres in efforts to prevent cervical cancer in their area, especially teenagers about cervical cancer. Objective: To find out how the efforts of PKK cadres, especially Pokja IV TP PKK Desa in providing KIE (Communication, Information and Education) to the people of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District in preventing cervical cancer by implementing the Kertas Menampik innovation (Karanggetas Preventing Cervical Cancer). PKM (Community Service) is held at the Kuwu Office, Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District, Indramayu Regency from April 18-23 2022 every 10.00 WIB - 14.00 WIB for 6 (six) days. The participants came from the Pokja IV TP PKK Village management and the Posyandu Cadre of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District, Indramayu Regency as many as 34 people. The materials needed in the meeting with Pokja IV TP PKK cadres, Karanggetas Village, Bangodua Subdistrict, namely: posters, leaflets and a description sheet of the Kertas Menampik innovation. This material was donated to TP PKK Desa, especially Pokja IV TP PKK Desa Karanggetas Subdistrict so that PKK cadres can use it in providing KIE (Communication, Information and Education) about cervical cancer prevention. The results of the activity: PKK cadres are very happy and welcome this innovation and will disseminate information about cervical cancer prevention to the people of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District. Conclusion: the kertas menampik innovation has been applied to the next PKK cadres, the PKK cadres are planning to socialize this effort to the community, both during posyandu and outside posyandu activities. Suggestion: The implementation of this innovation should involve all components including: academia, business, community, government and media.

Based on World Bank data, the stunting rate of the workforce in Indonesia reaches 54%, so it takes the role of all parties to succeed in the government's program to reduce the stunting rate. Through the assistance for handling and preventing stunting, the thematic Community Service Lecture (KPM) program based on the 2022 Al-Qur'an Science University in Damarkasiyan Village, it was concluded: that the assistance for stunting handling and prevention in Damarkasiyan Village was well received by the community. This activity raises awareness of citizens to live healthy and comply with recommendations from related parties.

Family planning is an attempt by a married couple to regulate the number and distance of children desired. The effort in question is contraception or prevention of pregnancy and family planning, the basic principle of contraceptive methods is to prevent male sperm from reaching and fertilizing a woman's egg. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers with the use of implantable contraceptives at the Kedai Sianam Health Center in 2022. This research is an analytical research with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study was all mothers who used contraceptive implants at the Kedai Sianam Health Center as many as 157 people. Samples were obtained as many as 61 people. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal knowledge and the use of implantable contraceptives (p = 0.008). There is an attitudinal relationship with the use of implantable contraceptives (p = 0.000). Thus, it is recommended that mothers take the time to attend counseling organized by health workers at Puskesmas about family planning services so as to increase knowledge, attitudes of mothers about implanted contraceptives.

One effort that can be done to control breast cancer is to carry out primary prevention such as controlling risk factors and increasing communication, information and education. Secondary prevention is carried out through early detection of breast cancer, namely breast self-examination (BSE). This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of young women about early detection of breast cancer through self-examination (breast self-examination) in the working area of ​​the Ujung Kubu Health Center, Batubara Regency in 2022. This study used a collaborative research design with a cross-sectional approach. With a total population of all young women in the Working Area of ​​the Ujung Kubu Health Center, Batubara Regency, namely 130 pure women with a sample of 58 using the simple random sampling method. Data collection in March-June 2022. This analysis was carried out to test the hypothesis using the Chi Square test at significant and if the p-value < 0.05. Based on the results of the study between knowledge and BSE actions, the Chi Square statistical test obtained a p value = 0.010 so that p <0.05. And the attitude with the BSE action that the Chi Square statistical test obtained a p value = 0.038 so that p <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a Relationship between Knowledge and Attitudes of Young Women About Early Detection of Breast Cancer Through Self-Examination (Breast Self-Examination) in the Working Area of ​​the Ujung Kubu Health Center, Batubara Regency in 2022. It is hoped that this can be one of the therapies given to young women to prevent breast cancer from being carried out as early as possible.

