The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed consumer behavior, making online applications the primary channel for interaction and transactions. These applications provide convenience for consumers to access various products and services quickly and efficiently. In this context, the quality of service provided, along with the rating and reviews shared online, plays a crucial role in influencing purchasing decisions. For instance, the Fore Coffee app allows consumers to leave reviews and ratings, which can influence other consumers in selecting the desired products or services. These factors are essential in increasing customers' purchase intention, as consumers tend to rely on the experiences of others as references when making decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to consumers of the Fore Coffee app in West Surabaya. The study aims to determine the extent to which service quality, ratings, and reviews affect consumers' purchase intentions. The data collected were then processed using SPSS version 20 to conduct validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and t-tests. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure that the instruments used in this research accurately and consistently measure the relevant variables. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between the independent variables (service quality, ratings, and reviews) and the dependent variable (purchase intention). Meanwhile, t-tests were used to examine the significant impact of each variable on purchase intention. The findings of this study can provide valuable insights for Fore Coffee in formulating more effective marketing strategies. The results indicate that service quality, ratings, and reviews significantly influence consumers' purchase intentions. With this understanding, Fore Coffee can improve the customer experience and strengthen its competitive position in an increasingly competitive market.

This study discusses the phenomenon of silent lead in digital marketing strategy Amanah Bunda Daycare Semarang. This phenomenon refers to potential customers who have made an initial interaction through WhatsApp Business After seeing Meta Ads ads, but then do not continue communication or convert into customers. The phenomenon of silent leads is an important concern because although the digital marketing process manages to reach the target audience and trigger an initial response, the interaction does not continue until the purchase or registration stage of the service. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the characteristics of passive behavior. The Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the internal manager of Amanah Bunda Daycare and five informants identified as silent leads. The results showed that the passive attitude of potential customers is influenced by several main factors, namely the location that is considered less strategic or too far, the perception of prices that are considered high, personal conditions such as changes in plans or time constraints, as well as the quality of customer service communication that is perceived to be less than optimal in providing responses, information, and personal approach. This phenomenon has not been fully accommodated in classic conversion models such as Aida (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) and model 5A (Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, Advocate). This shows that there are gaps in marketing communication strategies, especially in managing potential customers who initially respond positively but stop before conversion. Therefore, this study recommends the development of a more empathetic, structured and sustainable approach to communication. Suggested strategies include improving customer service systems based on quick response and personalization, implementing polite but consistent follow-up strategies, and composing marketing content that is able to build trust and emotional connection with potential customers. With these measures, it is expected that silent leads can be minimized and conversion rates increased significantly.

The production of pharmaceutical sterile products requires strict procedures to minimize the risk of microbial, particulate and pyrogen contamination that can be harmful to the user's health. The selection of the right sterilization method is the key to achieving the desired stability of the final product. Filtration sterilization is one of the oldest methods used for pharmaceutical sterile products. There are two types of feed flow in the method, namely through flow filtration and tangential flow filtration. This review article is prepared through literature search and download of national or international journals with inclusion or exclusion criteria that have been set. Literature sources are accessed online from various sites such as Google Scholar and Pubmed in the range of 2014-2024. The keywords used for journal searches are sterilization, through flow filtration, and tangential flow filtration. This review article reviews and compares the two methods to understand the differences, mechanism of action, and research objectives based on the review article on membrane filtration sterilization. This review aims to provide a better insight into the advantages and disadvantages of each membrane filtration sterilization method, as well as guidance in choosing the appropriate method based on the characteristics of the product to be sterilized. The results showed that through flow filtration is more commonly used in small volume and batch processes because of its simple design, but has limitations in reducing membrane fouling. In contrast, tangential flow filtration allows for continuous processing of larger volumes, with the advantage of minimizing particle build-up on the membrane surface, thus extending membrane life. The choice of method is also influenced by factors such as particle size, viscosity of the solution, sensitivity to heat, as well as operating costs. An in-depth understanding of the Working Principle and application of each method is essential for the pharmaceutical industry to ensure the quality, safety and efficiency of the production process. Thus, this review is expected to be a reference for researchers and practitioners in determining the optimal filtration sterilization strategy according to product needs.

