This study assesses the influence of organizational culture, physical work environment, and non-physical work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Rejeki. Organizational culture is understood as the values, norms, and patterns of behavior agreed upon by members. The physical work environment refers to tangible conditions such as layout, lighting, and cleanliness. The non-physical work environment relates to the psychological climate and social relationships in the workplace. The research design is quantitative with a census or saturated sample technique. All 32 employees were respondents. The instrument was compiled using a Likert scale. The data were processed using SPSS 25. The analysis stages included validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, t-test for partial effects, f-test for simultaneous effects, and the coefficient of determination R². The partial test results showed that organizational culture did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Conversely, the physical work environment and non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect. The simultaneous test confirmed that the three variables together had a positive and significant effect on performance. These findings indicate that improvements in physical aspects such as room comfort, equipment, and safety standards, as well as strengthening non-physical aspects such as supervisor support, role clarity, and communication, are more directly related to performance improvement than existing cultural characteristics. In practical terms, management needs to prioritize programs to improve the physical work environment and psychological climate, accompanied by periodic evaluations so that the impact can be measured against performance indicators.

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Jakpreneur program in reducing unemployment in South Jakarta. Jakpreneur is a strategic initiative launched by the Jakarta Provincial Government as a concrete effort to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This program is designed with various forms of support, such as skills training, business mentoring, legal licensing facilitation, product marketing support, and easy access to capital. This aims to create an inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem, especially amidst the complex challenges of the urban economy and the ongoing unemployment rate. However, in its implementation on the ground, the program's effectiveness still faces several obstacles. One of the main problems identified is the suboptimality of information technology-based training. Many participants have not yet mastered basic digital skills, making it difficult to keep up with developments in training methods that rely on technology. In addition, the low level of responsiveness of program facilitators to participant needs, as well as the limited digital literacy of MSMEs, also hinders maximizing the benefits of this program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that, despite some shortcomings, the Jakpreneur program has been generally successful in improving participants' entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, reaching the right target audience, and having a tangible impact on increasing business capacity and reducing unemployment. Therefore, strengthening outreach, improving the quality of digital training, and providing more active and responsive mentoring is necessary to further enhance the program's effectiveness.

The 5-star hotel is full of beauty, futuristic design, and perfect service. One of the components that guests complain about at the Tentrem Hotel Yogyakarta is housekeeping negligence. The research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the forms of negligence that occur in housekeeping services at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta are 3 (three) actions: first, negligence in cleaning guest rooms, errors in placing guests' personal belongings, and delays in providing additional requests (amenity delay). Housekeeping negligence affects guest satisfaction at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta by reducing the reliability and tangibles dimensions of service quality. Guests feel the hotel cannot be trusted to provide a comfortable stay experience, leading to a decrease in the empathy and assurance dimensions. Guests feel their privacy is violated, which may even lead to suspicion toward hotel staff. Efforts to improve the negligence occurring in housekeeping services at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta involve three actions: implementing an inspection checklist and supervisor verification before guests check-in, ensuring staff are well-trained, educated, and professional in their work, and adopting a digital logistics system to record guest requests and prioritize deliveries.

This study aims to analyze the quality of educational services at SDN Lambangsari 05 Tambun Selatan based on students’ perceptions using the Service Quality (Servqual) method. The background of this research highlights the crucial role of elementary schools in providing quality education services as a fundamental stage in shaping students’ character, social skills, and cognitive abilities. By focusing on students’ perceptions, this study seeks to obtain a realistic picture of service quality from the perspective of the main beneficiaries, namely the students themselves. A qualitative approach was employed, and data collection techniques involved both direct observation of school activities and the distribution of structured questionnaires to 50 fourth-grade students to ensure the validity of the findings. The Servqual method was used to evaluate five service dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, which together provide a comprehensive assessment of educational service quality. The analysis results show that four dimensions—Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy—have positive gaps, indicating that the services provided meet or exceed students’ expectations and reflect the school’s commitment to quality. However, the Tangibles dimension shows a small negative gap (-0.03), suggesting the need for improvements in physical aspects such as the cleanliness of classrooms, the availability of learning media, and the maintenance of school facilities. In conclusion, the overall quality of educational services at SDN Lambangsari 05 is considered good, with strong performance in non-physical aspects, although upgrading physical facilities remains essential to enhance student satisfaction and create a more conducive learning environment.

