This study investigates the interplay between linguistic relativity and cultural schemata, examining how language encodes culturally salient concepts and shapes cognitive frameworks across diverse communities. Through ethnographic and psycholinguistic approaches, the study collects data from 12 different language communities with varied cultural backgrounds. Cross-linguistic and cross-cultural analyses reveal significant correlations between linguistic structures—such as grammatical categories, lexical distinctions, and metaphorical expressions—and culturally specific schemata in spatial, temporal, and social domains. Perception and cognitive reasoning experiments were conducted with 450 participants to test linguistic relativity hypotheses in cultural contexts. Quantitative and qualitative findings demonstrate that linguistic patterns both reflect and reinforce cultural norms, influencing perception and cognitive strategies. Analysis of cultural text corpora shows how linguistic categories serve as vehicles for internalizing cultural values and worldviews. Specifically, the study finds systematic variations in spatial information processing, time conceptualization, and social event interpretation that correlate with language features of respective communities. These results underscore the co-constitutive relationship between language and culture in shaping human thought, providing important implications for cross-cultural education, intercultural communication, and cognitive theory.

The release of medical information is the process of disclosing or sharing information about a patient's health condition, medical history, or medical examination results with other parties. Due to the sensitive nature of the information contained in medical records, healthcare providers are obligated to ensure that all information is appropriately accountable. This study aims to explore the work activities of medical record officers and health information management in the process of releasing medical information to insurance parties at Tarakan Regional General Hospital (RSUD Tarakan). This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach by explaining the results of interviews regarding the work activities of medical record officers and health information management in the process of releasing medical information to insurance parties. RSUD Tarakan already has standard operating procedures related to the release of medical information, both to insurance parties that cooperate and to those that do not cooperate. In the work activities of the officers, the stages of data collection for insurance types, the request flow stage, data collection stage, data processing stage, and data presentation stage involve the insurance services and fundraising departments in the release process for cooperating insurance parties. Meanwhile, the medical records department and the information department are only involved in the release of medical information to non-cooperating insurance parties. The challenges in releasing medical information to non-cooperating insurance parties include the lack of requirements provided by patients, as they are often unaware of the necessary documents and the process for requesting the release of medical information, which can cause delays in the process.

Ambarawa Regional General Hospital (RSUD) is a Public Service Agency Regional (BLUD) belonging to Semarang Regency which operates in the field of public health services. Ambarawa Regional Hospital is located at Jalan Kartini No. 101 Ambarawa. So far, inventory data processing. At the Ambarawa Regional General Hospital (RSUD) it is still processed manually, there are several problems. What often arises is not knowing the depreciation value of goods each month, not yet applying it database system and low inventory data security system. The author used 3 research methods for data collection in this research, namely observation, interviews and literature study. The observation method used by the author is by carry out direct practice on problems that occur. Interview conducted by the author with the employees concerned, while in the literature study the author looked for related literature with research and used as a theoretical basis. From the analysis and research results, it can be seen that the solution to the problem above is: create an Inventory Data Recording Information System that uses a programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database processing system. Procedures will consist of p5 main parts, namely inventory data collection, room data collection, inventory item placement transactions, inventory item mutation transactions and line method depreciation straight. This system is expected to increase the effectiveness of inventory data processing in hospitals Ambarawa Regional General Hospital (RSUD).    

The alumni information system is an example of an information system specifically designed for the purpose of supporting the work of educational institutions, especially at SMK Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan, if you want to process alumni data and view all the data through web-based information services. This research aims to design a web-based alumni information system using the waterfall development method which allows the development process to be carried out in stages starting from analysis, design, to implementation of the system. With this method, it is hoped that the system design can be more structured, efficient, and make it easier for schools to collect current alumni data.

