In a company, organizational culture and interpersonal communication between employees often have great significance in work commitments because commitments are related to acceptance, health, and maintenance. With this phenomenon, research wants to know how significant the relationship with commitment is through organizational culture and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. This research was conducted on employees of Es. Clo is a clothing start-up in Bandung, Indonesia. The population in this study was 15 people; considering the small population, the researchers took all employees as samples. Through quantitative research methods and the positivism paradigm, researchers tested multiple regression analysis to see the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication's effectiveness on employee work commitment. Based on the study's results, it was shown that there was a positive and simultaneous influence of the two variables on influencing work commitment. This was shown from the ANOVA table test, which showed a positive influence between organizational culture and interpersonal communication with Es. Clo's employee commitment. The organizational culture of the Es. Employees have understood Clo company in terms of rules, norms, dominant values ​​, and organizational climate.

This study aims to determine how much influence Competence and Work Discipline have on Teacher Performance at SD Al Muttaqin "Fullday School" Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 44 people as respondents to SD Al Muttaqin "Fullday School" Tasikmalaya City based on 44 known population data. The data used is using primary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version.25 support application, multiple correlation, F test, T test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially competence and work discipline had a significant effect on the performance of SD Al-Muttaqin "Fullday School" teachers. Simultaneously the effect of competence and work discipline on teacher performance is 87.6%. The influence of a strong variable is competence with a coefficient of 45.83%. While the coefficient of work discipline is 32.83%  

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the DPRD Office in Enrekang Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method and constitutes a population study. The sample for this research comprises the entire workforce of 38 individuals at the DPRD Office in Enrekang Regency. Hypothesis testing in this study employs multiple linear regression analysis, yielding the following outcomes: Based on the results of the hypothesis testing using the multiple linear regression analysis, it is demonstrated that both the work environment and work discipline variables concurrently affect employee performance at the DPRD Office in Enrekang Regency. The results of the hypothesis testing also indicate that the work environment has a partial influence on employee performance at the DPRD Office in Enrekang Regency, and work discipline also partially influences employee performance at the DPRD Oficce in Enrekang.

The purpose of this research is to determine the determinants of choice variables for MSME companies in Cimahi when it comes to using e-commerce. In this study, the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is used as a theoretical framework to construct research hypotheses. The earliest stages of the research began with the collection of primary data in the form of questionnaire responses from Cimahi chips SMEs, with a total of 148 respondents filling out the questionnaire. The acquired data will next be processed using various linear regression methods. According to the findings of the study, Cimahi chip SMEs have a favorable attitude toward e-commerce adoption. They also include the influence of social norms as a factor to consider when adopting e-commerce. Perceived behavioral control influences e-commerce adoption as well. Based on the findings of the research, footwear MSMEs that have not used e-commerce should analyze the benefits of e-commerce for business, while MSMEs that have used e-commerce can assess the benefits and restrictions of utilizing e-commerce. The government can also help MSMEs adopt e-commerce by giving training, constructing suitable infrastructure, and establishing applicable legislation.

The impact of buying panic is not easy on Indomart. The study aims to analyze the impact of panic purchases on unplanned purchases in Indomart stores. This research uses quantitative parallels with the type of explanatory research. The sample of the study consisted of 193 respondents and was statistically processed using a simple linear regression method using the SPSS version 26.0 application. That research shows that panic purchases influence unfair purchases at Indomart stores. The findings indicate that the anxiety and fear experienced by the people at the time of the landlord's concern for the needs of the household caused the occurrence of panic purchases. It relates to the quality of the goods and the needs of the individuals in the community to meet their daily needs so as to counteract unplanned buying tendencies at the time of shopping at Indomart stores.

This sociological study of religion attempts to explain the relationship between humans and spirits in the syncretism of Theravada Buddhism tradition with case studies in Indonesia, Cambodia, and Myanmar. In these countries, before the influence of the Indian Dharmic Religion, people practiced Theravada Buddhism side by side with folk beliefs. This study uses the theory of correlational theology from Paul Tillich as the search for common ground in reflection of the syncretic folk belief of worshipping Danghyang among Javanese people in Indonesia, Neak Ta among Khmer people in Cambodia, and Nat among Burmese people in Myanmar. The method used literature research and field observations in three countries in 2020. The results of this study are in the exploration of doctrinal concepts from religious texts and the acculturation practices on cultural heritage between the folk belief with the view of wholeness theology in Theravada Buddhism cosmology. Humans live in harmony with other creatures in this world according to the law of attachment and reciprocity, or Paticcasamuppada, consisting of 31 realms of existence. In the context of the three countries, these spirits articulate three relations: the relationship between guardian spirits and the people, the relationship between the deceased spirits and the living, and the relationship between spirits and the social environment, as in line with spiritual ecology (215 words)

