Transportation according to Purwosutjipto is a reciprocal agreement between the carrier and the sender, in which the carrier binds himself to handle the safe transportation of goods and/or people from one place to a certain destination, while the sender binds himself to pay the freight. Meanwhile, the definition of carrier's responsibility is the obligation of the air transport company to compensate for losses suffered by passengers and/or freight forwarders as well as third parties. Responsibility can be known from the obligations that have been stipulated in the agreement or law. The obligation of transportation is to organize the transportationThis study aims to examine the legal relationship between airlines and passengers, as well as to determine the company's responsibility to passengers in the event of damage to goods. The method used in this research is normative method. The results of the study show that the legal relationship between the Air Transport Company and the passengers is a legal relationship which is a periodic agreement, namely an agreement with conditions that are carried out only for a certain time and for a certain action. Airline companies must be ready to be responsible to consumers who use air transportation services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, namely Law Number 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation and regulated more specifically in Ministerial Regulation Number 77 of 2011 concerning Air Transport Responsibilities.

This study aims to analyze the types of sentences in procedure texts in the textbook Basics of Aircraft Engineering Class X SMK/MAK Independent Curriculum. The population of this study is the five procedure texts contained in the presentation of the material for the book Basics of Aircraft Engineering for Class X SMK/MAK Independent Curriculum on pages 45th to 47th and 49th to 50th. The data collection technique used was the reading and note-taking technique, while the study method used the matching method. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive method and the technique used was the referential equivalent technique. The results of the study include the following sentences. First, types of sentences based on purpose, namely, imperative sentences and declarative sentences. Second, the types of sentences based on the way of presentation, namely, the release sentences and the climax sentences. Based on the analysis that has been done, it was found that the most commonly used types of sentences in the five procedure texts contained in the textbook Basics of Aircraft Engineering SMK/MAK Class X Independent Curriculum are imperative sentences and climax sentences, but other types of sentences are also found in the form of declarative sentences and release sentences.

This study aims to find out how the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) for Wings Air airline cargo officers by PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharudin Airport, Sumbawa and to find out how efforts to maintain the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) for Wings Air airline cargo officers by PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharudin Airport, Sumbawa The research design uses a qualitative research approach, namely research used to examine the condition of scientific objects where a researcher is the key instrument. From the results of the research that the author has done, that is, every company, especially those with high-risk interactions, must have a standard operating procedure (SOP), and every officer must receive monitoring at work to use personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with the procedure, then from the level of awareness of each Each officer already has an awareness of the risks of their work and every time they start or when they are finished, a briefing is carried out to remind them of the risks and hazards at work. and in an effort to maintain the implementation of OSH, training is usually carried out once a year, then for steps to anticipate hazards, officers usually double-check before and after use, and for each officer to have concern for work risks, for example, by reminding one another the other at work.

One aspect that supports and optimizes the security and safety of passengers is Aviation Security (AVSEC) flight security personnel. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an influence of Aviation Security (AVSEC) inspection services at Passengers Security Check Point (PSCP) Supadio Pontianak International Airport on passenger satisfaction and to find out how much influence there was between Aviation Security (AVSEC) security check services at Passengers Security Check Point (PSCP) Supadio Pontianak International Airport for passenger satisfaction. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using data analysis techniques, namely instrument testing, hypothesis testing, simple linear regression testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a sample of 100 respondents who are users of air transport services at Supadio Pontianak International Airport and who have passed inspection at the Passengers Security Check Point (PSCP). The research results concluded that; first Ha was accepted because there was an influence between the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers on passenger satisfaction at Supadio Pontianak International Airport as evidenced by the T count 15,445 > T table 1.948 and the sig value 0.00 <0.05. Second, it is known that the R square is 0.709, which means that the effect of the independent variable (AVSEC Officer Service) on the dependent variable (Passenger Satisfaction) is 70.9%.

Novel tidak lepas dari karakter tokoh-tokohnya. Karakter merupakan unsur yang paling penting, yang ditampilkan secara utuh, misalnya ciri fisik, kondisi sosial, watak, tingkah laku, dan psikologi. Dengan demikian, karya sastra sangat erat kaitannya dengan psikologi, meskipun juga erat kaitannya dengan kajian ilmiah lainnya. Hal ini sejalan dengan struktur pembentukan manusia, yaitu manusia terdiri dari jiwa dan raga. Karya sastra prosa yang akan menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah roman Larasati karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Roman Larasati menceritakan bagaimana dulu Ara memperjuangkan revolusi dengan caranya sendiri. Hingga ia menyerahkan kehormatannya demi Indonesia merdeka. Untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi Ara, penulis menggunakan teori perilaku dan teori motivasi sebagai alat bantu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu cara untuk memecahkan masalah aktual dengan cara mengumpulkan, menyusun, mengklasifikasikan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan data. Analisis penelitian ini menggambarkan motivasi Larasati untuk berpartisipasi dalam perjuangan melawan penjajah Belanda. Profesi sebagai PSK dan bintang film tak menghalanginya untuk terus mencintai tanah air. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis perilaku, Larasati mengalami perubahan perilaku yang positif yaitu merasa memiliki kewajiban untuk mempertahankan kedaulatan negaranya, meskipun hanya seorang pelacur dan bintang film.

