Traffic problems are problems faced by developed countries as well as developing countries like Indonesia. However, in Indonesia, the problems that are often encountered nowadays are becoming more severe and bigger than in previous years, including accidents, congestion and air pollution as well as traffic violations. There are at least three factors that influence traffic law enforcement, namely: Judicial Factors, Law Enforcement Factors and Community Legal Culture Factors. In order for the law to have an influence on attitudes or behavior, certain conditions are required, namely: the law must be communicated; position to behave, meaning the things that motivate people to behave in a certain way. Fines alone are not effective in building a culture of safe driving. The government needs to make legal breakthroughs, both in the legal drafting aspect and the system that regulates implementation in the field.

Legal counseling can be done through community empowerment which is one of the efforts made by lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Gorontalo State University in understanding legal knowledge to the community, including about, parents' civil responsibility for post-divorce in Kaaruyaan Village, Mananggu District, Boleoa Regency. Legal prohibition for violations of non-fulfillment of children's rights after divorce often occurs in a number of areas including in some villages where this is caused by ignorance of the community in general and parents are concerned about what are the rights and obligations of parents to children after divorce where the case is mostly dominated by fathers as insurers who have not fulfilled their obligations as fathers,  Especially when the father re-married another woman. So the impact of empowering this legal counseling is the independence and understanding of the community in overcoming their legal problems through community initiatives and creativity and village officials assisted by lecturers in the environment of the Faculty of Law, Gorontalo State University.  Of course, it requires people who are willing and able and have the knowledge, skills and attitudes to get out of their problems. This paper uses the quality descriptive method, in this case the descriptive analysis will discuss the condition of partners regarding understanding of the law. While quantitative analysis is carried out to calculate the feasibility of legal settlements carried out by partners. The result of this discussion is that with the growing understanding of law, the pillars of justice and expediency must be accompanied by efforts to foster and develop to legal counseling so that it becomes a law-conscious, independent and sustainable society.

The development and progress of tourist attractions, in this case a tourist village, are largely determined by the readiness of their human resources, especially tour guides, especially from a technical point of view. Guides, from a technical and communication point of view, are increasingly able to captivate visitors, making them feel at home more and more. In addition, tourism product marketing that has not been maximized, especially the promotion of tourism products through digital media, has slightly hampered the introduction of tourism village products where the role of digital marketing is so important, especially those based on the web and social media. Adolescence is a period of human development. Reproductive health in Indonesia which is prioritized only includes four components/programs, namely: maternal and newborn health, family planning, adolescent reproductive health, as well as prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) including HIV/AIDS. The community service that we will carry out refers to the adolescent reproductive health program. Adolescent Reproductive Health is a healthy condition that concerns the reproductive systems, functions and processes of adolescents. The definition of health here does not merely mean being free from disease or free from disability but also being mentally and socially and culturally healthy. Adolescents need to know about reproductive health in order to have correct information about the reproductive process and the various factors that surround it.  With the correct information, it is hoped that teenagers will have responsible attitudes and behavior regarding the reproductive process. Adolescent reproductive health problems apart from having a physical impact, can also affect mental and emotional health, economic conditions and social welfare in the long term. Long-term impacts not only affect the teenagers themselves, but also their families, communities and the nation in the end.
