Measurable character education can have an effect on students to grow into better individuals, resulting from constructive feedback through the teacher's exemplary. As a motivator the teacher can move students with their own awareness and responsibility so that they are willing to learn. Islamic education must be able to move the character of students according to the example of Rasulullah SAW. Islam, especially Islamic education, is seen as a binder and guide to the true path, so that the culture that arises will be able to provide benefits, not only to himself, but also to others. To find out the implementation of Islamic education on students' character building, this research uses a qualitative approach. The research method used is a case study using in-depth interviews with school principals, Islamic education teachers and several students of SMK Genius Bandung.  Direct observation and document analysis as data collection techniques, triangulation of sources and methods are used to test the authenticity of the data obtained. The result of this study shows that Islamic education is not only limited to academic assessment, spiritual development, understanding of moral values, and adherence to Islamic principles, in addition it is also important to consider aspects of students' attitudes, morals, and behavior towards each other and their environment which is in accordance with the goals of student character education. Based on the research it is concluded that Islamic education as an independent research variable has a very strong positive relationship with the students' character  building that means it has a very large influence on the students' character building. Therefore, a holistic and integrated evaluation will provide a clear picture that is more comprehensive about Islamic education in the students' character building at SMK Genius Bandung.

This research was explored in depth from the contextuality aspect of the study, and the research methodology design aspect. With a mixed method design (a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods), the results of data analysis show that the implementation of the CTL concept at SMK Darunnajah II Bogor is carried out by following its main components, namely constructivism, inquiry (finding and solving problems), questioning (asking questions). ), learning community (learning community), modeling (modeling), reflection (reflection), and authentic assessment (authentic assessment). The CTL approach implemented in the entrepreneurship subject at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School, in addition to teaching students to be more critical in the learning process, to be more active, sensitive, and creative in analyzing issues relevant to entrepreneurship subject matter, teachers also teach students to in the context of the values ​​taught by Islam and internalized at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, namely the principle of mutual benefit, not tyrannizing, and not dominating or harming each other, and intended to build a better life and economy for the ummah. The outline of the results of the analysis of student perceptions regarding the implementation of CTL in the entrepreneurship subject at SMK Darunnajah II Bogor shows that as much as 91.38% of the total respondents stated that the CTL concept was very effective in the context of the relevance of material to everyday life experiences and reflections on learning from problem analysis . Religious moderation refers to a balanced and moderate approach in carrying out religious beliefs. This involves tolerance, understanding, and respect for the different beliefs and practices of other religions. Religious moderation seeks to offer dialogue and cooperation between adherents of different religions, with the aim of creating a harmonious and respectful society. Religious moderation is an important approach to building an inclusive, harmonious and peaceful society. This encourages mutual understanding, tolerance, and constructive dialogue between adherents of different religions. By fighting religious moderation, we can build a world that is more tolerant and respectful of religious differences. Religious moderation is a very important concept in religious life. This concept explains the importance of maintaining balance and proportionality in religion, and respecting existing religious differences. In religious moderation, one is expected to understand that all religions have the same values, such as love, tolerance and justice. Thus, religious moderation can help create peace and harmony between religious communities. By practicing religious moderation, a person can become more open, tolerant and wise in religion, and is able to build harmony between religious communities. Even though it has its own challenges, religious moderation remains the right solution to prevent extremism and fanaticism in religion, and to build a harmonious and peaceful society

The electric motor is a system that plays an important role in the operation of production machines in the industrial world. In order to carry out its functions properly, this drive system is equipped with various other electrical equipment to synergize with each other so that the case sealer machine can function optimally and always prioritize periodic maintenance. The drive system used is a 3-phase electric motor which functions to move the motor roll so that the product to be packaged in the case sealer machine can run.    

This study investigated the usage differences and similarities of adjectives namely beautiful, pretty, and gorgeous through collocational patterns of nouns they modify in the [adjective + noun] construction (Benson, Benson, and Ilson 1986). The collocational patterns were analysed in terms of the semantic field categories using the Concepticon catalogue and of the noun types of the collocates using theory by (Wren and Martin 2000). The data sources were taken from the Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA) and the analyses adopted the mix-method approach. In terms of their frequencies, beautiful is the most frequent (hence more common) than pretty and gorgeous. beautiful conveys a meaning of aesthetically pleasing, feelings, or thoughts. The highest semantic field categories for the collocate types of  beautiful were “Basic action and Technology” and “Speech and Language”. pretty produced more varied noun collocation than beautiful. pretty conveys meaning of fine looking without being truly beautiful or handsome. “Emotions and Values” and “Possession” were the highest semantic categories of collocates for pretty. Finally, gorgeous attaches more to something that is extremely stunning. The category “Kinship” was very dominant for gorgeous. To conclude, collocational pattern and semantic field can expose the different usage of the three semantically similar adjectives.

