This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out starting from data collection, and checking the validity of the data. To check the validity of the research data using the data triangulation method. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Management planning for extracurricular activities in improving non-academic achievement at Sabiluth Thoyyib High School there are 3 activities, namely meetings with stakeholders, extra coordinators and extracurricular coaches, the second is selection for students who participate in extra activities and the last is all students must follow the mandatory extra i.e. scouts. 2) The implementation is held, every Saturday, either extra mandatory or extra optional. 3) The evaluation consists of 2 activities, the first with an assessment of each extracurricular once a month, every mid-semester and one semester. The second is an evaluation meeting from the school with extra supervisors and extra coordinators which is held every mid-semester, semester and yearly.

Results: Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in cases of Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) Severe involves patient preparation, equipment preparation, medical team, examination procedures, post-action care, description of examination results, and their role in the management of (MS) Severe Patient preparation involves patient education about the procedure, fasting before examination, renal function testing, medication adjustments, vascular access preparation, discussion of contrast agents, and vital monitoring. Severe (MS) patients require special attention in this preparation. Equipment preparation includes a stable catheterization table, a fluoroscopic imaging system, various types of catheters, appropriate contrast agents, resuscitation equipment, pre-procedure medications, and hemostasis equipment. The medical team involved in CAG examination in Severe (MS) patients involves an interventional cardiologist, radiological technologist, catheterization nurse, catheterization technician, and additional support personnel such as the anesthesia team and resuscitation team. The examination procedure includes patient preparation, vascular access, catheter insertion into the coronary arteries, evaluation and imaging of the coronary arteries, and completion of the procedure. CAG examination has an important role in the detection of coronary artery disease. CAG examination in patients with (MS) Severe requires careful preparation and involves the collaboration of a well-coordinated medical team to provide optimal results and a significant contribution in the management of (MS) Severe. Conclusion: Narrowing of the mitral valve, severe mitral stenosis (MS) is a pathological condition where this narrowing inhibits blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. This condition is most often caused by rheumatic heart disease, which results in inflammation and ultimately thickening and narrowing of the mitral valve. Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) cases has an important role in detecting coronary artery disease.

In Indonesian education system, junior high schools have an important role in the growth and development of students who are in the teenage age range. Therefore, a community service program was carried out, Solar Hydroponic Training as a Learning Media for Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng Middle School Students. This activity aims to train students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng in optimally utilizing the school environment's natural resources by managing solar powered hydroponic plantations, which in the process can become an effective student learning medium to increase students' insight and skills. This training was carried out for 4 months with various training methods which included counseling, demonstrations and direct practice carried out during the implementation process which included the socialization stage, seeding training, system installation and transplanting, cultivation assistance, harvest & post-harvest assistance and evaluation. The target of this activity is all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng, totaling 42 students with the assistance of 2 teachers. During implementation, this program has achieved all the specified targets, including the establishment of a hydroponic green area that can be managed by students, which in the process has increased students' knowledge about hydroponic concepts and renewable technology, this is supported by the results of direct evaluations with teachers. companion along with the results of a comparison of post test and pretest scores which were quite significant.

Employee performance is the result of quality and quantity standards set by the organization. Employee performance will influence the success of an organization, so employee performance has a close relationship with performance appraisal. Performance appraisal or what can also be called performance evaluation, is an organization's effort to assess the achievements of its employees for the purpose of increasing their productivity. However, sometimes companies still make poor assessments so that their goals are not achieved. This results in a decline in company targets. Performance appraisal does not only look at the results of the work that employees do, but can also be seen from how the employee completes his work. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies, namely by analyzing existing problems. This qualitative research uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data for this research was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, while the secondary data was obtained through previous research. The population in this study were employees of CV Awing Citra Abadi Teknik with a total of 20 employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of employee performance appraisals at CV Awing Citra Abadi Teknik which includes procedures for implementing employee performance appraisals, efforts to encourage the implementation of employee performance appraisals, and employee performance appraisal procedures.