Yogyakarta International Airport is a replacement for Adiscipto Airport which is considered unable to accommodate many passengers so that a larger airport is built, it can have an influence on the performance of aviation security personnel on the supervision and security of passengers so that security and guarding of passengers at the airport terminal can be maintained from people who commit violations or acts against the law in the airport environment. The research that researchers use is a study using qualitative methods using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation, analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and validity testing using triangulation. Based on the quality of officers able to carry out supervisory duties, the quantity of officers is in accordance with the needs because it is assisted by CCTV and helps each other to back up, the timeliness of officers must arrive on time because there is a briefing, for the effectiveness of the load is sufficient depending on the officer, it needs supervision from the company and officers know for areas that must be guarded and officers will coordinate with related parties for guarding there are inspection lanes, WTMD, HHMD, checkpoints and Sageway, HT, and patrol cars for patrols. The performance of Aviation Security officers in conducting surveillance & passenger security is good according to applicable regulations which are used as the basis for performing duties at airports and the readiness of officers in conducting surveillance & passenger security at Yogyakarta International Airport aviation security officers already have and use adequate facilities in conducting surveillance and passenger security.

User satisfaction is a feeling obtained from previous expectations either to be better or very adequate in a service. Services using self check-in machines can simplify and shorten users or prospective passengers in carrying out their activities at the airport. In this study, the research objective was to find out the satisfaction of using a self check-in machine at Yogyakarta – Kulonprogo International Airport. The research entitled Analysis of Satisfaction Using Self Check-In Machines at Yogyakarta International Airport - Kulonprogo, was conducted by distributing questionnaires to users of self check-in machines at Yogyakarta International Airport. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data analysis techniques use the validity test, reliability test, and analysis to determine the average level of satisfaction. The results showed that satisfaction with the use of self check-in machines at Yogyakarta International Airport was high. Evidenced by the results of the evaluation for the conformity of expectations indicator obtaining an evaluation value of 4.39, the intention to reuse indicator obtaining an evaluation value of 4.2733, and the availability indicator recommending obtaining an evaluation value of 4.18.

The Terminal Service Officer, or better known as the Terminal Inspection Service, is a work unit tasked with supervising all facilities in the Land Side area of the airport, curb/sidewalk, parking area and terminal building. Before the airport operates, the Terminal Service Officer ensures or checks in advance whether all facilities are ready to operate or not, if one of these facilities is not ready, it will affect the operational processes of El Tari Kupang International Airport and can also pose a risk to the performance of TSO officers. . The purpose of this research is to find out the performance and efforts of Terminal Service Officers in resolving obstacles to facility monitoring at El Tari Kupang International Airport. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using data from interviews with 3 Terminal Service Officers, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, Terminal Service Officers (TSO) have duties and responsibilities that are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures including facilities that are the responsibility of Terminal Service Officers, especially the land side area, passenger terminal and departure/arrival area, carry out routine checks supporting facilities to keep them operating properly. If in carrying out the supervision there is a damaged facility, it will be immediately coordinated with the unit concerned and repaired immediately.

Air transportation is people's main choice for traveling long distances in a short time so that it is more effective and efficient both for business purposes and urgent needs. Air transportation users make companies work extra to improve the quality of service to customers who are satisfied with the services that have been provided. Companies must be able to continue to read or find out what customers need to achieve the maximum possible level of customer satisfaction. The importance of customer satisfaction can provide benefits, including closer and harmonious company and customer relationships. The existence of this study aims to determine the effect of service quality Check-in Counter on Lion Air airline satisfaction at Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. This study uses a quantitative research method, where the population used is the number of Lion Air passengers for 2 months and the sample taken is 100 passengers. The sampling technique in this study was to use a purposive sampling technique. research instrument using a type of Likert scale. The results showed that the quality of check-in counter service had an effect on passenger satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where the  t_hitung  is 14.879 >  t_tabel 1.660 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. For the coefficient of determination (R2) 69.3% the satisfaction variable can be explained by the service quality variable with a difference (100-69.3%) 30.7% influenced or explained by other variables not included in the study.