This study aims to analyze the influence of domestic wastewater management and space utilization control on pests in river-equivalent areas in Lalat Regency. The main problem raised is the low effectiveness of environmental management in the corresponding area due to the increase in domestic activities and its weakness in spatial planning. The approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression methods. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires to 200 respondents, and secondary data were obtained through documentation studies and field observations. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously, the five independent variables (environmental management, space availability, community participation, government supervision, and environmental infrastructure) had a significant effect on the habitat in the corresponding area (p = 0.046). Partially, only waste management (p = 0.016) and community participation (p = 0.042) had a significant effect. A determination coefficient (R²) value of 7.5% indicates that the desires of a region are also influenced by other external factors. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the need to improve the household waste management system through the construction of communal WWTP and improve the quality of household septic tanks, as well as community empowerment through the establishment of environmental forums and sustainable sanitation education to support spatial control and poverty in commensurate areas.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and workload on turnover intention, with work stress as a mediating variable in employees of PT Semarang Garment. The phenomenon of high turnover in the garment industry is the background of this study, which is triggered by large production targets, high work pressure, and imbalance between work and personal life. These conditions have the potential to reduce employee welfare and increase the desire to leave the company. This study uses a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using AMOS version 24. The research sample of 360 respondents was selected through a simple random sampling technique, and data was collected using a structured online questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Work-life balance does not have a significant effect on turnover intention, but has a significant negative effect on work stress, which means the better the work-life balance, the lower the level of work stress; (2) Workload has a significant positive effect on work stress, but does not have a significant effect on turnover intention; (3) Work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, which indicates that the higher the work stress, the greater the employee's desire to leave. Furthermore, it was found that job stress mediates the relationship between work-life balance and turnover intention, so improving work-life balance can indirectly reduce turnover intention through reduced job stress. Theoretically, this study adds to the human resource management literature on factors influencing turnover intention. Practically, the results recommend that company management create a healthy work environment, manage workloads proportionally, and design policies that support work-life balance to reduce turnover intention.

The data collection method is carried out through distributing questionnaires, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to test the effect of each independent variable, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that the promotion variable (X1) does not have a partial significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.502 (> 0.05). This indicates that the intensity or form of promotion carried out is not enough to directly influence consumer purchasing decisions. In contrast to promotions, the price variable (X2) is proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. A significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) indicates that competitive and affordable pricing is an important factor that encourages consumers to choose Cap Fajar chips products. Similarly, the brand image variable (X3) has a partial significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.013 (<0.05). This indicates that consumers' positive perceptions of brand reputation and quality can strengthen the desire to purchase. Simultaneously, the three variables—promotion, price, and brand image—have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. This finding is evidenced by a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that price and brand image are the dominant elements that determine purchasing decisions for Cap Fajar chips, while promotions require a more effective strategy to provide a real impact.

This study aims to examine the differences and similarities between continental and local Indonesian cuisine, focusing on the case studies of Beef Stroganoff and Rendang. The study covers aspects such as ingredients, cooking techniques, presentation, and the cultural values embedded in these dishes. The research employs a qualitative descriptive case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature review. The results indicate that continental cuisine emphasizes the use of high-quality ingredients, often favoring simplicity and freshness, and applies quick cooking techniques such as sautéing or grilling. Presentation is also a key element, with attention to aesthetic appeal and portion control. Beef Stroganoff, for example, is known for its creamy texture and elegant plating. In contrast, local Indonesian cuisine, as exemplified by Rendang, is characterized by its complex spice blends and slow cooking methods, often taking hours to achieve the desired taste and texture. Rendang holds deep social and cultural meanings, commonly served at ceremonial events or traditional gatherings, symbolizing patience, generosity, and respect for tradition. Despite these differences, both types of cuisine share similar functions in society: they both aim to fulfill nutritional needs, express cultural values, and strengthen social bonds. Food, in both contexts, becomes more than just sustenance—it is a form of identity and communication. This study recommends integrating local culinary studies into the culinary education curricula, especially at vocational and higher education levels. By doing so, students not only learn technical skills but also develop an appreciation for the cultural heritage embodied in Indonesian cuisine. This is essential in the era of globalization, where local identities risk being overshadowed by global culinary trends. Preserving and promoting traditional dishes like Rendang is vital for safeguarding Indonesia’s gastronomic identity and fostering pride in national culture.

This paper explains the implementation of the creation of a screenplay for a feature video entitled "Mother for the Earth" with a focus on the application of parallel structure in four scenes: teaser, conflict, climax, and catharsis. Each scene serves to build narrative tension, strengthen the central theme, and generate a deeper understanding of the importance of environmental awareness. The parallel structure is applied to show a strong contrast between two mothers with different lifestyle backgrounds—one mother who adopts an environmentally friendly lifestyle and the other mother who is less concerned with life's desires. In the teaser scene, the scenario presents two main characters living in different worlds, arousing the audience's curiosity about the differences in the two mothers' views and attitudes towards the world around them. In the conflict scene, both face challenges and dilemmas related to their chosen lifestyles. The climax scene shows the culmination of their conflict, while the catharsis scene provides a resolution, where one of the mothers finally realizes the importance of small changes in daily habits that can have a big impact on the environment. This work aims to educate the audience, especially families and housewives, about the importance of raising environmental awareness from an early age in children. Through the use of parallel structure, the message about simple behaviors that have a significant impact on the environment becomes more powerful and compelling, inspiring the audience to take positive action in their daily lives for a better planet. The use of parallel structure in this scenario also serves to demonstrate how the two mothers, despite coming from different backgrounds, can share the same goal of preserving the earth.

Globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the realm of religion, particularly in the field of hadith interpretation. For centuries, hadith interpretation was based on historical context, established scientific methods, and the authority of scholars as the primary reference. However, the rapid and geographically boundless connection of Muslims worldwide has brought new and complex challenges. These changes have not only affected the way scholars and historians understand classical texts but have also expanded the space for discussion into the public sphere through digital technology. This research aims to examine in depth how globalization influences the process of hadith interpretation in the contemporary era. The focus of the study includes changes in methodological approaches to interpretation, shifts in understanding of classical texts, and the influence of cross-cultural interactions and the development of digital media on shaping more pluralistic religious perspectives. The rapid flow of information enables the exchange of views across countries, schools of thought, and cultures, creating opportunities for enriching insight, but also potentially giving rise to interpretations that deviate from traditional principles. The results of this research are expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the positive and negative impacts of globalization on hadith interpretation. On the positive side, globalization can facilitate access to literature, encourage interfaith dialogue, and revitalize the Islamic intellectual tradition on a global scale. However, on the negative side, globalization also risks the desires of scholarly authorities, giving rise to instant interpretations without a strong methodology, and increasing the potential for conflicting understandings. These findings are expected to be relevant for understanding contemporary social, cultural, and political dynamics, as well as contributing to efforts to construct contextual interpretations of hadith while remaining anchored in solid scientific principles.

Divorce has a significant impact on a child's psychological and social development, particularly in the aspect of determining custody rights, which should prioritize the principle of the child's best interests. This study aims to analyze the balance between Islamic legal norms as stipulated in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and positive law in Indonesia, in cases where children under the age of 12 express a desire to live with their father after the divorce. The research approach used is a juridical-normative with a qualitative analysis method that focuses on a literature review of laws and regulations such as the KHI, the Marriage Law, the Child Protection Law, and the Convention on the Rights of the Child, as well as relevant legal and jurisprudential literature. The results of the study indicate that although normatively the KHI prioritizes the mother as the caregiver of children under 12 years old, there is room for flexibility that allows the court to consider the child's wishes if it better ensures the child's welfare and safety. This approach is supported by the principle of maslahah mursalah in Islamic law, which allows adjustments for the benefit of the child. The main challenges in its implementation include the minimal involvement of professionals such as child psychologists in the evaluation process, the existence of gender stereotypes that influence judges' decisions, and emotional conflicts between parents that often override the interests of the child. Therefore, this study recommends that judicial institutions actively involve psychologists and mediators in custody proceedings, improve training for judges in understanding the psychosocial dynamics of children, and update legal guidelines so that children's wishes can be assessed objectively. Furthermore, education to the wider public about the importance of gender non-discrimination in child care is also needed so that custody decisions truly reflect the principles of comprehensive child protection and welfare.

This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok social media and store atmosphere on impulsive buying behavior among Generation Z at the Minisopink Store PVJ Mall Bandung. Impulsive buying is often triggered by emotional and external stimuli, and this phenomenon is often found among Gen Z, who are strongly influenced by social media content and store atmosphere. Although the implemented marketing strategy has followed consumer trends, its implementation is considered not optimal in utilizing the potential for impulsive buying. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods to understand the influence of these two variables. The research sample was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to respondents who met specific criteria, namely having shopped at the Minisopink Store PVJ Mall Bandung, following the store's official TikTok account, and actively using TikTok social media. The distributed questionnaire measured the extent of the influence of TikTok social media and store atmosphere on impulsive buying behavior. The results show that TikTok social media has a positive and significant influence on impulsive buying among Gen Z. Engaging TikTok content, such as promotional videos and other creative content, can trigger emotions and encourage the desire to buy products impulsively. On the other hand, store atmosphere, including elements such as interior design, lighting, and music, also showed a positive influence on impulse buying behavior. However, the effect was not significant, indicating that the store atmosphere is not yet fully capable of creating a strong enough emotional appeal to encourage impulse buying. This finding indicates that Minisopink's digital marketing strategy through TikTok has not maximized the potential of features such as hashtags and interactive videos (stitch), which can further increase user engagement. Furthermore, store atmosphere elements such as music also need to be improved to create a more immersive and engaging shopping experience.

