Learning through online that does not do face-to-face certainly has various challenges. One of the challenges is the lack of student learning motivation. Efforts to create an interesting and fun learning atmosphere require several breakthroughs, both in curriculum development, learning media innovation and fulfilling educational infrastructure. This study aims to describe the application of the quizizz educational game and the provision of rewards to increase the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN Tarokan 5 Kediri. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of classroom action research. The research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the research were the fifth grade students of SDN Tarokan 5, totaling 10 students consisting of 6 boys and 4 girls. The data in this study are the results of observations of teacher activities, student activities, and student learning motivation. Data collection techniques used by using observation, questionnaires, field notes and documentation. The results of the study by applying the quizizz educational game and giving rewards can run well and have increased. In the first cycle the average value of teacher activity was 98% in the very good category, increasing to 100% with the very good category in the second cycle. The value of student activity is 83.5% in the good category, in the second cycle it increases to 91.5% in the very good category. Meanwhile, the result of students' learning motivation in the pre-action was 53% with a very low category. In the first cycle, the results of the observation of students' learning motivation increased to 77% in the high category. Furthermore, in the second cycle, the results of the observation of students' learning motivation increased to 82% with a very high category. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the quizizz educational game and the giving of rewards to the fifth grade students of SDN Tarokan 5 Kediri, has been carried out by the teacher and students very well.

The Right to education is one of the basic fundamental rights upheld by the constitution of India to every child. Children with special needs face massive challenges in being able to access education equitably due to various reasons viz. a rigid curriculum, non-accessibility, untrained teachers, bullying, and attitudinal issues. The new NEP (National Education Policy) 2020 seems to bring across many progressive steps which when clubbed with the RPWD (Right of Persons with Disabilities) act 2016 offers hope for children with special needs. In this article, we try to examine the various provisions outlined in the new NEP 2020 in the backdrop of RPWD 2016. An understanding of which will lead to predicting the barriers and gaps one can come across in the future during implementation at the ground level. Something which remains a challenge for a country like India with the best policies yet few actions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unfavorable impact on all aspects of life, including aspects of health, economy, tourism, social and education. Students can also use learning support applications such as study houses, teacher rooms, thinglink, netboard, oodlu, quizwhizzer and other applications. In fact, not all students will be successful in online learning. This research aims to improve speaking skills through the application of online-based interactive picture media to 5th graders at SD Negeri 2 Blitaran, Nganjuk Regency. This research is a classroom action research with the research design determined are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. There are two data obtained, namely process data and result data. Process data obtained from teacher activity data and student activities in applying online-based interactive image media. Result data obtained from student learning outcomes data in the form of students' speaking skill scores through the application of online-based interactive image media. The research subjects were 31 fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Blitaran, Nganjuk Regency, for the 2020/2021 academic year. The results showed that the teacher's activities continued to increase starting from the pre-action cycle II. In the pre-action, the average score of students was only 63.1 with a very poor category. After taking action in cycle 1 at meeting 1, the average score of students increased to 80%. The percentage of 80% indicates that there are still activities that have not been carried out at meeting 1. The action is continued in the second friendship, where the ability of students has reached 87%. With this percentage, improvements need to be made in cycle II. The teacher must review the steps in the lesson plans that have been prepared so that learning can run according to the plan. In Cycle II meeting 1, the percentage of success was 92.8%. The thing that must be maintained in cycle II is that the teacher carries out learning according to the steps that have been planned and provides explanations to students regarding important things that must be considered when retelling a reading. The action was continued in Cycle II meeting 2 where the student success achieved reached 95.7%. Writing stories can start when students are in elementary school. Through story writing activities students can express their feelings, ideas, and ideas to others. Based on the results of interviews and observations conducted on January 20, 2021, the 5th grade homeroom teacher of SDN 5 Sudimoroharjosiswa felt bored in online learning during the pandemic. This can be seen from the students' writings that do not match the information. The writing of stories that do not match this information can be seen from one of the students who did not write down sports activities where there are pictures of people who are exercising. This study aims to determine the ability of students to present information in the form of stories through interactive image media based on thinglinks for grade 5 students at SDN 5 Sudimoroharjo, Nganjuk Regency. Based on the results of research on the use of interactive image media based on thinglink in Indonesian language learning, the material for retelling the sequence of events in fictional texts according to the background of the story has been carried out, it can be concluded that: (1) The implementation of learning using interactive image media based on thinglink is carried out according to the steps of learning activities which uses the project based learning model very well so as to increase the activities of teachers and students. This is evidenced by the increased activity of teachers and students in cycle I to cycle II. The average percentage of teacher activity in the first cycle is 82.85% with good criteria increasing to 10.01% to 92.86% with very good criteria in the second cycle. While the average student activity from the first cycle is 77, 86% with sufficient criteria increased to 11.43% to 89.29% with good criteria in cycle II. (2) The application of learning using interactive image media based on thinglinks can improve the ability of V SDN 5 Sudimoroharjo students, Nganjuk Regency, in retelling the sequence of events in fictional texts according to the background of the story. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes when in the skill aspect with the average value in the first cycle of 74 increasing to 89.5 in the second cycle. In addition, the percentage of student learning completeness also increased starting in the first cycle, namely 60.71% with less criteria, increasing by 39.29% to 100% with very good criteria in the second cycle. For teachers, it is recommended that if doing learning using interactive image media based on thinglinks, they should do a trial before being used by students.  