The low reasoning ability of students in processing information has an impact on learning outcomes and creative thinking skills. So it is necessary to develop a valid, practical, and effective learning model to improve students' creative thinking skills. The research method used was the Borg and Gall model which was modified into 8 stages. This research was tested on fourth grade students of SD Negeri Kalisalam 2. Data collection used questionnaires for student expert validators, and teachers, non-test assessments to measure students' creative thinking skills, and interviews. This research evaluates the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed learning model. The results of expert validation showed that the model and learning materials were very valid with an average score of 90.16%. In detail, the learning model validator gave a score of 93.66%, while the material expert gave a score of 86.66%. The practicality assessment before and after the trial was 84% and 80% respectively, both in the “practical” category. The effectiveness of the model was measured through student questionnaires with an average of 79% (“effective”) and non-test assessment of creative thinking skills, where 16 out of 23 students showed improvement after the application of the learning model. This guidebook/prototype of inquiry-based learning model development with scaffolding techniques is considered effective for improving students' creative thinking skills, besides that this model can also help teachers in encouraging innovation in classroom learning to be more interesting.

Waropen Regency, located in Papua Province, Indonesia, is an area with abundant natural resource potential, such as fisheries (fish, shrimp, crabs), tropical forests and biodiversity. However, the varied topography, high rainfall and geographical conditions make this region vulnerable to flood disasters. This research aims to analyze and predict flood hazards in Waropen Regency using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) such as ArcGIS. The methods used include secondary data collection (topography, rainfall, land use, and river network), data processing using GIS software, as well as spatial analysis using Digital Elevation Models (DEM) and hydrological modeling. The research results produced a flood hazard zoning map that identifies priority areas based on threat level. This map is also used to analyze the potential impact of flooding on settlements, infrastructure and agricultural land. The findings of this research provide important information for local governments and stakeholders in designing disaster risk mitigation strategies, such as building flood control infrastructure and disaster mitigation-based spatial planning. Thus, this research shows the potential of GIS in supporting effective and data-based disaster risk management in Waropen Regency.

This research aims to determine the effect of the level of website-based disclosure of company information on corporate tax avoidance behavior. The objects in this research are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period June 2024. Data collection in this research uses content analysis methods and data processing using the SPSS application. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with a final sample size of 399 companies. The research results show that the level of website-based disclosure of company information has a negative and significant effect on tax avoidance behavior in public companies in Indonesia.

PT. Brinton Sejahtera Bearindo is a company operating in the field of general trading, especially information and communication technology. The problem related to compensation is that some employees feel that they do not receive compensation according to their workload, so they are not optimally motivated to carry out their duties. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Brinton Sejahtera Bearindo. The research method is to apply a quantitative design. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique for 35 employees. The data processing method starts from data quality testing which consists of validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests. Mality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test. The partial test results show that the t count (4,476) is greater than the t table (1,694) with a significant value of 0.00 (smaller than 0.05). The regression coefficient test data shows a positive value of 0.475, which indicates that work compensation has a positive impact on the performance of PT employees. Brinton Sejahtera Bearindo. The coefficient of determination of 0.506 shows that the influence of work compensation and work motivation on employee performance variables is 52.5%. This research can be used as a basis for developing work compensation and increasing work motivation as an important element in improving employee performance.

Bandung Regency, which is experiencing overcapacity in landfills, has implemented a waste management solution involving the separation of organic and inorganic waste. Inorganic waste, which is notoriously difficult to decompose, has prompted the Bandung Regency government to adopt a community-focused approach to waste management, establishing waste banks in school-age communities. However, the project has encountered challenges, as evidenced by the fact that some schools have implemented waste banks but have not been actively engaged in their operations. This has led to the project's suboptimal implementation in Bandung Regency schools.The objective of this study is to identify the challenges associated with the inactivity of waste banks in Bandung Regency schools, as perceived by students and administrators.The study utilises the triple drivers of ecopreneurship, focusing on the economic, social, and environmental benefits of school waste banks. This research employs a mixed methods approach, utilising both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. The quantitative approach involves the administration of surveys to students, followed by data processing using descriptive statistics. The qualitative method involves conducting interviews with administrators, and the data is processed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings of the research indicate that the implementation of a waste bank for the management of inorganic waste in a school environment is positively received by the school, despite the presence of obstacles related to waste collection sites, socialisation among students, and differences between administrators and students regarding the most significant focus or choice for implementing waste banks in schools.It is anticipated that the research results will contribute to the understanding of inorganic waste management in waste banks that are less active in the school environment. The study thus recommends further research in schools that are routine or active in waste bank implementation activities, with a view to describing overall information about the implementation of school waste banks, especially in schools in Bandung Regency with school waste bank projects.

