The main obstacles in the development of BUMDes business units include the impact of the Covid-19 pandemik, limited capital, and less strategic business locations. While development strategies such as legal entity registration and organizing events have been proposed, implementation has not been optimal. BUMDes have made efforts to realize the strategies, including capital strengthening, HR training, and expansion of business units. However, the impact of these efforts is still not maximized due to limitations in implementation and unsustainable activities. Effective monitoring and evaluation have also not been implemented, given that evaluations are conducted informally and unscheduled.

PT.XYZ is an automotive company that has been operational since 1970, with over 400 suppliers for key components such as Stoper A and Stoper B. Annually, Stoper A sells 151,000 units (valued at IDR 4.077 billion), while Stoper B reaches 300,000 units (valued at IDR 8.100 billion). This research focuses on analyzing and optimizing the supply chain for these components, using sales data from January to December 2022. The goal is to create stock and flow diagrams, analyze the supply chain system modeling, and propose optimal scenarios for demand fulfillment. The modeling results indicate that a strategy of adding a 20% safety stock to the average sales is highly effective in preventing lost sales without burdening suppliers with overtime. However, the potential for overstock needs to be monitored. Based on the analysis, the second scenario proposing the addition of safety stock is recommended due to its effectiveness in meeting demand and efficiently managing inventory. This scenario is deemed most suitable for PT. XYZ in maintaining a balanced supply without unnecessary surplus.

UMKM is one of the sectors that contribute to supporting the economy, given its labor-intensive nature. UMKM can effectively create jobs according to the abilities and skills of the community. One such group is the UMK group in Terusan Village, Maro Sebo Ilir District, which is known for its various types of traditional cakes, such as Cepak Kapung, Pedamaran, Engkak, Lapis Agar, Roti Kecik, Kue Bangkit, and various other snacks. The various products of the UMK in Terusan village administratively meet the standards set by the government, starting from business permits in the form of NIB and PIRT to halal certificates, which are facilitated by students through the Village Community Empowerment Program (P2MD) in 2023. However, the challenges faced by the UMKM Terusan Village are in terms of marketing their products. Marketing is still limited to local areas by word of mouth and is usually seasonal. This training can contribute to the development of a marketing network for UMK products in Terusan Village through the use of digital technology.

The research is motivated by the fact that not all teachers use technology-based media in teaching and learning activities, especially in learning about building cube and block spaces. Teachers use more objects around students as media. This research aims to develop learning media based on augmented reality technology on classroom building materials in grade IV elementary school using a valid, practical and effective Problem Based Learning model. The type of research used in this study is development research using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) model. The development of a business institution or company is inseparable from the role of labor (employees). Employees as a unit of human resources (HR) are so important in companies or agencies and as assets that determine the success of an organization when meeting increasingly fierce competitors. Basically, a company is a form of cooperation between two or more individuals, both organizations and groups, which aims to achieve certain goals. In order for the company to be able to continue operating, the company needs to be able to carry out optimization of the resources it has in order to achieve these goals. Therefore, companies must pay attention to and elevate employee performance in order to achieve their goals.

The influence of early mathematics learning and learning motivation on student learning outcomes is very significant [1]. Students' numeracy literacy skills need to be supported by the ability to learn mathematics as early as possible. Advanced mathematics learning needs to be supported by good arithmetic skills. Every learning process is expected to produce good learning outcomes. Conventional mathematics learning is difficult for low-level students to understand. Guidebooks that are in accordance with the learning curriculum tend to present mathematical concepts that are textual. In order for mathematics learning to be more interesting for students, it is necessary to develop learning media that are easily accessible to students and educators. One application that can be used is interactive Powerpoint [2]. In this community service, a learning media about arithmetic was developed that underlies every logic of calculation in advanced mathematics. Assistance was given to students in grade III of elementary school, with the pretest method, presentation of material using interactive Powerpoint media, and posttest. The validation test of the learning media was carried out by educators by providing an average test result of 84.36%. The results of this community service state that arithmetic learning media using interactive Powerpoint can be used in grade III of elementary school.

Surabaya, a city with high population density in East Java, faces challenges in managing land for reforestation. To address this issue, the Surabaya Green and Clean (SGC) Program was introduced, focusing on greening and waste management. One of the proposed solutions is hydroponics, a soilless farming method that can be applied on limited land. On July 28, 2024, community service activities were carried out in Kalijudan Village, Mulyorejo District, Surabaya City, to introduce and increase public knowledge about hydroponics. This activity involved socialization and practical hydroponic planting with the participation of 25 residents. The program consisted of preparation stages, socialization, planting practices, and report preparation. Socialization included exposure to hydroponic theory and practical demonstrations, while each participant received tools and materials for home experiments. The planting method with rockwool has proven effective in supporting plant growth, while the distributed eco-enzyme provided dual benefits by increasing plant growth and reducing household waste. This program successfully introduced hydroponic technology and increased awareness of sustainable urban agriculture. Hopefully, this activity will be the first step in developing hydroponics and creating a greener environment in Surabaya.
