Background: CT Scan is a medical technology that can show images in the form of slices to see the anatomy of the human body because this technology combines X-rays and television. Basically, how a CT scan works uses a radiation source from X-rays. There are various examinations that can be carried out using a CT scan, one of which is a head examination with a CT scan. CT scan of the head at the Radiology Installation at Bhayangkara Hospital Makassar uses a Slice Thickness of 3 mm to produce a better image. The aim of this research is to determine the Head CT Scan Examination Procedure for Clinical Hemorrhagic Stroke in the Radiology Installation of Bhayangkara Hospital, Makassar. Results: The results of this study indicate that the CT scan procedure of the head with clinical hemorrhagic stroke at the radiology installation at Bhayangkara Hospital, Makassar was carried out without any special preparation but the patient was instructed to remove metal objects or accessories around the head such as earrings, hairpins and necklaces. Using a slice thickness of 3 mm is good enough to display image results and confirm the diagnosis. Conclusion: The head CT scan procedure for clinical hemorrhagic stroke was carried out using the head first protocol. The slice thickness used in this examination is 3 mm. The choice of slice thickness is the biggest factor because a thick slice thickness will produce images with low detail and cause artifacts, whereas a thin size will produce images with high detail but there is noise in the image.

The interior design plays a very important role in today's modern era of modernization. It is evident that the beauty of a space greatly influences people's work activities and performance within it. A library, as a storehouse of knowledge, should consider the aesthetics of the space to allow patrons to work, learn, and create more freely in the library to meet their information needs, which will ultimately impact the patrons' loyalty to the library. The Provincial Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra still appears to be lacking in terms of aesthetics, furniture arrangement, noise levels, and the utilization of space, which is a significant concern for the library to make it more appealing to patrons as a place to seek information.

Hemorrhagic stroke is the rupture of blood vessels in the brain, resulting in reduced blood flow (ischemia) and hypoxia. One of the disorders that can be diagnosed through sophisticated modalities is a CT scan, because it can be done quickly and accurately when evaluating bleeding in the brain. The slice thickness used in CT scans of the head in hemorrhagic stroke cases is 5 mm-10 mm, carried out using a one range protocol, namely from the basic cranii to the vertex. Slice thickness is the thickness of the slice that can be selected according to clinical needs. The factors used to evaluate image quality are spatial resolution, resolution contrast and noise. This research is quantitative by taking an experimental approach to analyze the effect of using slice thickness variations of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm on image quality (spatial resolution, resolution contrast and noise) on CT scans of the head in cases of hemorrhagic stroke of 10 samples. Based on the results of the research carried out, the researchers can conclude according to the overall results of the Friedman test that there is an influence on the image quality of CT scans of the head in hemorrhagic stroke cases using slice thickness variations of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm on spatial resolution, contrast resolution and noise. So based on the results of the Friedman test per image quality, there is a difference in the image quality of CT scans of the head and cases of hemorrhagic stroke which use slice thickness variations of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm. Based on the results of the mean rank of the Friedman test, slice thickness 5mm has a mean rank of 2.88 with the highest value. Based on the results of this study, researchers can recommend that CT scans of the head in cases of hemorrhagic stroke use a slice thickness of 5 mm with the aim that the image quality results in CT scans of the head in cases of hemorrhagic stroke look clear and good.

This study aims to analyze the communication of marine mammals, especially whales and dolphins, through a bioacoustic approach combined with computational science as an effort to support conservation in the Tropical Ocean region. The focus of the location is on the Banda Sea, the Seram Sea, and the tropical Pacific region which are important migration routes for marine mammals. Data were obtained from underwater sound recordings using hydrophones, accompanied by visual observations to validate the behavior and existence of species. The analysis is carried out through several stages, including signal pre-processing with noise filtering and sound segmentation, spectral analysis using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), as well as the creation of a spectrogram to visualize vocalization patterns. Machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Machine (SVM) are used to classify interspecies voices, while deep learning approaches are applied to identify more complex communication patterns, including dialect variations. The results showed that whales produced low-frequency vocalizations (20–200 Hz) for long-distance communication, while dolphins used high-frequency clicks and whistles (5–20 kHz) for echolocation and social interaction. The integration of bioacoustics and artificial intelligence improves the accuracy of sound classification by more than 90%. These findings confirm the effectiveness of computational-based non-invasive methods in monitoring the presence and behavior of marine mammals and provide a scientific basis for sustainable conservation.

Literary work is a creation that is conveyed by speaking or communicative about the author's intention which aims for aesthetics.  One example of a literary work is poetry, poetry is a type of literary work that has beautiful, animating, and deep meanings and meanings, the words and sentences contained in it mostly come from the heart of the creator of the poem, when reading it you also have to use a good intonation.  clear, and expressions that match the content of the poem.  This study aims to semiotically analyze the poem entitled "Patience" by Chairil Anwar. This poem describes the patience of a poet or poet who always faces people who are near him and around him, even though he always feels uncomfortable with the environment.  and always feel annoyed by the people around him, but he realizes that this is what is called fate and life, in the first stanza describes noise so that the poet feels uncomfortable and very disturbed by the sounds around him, not only is it ridicule and insults were heard and thrown from one person to another.  In this world, only a few are filled with goodness, and badness is increasingly rampant, even though many have warned and rebuked, but the reprimands and warnings were only a passing wind, and were not paid any heed to by the parties concerned.  The second stanza describes something that the poet wants to convey, but the idea is not heard at all, they seem to regard the writer as if the wind were passing by, the third stanza describes a state of life that has lost its calm and serenity, so that life is worthy very hard to reach.  The last stanza describes the condition of the poet who is no longer respected and heard by those around him so that the poet no longer cares about it. At this time, the poet hopes that calm and tranquility will return, so that a decent life can be created again.