Each individual's interest in reading is different, it requires encouragement from both the individual himself and encouragement from outside. Interest in reading in Indonesia is classified as very low compared to other countries. This is also influenced by technology that is developing rapidly. People in Indonesia, especially teenagers, prefer playing on their smartphones rather than reading books. In developing reading interest, visualization plays an important role to create a strong bond between the reader and the text. The purpose of this research is to develop public interest in reading through the Android-based Book Reading application. The Book Reading application is an application that combines text in various types of books with pictures to make visualizations even more interesting. Baca Buku generally also has branching stories, which have different epilogues in each path. This makes Baca Buku different from other game categories because of the minimal interaction and focus on stories. The platform used is an Android-based smartphone. The Baca Buku application was created with the Ren'Py engine and converted into an APK using the Ren'Py Android Packaging Tool (RAPT). This research was conducted to find out what features in the Baca Buku application can increase public interest in reading, find out how the development of Baca Buku can increase public interest in reading, and find out whether the Baca Buku application can increase public interest in reading. The aim of this research is to determine the leadership role of the Village Head in improving the work effectiveness of employees at the Ba`ba Tapua Village Office, Matangnga District, Polewali Mandar Regency. With this type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. By determining the key informant, namely the Village Secretary, the main informant, namely the Section Head, and the supporting informant, namely one of the Hamlet Heads. The research results show that the village head's leadership in improving employee work effectiveness in its implementation is quite good as seen from the aspects of his open leadership, good communication with his employees, happy to accept suggestions from employees, providing motivation, direction and providing training to employees, as well as decision making which is held through deliberation. However, employee work effectiveness is still lacking because it is also influenced by other things such as the work environment.

This research was related to the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance PT. Armada Financial Magelang with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to: determine the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction partially. Respondents in this study were 58 employees of PT Mega Finance Mojokerto. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and in analyzing the data using path analysis. The results of this study indicated that there was partial significant effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction, there was partial significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction, there was significant effect of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction simultaneously, there was partial significant effect of organizational culture on employee performance, there was partial significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there was partial significant effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously, there was partial significant effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. Then simultaneously significant effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. In addition, the indirect influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction PT Mega Finance Mojokerto greater than the direct influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Indirectly influence compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction PT Mega Finance Mojokerto greater than the direct effect of compensation on employee performance.

This study was conducted to determine the interior design at Mencusuar Cafe &; Resto Dago, the influence of restaurant interior design on guest experience and satisfaction at Mencusuar Cafe &; Resto Dago. Some of the analysis methods used are descriptive methods. The problem in this study is in changing priorities to design and promote various types of café spaces, from those that were originally oriented to the physical and physiological comfort of users, now starting to prioritize the beauty and visual uniqueness of the space in order to become an 'instagrammable' selfie tourist destination. Therefore, this study aims to see in detail the role of interior design on Mencusuar Café &; resto Dago and also on people's consumption patterns. The theory used is the theory of interior design, a design of building space to accommodate and the needs of tourists to feel comfortable and safe. The results of this study can conclude that Mencusuar café & resto Dago in addition to attracting the building, instagrammable photo spots, many facilities exist and can be used by tourists. That the elements of Mencusuar café & resto Dago that have an influence on the level of consumer satisfaction are physical environmental factors such as furniture, lighting, color combinations, interior decoration, sound, temperature, good coffee quality affect the pleasant aroma of the coffee shop. Researchers hope this study can provide inspiration for tourists who want to visit to get information first. Make the experience valuable for visitors.