The development of Information Technology (IT) is now very rapid and has been used in various aspects of life both in the field of government, banking, socio- cultural, industrial, education, and even health. One type of disease that gets attention for the application of IT is corona virus or better known as Covid 19 because the spread is quite widespread throughout the country, especially in the territory of Indonesia. Corona virus disease development in Indonesia is growing, based on WHO data as of today on August 30, 2020 positive cases have reached 172,053 people, cases died 7,343 people and recovered 124,185 people and the number of cases is increasing every day. Based on these conditions, Central Aceh is in a state of alert against the threat of corona virus. then a form of prevention  of the widespread spread of the virus can be done by breaking the chain of transmission by doing social distancing. In this study, a system will be designed to anticipate the Covid-19 pandemic by predicting the rate of spread of covid-19, especially in central Aceh districts using the Naive Bayes Classifier method. The accuracy level of this system is a positive case of 60%.

Green chemistry studies generally include effective concepts and approaches to prevent environmental pollution caused by toxic and hazardous chemical products and processes. Green chemistry based chemistry learning becomes one of the methods that can be used as an approach to prevent pollution caused by chemicals. Laboratory activities attempt to use the principle of green chemistry that can be done by reducing, eliminating or using toxic and hazardous chemicals used in an experiment to reduce levels of pollutants and waste volumes. As educators in the implementation of chemistry learning is expected to have the knowledge, insight, and skills in applying the principles of green chemistry.

Berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Situbondo Nomor 45 Tahun 2020 tentang Penerapan Disiplin dan Penegakan Hukum Protokol Kesehatan sebagai Upaya Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Corona Virus Disease 2019 di Kabupaten Situbondo yang dilatar belakangi oleh merebaknya pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebar luas ke penjuru daerah di dunia terutama di Kabupaten Situbondo. Untuk pengendalian percepatan penyebaran covid-19 Bupati Situbondo menerbitkan Peraturan Bupati Situbondo Nomor 45 Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peraturan Bupati Situbondo Nomor 45 Tahun 2020 dapat menjatuhkan sanksi administratif berupa denda dan mengetahui Penegakan Hukum Peraturan Bupati Situbondo Nomor 45 Tahun 2020. Metode Penelitian pada penelitian ini ialah menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif yaitu menggunakan studi kasus normatif berupa produk hukum, misalnya mengkaji undang – undang, peraturan daerah serta rancangan undang-undang, dengan metode pendekatan diantaranya peraturan perundang-undangan (stute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual.   Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan dalam menangani Covid-19 berdasarkan UUD 1945 dimana pemerintah pusat maupun daerah harus berperan aktif didalamnya, khususnya di Kabupaten Situbondo telah mengeluarkan perbup yang mengatur masyarakatnya taat protokol kesehatan. Namun jika tidak ditaati aturan tersebut maka dapat dikenakan sanksi administratif berupa denda yang diatur dalam Pasal 7 Ayat (2).

Pulmonary TB is a major problem in the prevention and eradication of TB in the world. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of the family and compliance with taking medication for elderly people suffering from pulmonary TB at the Adam Malik Haji Central General Hospital, Medan in 2021. This type of research is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional research design. The number of samples was 43 from April to June 2021. The research was conducted at RSUP. Human Rights at the MDR TB Polyclinic. Bivariate analysis used the chi-square test to determine the relationship between the role of the family and the role of nurses on medication compliance, while the multivariate analysis used medication compliance for elderly people suffering from multiple logistic pulmonary TB. Based on hypothesis testing using chi-square with a confidence level of 95%, it was found that there was a significant relationship between family role and medication adherence (p=0.01). There is a significant relationship between. Based on multivariate analysis, the variable that was most related to medication adherence in MDR TB sufferers was informational family support (p=0.01). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the supportive role of nurses and compliance with taking medication in TB sufferers.

Palagan is the name of a board game with a type of card game that has been distributed in the East Java region since the end of 2020 where the game is connected in one big narrative regarding the education of Covid-19 prevention behavior protocols equipped with attractive visual illustrations, Palagan is equipped with an Augmented Reality application as a complementary feature where the advantage is that it can arouse the interest of its users to learn and can make its users feel entertained, the contribution of this research is to map augmented reality content with the theme of health protocol education which is specifically intended for elementary school-aged children as an effort to minimize the gap in the level of compliance with the application health protocols in the community in urban areas.