Abstract. Delays in project completion can be caused by ineffective project management, modifications to specifications made by planners, and delays in material procurement. SP road preservation construction project completion. ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II could be delayed as a result of alterations to piling specifications by the planner and delays in the procurement of piles. An effective and efficient network and the acceleration of project activities are required to prevent project completion delays. In this study, activities on the project's critical path are analyzed using the Critical Path Method and Microsoft Project 2013 software. The purpose of this research is to analyze the activities on the project's critical path, as well as the cost and duration of work items on the project's critical path. Additionally, the duration of the SP road preservation construction project will be analyzed. After expediting work along the critical path, ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II was completed. The original project completion time of 344 calendar days can be shortened to 240 calendar days for a fee of IDR 51,153,849,429.30. In the development of increasingly developed technology and the demands of the community's needs for infrastructure facilities, it also affects the development of a construction field. This is also no exception in the manufacture of mortar which is used as a non-structural material in buildings. In making mortar itself, it is also influenced by developing technological developments, one of the types affected is pozzolan mortar. Pozzolan mortar has added materials derived from nature or industrial waste. In Indonesia, waste from eggshells is increasing every year, because eggshells are one of the people's favorite food ingredients. The eggshells have contain calcium carbonate (CaCO3) compound which is an element than cement. The materials of making the mortar itself are water, cement, and sand.  This research aims to utilize egg shell waste as an added material in mortar with variations in the percentage of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% eggshell powder. From the results obtained, the addition of eggshell powder at maximum compressive strength lies at a percentage of 15% of 300 MPa.

Concrete is a material that is commonly used when doing construction work today. Because concrete has several advantages when compared to other materials, such as being easy to form, resistant to weather changes, has high compressive strength, and is durable. In this study the use of Silica Fume as an additive to flow concrete has the function of improving the quality of flowing concrete. Silica Fume has an important role in affecting the chemical and mechanical properties of concrete. Judging from its chemical properties, Silica Fume geometrically fills the voids between cement materials, and causes the pore diameter to decrease and the total pore volume to decrease. Meanwhile, from its mechanical properties, Silica Fume has a pozzolanic reaction (a material containing silica/silica dioxide and alumina compounds) which reacts to the limestone released by the cement. The aim of the research is to increase the maximum compressive strength of flowing concrete by using Silica Fume added with varying percentages of 0%, 5%, 6%, 7.5%, 9%, 10.5% and 12% and using a superplasticizer of 1.5 %. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that flowing concrete with added silica fume on concrete compressive strength was able to reach 7.5% at 7 days of age of 25.91 MPa and at 28 days of concrete age was obtained at 26.19 MPa.

People with disabilities often get low social stigma in the social environment. Persons with disabilities are often marginalized from the general public, this is because persons with disabilities are considered to lack abilities that are equal to non-disabled people. As people with disabilities, they also have the same rights as society in general, namely the right to get access to education, access to infrastructure and access to other public services that can be accessed easily. but on the other hand until now there are still many persons with disabilities who still do not get their rights. one of them is the right to get access to infrastructure such as road access, easy access to open facilities, this is caused by several factors, one of which is the design made on infrastructure that is less accessible for persons with disabilities. in this study aims to see how accessibility is fulfilled, especially in public facilities provided to persons with disabilities in the city of Jember. This research method uses descriptive qualitative using social construction theory. As for data collection in research through field observations and also interviews besides that it is also supported by literature studies. The results obtained in this study show that public facilities for blind persons with disabilities in the city of Jember are still not friendly for blind persons with disabilities to access.

Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and skills to job satisfaction at PT Jaya Pratama Motorindo Medan. The approach used in the study This is quantitative research. The research was conducted at PT-Jaya Pratama Motorindo, at Jalan Tilak No. 43 D/73 Sei Rengas I Medan Kota. Amount respondents used in the study This that is totaling 70 people. This study uses primary data with a shared questionnaire to whole employees at PT. Jaya Primary Motorindo. Research showed that environment work and skills Are influential positive, and significant to satisfaction work at PT Jaya Pratama Motorindo. Environmentally comfortable work and employees with high skills work will also be constructive in increasing employee satisfaction.  

Community service programs have been implemented at the head of the Muhammadiyah Sawit Boyolali branch. The purpose of the community service program is to plan the development of da'wah through the development of Muhammadiyah business charity  within the PCM Sawit Boyolali company. From the results of discussions held by the service team and management of the PCM Branch Leadership, it was agreed that the development of Muhammadiyah business charity was realized by planning the PCM Multipurpose Building. The problem that arises is that the land that will be used as the location for the construction of the Multipurpose Building is not yet available. The effort made is to invite all company residents to participate in the construction building. From the joint efforts of the Muhammadiyah Sawit branch leader, Boyolali received waqf land from company residents in the PCM Sawit environment. With the waqf land from the company's residents, the problems faced related to the location of the building placement have been solved.  

