The world of education, especially Civics learning, requires innovation and variation in the learning methods applied. The brain-based learning method is very interesting because optimizing brain work can be started in a simple way. Educators' knowledge of fundamental questions about "what is good for a child's brain?" is the essence of applying this learning method. This is research that uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The process of data analysis is done through reduction, display, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study state that the Brain-Based Learning Method with cybernetic learning theory is an innovative alternative in Civics subjects, so that learning is more efficient and fun. This learning method can be carried out in simple ways, such as paying attention to brain nutrition in students, paying attention to brain relaxation such as stretching or relaxing and listening to music, paying attention to plants and class aromas that can improve brain performance, paying attention to recess, and playing games in class.

This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the morale of the employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. This research was conducted at the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements with a Likert scale measurement. The population used was all employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency, with 119 employees. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample of 44 employees. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation, literature study. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test. The results showed that the work environment had an effect on the morale of the employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the work environment on employee morale is 41.8%.

The main problem in this study is how the social background contained in the novel Tanah Air Beta which includes: habits of life; beliefs; outlook on life; ways of thinking and behaving; and social status of the people of ex-East Timor. The purpose of this study was to describe the social background contained in the novel Tanah Air Beta by Sefryana Khairil, based on the life skills of the ex-East Timorese people; beliefs; views on life; ways of thinking and behaving; and social status of the ex-East Timorese people. The theory used to answer the objectives and problems of this study is the theory of sociology of literature that sees literature has a relationship with reality, the extent to which literary works reflect reality. The Data of this study are words, sentences, events in the novel that show and explain the social background in the novel Homeland Beta. The results showed that the novel Tanah Air Beta by Sefryana Khairil contains the social background of the ex-East Timorese community. The social background in question is: the Social way of life of the ex-East Timorese community which includes; the habit of gardening,raising livestock,bathing in the lake together,and selling retail gasoline; belief in God as the creator; outlook on life; ways of thinking and behaving; and the social status of the ex-East Timorese community

Traditional games are games passed down from ancestors, but traditional games have been marginalized because in the modern era 4.0 the use of technology is very much used in everyday life. The technology that is often used is cellphones. The use of cellphones starts from teenagers, adults and even children who use cellphones like elementary school children. Mobile phones are usually used by children to play online games because children can play online games anywhere and anytime, which results in children not playing with their peers because they are already engrossed and focused on the online games on their mobile phones. This research aims to explore the character values ​​that can be instilled in elementary school students through game congklak or barn. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review. The results of this research show that the traditional game congklak or lumbung can instill character values ​​in elementary school students such as the values ​​of honesty, discipline, hard work, creativity, curiosity, independence, communicativeness, responsibility and respect for achievement.

The purpose of this study is to explore the efforts to enhance language and writing skills in students by utilizing news listening. This research follows a qualitative approach with a Literature Review method and focuses on students majoring in English education. The study results indicate that the endeavor to improve the language and writing abilities of students through news listening has a positive impact on enhancing their communication and writing skills. Additionally, this activity contributes to shaping critical and analytical thinking in response to the information they receive, structuring ideas, and detailed composition in their written work.

This article examines the provision of legal protection to workers who violate work contract agreements through the Bintan Regency Manpower Service. The case study was conducted at PT. Sumber Izum Mas Perkasa Bintan. This paper aims to analyze the legal protection of workers in violation of employment contracts against workers' rights and the effectiveness of legal protection provided by the Manpower Service, as well as providing recommendations for improving worker protection regarding employment contract agreements in the Bintan Region. This research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner, namely describing the results of interviews, observations and direct observations, as well as using literature studies through relevant sites and articles. The results of this research require increasing legal awareness in companies and workers. Apart from that, the Manpower Department needs to strengthen law enforcement to prevent violations of employment contracts.

This research aims to explore how talent management impacts employee retention. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approach with literature review as the data collection method, so the data obtained is secondary data. Based on the 10 research articles that have been collected, talent management strategy influences employee retention, which is also related to employee satisfaction and engagement in an organization. The results showed that employee satisfaction and employee engagement positively influence employee retention. Employee satisfaction and involvement can be in the form of work fields that match their skills and knowledge, compensation given in accordance with workload, superior leadership and organizational culture, supervisor support and attention, as well as supportive communication in the work environment. The conclusion is that it is important for organizations to implement effective talent management strategies in managing their employees.

This research aims to describe the strategies of Javanese literary authors in the form of macapat songs through studying the relationship between macapat songs and the message or content they convey. For this purpose, the texts "Serat Seh Jangkung" by Raden Ngabehi Sumahatmaka and "Babad Pacitan" by Raden Ngabei Prawirawinata were used as data sources. The steps taken begin with reading and understanding to the two texts, then analyzed using the distributional method. The results of this study are in the form of a description of the strategy carried out by Javanese literary authors in writing literary works in the form of macapat songs. The strategy becomes a uniqueness and wisdom. This is reflected in the beautiful harmony between the message or content and the character of the song macapat as the wrapper. The macapat songs, each of which has a different character and description of events, are presented uniquely and complicatedly by the author.