This research aims to design a web-based school information system that can help manage school data and information in a computerized manner. The system includes student management, payment, assessment, and school profile modules. The methods used in designing this system include observation, interview, and literature study. System requirements analysis was conducted to identify the needs of users, both school managers and the community. The system was developed using Codeigniter 3 framework and MySQL database. It is expected that this system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of data management and accelerate the delivery of real-time information.

Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Magetan Regency to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of visit data management. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, utilizing the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The implementation of this system is expected to replace the time-consuming and inefficient manual processes, such as guest book entry and data retrieval. The web-based system allows guests to digitally input their institutional origin, purpose, and objectives of their visit, which are then managed by the administrator for reporting and data analysis.The system development process began with needs analysis, design using UML diagrams, and implementation through web-based technology. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure all system functions operate as specified. The research findings demonstrate that the system effectively reduces data processing time, increases accuracy, and facilitates the management of visit information. Thus, this information system not only provides practical solutions for DPRD Magetan but also serves as a model for similar developments in other institutions. This report discusses the development of an employee placement information system to enhance employee performance at the Tanjungbalai City Education Office. With the advancement of information technology, proper employee placement based on qualifications and competencies has become a crucial factor in organizational efficiency. This study employs the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method to objectively evaluate employee placement. The developed system is web-based to facilitate access and processing of employee performance evaluation data. The findings indicate that this system assists decision-making in optimizing employee placement, improving work effectiveness, and providing recommendations for employee performance evaluation.

In the world of commerce, or commonly known as e-commerce, leveraging the development of internet technology is a significant step that can be very beneficial. For this reason, the author tries to utilize the knowledge gained during university studies to analyze and design e-commerce for the Demanda parfum. The authors conducted an analysis and design for this study. Demanda Parfum is a business that offers various brands and types of perfumes. Seruni Parfum has a broad business idea to introduce perfume brands both from domestic and international markets. Over time, the number of perfume enthusiasts has been increasing, and companies with perfume sales concepts prioritize the needs of every individual. The authors analyzed the sales system in place at Seruni Parfum, which currently operates with a web-based system. At the perfume factory, monthly reports are still manually created in many cases. The transaction data processing is also done manually, meaning there is a possibility of errors and mistakes during writing and calculations. Therefore, e-commerce is needed to support these tasks, allowing sales to be conducted efficiently and generating reports accurately.

Manufacturing companies in the cosmetics subsector are an industry that has quite intense competition in Indonesia. According to the first quarter of 2020 data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, the market growth of this industry averaged 5.59% per year. This is expected to continue in the coming year. The implementation of supply chain management (SCM) will support organizations to have a good performance system. PT Zoey Cosmedica Putra (Maklon Kosmetik) is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in the cosmetics industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of supply chain management on company performance. Data processing using the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method using Smart PLS software version 4.0. The results of SCM factor analysis research measured by independent variables, namely relationships with suppliers (X1), relationships with customers (X2) and the level of information sharing (X3) with the dependent variable, namely company performance (Y). Shows X1 and X3 hypotheses have an influence, while the X2 hypothesis has no effect.

The results obtained from this research are that there are several factors that hinder loading and unloading performance, namely limited information on deck crew regarding loading and unloading procedures and limited information regarding loading and unloading maintenance which has caused a decrease in performance in loading and unloading activities. In conclusion, optimal implementation and maintenance of pneumatic systems is very important to increase productivity and safety in loading and unloading activities on MV vessels. IRIANA.
