This  study investigates  the  influence  of  verbal  bullying  on  the  interpersonal  mental  condition  of  students  at  SDI  Harekakae.  Verbal  bullying  refers  to  aggressive  behavior  involving  harsh  words,  insults,  or  threats  that  may  negatively  affect  a  student’s  psychological  well-being.  A  quantitative  method  with  a  correlational  design  was  used.  The  research  involved  320  students  selected  through  proportional  random  sampling.  Instrument  validity  and  reliability  were  confirmed,  with  a  Cronbach’s  Alpha  value  of  0.821,  indicating  strong  consistency.  Normality  testing  using  the  Shapiro-Wilk  method  showed  that  the  data  were  normally  distributed.  Pearson  correlation  analysis  showed  a  weak  and  statistically  insignificant  relationship  (r  =  0.143;  p  =  0.452)  between  verbal  bullying  and  interpersonal  mental  condition.  Although  the  t-test  resulted  in  a  p-value  of  0.032,  further  interpretation  indicated  no  significant  effect  of  the  independent  variable  on  the  dependent  variable.  These  findings  suggest  that  verbal  bullying  does  not  significantly  affect  students'  interpersonal  mental  health  and  highlight  the  importance  of  further  research  to  explore  other  contributing  factors.

Total cholesterol measurement is essential for assessing cardiovascular risk, but consistency between laboratory instruments must be validated for reliable results. Architect C4000 and Alinity C1000 operate on enzymatic principles but differ in system design, reagents, and supporting technology. This study aimed to compare total cholesterol measurements between the two instruments using a non-parametric statistical approach (Mann-Whitney test). A comparative analytical design was conducted with 100 serum samples obtained via purposive sampling and divided for measurement with each device. Statistical analysis evaluated differences, and mean differences were calculated using the Hodges-Lehman method. Results showed mean cholesterol values of 182.98 mg/dL for Architect and 182.37 mg/dL for Alinity, with no significant difference (p=0.9942) and a median difference of 0.0 (95% CI: -9.0 to 9.0). Data distribution was nearly identical for both instruments in terms of mean and spread. Therefore, both methods demonstrate comparable validity in total cholesterol measurement, as they rely on similar principles and technologies, with reagents calibrated to the same standards.

The State Civil Apparatus Information System (SIASN) is a digital platform developed by the State Civil Service Agency (BKD) to manage ASN personnel data and information in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the SIASN-based promotion service policy at the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency based on State Civil Service Agency Regulation Number 7 of 2023. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while the evaluation framework uses William Dunn's evaluation criteria which include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, and accuracy. The evaluation results show that the SIASN-based promotion service policy at the Sidoarjo Regency BKD has been quite effective in achieving the goal of improving service quality and has a good level of efficiency in reducing bureaucratic flows. However, in terms of adequacy, there are still gaps related to human resources and system integration. The policy's responsiveness to ASN needs is quite good although there is still room for improvement in aspects of communication and data updating. The main obstacles identified include weak validity of personnel data, the absence of a bridging system between SIPEKAT and SIASN, limited human resources, and minimal awareness of ASN in updating independent data.

This research examines how cost characteristics influence the relationship between target costing and time-driven activity-based costing (TDABC) approaches and their subsequent impact on corporate competitiveness. Using a descriptive analytical approach, the researcher collected data through a structured questionnaire, which was then processed and analyzed using SPSS software. The study aimed to test the validity of the proposed hypothesis, which suggested that a standalone approach—either target costing or TDABC—fails to sufficiently enhance competitiveness. However, the integration of both approaches proved to be beneficial, allowing companies to improve their competitive positioning by reducing overall costs. The research concludes that combining target costing and TDABC can create synergies that better align with the goal of cost reduction. As a recommendation, companies are encouraged to integrate these cost management approaches to maximize their competitive advantage in the market and optimize cost efficiency.

The formation of regional regulations (Perda) is a constitutional derivative of the implementation of regional autonomy within the framework of the Indonesian legal system. Substantively, Perda function as regulatory instruments aimed at accommodating the specific interests of local communities, in line with fundamental values, contextual needs, and the hierarchy of applicable laws and regulations. However, the high frequency of annulment or cancellation of Perda indicates dissonance or non-compliance with the principles of sound legislative formation. This phenomenon raises the urgency to review the extent to which philosophical, sociological, and legal foundations have been internalized and comprehensively implemented in the regional legislative process. Therefore, this study focuses on analyzing the relevance of these three fundamental foundations to the quality and legitimacy of regional legal products. This study adopts a normative-juridical legal research method, involving descriptive analysis of the corpus of laws and regulations, legal doctrine, and the empirical practice of Perda formation. The results highlight that: the philosophical foundation provides a normative orientation in the form of ethical-teleological values and goals; the sociological foundation reflects the actual needs and social realities of the communities subject to regulation; Meanwhile, the legal basis guarantees formal legality and vertical and horizontal consistency with the national legal system. Key findings indicate that these three foundations are inherently relevant and complementary in determining the quality of regional regulations. Synergy and harmonious integration between them are essential prerequisites for producing regional legal products that have legal validity, are capable of upholding substantive justice, and are responsive to the dynamics of public needs.