Social campaign posters are one of the visual communication media that has an important role in conveying public messages, shaping perceptions, and encouraging changes in social behavior in society. With visual power, posters can express messages directly, effectively, and emotionally to the audience. This study aims to examine how key visual elements—color, typography, imagery, and layout—affect the emotional response and audience engagement to social campaign messages. A qualitative approach was used by collecting data through visual observation of a number of selected social campaign posters, design analysis, and literature review from relevant literature. The results of the analysis show that each visual element has a significant contribution to the power of the message. Colors, for example, are able to evoke emotional resonance by influencing the mood of the audience, such as the color red that conveys urgency or the color green that represents expectations and the environment. Imagery or illustrations provide the power of imagination and help the audience connect the message with social reality. Proper typography improves readability, emphasizes the main message, and establishes the desired tone of communication. Meanwhile, a well-planned layout creates a visual flow that makes it easier for the audience to understand the message in order. The harmonious interplay between colors, typography, imagery, and layout has been proven to strengthen visual appeal, evoke empathy, and motivate audiences to participate in social campaigns.

Lip balm is a cosmetic product designed to protect and maintain the moisture of the lips, especially from environmental factors that can cause dry, cracked, or irritated lips, such as low temperatures and wind. Dry lips can interfere with comfort and appearance, making protection with lip balm essential. This study aims to formulate and evaluate a lip balm preparation made from a combination of natural and chemical ingredients, such as cera flava, oleum cacao, nipagin, glycerin, lanolin, and the addition of powder dye. These ingredients were chosen because of their ability to maintain lip moisture, provide protection against external factors, and ensure long-term safety for use. The lip balm manufacturing process begins with heating the primary ingredients, cera flava and oleum cacao, which are melted first. After the primary ingredients have melted, additional ingredients such as nipagin, glycerin, lanolin, and powder dye are added gradually. The mixture is stirred carefully to ensure that all ingredients are evenly blended. Once all the ingredients are well-mixed, the liquid mixture is poured into molds and allowed to cool and harden. This process is crucial for achieving the desired lip balm texture, which should not be too hard or too soft and should facilitate easy application to the lips. Based on the analysis results, the formulated lip balm demonstrates good physical stability, without significant changes in color, odor, or texture during testing. The lip balm also provides ease of use, with a smooth texture that is easy to apply to the lips. The results of this study show that the combination of ingredients used can produce an effective lip balm product that maintains lip moisture and provides optimal protection against harsh environmental conditions, such as low temperatures.

This study explores the impact of organizational commitment, rewards, and punishment on employee performance at Perum DAMRI Bandar Lampung, a branch of the state-owned enterprise specializing in land transportation services for passengers and cargo. The research arises from the necessity to improve employee performance by leveraging both internal and external motivational factors, including employee loyalty, reward systems, and disciplinary actions. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected through a structured survey distributed to 168 active employees of the organization. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 24. The study found that organizational commitment and rewards have a significant and positive influence on employee performance. These findings support the proposed hypotheses and highlight the importance of fostering employee loyalty and implementing an effective reward system to boost performance outcomes. In contrast, the analysis revealed that punishment does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance. This suggests that punitive measures alone may not be effective in encouraging desired work behaviors or improving overall performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Perum DAMRI Bandar Lampung prioritize initiatives that strengthen organizational commitment and develop a fair, transparent, and performance-based reward system. Such efforts are likely to enhance employee motivation and productivity. Additionally, the current approach to punishment should be critically evaluated to determine its role and effectiveness in supporting performance goals. A more constructive disciplinary framework may be needed to align with modern human resource management practices. This study contributes to the broader understanding of performance management in state-owned enterprises, especially in the transportation sector.

Additionally, companies need to understand the characteristics and values that millennial employees uphold, such as flexibility, empowerment, and opportunities to grow. This generation tends to look for jobs that give them room to innovate, as well as the opportunity to achieve a balance between personal and work life. Therefore, policies that support flexible working hours, remote working, and opportunities for skill development relevant to industry developments will be a significant added value for millennial employees. In addition, open and two-way communication between management and employees is also very important. Millennials are more likely to choose a workplace that is transparent and communicative, where they feel valued and have a voice in decision-making. By maintaining good relationships and ensuring that employees feel heard, companies can create a more positive work environment and strengthen employee commitment to the company. The positive influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee commitment, especially the millennial generation, can also be seen as a contributing factor to the decline in employee turnover rates. Employees who feel satisfied and have good work discipline tend to be more loyal and have the desire to stay longer in the company. This will certainly reduce recruitment and training costs for companies, while increasing organizational stability in the long run. This research is expected to be a reference for companies in formulating HR strategies that are more adaptive to the needs of millennial employees, which in turn can increase productivity and create a more innovative and sustainable work environment.

