This study examines the influence of civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement on legal awareness among students. Legal awareness is an essential aspect of citizenship, as it enables individuals to understand their rights, responsibilities, and the legal system governing their society. The research aims to explore how civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement contribute to the development of legal awareness among students. The study employs a quantitative research design and collects data through a survey questionnaire administered to a sample of students from various educational institutions. The questionnaire includes items that measure the participants' levels of civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness. Statistical analysis techniques such as correlation and regression analyses are used to examine the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal significant positive associations between civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness among students. Higher levels of civic knowledge are correlated with increased legal awareness, indicating that a solid understanding of civic principles, institutions, and democratic processes contributes to a better comprehension of legal rights and obligations. Similarly, possessing civil skills, such as critical thinking,problem-solving,and effective communication, positively influences legal awareness. These findings underscore the importance of civic education programs that focus on enhancing civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement to promote legal awareness among students. Such programs can be integrated into school curricula, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives to foster active citizenship and empower young individuals to be informed and engaged participants in society

Many studies have described meta-analysis on the overall effect of e-learning influence in learning. However, there has been no meta-analysis of the overall effect of STEM-based e-learning on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).  The purpose of this study investigates the effect of STEM-based e-learning on students' critical thinking skills in Indonesia. This type of research is a Systematic Literature Review (SL) and meta-analysis. Data sources came from 10 national and international journals published in 2018-2023. The process of searching for data sources through Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Eric, and Springer. Data analysis used the Hedge formula to calculate effect size with the help of the JSAP application. The findings show that the effect size value (ES = 0.793) is medium. This explains that STEM-based e-learning provides a very high positive impact and is effective in improving students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Furthermore, HOTS characteristics do not cause heterogeneity in the results of STEM-based e-learning research on students' Higher Order Thinking Skills. The findings suggest that educators should choose STEM-based e-learning as one of the learning models to improve students' Higher Order Thinking skills in Indonesia.

This article examines the influence of agrarian law in the development of legal politics in Indonesia with a focus on issues of land ownership and human rights. This article explains that land ownership is often a source of conflict and disputes in Indonesian society, especially when land does not have clear certificates. The Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) is the legal basis that provides guarantees for land rights for the people of Indonesia. The National Agrarian Operations Project Program (PRONA) is the government's effort to provide land certificates to people with economically weak groups. This article also reviews changes in legal political views in Indonesia following the transition from the New Order era to the reform era. During the New Order era, there were shackles in various sectors, including law and politics. However, during the reform period, efforts to restore Indonesia's image as a rule of law through changes in government policy were carried out concerning the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. In the context of land ownership and human rights, this article underscores the need to protect the rights of rural communities and indigenous peoples whose ownership is inherited hereditary, regardless of the completeness of the ownership papers. This article examines the need for a balance between public interest and individual rights in the context of land ownership in Indonesia. In conclusion, this article presents a comprehensive analysis of the influence of agrarian law in the development of legal politics in Indonesia. The Effect of Work Motivation and Work Ability on Employee Performance at Hotel Lembang Rantepao, North Toraja Regency. The aims to determine the results of the influence of work motivation and work ability on employee performance at the Lembang Rantepao Hotel in 2022. The method used in this study was a survey and used data collection methods through filling out questionnaires and implement and develop data to be processed using SPSS. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The type of data used is primary data in the form of information from the object of research through the distribution of research questionnaires at the Lembang Hotel. The conclusion of this study shows that there is an influence of work motivation variable on employee performance but there is no effect of work ability on employee performance at Lembang Hotel.

This study aims (1)to answer and analyze how product quality influences segmental purchasing decisions, (2)to answer and analyze how price influences segmental purchasing decisions, (3)to answer and analyze how promotion influences segmental consumer buying decisions, and (4)to answer and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions simultaneously. The population of this study is customers who acquired Android mobile phones during the past six months in Surabaya in 2022 with a sample size of 150 respondents based on the incidental sampling method. Technique for gathering data that involves distributing surveys with a Likert scale. The data analysis tools are the traditional assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t-test and f-test), and test the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions, price has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions, and promotion has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, product quality, price, and promotion have a substantial and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality, price, and promotions on Android phones have a big influence on purchasing decisions.