The COVID-19 pandemic is becoming an international threat. In order to overcome this, the Indonesian government has implemented a social distancing policy. However, the realization of the policies that exist to date has not run uniformly in relation to social distancing and social assistance that has not been received directly by the community. Therefore it is necessary to control the implementation process of policies that have been issued by the Government. This research is a normative legal research and empirical law with a normative juridical approach. The data obtained in this research is in the form of literature study and interviews. The data that has been collected is then presented in the form of descriptions which are arranged systematically following the flow of systematic discussion.

To facilitate the implementation of the task of collecting state money, the Directorate General of Taxes requires easy, cheap and efficient ways. One of the efficient, easy and cheap ways is also applied in the handling of tax crimes. Research in this paper is legal research that is precritative and applied. The source of the material used is the primary legal material and the secondary legal material, by means of the study of the library/document, techniques a interconnected legal analysis to be drawn conclusions . The purpose of this research is to find out other legal efforts that can be taken by taxpayers to resolve tax criminal violations ,without going through a trial in court.. In this paper, the author will review the case of PT VCI and outline the legal basis that can be used to make administrative settlements for similar cases that have not been decided by the Judiciary. The result of this research has been known, that the submission of cassation legal efforts by the public prosecutor has been granted by the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court has sentenced the Director of PT VCI, Jakarta to 2 years imprisonment and paid a fine of 3 times the state's losses.  

Penelitian ini dituangkan dalam Tugas Akhir yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT Hadji Kalla Daya Cabang Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penulis menggambarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang diperoleh di lapangan. Metode ini merupakan penyajian data yang bersumber dari permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan, dan permasalahan tersebut dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan berdasarkan teori-teori yang ada. Setelah menganalisa data dan mengukur kinerja pegawai dengan menggunakan data pelanggaran, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa PT Hadji Kalla Cabang Daya Makassar telah menerapkan standar operasional prosedur dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan penjualan dan eksistensi perusahaan yang berdiri sejak tahun 1952 hingga sekarang. terus mengalami masalah. perkembangan.  

Law Number 6 of 2014 states that Village Funds are funds sourced from the state revenue and expenditure budget that are intended for villages and are used to finance the implementation of government activities, implementation, development, community development and also community empowerment. Fund management accountability is a form of village government accountability to the community. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of apparatus competence, internal control system, organizational commitment and community participation on village fund management accountability in Sukolilo District, Pati Regency. This study uses primary data by giving questionnaires to respondents. The population of this study is village officials and community representatives who are involved in the allocation of village funds in Sukolio District, Pati Regency, which consists of 16 villages with a total of 80 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling or census sampling with the data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program.  The results showed that the competence of the apparatus, internal control system, organizational commitment and community participation affected the accountability of village fund management.