The level of discipline on the performance of ground handling employees is very important, discipline is also needed in improving employee performance. The basic attitude of employees towards themselves, competencies and current job as well as an overview of every opportunity that can be achieved needs to be considered by PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. Performance analysis of ground handling employees will discuss how ground handling employee performance that viewed from the level of discipline based on the performance indicator. This research uses a qualitative research method design, which data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies in the work area of the passasi unit of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted to determine the performance of ground handling employees in terms of the level of discipline at PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta Internasional Airport. The results of this study are the performance of ground handling employees on time is quite good in providing services to passangers, ground handling employees are quite good in two ways communication between leaders and subordinates, ground handling employees obey the regulations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), carry oud good cooperation with coworkers, creating a sense of comfort and safety at work has improved well.

Aviation Security officers play an important role in carrying out inspections to maintain the security and safety of prospective passengers. This study aims to determine the application of inspection procedures in the new adaptation era and to analyze the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers in the new normal adaptation era at Lede Kalumbang Airport. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation collected from relevant informants when the writer went into the field. The results of this study indicate that the inspection procedure in the new normal adaptation era is the same as the previous examination but there are additional checks or rules such as passengers must wear masks, maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter and examine health documents for passengers who will travel. And the performance of Aviation Security personnel at Lede Kalumbang Airport is in accordance with the SOP set at Lede Kalumbang Airport.

Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers when operating must maximize existing facilities so that there are additional facilities that are lacking in the AMC unit. This study aims to find out what types of work facilities must be available to assist the operation of iApron Movement Control officers at Abdulrachmani Salehi Malang Airport and to determine the availability of the number of facilities that must be available to assist the operation of Aproni Movement Control officers at Abdulrachmani Saleh Airport Malang. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with data collection techniques using qualitative observation, structured interviews, and documentation while quantitative uses the AMC unit facility data form, and observations, which were collected from relevant informants when the writer went to the field. The results of this study indicate that the types of facilities that must be available in the operation of Apron Movement Control officers are Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), personal protective equipment in the form of safety vests, raincoats, hats, safety shoes, booth shoes, ear muffs & ear plugs, goggles anti uv where these facilities must be available in the AMC unit. These facilities are very important to assist officers. Facilities that are not available, such as safety shoes, booth shoes, ear muffs & ear plugs, anti-UV goggles that are not available and an insufficient number of ear muffs and ear plugs, this was responded to by the Chairman of AMC.

On Time Performance is very important for the image of an airline company. The performance of boarding gate officers is one of main factors in creating On Time Performance during the brading process it is also necessary to have quality human resource support god service to passangers. Gate officers must be careful and coordinae with other staff in carrying out boarding. Analysis of the performance of gate officers in achieving an On Time Performance flight based on performance indicators. To analyze the data in this study using descriptive qualitative methods. Reserch data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, documentation and literature studies in the boarding gate work unit area of PT Kokapura Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. The result of this study are the performance of boarding gate officers who are quite good at providing boarding services to passanger. Boarding gate officers carry out boarding activities in accordance with the Standart Operational Procedure (SOP) that applies to each airline handled by PT Kokapura Ahmad Yani. The obstacle experienced by gate officers was the lack of information regarding flight delays, however, gate officers were able to overcome these obstacles bycoordinating and updating every 10 minutes with operational staff regarding the condition of the aircraft to be boarded.

The PDAM service tariff covers the cost of water treatment, infrastructure management, and services to customers. In PDAM Magelang City, there are several public service tariffs, namely the service of drinking water needs to customers, new connection services, payment of drinking water accounts, water quality inspection services, and water tank services. In this case the author will discuss the public service tariff in the new connection service of PDAM Magelang City.For the research method in this case, the author analyzes the data from the research conducted using descriptive analysis method in which data from interviews and document studies are processed and analyzed to provide an overview of the factors that determine the new connection service tariff at PDAM Magelang City.The new connection service tariff of each PDAM is different, the PDAM Magelang City tariff is based on the customer class which has IV customer groups with different tariffs. The tariff for class I is lower and the tariff will be higher for each class II and so on. Classes are adjusted to the type of house, land area, building area, type of building, type of floor, and type of roof used. The factors for determining the tariff for new connection services at PDAM Magelang City are seen in terms of financial and non-financial factors. In terms of financial factors, it consists of registration fees, drawing planning fees, connection permit fees, transportation costs and construction costs of service and persil pipes. While in terms of non-financial factors in the form of inclusion of new prospective customers on the criteria of the group that has been determined.