The contemporary digital era has triggered the normalization of pornography and promiscuous sexual behavior, which significantly threatens the theological understanding and sacramental practice of Catholic marriage among young adults. This article aims to examine, from a theological-juridical perspective, how canons 1055–1101 of the Code of Canon Law (CIC) serve as the authoritative foundation for the Church in safeguarding the dignity and validity of the sacrament of marriage. The method employed is a comprehensive literature study of the CIC, relevant magisterial documents of the Church, and contemporary scholarly works on the dynamics of young adult relationships. The concise findings indicate that exposure to and normalization of pornography directly weaken three fundamental aspects of Catholic marriage, namely the capacity to give free consent, the intention to practice permanent fidelity, and the correct understanding of the body’s meaning as a total self-gift. Nevertheless, the Church possesses solid canonical and pastoral instruments to address these challenges and facilitate restoration. In conclusion, a synergistic integration of canonical approaches, moral teachings, and pastoral guidance is required to assist young adult couples so that they may realize marriages that are not only canonically valid but also psychologically mature and sacramentally holy.

The development of digital technology has changed consumer interaction and behavior patterns, including in purchasing decisions. Social media, especially TikTok, has become a strategic platform in marketing due to its interactive and visual content-based nature. Wardah, as a local cosmetics brand, utilizes TikTok through content marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) strategies to strengthen brand awareness and encourage purchasing interest. This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing and E-WOM on TikTok social media on the decision to purchase Wardah products. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The research sample consisted of 97 respondents determined through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination R2. The results showed that content marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (t-count = 2.188; sig. 0.031). E-WOM also has a positive and significant effect (t-count = 15.020; sig. 0.001), with a more dominant effect than content marketing. Simultaneously, both social media have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (F-count = 119.690; sig. 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.718 indicates that 71.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by both social factors, while 28.2% is influenced by other social factors outside the scope of this study. These findings confirm the importance of digital marketing strategies based on creative content and consumer reviews in increasing purchasing decisions for Wardah products on TikTok.

The phenomenon of introduction through social media has become very common in this digital era. Social media offers ease and efficiency in introducing individuals to others, allowing them to meet, interact, and build relationships in a different way than traditional methods. However, the introduction of a partner through social media also brings its own challenges, emotional manipulation, and limitations in understanding the partner in depth. In the context of Catholic marriage, this phenomenon poses a serious challenge to canonical law. Canon law strictly regulates marriage in order to remain faithful to the Church's teaching of lifelong union and openness to procreation. However, the introduction of a couple through social media can affect the validity of the agreement, psychological readiness, and understanding of the nature of marriage. The Church needs to meet these challenges with a new pastoral approach, including the development of specific guidelines for the companionship of couples who start relationships through social media. This approach includes strengthening more intensive and comprehensive pastoral mentoring, utilizing social media as a tool for education and counseling and reminding couples of the importance of transparency and honesty in relationships. Thus, the Church faces the challenge of ensuring the psychological readiness of both parties and helping couples to understand more deeply about the marital commitments they make and to maintain the values of the sacrament of marriage in an ever-evolving digital world.

The development of information technology has driven significant changes in contracting practices, including the emergence of electronic contracts as a form of agreement in digital transactions. This study aims to analyze the legal basis, validity requirements, constituent elements, and legal status of electronic contracts under the Law of ITE, Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019, Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019, and the general principles of agreement in the Civil Code. The research employs a normative juridical method with a qualitative analytical approach through a literature review of legislation and relevant legal doctrine. The study’s findings indicate that electronic contracts fundamentally possess the same validity as conventional written contracts, provided they satisfy the validity requirements of Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the technical provisions set forth in the implementing regulations of the UU ITE. These provisions include the use of reliable electronic systems, adherence to the principles of prudence and good faith, and the provision of clear electronic information. Electronic contracts must also contain the essentialia, naturalia, and accidentalia elements as regulated in Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019, and they are subject to additional rules applicable to electronic transactions under Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019. The implications of this study underscore the importance of raising electronic system security standards, providing legal education for participants in digital transactions, and strengthening regulations on digital proof and evidentiary rules so that electronic contracts can deliver optimal legal certainty.