The Punishment method given by the teacher plays an important role in the process of students' moral development. Punishments given by teachers or parents to MTS students Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Bluto Sumenep Regency are an unpleasant act that is committed against someone consciously and intentionally to reduce or reduce the occurrence of violations or mistakes. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the Punishment Method on student morale at MTs Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat, and how much influence it has on student morale, and whether this has significance or not. This study uses a quantitative approach, and its nature is causal correlation. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation techniques. The sampling technique taken was the entire population of the total population of 67 respondents. The processed data is combined using Pearson's Product Moment correlation statistics, to find the relationship between variable X and variable Y. After the researchers conducted research with the title "Punishment Method for Student Morale" with data obtained through questionnaire scores and noble moral values. Then the data is processed through the Product Moment correlation formula, and then the results are matched to the critical price table from the Product Moment correlation, the results of processing the data are supported by the results of the initial interviews. For df = (N-2) = 65 significant 95% of 0.240. Meanwhile, 99% is 0.312. While the results obtained from the calculation of rxy = 0.645. Thus the final conclusion of the researcher is that the Punishment Method has a positive effect on student morale at MTS Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Bluto in the Enough category.

Contraception as a form of prevention of pregnancy is one of the essences of family planning problems (KB) officially used by the National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN). One type of effective contraception that mothers choose is the type of injectable contraception. To determine the effect of DMPA injection use on weight gain in family planning acceptor in Puskesmas Tompobulu Gowa. Analytical observational with cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Tompobulu Kab. Gowa on 31 July - 31 August 2017. The sample in this study is total sampling with as many as 51 respondents of the instrument in this study is using a questionnaire. Statistical test using computerized system by using chi-square test at significance level 95% (α = 0,05). The Result of this research is p-value = 0.000 with significance level <0,05. This shows that there is significant influence between the duration of contraceptive use to weight gain. And obtained by p-value = 0,002 with significance level <0,05 this shows there is significant influence of physical activity activity to weight gain. The longer duration of use of DMPA injection will be more at risk of obesity on contraceptive injectors. The fewer activities performed by the KB acceptor will be more at risk of weight gain. This research is expected to be useful and become input for practice area in giving injection contraception service and observe acceptor body weight every time at visit.

This research aims to analyze the determinants of the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method. This shows that the variables Inflation, Economic Growth and Wage Level can explain the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency of 61.3% with the remaining 38.7% which will be explained by other factors. From the results of the partial significance test which were analyzed, the t-count of inflation was 0.125583 > 2.00665. It can be concluded that inflation significantly influences the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency. Meanwhile, for the Economic Growth variable, the calculated t value was -0.453940 < 2.00665, so it can be concluded that the Economic Growth variable does not significantly influence unemployment in Langkat Regency. Meanwhile, for the Wage Level variable, the calculated t value was 0.394292 > 2.00665, so it can be concluded that the Wage Level significantly influences the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency. Meanwhile, from the results of the simultaneous significant test, a value of 0.613873 > 3.59 can be obtained and it can also be seen that the probability value is smaller than the significance (α) of 5% or 0.000174 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Inflation , Economic Growth (GDP) and Wage Levels together (simultaneously) can influence the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency.    

Background: Fever is an event where the body temperature is above normal resulting from the hypothalamic temperature control center which is influenced by interleukin-1 (IL-1). Normal body temperature is around 37.5°C. Fever is considered very high and potentially dangerous if it reaches 39ºC. Fever in toddlers can be treated in several ways, one of which is through non-pharmacological methods such as shallots. The benefits of onion compresses to reduce body temperature in fever in children. The aim: is to find out whether there is an effect of onion compresses on children with fever. Research method: This research uses pre-experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample of this research is 20 respondents. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Research shows body temperature before treatment the average respondent has a body temperature of 37.868ºC, after treatment the average respondent is 37.463ºC, and the difference in body temperature before and after treatment is 0.377 °C Wilcoxon test results found that the p-value is 0.000 more smaller than the value (p <0.05). Conclusion: there is an effect of giving red onion compresses to reducing body temperature in children with fever aged 1-5 years.

There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. This study uses a quantitative research method with a true research design an experiment with the type of posttest- only control group design which aims to test the effect of using the YouTube application on the results of learning Arts and Culture in class X UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap. The population of this study is all students of class X SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap with samples taken of 18 students of class X BRT 1 SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap and using the Purposive technique sampling. There are 2 variables in this study, namely the effect of using the YouTube application (independent variable) and the learning outcomes of Class X Students' Cultural Arts (dependent variable). This research was conducted in class X UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap. Data collection techniques using documentation and tests. Data from the test results that have been collected are then analyzed using the mean and t.test formulas . Based on the results of data analysis, the experimental group value = 85 and the control group value = 66.111 and the t test obtained T count 5.897 > from T table 5% (2.120) with db 16 . Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of the YouTube application has an effect on the learning outcomes of Cultural Arts class X UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap

Pronunciation plays an important role in communication. It provides the different meaning of English words when they are pronounced differently especially English diphthongs. Producing errors in pronouncing English diphthongs cause misunderstanding in communication. The research was aimed to know(1) the commonmispronounced diphthongs by the second semester of English Study Program’s students atintermediate speaking class and (2) the causation of errors in pronouncing English diphthongs. The mixed method research was used to get the data. The qualitative data were taken based on the observations, documentations, and interviews, meanwhile the quantitative data were taken based on the errors of the students on the tests. The results of the research were described by the percentages. The students commonly made diphthong errors as follows/uә/= 19.3%, /eә/= 21.3%, /ei/= 20%,/aʊ/= 13.10%, and/ɪә/= 26.2%.The errors happened in the classifications ofsubstitution = 46.9%, insertion = 13.8%, and omission = 39.3%. It happened because of the influence of inter-lingual and intra-lingual factors.

The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.

This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.  

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the promotion, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 3). The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service 4). Compensation, promotion and work environment tend to be good and employee performance is high, so compensation, promotion and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does work discipline affect employee performance? 4. How does competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The aim of writing this article is to discuss the role of colleagues in improving employee performance at the Padepokan Buffet Restaurant. This research uses a qualitative research method approach with primary data collection techniques through interviews and secondary data using literature studies. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the role of coworkers has a significant impact on employee performance in restaurants. The effective role of coworkers can influence employee performance through several mechanisms. First, through good teamwork, colleagues can increase employee productivity and work quality. Synergistic teamwork enables the exchange of knowledge and experience that can improve individual skills.

The strategy for developing Prince Benowo's tomb tourism in Wonosalam District, Jombang has become the focus of discussion. One strategy that stands out is the use of social media platforms such as YouTube and other platforms. In this context, interesting and informative video content, official YouTube channel, collaboration with local YouTubers or influencers, live streaming, and social media-based campaigns can be used to promote the tomb. In addition, other strategies include improving infrastructure, environmental management, providing adequate facilities and information, developing educational and cultural programs, as well as involving local communities and partnerships with related parties. Implementation of this strategy aims to create a good tourist experience, boost the local economy, and strengthen the cultural and historical identity of the village. Periodic evaluation and monitoring is required to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and improvements where necessary. Thus, it is hoped that Prince Benowo's tomb tour will become an attractive, sustainable tourist destination, and provide benefits to the local community.

In this study, researchers approached the study through theory and physics. Surabaya has established itself as a city of services and commerce. In addition, Surabaya is a business city where various events take place. As a shop, Surabaya is a one-stop shop. All activities take place here and all supporting facilities are available. Trading is the main activity in Surabaya. Geographically, Surabaya actually emerged as a commercial city. Since the colonial era, the kingdom of the Majapahit era, trade has become the main activity. Currently trading activities in Surabaya are not limited to regional and national needs. Surabaya has become a city of international trade. As a commercial city, Surabaya has several important pillars. These places become spaces for commercial activities. The modern market is the most important pillar of Surabaya's status as a commercial city. Attractive layout, comfortable atmosphere, and competitive prices are the hallmarks of a modern market that fits with the dense activity of city dwellers. Modern markets are scattered throughout the center and suburbs of Surabaya. The presence of many modern markets provides more choices for the community. This number will continue to grow as investment in Surabaya increases. Kampung Surabaya is a living space for Surabaya residents. Apart from houses, villages in Surabaya are also production centers. The village is now emerging as a small economic center. Each village has its own special food, pastries, jewelry, clothing and more. Due to the influence of the city government, these villages are now designated as leading villages and have the potential to strengthen the economy of the less fortunate.

Aquaponics is a combined system of fish farming techniques and hydroponic plant cultivation. Fish manure and feed residues are very dependent on the supply of nutrients in the aquaponic system of red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) aquaculture. The level of production of vegetable crops in a certain area is also influenced by the total nutrient input ratio of feed to domestic fish per day. The aquaponic system utilizes optimum water supply for each commodity by utilizing a recirculation system. The type of fish used is fish that live in freshwater, a type of tilapia. Fish farming includes the maintenance of fish, which pays attention to the growth and development of fish. Hydroponics itself is a way of farming without using soil as a medium but using water which contains controlled nutrients containing the essential elements needed for plant growth. The location of this research was conducted in Losari Village, Kec. Gondang, Kab. sleepy. It aims to increase the demand for vegetables, limited land and space, efficiency in land use, and decoration. In addition, this cultivation system allows for increased production of cultivated products with limited land and water sources, and creates its own beauty. (9 pt).