Kalirungkut Village is an area that has various potentials. One of the superior potentials of the village located in Rungkut District, Surabaya is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many MSME actors have joined the Kalirungkut MSME Association. Association member products are dominated by food and beverages. In addition, there are several MSMEs selling crafts. On the other hand, running a business is not an easy thing. Many MSME actors are constrained, both internal and external constraints. Based on surveys and observations, the main problem faced by members of the Kalirungkut MSME Association is marketing which is still simple and traditional so that it affects the slow, even stagnant, development of MSMEs. Therefore, the East Java MBKM "Veteran" UPN "Veteran" KKNT Group of 85 took the initiative to organize digital marketing socialization which aims to provide knowledge and skills to market products digitally. This socialization had a positive impact in the form of increasing the awareness of MSME actors to start engaging in digital marketing.

Desa Bendosari Kecamatan Plantungan Kabupaten Kendal merupakan desa yang mempunyai potensi sebagai desa wisata, hal ini didukung dengan adanya hamparan hutan pinus, air terjun , lingkungan alam yang asri serta tersedianya makanan asli yang dapat dijadikan buah tangan. Agar  dapat menjadi desa  wisata maka desa Bendosari harus mampu menyusun rencana desa wisata dan membentuk lembaga yang akan mengelola desa wisata tersebut. Untuk menunjang tersusunnya rencana desa wisata  Bendosari dan terbentuknya lembaga pengelola desa wisata  Bendosari maka tim dosen dan mahasiswa dari FISIP UNTAG Semarang mengadakan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) di desa tersebut.  Bentuk kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi yang dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fokus Group Discussion (FGD) dan pendampingan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan dengan cara FGD pada hari Jumat tanggal 18 Juni 2022 dengan materi perencanaan, kelembagaan dan Perencanaan desa wisata. Selanjutnya selama 6 bulan dilakukan pendampingan dalam penyusunan rencana dan penyusunan kelembagaan desa wisata. Kegiatan pendampingan ini berhasil membentuk suatu organisasi sadar wisata yang diberi nama Kelompok Sadar Wisata Bendosari. Kelompok Sadar wisata Bendosari ini telah berhasil menyusun dokumen rencana desa wisata “Air Terjun Jeglong”.

Traffic problems are problems faced by developed countries as well as developing countries like Indonesia. However, in Indonesia, the problems that are often encountered nowadays are becoming more severe and bigger than in previous years, including accidents, congestion and air pollution as well as traffic violations. There are at least three factors that influence traffic law enforcement, namely: Judicial Factors, Law Enforcement Factors and Community Legal Culture Factors. In order for the law to have an influence on attitudes or behavior, certain conditions are required, namely: the law must be communicated; position to behave, meaning the things that motivate people to behave in a certain way. Fines alone are not effective in building a culture of safe driving. The government needs to make legal breakthroughs, both in the legal drafting aspect and the system that regulates implementation in the field.

: Cupak Village is a village that has tremendous potential that can be developed. In addition to the cool air, there are several potentials, including (1) religious tourism at Dewi Kilisuci's hermitage site, (2) Sendang Widodaren, Sendang Drajad, and Mount Pucangan; (3) Agricultural tourism which produces Porang as a flour ingredient, Gadung for chips, Corn as food security; (4) accompanied by the manufacture of handicrafts from local raw materials such as woven pandanus. (5) Production of charcoal which can be developed into Carkol as an export commodity. (6) Camping ground. However, the problem faced is the lack of awareness of local residents in the use of tourism. Cupak Village also has abundant agricultural income but its income level can still be developed through socialization so it is hoped that this activity can immediately encourage tourism in Cupak Village and it is hoped that it can also increase Cupak Village's agricultural income. The purpose of this activity is to get an overview of the qualifications of Cupak Village Human Resources in utilizing tourism potential, processing agricultural products, managing businesses, and overcoming existing problems. Many of the indonesians like to eat chips as everyday snacks, one of them is menjes chips. Menjes chips are beans made from bean curd. One of the SMEs that produces the menjes chips, namely Menjes Kyu that owned by Mrs. Chalimah. In the drying process, the cips are still done conventionally, namely by simply airing them out. This can affect the quality and flavor of chips because of the amount of oil it contains. The purpose of this activity was to add to the knowledge and skill involved in the use of oil stonework (spinner), which was useful in raising the quality and value of chips. The methods used are location surveys and the filling of questionnaires, toolmaking, and socializing of automatic oil slicers. The presence of an automatic oil slicer helps to enhance the quality, flavor, and storage power of processed chips.