Learning pattern is a process or sequence in learning that can help children understand a topic. Children's learning patterns are different because children have different learning characteristics. This study aims to determine the learning patterns of children of cigarette factory workers in parental guidance based on structural and functional studies. This study uses a case study qualitative research method. Qualitative research is a research technique that provides descriptive information in the form of speech or writing and observed individual behavior. Case studies are an appropriate strategy for research where how or why research questions are used, the researcher has little time to control the events being studied, and the focus of the research is on current phenomena that follow current events. The data collection technique was carried out by means of literature study, recording, interviews, recording and documentation. In this study also used an interactive model with steps that include data collection, presentation and drawing conclusions in analyzing data. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the learning pattern applied by children whose parents work in factories is an independent learning pattern where children study at home independently and are also caged with the help of their older siblings and parents. From this research, there are implications, namely children whose parents are factory workers already have good preparation for learning before starting learning. Making school lesson schedules, taking notes on subject matter. However, noting the subject matter has not been fully implemented properly, because there are children who want to learn when given homework. Outsourcing means handing over part of the work implementation to another company through a work contract agreement or worker/labor service provider. This research aims to analyze the form of disharmony in legal norms in outsourcing policies in Indonesia, and to analyze the protection of outsourced workers in terms of John Rawls's theory of Justice. This research is normative research using primary and secondary data obtained from literature reviews and statutory regulations related to the issues raised. The results of this research show that the work relationship that is practiced in the outsourcing system based on Article 65 paragraph (8) of Law Number 13 of 2003 states that work relations that initially occur between workers/laborers and the company receiving the work can in certain cases change to work relations between workers/laborers. with the employing company. This shift creates problems because from the start, employment relations only existed between the employer company and the workers/laborers. After the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 27/PUU-IX/2011, the working relationship between outsourced workers/laborers and outsourcing companies can be carried out through a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWTT) or a Certain Time Work Agreement (PKWT), but the implication of the Constitutional Court's decision is that if the employment relationship between workers/workers and outsourcing companies that are not based on PKWTT or PKWT, this will create uncertainty about the employment relationship status for outsourced workers/laborers. The purpose of this SLR is to review the relationship between job satisfaction variables and employee performance variables, or job performance, in a company or organization. This SLR research uses the PRISMA method as a data analysis technique. This study examined and reviewed 35 journal articles that were published in the 2019–2023 period, and then researchers filtered topics and sub-topics using the Emerald database. ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and Taylor & Francis From this database, 50 eligible journal articles were obtained, then filtered again, and the results were 35 eligible journal articles, which the researchers included in this systematic literature review journal article. The results of this analysis show that almost 35 journal articles state that job satisfaction will influence employee performance, which is influenced by several other factors, such as work environment, work motivation, and commitment.

This research was conducted to obtain information regarding data security and privacy of users of digital health applications, Halodoc and Alodokter, based on legal regulations in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative method through sources such as literature reviews, journals, scientific works and other media, as well as a quantitative method through calculating the level of conformity of regulations on applications with applicable laws and regulations. The results obtained in both applications are that data security and user privacy are met by seven out of ten indicators, and both make their best efforts to protect and secure their users' personal data, however there is no guarantee that the platform will be safe and reliable.

The aim of this study is to analyze the benefits of having a rotational system of work in a company. The method used in this research is PRISMA. Literary works are literary results, creations in the form of poems, prose, and plays (drama). Literary works are born as embodiments or depictions of life poured through the medium of writing. Therefore, it is closely related between literature and life. Through literature, the reader can express the meaning behind the work of the author. This research would examine a short story entitled "Gubrak!" by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. "Gubrak!" short story tells about a beauty that actually creates its own wounds. The purpose of this study was to describe the meaning of multiplication (perlexia) and the analysis of the five Barthes codes contained in the short story "Gubrak!" using Roland Barthes's theory of semiotics. The methods used in this study were qualitative descriptive methods as well as semiotic approaches with Roland Barthes' five-code semiotic theory consisting of hermeneutic codes, semic codes, symbolic codes, action codes, and referential codes. The result of this study was the discovery of 53 lexicons, each of which has a meaning, including 9 hermeneutic codes, 29 semic codes, 5 action codes, 3 referential codes, and 8 symbolic codes. Through this analysis, the meaning and message could be drawn that you have enough because anything excessive is not good. This research would analyze the hidden signs in each word or sentence in the short story. Barthes semiotics was used to find out the meaning contained in the short story so it is interesting to study using the Barthes five-code approach.

Elections are the key to democracy. Young people are expected to have an awareness of their responsibilities as citizens by being willing to be involved in preparations until the implementation of the elections later.
