Learning is a process of interaction between students, educators, and learning resources in a learning environment. The effectiveness of learning is greatly influenced by the teacher's ability to manage the class. At SDI Manumuti, a third-grade teacher demonstrated good classroom management in thematic learning, especially on the theme of caring for living things. Classroom management is an important factor in creating a conducive learning atmosphere so that the learning process can take place optimally. This study aims to explore more deeply the role of teachers in managing the class in thematic learning. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and interviews, while data analysis was carried out inductively through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that teachers play an important role in creating and maintaining conducive classroom conditions. These efforts are carried out through two main strategies. First, teachers prioritize three aspects in learning, namely: (1) strengthening character education through discussion activities that encourage students to appear in front of the class, thereby fostering self-confidence, discipline, and activeness; (2) strengthening literacy through reading materials or stories related to the theme at the beginning of the meeting; and (3) the application of 4C skills (Creative, Critical thinking, Communicative, and Collaborative) through varied learning activities, including learning outside the classroom to avoid boredom. Second, teachers often use discussion methods to train students to express opinions, speak in front of the class, and work together. This method is considered effective in building students' self-confidence and social skills.

Early childhood represents a golden period that is vital for the development of all aspects of a child’s abilities, particularly language skills. Speaking ability plays a central role as it serves as a child’s primary means of communication and social interaction. However, not all children achieve speech milestones appropriate for their age. Speech delays can negatively affect social, emotional, and academic growth if not identified early. This study aims to identify speech delays in early childhood through classroom interactions and to analyze the role of teachers in early detection and stimulation of language skills. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study involved ten children aged 4–6 years at Siti Khadijah Kindergarten. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Findings revealed that two children showed signs of speech delay, characterized by limited vocabulary, unclear pronunciation, and difficulty forming simple sentences. The main contributing factors were a lack of verbal stimulation at home and excessive gadget use, which reduced direct communication. Activities such as circle time, role-playing, and storytelling were found effective for detecting and stimulating speech development. Teachers play a crucial role as early detection agents, working collaboratively with parents to ensure continuous stimulation at home. Strengthening teachers’ capacity to observe, identify, and support children with speech delays is essential for promoting optimal language development.

Leadership and organizational structure in Islamic education are two interrelated elements that shape the direction, vision, and sustainability of educational institutions founded upon divine values. The background of this study stems from the phenomenon of weak leadership systems and organizational governance in several Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, characterized by low managerial competence and the lack of integration of spiritual values in leadership practices. This condition hampers institutional effectiveness in achieving the expected quality of education. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of leadership as a pillar of spiritual and managerial transformation and to describe the organizational system of Islamic education as a collaborative and value-based system. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, analyzing various academic sources, Islamic leadership theories, and previous research findings. The results indicate that Islamic educational leadership grounded in the values of amanah (trustworthiness), syura (consultation), and ukhuwah (brotherhood) plays a crucial role in building a productive and ethical organizational culture. Furthermore, an organization based on collaboration, justice, and open communication strengthens institutional effectiveness and enhances the participation of all educational components. The synergy between spiritual leadership and a value-driven organizational system produces Islamic educational institutions that are excellent, adaptive, and oriented toward nurturing individuals who are both faithful and knowledgeable.