Purworejo Village is one of the villages in Ngantang Subdistrict that has a lot of potential. One of the prominent potentials is agricultural products, especially shallots. Purworejo village is one of the best suppliers of shallots in Indonesia. This makes many people come to Purworejo Village to conduct research related to shallots. Where this can make Purworejo Village has the potential to become an Educational Tourism Village, but the surrounding community is still unable to utilize it. With the existence of Central Education, it can encourage Purworejo Village to become an Educational Tourism Village. Devotion is carried out in increasing the development of the Purworejo Shallot Village Tourism Village through the role of Central Education. With the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method through initial observations, conducting forum group discussions with lecturers and resource persons, then conducting educational and mentoring activities, followed by follow-up activities and ending with evaluation actions. This method is applied with the intervention of the Purworejo Village community directly in this service.

This community service activity is based on an understanding of the importance of religious education and the formation of a Qur'anic generation from an early age. Reading and memorizing the Qur'an is an effective method to ensure that the younger generation has a strong understanding and deep connection with the holy book of Islam. In addition, it also helps to form individuals who are committed to religious teachings and have good morality This activity was conducted in several stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The preparation stage included observations and interviews to identify the problems faced. The results of the observation showed that the management of Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal had difficulty in encouraging the interest and participation of children in Pasar I, Jl. Setia Budi, Tj. Sari, Kec. Medan Selayang, Medan City, North Sumatra to read the Qur'an. To overcome this challenge, efforts were made to increase the interest and participation of children in the Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal, totaling 22 people. This was realized through the implementation of outbound activities and giving rewards to children, with the aim of increasing their enthusiasm in learning the Qur'an. Evaluation was carried out after the activity was completed, and the results showed that the children at Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal were very enthusiastic in participating in each activity. This enthusiasm can be seen from the participation and interest in learning the Quran which is increasing day by day. The children's parents also feel helped and happy to see the children's participation in the activities.

The Class IIA Women's Correctional Institution (LPP) in Malang City is included in a productive prison which is not only used as a place for fostering prisoners (inmates), but also used as a facility to accommodate the production of quality prisoner products. The WBP participates in productive program activities held by the prison, such as managing the soy sauce industry, handicrafts, convection business, salon business, making ecoprint batik, production of souvenir snacks. All WBPs are involved in these productive activities as a form of effort by the prison in organizing work guidance programs and skills education. The results of the activity show that the production of Malang City Class IIA Women's Prison can be said to be quite good and has selling value. However, it is unfortunate that marketing is done conventionally so that it has not achieved maximum product sales results. Therefore, it is necessary to have an evaluation that can be solved through the service activities carried out. This digital marketing practice activity with website development training can be a solution provided through this service. The activity can run smoothly because all prison officers are enthusiastic and conducive in participating in the training held. The hope of this activity is that they will be able to apply the marketing function optimally so that it can increase sales volume

The purpose of this research is to analyse the factors causing and overcoming violations of route permits in Manggarai Regency. This research is an empirical juridical research, which uses primary data sources, namely field research with interview methods to sources with an interest in this paper and secondary. Based on the results of the research, the factors causing violations of route permits by the Department of Transportation of Manggarai Regency are divided into three, namely government factors, namely the lack of honorary staff in the terminal; vehicle business factors (owners and drivers) caused by economic factors, administrative factors, intense competition between transport drivers; community factors that do not obey government regulations. Countermeasures are supervision and inspection by means of routine supervision and inspection, sudden and quarterly inspections; granting permits with special conditions, monitoring and evaluation; permit scoping. Law enforcement is preventive and repressive.

This research aims to produce a mobile learning media product using an articulate storyline application on human circulatory system material that is feasible and can be used by students at SMA Negeri 1 Amurang. Mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application is needed by school teachers to help during the learning process. This type of research is Research and Development / R&D development research using the ADDIE model. This model, as the name suggests, is Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The test instrument in this research is the product validity results from material and media experts. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of this research: 1) Development of mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application on the circulatory system material. 2) The quality of mobile learning aids on human circulatory system material is excellent. The assessment results from learning material experts obtained a feasibility percentage score of 85% for the very valid category. The assessment results from learning media experts obtained a feasibility percentage score of 89.9% for the very valid category. The response of students in class XI MIPA was in the perfect/exciting criteria with a percentage of 87.5%. It was concluded that the mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application on the circulatory system material at SMA Negeri 1 Amurang is very suitable to be used as a source of teaching material in the learning process.

Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.  

This study aims to develop Busy Book learning media on the material of the digestive system of ruminants for grade V elementary school. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The subject of this study consisted of 25 students. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the Busy Book media on the material for the digestive system of ruminants for class V elementary school fulfills the validity indicators, namely a) the results of validation from the material expert validator obtain a score of 95%, material expert 2 obtains a score of 92.5% while media expert 1 get a score of 85%, media experts 2 get a score of 95% with a very valid category. b) the response from the students obtained a percentage of 86.2% in the very good category. c) the learning outcomes of students obtain a percentage of 84% with complete criteria. based on this description, the learning media and material contained in the media developed by researchers can be used in the learning process.

The importance of character education in learning is to improve the quality of implementation and educational outcomes in schools which leads to the achievement of student character formation. In this case, the teacher is not only tasked with delivering learning material, but is also tasked with instilling character values in students (Fatmawati, 2017: 8). This type of research is qualitative research and the method used is a descriptive method. Sugiyono (2017:9) qualitative research is a research method used to examine natural objects. The main aim of qualitative research is to understand social phenomena or symptoms by providing an explanation in the form of a clear description of the social phenomenon or symptom in the form of a series of words which will ultimately produce a theory, which is explained (Sujardewi, 2014: 110). Based on the description that has been presented, this research is defined as a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and behavior that is observed and carried out naturally. This research uses a qualitative research method with the hope of being able to describe the analysis of character education in mathematics learning material on absolute values for students at SMA class X Harapan Bangsa Samalantan. absolutely at SMA Harapan Bangsa Samalantan class X. In implementing learning, mathematics teachers also apply character education through methods, strategies and learning media. Analysis of character education in mathematics learning with absolute value material is based on lesson plans that have been created and adapted to learning conditions. The teacher's learning implementation uses the case study method, so that students always think critically in their efforts to solve problem formulation in mathematics learning with absolute value material. Bronchial asthma is a chronic respiratory disease that often impairs the quality of life of sufferers. Bronchial asthma is characterized by inflammation of the respiratory tract that causes narrowing of the bronchi, swelling, and increased production of mucus. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care for the ineffectiveness of nasfas patterns with bronchial asthma in the Emergency Room of Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, Gerung, West Lombok. Researchers used a case study method with stages of the nursing process including assessment, formulation of nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. Nursing care for the ineffectiveness of breathing patterns in AI with bronchial asthma in the emergency room of the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, Gerung, West Lombok, which was carried out for 3x24 hours, obtained the results that the patient was no longer short of breath, the rhythm of breathing was regular and there was no additional breath sound.

The research results show that this arrangement does not contain definite elements of an evaluation and clarification team, and has not been running optimally in practice, there are obstacles in the field. The implementation of the stages of drafting and formulating Village Regulations has not been carried out and well coordinated so that the results of village regulations have not been optimal. The obstacles faced are the lack of knowledge, understanding and experience of village officials' human resources regarding the preparation of village regulations, the geographical location between villages and sub-districts and districts, not all of which can be reached by land and not all of them require quite a short time, coordination is not optimal. As for suggestions from the research results on the need for statutory regulations that contain an attachment to the technical format for drafting village regulations, the Regional Government of Bintan Regency can carry out outreach to all village governments regarding the preparation and formulation of village regulations, and strengthen human resource capacity.

