Complementary breast milk food (MP ASI) is food that is easy for babies to consume and digest. MP ASI given must provide additional nutrition to meet the nutritional needs of a growing baby. Even though breast milk is the best food for babies, babies aged > 6 months need more vitamins, minerals, protein and carbohydrates. This high nutritional need cannot only be obtained from breast milk, but also requires additional complementary foods from breast milk. So, what are the benefits of giving MP ASI to babies? MP ASI makes babies have a more complete source of nutrition. Even though breast milk is the best food for babies, after the age of >6 years babies need more vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates. This high nutritional need cannot only be obtained from breast milk, but also requires additional complementary foods from breast milk. However, MP ASI ~ does not mean stopping breastfeeding because during the first year MP ASI is only a means to supplement breast milk. MP ASI makes the baby less dependent on consuming excess breast milk. Giving MP ASI aims to train and get the baby used to consuming food that contains nutrients. that his body needs as he ages. Apart from that, MP ASI also helps develop the baby's ability to chew and swallow food.

Some residents, sometimes use herbal plants to treat perceived health complaints, but their utilization is not optimal because so far the use of traditional medicinal plants is only based on the opinions of friends or neighbors and hereditary traditions. The use of traditional medicine that is not in accordance with the rules, is feared to reduce the efficacy of the drug itself. If the use is too much, it is feared that it will also have a toxic effect that will be dangerous for the community. For this reason, it is necessary to educate the public, so that the utilization of family herbal plants can be optimal, and the health status of the community increases. Sweet potato leaves can also increase milk production because in the sweet potato leaves there are galactagogue substances that can increase breast milk production so that they can meet the nutritional needs of babies through breast milk. The socialization activity was carried out on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 09.00 WITA, located in Tanakaraeng Village, Manuju District, Kab. Gowa. This activity aims to provide information to the public about various plants that have efficacy as herbal plants, how to use herbal plants, especially for obstetric services, which includes how to use, process and dose/dose herbs. This educational process uses a lecture method with the help of powerpoints and leaflets.

Snack bars are known to meet consumers' needs for nutrition, taste and practicality. There needs to be additional raw materials that are high in nutrients so that the products produced are beneficial to the body and also provide health effects. One plant that is high in nutrients and also provides benefits for the body is the Moringa plant. Moringa is known to contain more than 90 types of nutrients, namely in the form of essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory. Our body needs antioxidants that can help protect the body from free radical attacks, considering that very many free radicals come from outside the body, namely in the form of foods that contain preservatives, dyes, fats, pesticides, pollution, dust and ultraviolet radicals. The process of making snack bars, roasting temperature and the proportion of flour are among those that can affect the characteristics and maturity levels of the resulting product. This study was conducted to determine the effect of temperature and flour formulations on sensory, texture profiles and antioxidants. The study used RALf (complete random design of factorial) 2 factors. From the results of this study obtained the results of roasting temperature affecting the profile value of the texture parameters hardness / hardness, gummieness / stickiness, chewieness / chewing power but has no effect on the results of antioxidant activity and hedonic sensory. The formulation of cornstarch and moringa flour on the results of the texture profile affects the parameters of resielience / snack bars. Increasing prosperity, technological advances and westernization can result in changes in lifestyle and eating patterns in society, especially medical personnel who are at the forefront of maintaining public health. However, ironically, they themselves are faced with a health risk that is no less serious, namely obesity. One of the factors that can influence obesity/overweight is the availability of cheap, fast but unhealthy food, one of which is fast food. Fast food consumption is increasing among medical personnel because this type of food tends to be easy to obtain, tastes delicious, and is served quickly. The nutritional content of food is no longer a consideration for medical personnel. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of fast food consumption on obesity in medical personnel. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods with a cross sectional research design. The results of this study show that there is a direct influence of fast food consumption on the incidence of obesity (9.45%, T statistic 4.06%, α 5%). The conclusion is that excessive consumption of fast food can increase the risk of obesity in medical personnel. Efforts to prevent and control obesity need to be carried out comprehensively to maintain the health of medical personnel and improve the quality of health services.