In contemporary media, characters who self-diagnose with psychological disorders often reflect deeper emotional and psychological complexities rather than clinically accurate conditions. One compelling example is found in the British dark comedy-drama series The End of The F**ing World*, where James claims to be a psychopath. However, this self-diagnosis raises critical psychological questions: Is James truly incapable of empathy, or is his label a defense mechanism masking unresolved trauma from his childhood? By applying Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic theory—particularly the structural model of personality (id, ego, superego)—alongside Anna Freud’s theory of defense mechanisms, this study investigates the role of self-diagnosis not as an objective or medically valid truth, but as a psychological shield to avoid emotional vulnerability and confrontation with repressed pain. James' behaviors are analyzed through selected scenes and dialogues in the series, with additional triangulation from the original graphic novel to support the interpretation. The analysis reveals that James’ declaration of being a psychopath aligns more with mechanisms such as repression, projection, and emotional numbing, rather than the clinical criteria of psychopathy. His emotional detachment is revealed to be a constructed barrier stemming from maternal loss, neglect, and fear of connection. The study concludes that self-diagnosis in this context acts as a subconscious strategy to cope with unresolved trauma and to maintain psychological equilibrium amid inner conflict. This case exemplifies how fictional representations can mirror real-life struggles with identity, mental health, and the desire to label complex emotions through simplified diagnostic terms, especially in youth who lack proper support systems.

This study aims to design and evaluate lipstick preparations by utilizing solid paraffin as the base ingredient and lanolin as an emollient and stabilizer. Solid paraffin was chosen because of its dense properties at room temperature and having the ability to form a stable lipstick structure. In addition, paraffin can provide a smooth, durable surface, and provide good smearing power. On the other hand, lanolin is known as a natural emollient ingredient that functions to moisturize and protect the lips from dryness. Lanolin also has water-retaining properties (occlusive) so that lip moisture is maintained even if the lipstick is used for a long time. The process of making lipstick is carried out by the melting method using indirect heating to maintain the stability of the material and prevent color and aroma degradation. All materials are accurately weighed, then put into beaker glass and heated over three legs using a Bunsen lamp. During heating, the ingredients are gently stirred so that all the components, including solid paraffin and lanolin, melt and mix homogeneously. Once the mixture reaches the desired consistency, the formula is poured into the lipstick mold and allowed to set at room temperature until ready for use. The results of the evaluation test showed that the combination of solid paraffin and lanolin was able to create lipstick with an optimal solid texture, even color, not easy to crack, and had a smooth application power on the surface of the lips. Lanolin plays a big role in providing a soft, moisturizing effect and adding a natural shine to the lips. Meanwhile, solid paraffin helps maintain the shape of the lipstick so that it doesn't break easily when applied. This study also highlights the importance of comparing the composition of ingredients to produce lipsticks that have a stable melting point, good application power, and appropriate adhesion.

This study examines the regulation of adultery and cohabitation (living together without marriage) from the perspective of Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, especially after the enactment of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code (KUHP). In Islamic law, adultery is a hudud crime that has strict and permanent sanctions (qat'i). Islamic law considers adultery as an act that damages morality, honor, and lineage, and provides severe punishment for the perpetrators. The purpose of implementing this punishment is to maintain social integrity and protect the family as the smallest unit in society. Cohabitation, which is considered an illegitimate relationship according to Islamic law, is seen as a form of adultery that is not tolerated both socially and legally. Therefore, this act is not only considered a violation of religious norms, but also a threat to the desired social order in Islam. Meanwhile, in the context of Indonesian positive law, the 2023 Criminal Code expands the formulation of the crime of adultery and explicitly regulates cohabitation as a criminal offense. Based on this provision, adultery and cohabitation can be prosecuted, although they are still classified as absolute complaint offenses, meaning that these acts can only be prosecuted if there is a report from an interested party. This shows that although there are differences in law enforcement between Islamic law and positive law, both share a common goal: to protect morality and public order. The approach used in this study is normative juridical with a qualitative analysis method of Islamic legal norms and national statutory provisions. This study aims to compare the perspectives of the two legal systems on adultery and cohabitation, and to find common ground between the two.