Sexual violence involves forced sexual acts by an adult on a child or a child on another child. This study aims to identify the factors that influence children to commit such crimes, apply a restorative justice approach to child perpetrators of sexual violence, and analyze the court decision at the Pamekasan District Court in case Number: 8/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022 /Pn. Pmk. The method used is a normative juridical approach with a qualitative descriptive approach, as well as data collection through documents and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out following the theory through the stages of condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying results (Miles et al., 2014). The results of the study show that the factors that influence children to become involved in this crime include the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim that is used by the perpetrator, as well as environmental influences such as isolation or activities without parental supervision. The restorative justice approach is used in dealing with cases of sexual violence against minors. Analysis of the judge's decision in case Number: 8/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/Pn. Pmk shows the judge sentenced him to one year's prison sentence at Pamekasan Prison and job training at Upt. Contribution to Social Services on Jl. Ronggo Sukowati, Pamekasan Regency for three months.

Background; Hypertension in the elderly increases every year, in Pacitan Regency there are 6,211 people, in Nawangan District there are 1,290 people with hypertension and in Sempu Village there are 87 elderly people with hypertension. The cause of high hypertension is influenced by lifestyle, scale factors and environmental factors, and if not immediately overcome it will cause premature death and disability rates for sufferers.Purpose; Knowing changes in blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension before and after the application of ergonomic gymnastics. Method; This application is with descriptive research methods and observing an event. Descriptive research is research conducted to describe or describe an event that occurs in society. Result; The results of blood pressure measurements before ergonomic exercise were carried out on the two respondents, namely Mrs.T with a blood pressure of 165/90 mmHg and Mrs. W with a blood pressure of 160/100 mmHg, both classified as having stage 2 hypertension or moderate hypertension.. The results of blood pressure measurements after ergonomic exercise on Mrs. T 150/80 mmHg and Mrs. W to 140/90 mmHg classified as stage 1 or mild hypertension.. Conclusion; This ergonomic exercise can lower blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of cafe atmosphere, customer experience and price on repurchasing intentions at Cafe Wai Your Drinking Friends. Data collection methods are: Questionnaire and Documentation. Data were analyzed quantitatively with Multiple Liner Regression. The results of calculations with the F test analysis obtained an F count of 53.851 with an F table of 3.094. Based on the results of calculations with the T test on the cafe atmosphere variable, the result is T count (9.688) > T table (1.98498). and on the customer experience variable T count (-2.906) < T table (1.98498), then on the price variable T count (0.831) < T table (1.98498 The conclusion is that the cafe atmosphere variable has an effect on repurchasing interest at cafe Wai Your Drinking Friends and the customer experience variable and price have no effect on repurchasing interest at cafe Wai your drinking buddy, North Toraja Regency.

This research was conducted to determine "The Influence of Tourist Experience on Satisfaction and Intention to Return (Study on Visitors to Pak Budi Pasuruan's Garden)" The strategy used in this study was associative research with a quantitative approach, by distributing questionnaires as a data collection technique. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique where the people selected as samples are in accordance with the purpose of conducting research, the sample used is 100 respondents, carried out at Pak Budi Pasuruan's Garden Tour, and uses samples with the Lemeshow formula and uses data processing modeling using Smartpls 4.0 (Partial Least Square). The results of the study state that the variable Tourist Experience has a positive and significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction and Revisit Intentions.

This article aims to analyze and identify the quality of tourist attraction of Alamendah village and its application to the management of tourist attraction in Alamendah village, Rancabali District, Bandung Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of tourism. Tourism is a trip made by a person or group from one place to another, temporary, this tourism aims as recreation, pleasure in seeking environmental balance in social, cultural, natural and scientific dimensions. Through survey and observation methods analyzing Alamendah tourism, this study collects data on tourists' perceptions of the tourist experience, quality of service, quality of physical tourism products, and sustainability of the attraction. Research findings show that a satisfactory travel experience is a key factor in determining the quality of Alamendah's tourist attraction. The results showed that the potential strategy of tourism villages that become tourist attractions, the types of tourism in Alamendah Village, factors that influence the increase in tourist visits to Alamendah Tourism Village such as glamping activity tour packages, tours and sports tourism as well as plantation tourism and digital tourism development strategies can increase tourist visits to Alamendah Tourism Village, The role of tourists in the development of Alamendah Village