Believers, both in the time of Jesus and in today’s context, live in situations shaped by social, political, economic, religious, and cultural influences that often give rise to anxiety and doubt about God’s providence. In Luke 12:22–32, Jesus delivers a teaching that prohibits worry and calls His followers to direct their hearts toward the Kingdom of God. For those living under Roman rule, these words were a source of comfort and encouragement to remain steadfast in their faith in God’s power, and for believers today, the same message continues to be relevant as guidance for managing worry with trust and hope. This study seeks to analyze Luke 12:22–32 from the perspective of the theology of God’s providence and to explain its implications for contemporary Christian life. The findings emphasize three key points: first, the passage affirms God as a sovereign, loving Father who cares deeply for His people; second, God’s providence includes both physical and spiritual needs, thus framing faith as an active trust that combines prayer, hope, and concrete action; and third, reflection on God’s providence strengthens believers to face modern anxieties by prioritizing the Kingdom of God, practicing spiritual discipline, and embodying solidarity with others. Although limited in scope as a textual study without cultural or empirical application, this research contributes significantly to understanding God’s providence in Luke 12:22–32 and underlines its relevance for addressing contemporary challenges while encouraging Christians to live out their faith in tangible ways.

Effective, efficient, and accountable public services are one of the fundamental pillars of good governance. At the village level, the success of these services is highly dependent on the performance of government officials, particularly in administrative services that directly address the community’s basic needs. This study aims to analyze employee performance in administrative services at the Maliran Village Head Office, Ponggok Subdistrict, Blitar Regency, and to identify obstacles faced during the service process. A descriptive qualitative research method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that employee performance can be categorized as fairly good based on ten performance indicators: work quality, work quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, independence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible evidence. These aspects reflect that village officials are generally able to carry out their duties in meeting the administrative needs of the community. However, several obstacles remain, including reliance on digital technology that is not supported by adequate infrastructure, particularly the frequent occurrence of power outages which disrupts the continuity of services. The study highlights the importance of strengthening digital infrastructure, enhancing technical training for village officials, and ensuring the availability of backup systems to anticipate service interruptions. These efforts are essential to improve service delivery, strengthen public trust, and support the realization of good governance at the village level.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Unit Dose Drugs Dispensing Sistem (UDDDS) based on the SERVQUAL theory at the Inpatient Pharmacy Installation of RS “X”. The research method used a quantitative design with SERVQUAL questionnaires given to pharmacists and nurses, supplemented by in-depth interviews to explore perceptions of the UDDDS implementation. Data analysis was conducted using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate methods. The results of the study indicate that all SERVQUAL dimensions significantly influence the quality of UDDDS services. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the dimension of Assurance had the most dominant influence on service quality, with a B value of 8.464 and a contribution of 35%. This was followed by Empathy (B = 7.475, 31%), Tangibles (B = 7.547, 28%), Responsiveness (B = 4.847, 20%), and Reliability (B = 3.475, 16%). These findings suggest that the Assurance dimension, which includes trust and confidence in healthcare professionals, plays a crucial role in improving service quality at the Inpatient Pharmacy Installation. Overall, the findings indicate a significant relationship between the implementation of UDDDS and improvements in hospital service quality, particularly in terms of timely medication administration, reduced medication returns, and increased healthcare worker satisfaction. The reduction in medication returns reflects the efficiency of the drug distribution sistem, while the increased satisfaction of healthcare workers shows that UDDDS contributes to better service quality. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening the Assurance dimension through improving the competence, ethics, and professionalism of healthcare workers. Additionally, integrating UDDDS into the hospital's quality indicators is essential for establishing a sustainable quality culture. This will support the overall improvement of service quality at the hospital.

The growth of coffee consumption in Indonesia presents challenges for Kopi Kenangan in maintaining customer loyalty amidst the increasingly competitive beverage industry. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty at Kopi Kenangan, Ruko Sultan Hasanuddin, Binjai City, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed an associative quantitative approach with 96 respondents selected through incidental sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire designed with indicators representing the dimensions of service quality and product quality. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and determination tests to identify the contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable. The findings reveal that service quality and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. For service quality, the tangible indicators, such as store comfort and adequate facilities, are dominant factors that enhance customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, for product quality, the performance indicators, including coffee taste and product consistency, play a crucial role in fostering customer loyalty. Loyalty is reflected in repeated purchases, brand commitment, and resistance to competitor products. Nevertheless, the study also indicates that menu variation has not fully encouraged repeat purchases, highlighting the need for greater product innovation. Recommendations include improving store environment comfort, providing staff training for optimal service delivery, ensuring taste and quality consistency, developing product design innovation, and implementing experience-based marketing strategies along with loyalty programs. These efforts are expected to strengthen emotional bonds and enhance Kopi Kenangan’s competitiveness in the long term.

Vocabulary mastery is a fundamental component in English language learning that determines comprehension, speaking, and writing skills. However, in the context of district-level communities, including the Regional Library of Labuhan Batu, vocabulary learning still faces various challenges such as the lack of contextual teaching materials, the dominance of rote learning methods, and the limited use of local resources. To address these issues, this Community Service Program (PkM) proposes the application of lexical analysis on 100 local library documents as the basis for developing interactive media used in vocabulary training. The method employed is a community-based participatory approach, with stages including preparation, lexical analysis, media development, training, and evaluation. Corpus analysis produced 27,800 word types with 200 high-frequency words and 1,350 distinctive local vocabulary items. The interactive media developed include multimedia modules, Wordwall quizzes, mobile-based gamification, and bilingual infographics. The training was attended by 40 participants, with evaluation results showing a significant improvement in the average post-test score (76.8) compared to the pre-test (42.5), and 82.5% of participants achieving scores ≥70. Furthermore, 90% of participants reported increased motivation to learn, and 85% considered the locally based materials more relevant. This study aims to analyze the influence of students' perceptions of Accreditation (X1), Promotion (X2), and Brand Image (X3) on their Interest (Y) in registering, with Cost (Z) serving as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 399 respondents. The validity test results indicate that all research instruments are valid. Meanwhile, the reliability test results show that all variables have Cronbach's Alpha values ranging from "Good" to "Excellent," confirming their reliability. The study's findings reveal that Promotion and Cost are dominant factors with a positive and significant influence on interest in registering. Additionally, Accreditation also has a positive and significant effect on interest. In contrast, the Brand Image variable does not have a significant partial influence on interest. However, when considered simultaneously, Accreditation, Promotion, and Brand Image collectively have a significant impact on interest. The moderation test results demonstrate that Cost significantly moderates the relationship between Brand Image and Interest, indicating that the effect of Brand Image on interest is either strengthened or weakened by cost considerations. In conclusion, to attract prospective students, private universities should prioritize effective promotional strategies and manage perceptions of competitive costs, including the availability of scholarships. While brand image remains important, focusing on tangible benefits reinforced by cost factors will have a greater impact on prospective students' decisions.

A disability-friendly church is a concrete manifestation of the Christian faith's call to live out God's love in a tangible way in the lives of its congregation. The presence of people with disabilities in society and within church communities is often viewed as a neglected group, both in terms of physical accessibility, opportunities for participation, and involvement in ministry. However, theologically, people with disabilities are also God's creations, possessing the same dignity as other members of the congregation and deserving of equal space in church life. A disability-friendly church means a church that not only provides physical facilities but also fosters an attitude of acceptance, appreciation, and empowerment for people with disabilities so they can contribute to worship, ministry, and congregational life. This study aims to determine the extent of the efforts of the Indonesian Protestant Christian Church (GKPI)in Labuhanbatu, both in the Labuhanbatu Induk and Labuhanbatu Utara regions, in realizing a disability-friendly church as part of the Church's Three Tasks: Marturia (witness), Koinonia (fellowship), and Diakonia (loving service). The Three Tasks of the Church serve as an important benchmark for assessing the church's success in presenting God's love within the congregation, particularly to vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. Thisapproach was chosen because it allowed researchers to understand the experiences, perceptions, and meanings of the participants in depth and context. Data collection techniques included field observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.Eight informants participated in the research: two people wvith disabilities, two family members of people with disabilities, three church ministers, and one synod leader.

TikTok has emerged as one of the most influential social media platforms, forming a global online community that penetrates diverse industries, including skincare. In Indonesia, skincare ranks among the most discussed topics on TikTok, which makes the platform a significant channel for influencing consumer behavior. This study aimed to analyze how TikTok content shapes consumer purchasing decisions for skincare products in Indonesia. A qualitative method was applied using in-depth interviews with 12 respondents representing young adult consumers familiar with skincare products. The findings highlight several insights. First, TikTok content positively influences the problem recognition stage, helping consumers become more aware of their skincare needs. Second, TikTok was identified as the second most used social media source for skincare-related information, though its credibility is perceived only at a moderate level. Third, the platform plays a moderate role in the evaluation of alternatives, where consumers compare and consider skincare products. However, nearly half of the respondents reported a gap between information obtained from TikTok and actual product performance, resulting in disappointment and reluctance to share their experiences on the platform. Moreover, respondents revealed clear preferences regarding content: (1) comparative content showcasing product performance, (2) detailed content discussing product features, and (3) content providing tangible proof of effectiveness. These findings emphasize the dual role of TikTok as both an influential information source and a platform with credibility challenges. The study contributes to a better understanding of digital consumer behavior in Indonesia’s skincare industry. It also provides practical recommendations for marketers to design more transparent, credible, and consumer-oriented TikTok marketing strategies.