 Infection prevention therapy generally uses antibiotics (Priyanto, 2009) where inappropriate use of antibiotics (Paterson, et al., 2005) can cause resistance to antibiotics. Increasing bacterial resistance to antibiotics provides a great opportunity to obtain antibacterial compounds by utilizing the diversity of plants in Indonesia (Manik et al, 2018). Dayak onions on Lembata Island are known as forest onions, their alkaloid content has an antimicrobial function. This research aims to further study the potential of Dayak onion bulbs / forest onions (Eleutherine palmifolia) (L) Merr taken from the Lembata area, East Nusa Tenggara, in inhibiting the growth of Gram-negative Escherichia coli bacteria which include the Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) strain. ) with Escherichia coli bacteria. Dayak onion 96% ethanol extract was made in a concentration of 10% to 100% which was tested with ESBL strain Escherichia coli bacteria, the inhibitory power formed was measured to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) value. Data obtained from Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract has antimicrobial activity in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria in Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract at concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% of Escherichia coli bacteria is a concentration that is included in the weak group.

Based on the data ofNabire District Health Office concerning findings of cases in 2009 which are recorded as TB type patients: Positive BTA Pulmonary TB 209, Positive BTA relapsed TB 3, Negative BTA but positive Rontgen about 625 cases, Extra Pulmonary Pediatric patients 72 and 175 with total number for all cases of each type of TB patients about 1083 persons. The aim of this study is to analyse the risk factors of home environment Pulmonary Tuberculosis related Prevention Practices in Nabire Regency. The research design was observasionally retrospective study with case control study design. All of the patients who had been diagnosed as Positive BTA Pulmonary TB through microscopic examination both in the hospitaJ or Community Health Center (Puskesmas) laboratory were taken as the sample of the study, in January - July 2010 periode. Matching separation that based on age and gender, the control group member is each person who more or less has the same characteristic with the case group, live at Nabire district and 15 years of aged, as part of the case group neighbours but does not suffer pulmonary TB. The results indicate a signicantly relationship between occupation density (p = 0,001); OR= 4,376), in room ventilation (p = 0,001; OR = 3,541), in house ventilation (p = 0,017; OR= 2,637), in room lighting intensity (p = 0,017; OR= 2,615), in house lighting intensity (p = 0,002; OR= 3,455), in room hwnidity (p = 0,037; OR = 2,406), in house humudity (p = 0,001 ; OR = 4,376), presence of window in room (p= 0,002; OR= 3,500), in room temperature (p = 0,131; OR= 2,143), in house temperature (p = 0,001; OR= 3,984) with incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. There is no relationship between floor type (p = 0,001; OR = 4,376) and separation room (p = 0,851;OR = 0,869) with the incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. It is suggested to attempt the increment of Pulmonary tuberculosis findings, improvement of house environtment condition with emphasized on sanitation aspect of healthy house at the time of build, and increase clean and healthy behaviours.

The impact of Covid 19 occurs in all aspects of life, even 80% of the impact occurs in the non-health sector. Therefore, the management of Covid 19 needs to involve all elements of society, including the campus community. The campus community is expected to actively take social action and be at the forefront of carrying out social change, including responding to disasters. Higher education is responsible for teaching awareness of various social problems to its campus community. Efforts made by the campus in carrying out prevention started from policy development, development of supporting instruments for the Covid 19 alert campus, mobilizing Covid 19 volunteers to the formation of the Covid task force team.

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a glucose tolerance disorder that was first discovered during pregnancy which had never been diagnosed with diabetes in the mother and then showed high glucose levels during pregnancy. Women with GDM almost never give complaints even though the incidence of GDM can be threatening and very dangerous because it can cause several complications during pregnancy, childbirth and after childbirth is also one of the causes in cases of maternal and infant mortality. Pregnancy accompanied by diabetes is also at risk of causing maternal death up to 4 times 2. One other prevention that can be done is more intensive counseling and counseling from officers to all pregnant women about the description of the incidence of DMG. This activity was carried out at the Tanralili Public Health Center with the method of individual counseling to pregnant women in turn with brochures distributed to each pregnant woman, after which they took blood/glucose checks while. This activity was attended by 2 lecturers and 2 midwifery students as well as 20 pregnant women. This community service provides good benefits, namely getting knowledge about Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and being able to know glucose levels in the blood as screening so that it can prevent and detect early complications that will occur.