The number of islands and the size of Indonesia's territory is a problems in building telecommunications infrastructure. VSAT satellite technology is a solution and is useful when terrestrial relations experience issues. This is because not all regions are terrestrial and can reach all islands and mainland in Indonesia. In this study, the Ku-Band VSAT was used, and the Ku-Band VSAT installation location was in Jangga Dolok Village, Lumban Julu District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the quality of the network obtained showed a bandwidth of 024 Kbps, 637 ms delay, 0% packet loss, 1.84 Mbit/s download throughput, and 319.18 Kbit/s uploads. The measurement analysis results in the field show that the IP Config VSAT IP can be connected to the gateway, and the connection test shows the reply response. The transmission parameter output IDU downlink SQF is 168, and the uplink is 16 Apsk 1024 K 9/10, the upload, and download measurement results show the upload results of 1.8 Mbps and 0.3 Mbps upload. All the analysis results were carried out, and it showed promising results, and the VSAT-based internet network in Jangga Dolok village was feasible to use. Background : Breast cancer is the second most common cancer in the world and is the most common cancer in women with an estimated 1.67 million new cancer cases diagnosed in 2012 (25% of all cancers). According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), the incidence of cancer increased from 12.7 million cases in 2011 to 14.1 million cases in 2017, while the number of deaths increased from 7.6 million people in 2011 to 8.2 million in 2017. 2017 (WHO, 2018).The main problem with breast cancer is irregularity and it is rare to do a breast self-examination (BSE) correctly. The implementation of BSE activities for all women starts from the childbearing age, because 85% of breast abnormalities are actually discovered by the patient for the first time if there is no mass screening. Purpose : The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge, especially women of childbearing age about the importance of early detection of breast cancer through Breast Self-Examination (BSE). Method : The target of community service is 28 women of childbearing age in Kembang Mumpo Village, South Bengkulu Regency. This service begins with health socialization about the importance of doing Breast Self-Examination (BSE) using leaflets and booklets as well as direct presentation of the material, then continued with the practice of how to do BSE correctly. Result : The result of community service was an increase in knowledge by 69% from before socialization to after socialization was given. The final result after the practice of doing BSE. Conclusion: The conclusion is there is an increase in the knowledge and motivation of target women of childbearing age (WUS) to perform Breast Self-Examination (BSE). Where the target of WUS has begun to understand how important BSE behavior is as an early detection effort to prevent breast cancer, namely by continuing to live a healthy lifestyle and have a high awareness of doing BSE examinations

Abstrak – Kebutuhan informasi yang semakin cepat. Menjadi alasan dibangun e-government web portal ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Website ini adalah dengan metode Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). (WDLC) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sebuah website. Dimana WDLC merupakan sebuah proses pengembangan sebuah website akan disampaikan kepada pengguna. Dalam pembuatannya, dilakukan proses menganalisis data dan informasi yang ada pada dinas komunikasi dan informatika agar dapat di masukan ke proses implementasi perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode WDLC dan diterapkan dengan Framework Laravel V7. Disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Metode ini berhasil dan akan mempermudah pengelola Web dalam mengelola informasi responsif dan compatible. Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency. 

Android-based applications have been widely used to do daily activities such as online shopping, playing games, video streaming, and watching sports matches. One of the most commonly used applications is applications that assist people for flight or train ticket reservations, hotel bookings, and other recreation purposes. Some tourism companies in Indonesia also develop Android-based applications to provide information and services for their business. Nevertheless, with many tourism destinations in Indonesia, not all tourist attractions have services through Android-based applications published on the Google Play Store. This study aims to design and implement Android-based applications for tourism information services in two tourist attractions as the case study, namely Tay Kak Sie Temple in Semarang City and Beach tourism in Bangka Island, to help tourists obtaining information about both tourist attractions. Both applications are implemented using Compro Mobile App Builder. The testing results using the black box method demonstrate that the implementation of the two applications can run according to the specified specifications.