Aims to determine the effect of financial literacy (X) on the financial management of millennial generation workers (Y) at the Makassar city Construction Services Office using descriptive quantitative methods. The source of the data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a population of respondents, namely millennial generation workers at the Makassar city Construction Services Office. While secondary data is from previous research journals. Data analysis used is hypothesis testing, correlation test and simple linear regression test using SPSS. The results of the study show that the financial literacy variable has no effect on the financial management of millennial generation workers.

The Office of the Airport Authority Region III is one of the government agencies that provide public services to the public, namely airport PAS services, therefore the Office of the Airport Authority Region III participates in the government program to build a good and clean government by designing the construction of an integrity zone towards a Serving Free Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) to improve the quality of its services. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the WBBM predicate and the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of airport PAS services at the Office of the Airport Authority Region III. The research method used is mixed methods, which means combining quantitative and qualitative research simultaneously with the chosen strategy, namely sequential explanatory. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data with the data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and direct observation at the Region III Airport Authority Office. The results of this study indicate that the WBBM predicate is effective in improving the quality of airport PAS services as evidenced by the SKM results which continue to increase from 2020 to 2022 and changes in the airport PAS service system to online services. Factors that support the improvement of the quality of airport PAS services are the six areas of change in WBBM and the existence of inhibiting factors, namely websites that have not been properly managed, human resources that have not provided excellent service, and lack of work ethic in providing services

Riau is one of three provinces with dominant peatlands. Indragiri Hulu Regency is the sixth largest district with the largest area of ​​peatland with a value of 222 thousand hectares. Particularly in Sekip Hilir Village, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, there is quite extensive peatland and in this location there is infrastructure in the form of Jalan Rengat – Bukit Meranti. The construction of road infrastructure on peatlands has experienced many problems. This is because peat soil has a very low carrying capacity so that the settlement that occurs is large and unable to support the work load. Stabilization efforts are needed to improve the carrying capacity of peat soils. Stabilization on peat soil will be carried out chemically using lime as a stabilizing mixture with variations of 5%, 10% and 15%. From the results of the tests carried out, namely the addition of lime variations to the peat soil stabilization mixture is proven to increase the CBR (California Bearing Ratio) value. The CBR value of peat soil mixture with the addition of 5% lime was obtained at 17.28%. At the addition of 10% lime the CBR value increased to 21.81% and at the addition of 15% lime it increased to 30.04%. From the CBR value of peat soil with variations in lime mixture obtained, the authors prove that an addition of ≥ 5% has been able to achieve a laboratory CBR standard value of 17.28% and has met the Bina Marga specifications for road pavement subgrade, namely ≥ 6%. .

The results of the discussion analysis can be concluded that in the period 2018 to 2020 PT Jasa Marga has experienced reputational risk and has been responsively handled by reputation risk management. The existing problems tend to be related to negative publicity and misunderstandings with the media regarding news of construction services, toll road operations, as well as the extent to which projects operate and services are successfully implemented. Mitigation efforts in risk management as a whole intersect with increasing clarification, updating information, as well as building a communication network with the media, optimizing the role of the media, and building a media partnership network. The basic industry in Pasuruan is developing well. The industry's growth can reach 100 % compared to the previous year. This paper examined and analyzed factors that make Pasuruan's basic industry grow well. This paper tried to give constructive suggestions for industrial development in Pasuruan. Based on our research, there is a need to ensure the economic impact of Pasuruan's industry reaches widely to people. It not only gets more people but also increases the quality of people's lives and sustainable development. Later for the orientation strategy, Pasuruan's target to develop an industrial area will impact greater for the community of Pasuruan.  

Writing This article tries to explain the main tasks and functions of educator management which are part of national education standards. This research is applying a qualitative descriptive method with the type of research used, namely the study of literature from various sources such as books and journals. The research findings show that the management of the duties and functions of educators and education staff is carried out in accordance with statutory regulations with the aim of increasing national education standards, advancing science, technology and the arts, as well as providing physical education for the local population. Six elements make up the implementation of the responsibilities and functions of educators and education management: planning, recruitment, placement, coaching, employment and evaluation. Management functions and tasks are useful for schools in overcoming the shortage of teachers and education personnel through recruitment. Individual learning, training and further education are also used in construction and development; both are run by working groups of instructors, schools, and the education office.

The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.