The problem in this study is the low social care character of the fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Pohgading. This study aims to analyze the effect of applying the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model on the social caring character of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Pohgading. This is quantitative research with ex post facto research methods with 41 students of class V SD Negeri 2 Pohgading as population and were 20 VA class students as samples determined using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation and questionnaires on a scale of five. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results indicate that the cooperative learning model of the TGT type has an effect on the formation of the socially caring character of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Pohgading with the testing criterion that is if the sig value is 0.00 <0.05 then there is an influence between the X and Y variables or Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, otherwise the sig value is 0.00 > 0.05. Thus, it is not affected by the variables X and Y or Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Mathematics anxiety has long been recognized as a barrier to student achievement, particularly in an era where digital technologies are reshaping education. This study aims to investigate the role of cognitive psychology in modern mathematics learning as a means of reducing math anxiety and enhancing numerical creativity among digital generation learners. Employing an experimental classroom design informed by neuroeducation principles, the research explored how interventions rooted in cognitive regulation, emotional control, and cognitive load management influence student outcomes. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test instruments measuring levels of math anxiety and creativity in numerical problem-solving. The findings demonstrate a significant reduction in mathematics anxiety following the implementation of the neuroeducation-based intervention. Simultaneously, students exhibited marked improvements in creative approaches to numerical challenges, indicating that addressing psychological factors is essential to unlocking mathematical potential. These results highlight the importance of integrating cognitive psychology into mathematics instruction, moving beyond procedural learning toward a holistic approach that considers students’ emotional and cognitive states. The implications extend to educators, curriculum designers, and policymakers, suggesting that modern mathematics education should balance cognitive development, emotional well-being, and creative problem-solving skills to prepare students for the challenges of a rapidly evolving digital world.

Christian religious education is a joint political activity among pilgrims at a time that deliberately pays attention to God's activities in the present. Thus, it can be said that Christian religious education is very important in transmitting knowledge, values ​​and behavior that are consistent with the Christian faith in realizing the vision of the kingdom of God. According to Andreas, there are 2 research approaches that can be chosen, namely the positivist (quantitative) and naturalist (qualitative) approaches.  "Positivist research relies on quantification in collecting and analyzing data to test predetermined hypotheses." Therefore, researchers use a positivist (quantitative) approach. The design used in this research is a survey. A survey is research where the sample is taken from a population with a questionnaire as data collection. The location of the researcher's research was carried out at SD N Osiloa Kupang Tengah for the 2023/2024 academic year, the research period took place from March - May 2023. Based on research conducted by the researcher on the significance of Christian Religious Education (PAK) Teachers' Efforts towards increasing Passion for Reading the Bible in Class III Students At Osiloa State Primary School. The researcher will provide the following conclusions: Based on the research results, it is known that the calculated rs value in the data obtained is greater than the r table. R calculated = 0.999 and r table = 0.684, which means there is a significant relationship between variable There is a significant relationship between variable X: PAK Teacher Effort and variable Y: Students' Passion for Reading the Bible. Judging from the results of calculating the Terminant Coefficient (KP), it is: KP = r² x 100% = 0.647² x 100% = 41.9%. So PAK Teachers' efforts can influence Shiva's Passion for Reading the Bible by 41.9 percent.  

Competition in the culinary industry presents numerous challenges that influence a competitor's standard. As these factors impact consumer decisions, a comprehensive marketing approach is required to maintain market share and overcome competition. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of 7P marketing strategy variables (product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence) on consumer purchasing decisions at Estusae Cafe. A quantitative methodology was employed in this study utilizing purposive sampling. The target population was comprised of all patrons who have consumed products at Estusae Cafe. Data was obtained via questionnaires distributed to respondents selected via purposive sampling. To assess the correlation between 7P marketing strategy variables and consumer purchasing decisions, quantitative data analysis methods were applied using linear regression techniques. The results obtained (F-value of 24.221) from Table 2.10 confirm acceptance of Ha, indicating that all seven independent variables (7P) jointly or simultaneously influence the dependent variable, Estusae Cafe Trawas Purchasing Decision. Additionally, the correlation coefficient (R Square) is 0.648, suggesting that collectively, the 7P variables influence 65% of Estusae Cafe Trawas' Purchasing Decision. The research has revealed that the 7P marketing strategy holds significant importance in influencing consumer purchasing behavior. Such findings carry broader academic implications.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of principal leadership and teacher work discipline on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri in Talang Ubi sub-district. The sample size taken was 57 teachers at SMA Negeri in Talang Ubi sub-district. The sampling technique with purposive sampling is where the respondents taken are some teachers at SMA Negeri in Talang Ubi sub-district. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires that used a 5-point Likert scale to measure 75 statement items. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction Second, there was an influence of Principal Leadership on Job Satisfaction. Third, there is the influence of Teacher Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction
