The bakery industry is a sector that continues to grow through the crisis period in 2021 when Indonesia managed to record the highest bread sales in the Southeast Asia region with total transactions reaching USD 18.7 billion. Mak MPOEQ cake house in Bogor is one of the small food industries that has continued to produce during the Covid 19 pandemic until now. Bakery products are sensitive to contamination so they can easily and potentially spread food safety hazards. An integrated system of control and quality management of manufactured products is required, which makes it possible to implement timely measures to prevent, identify and eliminate deficiencies and errors in production, to provide reliable information about the products produced to consumers. To date, a system based on the use of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles has been able to overcome these food safety problems well. The design of the HACCP system at Mak MPOEQ's cake house has been implemented through a community service mentoring program for staff from FMIPA Pakuan University in the period April-December 2023. The coaching is carried out following the stages of implementing the HACCP system as stated in SNI CAC/RCP 1 of 2011 issued by National Standardization Agency. The basic requirements for HACCP itself have been prepared by partners since 2021. The results of the hazard analysis carried out on the MPOEG Mak Cake House production system found 7 significant hazards out of the 20 hazards evaluated. Next, using the Codex decision tree, 4 CPPs were determined from the 7 hazards, namely egg receiving, flour sifting, filing, and vla cooking. Based on these 4 CCPs, a HACCP Plan has been prepared which focuses control on cleanliness when receiving eggs, physical contamination when sifting flour, sanitary bacteria from worker cross-contamination, and temperature and cooking time. All controls are carried out per activity batch and verified periodically.

This research focuses on selling android-based coffee powder to disseminate semende specialty coffee. The purpose of this study is to design a sales application that has not been optimal so far and sales of cemente coffee powder have increased more than before. This is the background for this research. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, observation and literature study. So that data is obtained that there is no available access that makes it easy for UMKM Ms. Nurbaiti's to market this special cement coffee powder. The results of this study are in the form of an Android-based application design for the sale of original cement coffee powder for UMKM Ms. Nurbaiti's s which is expected to help with the problems that occur. Using an Android-based sales information system can help UMKM owners and buyers sell and buy coffee powder quickly, for the system development method using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method.

By looking at some of the existing problems, the researcher tries to design and build an information system for selling goods at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot based on Android, therefore, the author chose this topic for a thesis entitled "Android-Based Sales Information System at Wood Materials Depot Serasan Jaya 3 Building With the Extreme Programming Development Method” which of course provides speed and convenience for the public to make transactions using mobile phones or mobile-based communication devices such as smartphones, tablets, gadgets, and so on. So that it can make it easy for the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot to promote products, product prices and make it easier for people to buy products and find out the prices of building material products from mobile devices. PT. Talabu, an electric motor sales company, faces problems in inventory management and sales processes. This study's primary goal is to develop a sales information system that can help PT. Talabu in managing inventory and its operations. This research uses system needs analysis, database design, and user interface development. At the stage of analysis of system needs, the researchers found the primary needs of PT. Talabu to conduct sales operations and inventory management. However, the implementation of enterprise resource planning requires mature preparation, including proper selection of suppliers, optimization of internal teams, and preparation of human resources. The research methodology used is a participatory action learning system with the active participation of MSMES stakeholders and enterprise resource planning providers. The implementation process of the ENERPRISE Resource Planning system in MSMES includes the phases of meetings, planning, system design, training, and support, as well as the use of the system in business operations. The implementation steps of the Enterprise Resource Planning system in MSMES include business information documents, functional requirements documents, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live.

Jurnal.id software that is implemented is adequate in processing existing data and has quality information quality, but there are often obstacles in using this software due to errors in recording transactions on the system. The conclusion of this activity is that Jurnal.id software can facilitate users in the process of recording transactions so as to produce a sales invoice that can help when making decisions

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of accounting information systems and internal control on the effectiveness of sales at a trading company in the city of Padang. The population in this study were all trading companies in the city of Padang, amounting to 34 companies.Determining the number of samplesusing total sampling,then the number of respondents as a sample in this study were as many as 102 respondents, consisting of the Director/Manager, Supervisor and Treasurer. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and for hypothesis testing using statistical t test. The results showed that: the accounting information system variable had a partial significant effect on the effectiveness of sales at a Trading Company in Padang City, because it had a sig value. is 0.000 < 0.05. The internal control variable has a significant partial effect on the effectiveness of sales at a Trading Company in Padang City, because it has a sig value. its value is 0.019 < 0.05.

The used car showroom business conducts manual recording to document purchase transactions, sales transactions, vehicle unit financing, employee management, relying solely on the owner's memory. The risk lies in manual recording requiring significant time and attention, with possibilities of errors (duplication) in recording, loss, or damage. Hence, the utilization of information technology is necessary in managing the assets of the used car showroom and employee management, introducing a system called SIMOKAS (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Showroom Mobil Bekas). Steps in this research involve data collection, literature review, and system design. Data collection involves two approaches: interviews and observations. The applied system design method is Prototyping. System testing methods include Black Box Testing and Usability Testing. SIMOKAS testing occurred at Putra Mobil Balikpapan showroom, involving ten potential users. Based on functional testing through black box methods, SIMOKAS met requirements and functioned accordingly, managing vehicles, transactions, vehicle documents, and employees. Usability testing resulted in a total SUS score of 87.25, falling into the 'Acceptable' category for acceptability, receiving an 'A' grade on the grade scale, and being in the 'Best Imaginable' category in adjective rating. Thus, the conclusion drawn is that SIMOKAS is a system with good usability from the user's perspective.

Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive approach which is useful for providing information, facts and data regarding the network bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. Then the data was analyzed using qualitative methods to uncover events, phenomena, facts and circumstances that actually occurred in the field. From this study it can be concluded that the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district has five types of bonuses, namely: sponsor bonuses, leadership bonuses, retail bonuses, retail group bonuses and unilevel bonuses. This study aims to determine the best selling food and beverage products at Caffe Kopi Kito. Data mining is the process of extracting useful information and patterns from very large data. Data mining includes data collection, data extraction, data analysis, and data statistics. The Apriori algorithm is a classic algorithm in data mining. This algorithm is used to see the intensity of occurrence of the relevant itemset or frequent items or association rules. This study uses consumer transaction data for 30 days in January 2023. Transaction data will be collected first based on the day and number of transactions, then the transaction data that has been collected will be grouped according to each item, the data that has been grouped will be carried out a priori algorithm process to determine the most dominant product. Then a system design will be carried out whose result will be a website. The results showed that using the website-based a priori algorithm could determine the most dominant product at Caffe Kopi Kito and make it easier for users to determine the most dominant product. Based on the results of product sales analysis at Cafee Kopi Kito, it can be concluded that working on the a priori algorithm on Caffe Kopi Kito using a website can be said to have the result of a product combination and in the future it can be used to create the best-selling menu packages at Cafee Kopi Kito.

This research was conducted at a company operating in the property sector, called PT. Anugrah Reveno Lestari Abadi which is usually abbreviated as PT. ARLA. This research aims to find out how the sales accounting information system is implemented and how the sales accounting information system is implemented in improving internal control at PT. ARLA Medan City. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing several employees at PT. ARLA. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the sales accounting information system at PT. ARLA has been running quite well. However, there are several weaknesses, such as still using an accounting system that is not yet computerized properly and there are also still duties between related information functions that are not in accordance with the elements of internal control so that the company's internal control has not been able to improve.

With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.

The system is built using the PHP programming language and Mysql database, which is analyzed using White Box, Black Box, Hypothesis Testing, Normalization Testing, Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, and Benefit Testing. The result of the system created is a Website-Based Sales Transaction Information System at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang Stores. The purpose of the information system is to produce a system that assists in the process of recording reports at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang to make it more efficient.