Patient safety was to reduce and relieve measures that not secured within health services system as best as possible through the use of the appearance of good practice in order to optimize the patient outcome .The same with this hughes ( 2008 ) said that patient safety is the prevention of injured towards patientsThe purpose of this research to know the influence of training patient safety to understanding nurse implementing regarding the application of patient safety in the hospital . The research was done by adopting quantitative with the design quasi experiment .Sample made on the number of respondents as many as 35 people by adopting one group pretest-posttest designData collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire .Furthermore the data him the mixed with both assistance program version computer spss 20 for analysis by test statistics samples test paired with a kemaaknaan ( α =  0,05 ) .Results showed that obtained the female sex terbayak the research is 21 respondents ( 60.0 % ) . Conclusions in this research is the training patient safety of understanding implementing nurse regarding the implementation of the patient safety P = 0,000, the p is smaller than the α =  0.05  

This research and development aims to develop a valid and effective Microbiology module based guide inquiry on research on Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Bacteria from Ciplukan. The microbiology module was developed in reference to the ADDIE research and development model. The module drafting phase includes:1) the analyzing step through interviews with lecturers and the questionnaire of needs analysis by student respondents; 2) The step of designing learning modules to improve cognitive knowledge and process skills; 3) The step of developing by using module validation; 4) The step of applying which consists of module implementation in learning; 5) The evaluation step which consists of evaluating the validity of modules, cognitive learning outcomes and student science process skills. The results of the study show that the microbiology module developed accordance with the standards of validity, feasibility and practicality.

The Community Service Lecture work program in the form of hydroponic kale and catfish cultivation applications with an aquaponic system was carried out in Dawuhan Hamlet, Kayugiyang Village, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this KPM work program is to utilize the yard of the house so that it has productive value and educate the community with environmentally friendly cultivation systems. The stages of implementing this work program include the stages of field surveys and partner conditions, seeding kale seedlings, installing Aquaponics installation ponds, and mentoring activities. The technology used is the aquaponic system cultivation, which utilizes catfish manure as natural fertilizer for water spinach plants placed on it. From the results of the implementation of the KPM work program, it resulted in 1 (one) unit of aquaponic cultivation ponds, increasing public knowledge, especially for teenagers who are KPM partners.

Anemia in pregnant women can be a cause of postpartum hemorrhage and an indirect cause of death. Community involvement as a community where anemia clients live in pregnant women is of course very much needed in an effort to provide social support for anemia clients in pregnant women. The purpose of this activity is to empower the community in an effort to prevent and treat anemia in pregnant women at the Bandar Klippa auxiliary health center. The method of implementing this Community Service Program is a form of partnership with health center cadres and officers, training health cadres and counseling about anemia in pregnant women at the Bandar Klippa Assistant Health Center, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Tengah Regency, which is one of the inspirational efforts for PPM (Community Service Program) activities. , where the number of participants who attended the first stage of the training were 36 cadres, 10 students, 1 village head and 1 health center officer and 12 pregnant women, while in stage II the number of cadres who attended was 38 people and 1 assistant head of the health center as Resource Person. Activities start from the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation to the preparation of reports.

The results of this activity show that assistance in the Member Loyalty Period activity is very effective in strengthening awareness of good attitudes in life. The specific positive impact of this activity was an increase in understanding of the culture of healthy living and the importance of organizing. A follow-up mentoring program is needed so that activity alumni can further develop their mindset and organizational spirit.

Conventional promotional media costs a lot and is far away more complicated by itself and is no longer a major concern for UMKM players because of digital marketing. The purpose of this activity is to help UMKM business actors use social media as a means for them to carry out promotions and so on. Provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing in the introduction of their products widely. Can be used as a motivation for them to introduce their products widely. In general, the implementation of this community service activity has gone well. I would like to thanks to the cooperation between the committee and the support of various parties. However, there were a number of things to note after the activity took place, namely, the training participants needed continuous assistance after this activity, because there were still many training participants who were unable to design persuasive messages and utilize digital marketing and other media.

This article describes the definition of quality management and examples of implementing quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industries in the manufacture of GESITS electric motorcycle products, which we divided into five discussion points. The first is a discussion of the quality basis from the consumer's perspective, commonly referred to as the consumer's perspective, and the quality basis from the side, commonly referred to as the producers' perspective. The second is a discussion of the strategic role of Quality Management with the basic concept of determining excellence so that products can compete optimally when marketed. The third is a discussion of an evolution of the quality paradigm from the Technical to the Managerial Paradigm. The four analyses of quality management are trying to be explored according to experts' understanding and discuss Total Quality Management.