This research is based on the Teaching Campus Program which is a form of teaching assistance to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary schools. This qualitative research aims to explain the process of implementing the Teaching Campus Program Policy at SD Negei Billa an Proppo Pamekasan Madura. The methods used in this research are interviews and documentation. The focus of this research is the management of the Teaching Campus program by the university's MBKM team, the role of the District/City Education Office in the Teaching Campus program, as well as the role of schools and students in implementing the program. Documentation studies were obtained through the Teaching Campus guidebook and program policy files. Based on the research results, it shows that program management is lacking at the evaluation stage by the MBKM team, the role of the Education Department and program implementation carried out by students is quite good. The school gave a positive response to the program implemented by students. As well as teaching campuses for education and non-education students who are considered to have differences in the realization of work programs.

Setabelan is one of the sub-districts in Banjarsari District, Surakarta. Based on the recapitulation of disease distribution at the Setabelan Community Health Center during visits in the last 3 months, Diabetes Mellitus was in third place with 205 patients. Diabetes mellitus is a complaint that is often found, especially in the elderly. The outreach program aims to increase public knowledge and understanding regarding the management and prevention of diabetes mellitus through understanding the meaning, risk factors, prevention and management, so as to reduce cases of diabetes mellitus in the community. The method used was education in the form of counseling using leaflets as a medium for the Prolanis group of diabetes mellitus sufferers located at Monument Park 45 Banjarsari. Evaluation of activities uses pre-test and post-test methods to determine the level of understanding and knowledge regarding the material presented. The results show an average pre-test score of 3.80 and an average post-test score of 4.76 with a maximum score of 5.00.

As an effort to increase enthusiasm and English learning in non-formal institutions, the Sunday School teachers embrace new methods containing organizing Community Service programs in collaboration with the universities. It is hoped that the method applied will increase children's motivation to join the learning process in a creative and fun way. Several things that are considered priority problems that must be resolved include: (1) Implementing Fun English Activities, (2) Increasing English vocabulary, (3) Pronunciation of English vocabulary and (4) Increasing enthusiasm and motivation for learning English. The solution offered is in the form of creative and fun English learning through games and songs as well as learning media with a Biblical theme. The activities were divided into two groups, first to fourth graders, and the fifth to sixth graders. The first group learned colors in various ways, vocabulary, and pronunciation in English. Meanwhile, the other group learned the Lord’s prayers and important vocabularies related to salvation. Both activities are equipped with interesting learning media. As the implementation, evaluation was conducted in the form of a quiz.

This study examined the effectsl of workload, stress, job appraisal, professionalism, and skills on employee performance among workers at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. Using the Yamane formula and purposive sampling methods, a total of 75 individuals were found. Workload lhas a strongl favorable impact lon employee performancel, citing SPSS data. lWork stress has al considerable beneficial impact on employee performance, as demonstrated by the computed lt value ofl 3.901 lwith la significance value ofl 0.001 <0.05.l This suggests that lH1 is acceptedl. The calculated t lvalue ofl 3.361 indicates that H2 is rejected. H3 is approved since lthe regression coefficient value of 3.383 (positive)l and the lsignificance value of 0.001l<0.05 show that work appraisals significantly improve employee performance. H4 is rejected, according to lthe regression coefficient value ofl 1.348 l(positive)l and lthe significance value ofl 0.182 > 0.05. The computed F value of 21.812, lwith a significance valuel of 0.000 > 0.05, indicates that lH4 is acceptedl; work evaluation, lprofessionalism, andl talents all positively impact employee performance at the same time. This demonstrates that skills significantly improve worker performance. At 3.343, the regression coefficient is positive and has a significance level lof 0.001 < 0.05l.    

Training on the utilization of the Genially application as an innovative digital-based learning media for teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Inamosol, West Seram Regency, is an important initiative in improving the quality of education in the region. The training method consists of 3 steps, namely preparation (correspondence and coordination and needs analysis), implementation (socialization and training/practical and mentoring) and evaluation (testimony and post test). The training participants consisted of 10 people. The results showed that the training participants were very enthusiastic and able to create a variety of learning media with the Genelly application. This was also evident from the testimonials of 10 teachers who felt that the topics given were very interesting, and the training material for developing digital-based learning media with the Genelly application as a medium in the teaching and learning process was very useful. With this training, it is expected that teachers will become agents of change in improving the quality of education in West Seram Regency through the effective use of digital technology.