The Indonesian Ministry of Health has issued a Minister of Health Decree on Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 in Office and Industrial Workplaces in Support of Business Continuity in Pandemic Situations. The Minister of Manpower issues a Circular which states for companies that limit their business activities due to the policies of their respective local governments in preventing and overcoming COVID-19, causing some or all workers not to come to work, taking into account business continuity, changes in the amount and method of payment wages are made in accordance with the agreement between the employer and the worker. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-life balance on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula amounted to 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using simple linear regression model, multiple and single test. The results of hypothesis testing work life balance statistically have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is statistically positive and significant impact on work engagement, work life balance has an effect on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Morbili becomes one of the leading causes of death of children under five years. One of the efforts reductions the mortality rate is health promoting through provision of health education on immunization. Mother as a target in this effort is very effective because it has an important role in making health care decisions on children and families. The aim of research was determine the effect of health education on the knowledge morbili’s mothers with children. This type of research has a quasi-experimental research design with pre and post test without control design. Population of this study was 63 mothers with children in RW 10 and 11 Babakan Village of Pakutandang PHC. The sample was 13 participants, while the technique of sampling was using a purposive sampling. Test the validity of the questionnaire ranged from .646-.905 with a .896 reliability. Data collection tool is questionnaire knowledge about morbili. The results of the study, analyzed by t-test showed that before being given health education almost half of participants (46.1%) had knowledge level is less than the average is 8.3, whereas after being given health education almost all knowledge of the participants (76.9%) experienced an increase in average 15.7. So statistically revealed significant difference between the knowledge before and after about morbili in mothers, with ≤ ρ = .000  = .005. Suggestion. Public health centre shoud be increasing the dissemination and promotion of health to mothers who have children on the importance of disease prevention through immunization periodically.

This study evaluates the quality of local government public services in fire disaster management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on interviews, observation, and documentation techniques for data analysis. The results identified a shortage of firefighting equipment and a significant reliance on the sub-district as the primary coordinator with the DPKPB. Despite rapid response efforts from the subdistrict government, more public education on fire prevention and handling still needs to be done. The main challenges are inhibiting factors such as natural conditions, lack of public awareness, and lack of infrastructure. This research suggests improved equipment provision, more effective community outreach, infrastructure development, and coordination between agencies and communities to quickly and efficiently respond to fire emergencies.

The lack of appropriate and relevant information about HIV/AIDS, and supported by the curious attitude of teenagers, causes them to become one of the populations with high-risk behavior. Prevention of HIV/AIDS needs to be maintained by teenagers or high school students so that it does not have a comprehensive impact on the health of teenagers, which of course is detrimental to the current generation. The solution that can be done is the delivery of material (education) and how to prevent HIV/AIDS for teenagers so that they do not contract this deadly disease. The form of this activity is in the form of health education from a team of nursing lecturers assisted by students with participants, namely high school teenagers who are participants in this activity as many as 44 students. During the implementation of the activity, don't forget to give quizzes and ways to prevent HIV/AIDS and everything related to HIV disease. /AIDS as part of the goal of mastering the material from participants in this PKM activity. Apart from that, an evaluation of the extent of mastery and benefits of this activity is carried out.

Abstract. Gout often attacks people over the age of 30, this is because at that age the declining esterogenous levels can cause uric acid levels in the blood to increase. High uric acid levels can be overcome with a variety of treatments including nonpharmacological treatment in the form of giving pineapple juice. Prevention that can be done to keep uric acid levels normal is by limiting purine foods, choosing low-purine foods, avoiding taking drugs, and taking vitamin C supplements including consuming pineapple juice. The purpose of this study was to determine uric acid levels before and after giving pineapple juice and to determine the difference in results before and after giving pineapple juice on uric acid levels in menopausal women. The research method was pre experiment and the method of examining uric acid levels using the POCT method. The population in the study were 25 menopausal women aged 45-55 years in RW 3 Kaliwadas Village, Cirebon Regency. The sample in the study was 22 menopausal women, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data from the examination of uric acid levels before and after the administration of pineapple juice obtained the results of 21 samples that experienced a decrease (95.45%) and 1 sample that experienced an increase (4.45%) with an average uric acid level before 5.6 mg/dL with the highest level of 8.4 mg/dL and the lowest level of 4.7 mg/dL and the average after 5.3 mg/dL with the highest level of 8.4 mg/dL and the lowest level of 3.7 mg/dL. The research data were analyzed using a normality test and paired sample T-test obtained Sig.
