This study aims to examine the influence of pricing, promotion, and service quality improvement on the sales level in the telecommunications services of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima, Tbk, located in Meruya Ilir, West Jakarta. The research adopts a quantitative approach using primary data obtained through the distribution of structured questionnaires. The population in this study consists of all permanent employees of the company, totaling 35 individuals. Given the relatively small population, a saturated sampling technique was applied, making all members of the population the research sample. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The analysis process involved validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of each independent variable—pricing, promotion, and service quality improvement—on the dependent variable, sales level. The findings reveal that pricing has a significant positive effect on the sales level, indicating that appropriate and competitive pricing strategies can enhance sales performance. Similarly, service quality improvement also shows a significant positive influence on sales level, suggesting that better service delivery directly contributes to increased customer satisfaction and sales outcomes. Conversely, the study finds that promotion does not have a significant effect on sales level in this case. This may be due to promotional activities not being optimally targeted, lacking sufficient frequency, or failing to deliver persuasive messages to the intended market segment. Overall, the results highlight the importance of focusing on competitive pricing strategies and continuous improvement in service quality as key drivers of sales growth in the telecommunications sector. The study recommends that PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima, Tbk prioritize these two aspects while reevaluating its promotional strategies to ensure better alignment with customer needs and market conditions.

Giving breast milk (ASI) exclusively during the first six months of a baby's life is very important in supporting the baby's growth and development and body resilience. However, the practice of giving formula milk is still quite high and is a challenge in fulfilling exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the determining factors for giving formula milk to babies aged 0-6 months in the work environment UPT Primary Health Care Pujon. This research design uses a descriptive analytical approach with a cross-sectional method to identify factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding. The research population was all mothers who had babies with a sample of 52 respondents obtained through total sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the Chi-Square test and logistic regression to determine the most dominant factors. The research results showed that all variables had a p value > 0.05, namely age (p=0.274), education (p=0.156), occupation (p=0.384), parity (p=0.280) and socio-culture (p=0.711), so there was no significant relationship between these variables and exclusive breastfeeding. The logistic regression model was also not significant (p=0.308), indicating that there were no dominant factors influencing the practice of exclusive breastfeeding among respondents. Thus, the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in this study may be influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

This study aims to examine the influence of independent variables—Social Media, Pricing, and Promotion—on the dependent variable, Repurchase Decision, at Kedai Kopi Bersahaja. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The population of the study consisted of 226 consumers, and a sample of 107 respondents was selected using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors who had made at least one purchase at the coffee shop. The results of the analysis indicate that each independent variable—Social Media, Pricing, and Promotion—has a positive and statistically significant partial influence on the Repurchase Decision. Additionally, the variables collectively demonstrate a strong simultaneous influence, suggesting that an integrated marketing approach is crucial for fostering customer retention and encouraging repeat purchases. Among the three, Social Media showed the most dominant influence, emphasizing the growing role of digital presence and online engagement in shaping consumer preferences and purchasing patterns. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Kedai Kopi Bersahaja maximize the use of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook by creating engaging, relevant, and interactive content that resonates with the target audience. Content strategies may include customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos, product highlights, and limited-time offers. Pricing should be evaluated periodically to remain affordable yet profitable, considering both market competition and perceived customer value. Meanwhile, promotion efforts can be diversified through the use of loyalty programs, bundle offers, student discounts, and digital coupons. The synergy between these three marketing factors—if consistently and strategically applied—is expected to enhance customer loyalty, strengthen brand image, and significantly increase the likelihood of repurchase decisions. These efforts are essential for building sustainable business growth in the competitive food and beverage industry.

Livestock cultivation aims to meet the needs of animal food and improve the standard of living of farmers. Some of the factors that need to be considered in livestock cultivation include the selection of superior seeds, feed management, disease prevention and treatment, cages that meet standards, and marketing of livestock products. Livestock is one of the five agricultural subsectors where livestock is a cultivation or maintenance activity with the aim of benefiting from these activities. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The variables studied consisted of intensive maintenance costs and broiler profits. The population used in this study is all breeders in Nagan Raya Regency, each farm has different abilities and number of livestock. Therefore, the population used is all farmers with an intensive maintenance system in 5 sub-districts of Nagan Raya Regency, namely 12 chicken farmers. Because of the small number of populations, the sample in this study is the entire population. The data sources in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. In this study, quantitative analysis uses  the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 computer program, because with this program analysis can be carried out quickly, and produce more accurate outputs. And the data analysis model used in this study is a simple linear regression method. The results of this study are that intensive maintenance costs incurred by broiler farmers have a very good influence on increasing profits from farmers' crops. Because with an intensive system the growth of chickens is more uniform and the deaths that occur in broilers can be avoided.

The global halal industry is experiencing exponential growth with a market value of trillions of dollars, creating significant economic opportunities for Southeast Asian countries with large Muslim populations. The micro-livestock sector has unique characteristics that require a specialized approach in the implementation of an integrated halal assurance system, given limited resources, technical capacity and access to technology. The complexity of implementation presents multidimensional challenges covering technical, economic, social and regulatory aspects that require comprehensive analysis to understand the socio-economic impact on the sustainability of micro farms1. This study aims to analyze the socio-economic impact of implementing an integrated halal assurance system on the sustainability of micro livestock enterprises in Southeast Asia through an integrated legal and business perspective. Systematic literature review using PRISMA guidelines with searches through Google Scholar and Scopus for the period 2020-2025. Inclusion criteria included studies of halal assurance system implementation on Southeast Asian micro farms, socio-economic impact analysis, and integration of legal-business perspectives. Quality assessment using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT) with systematic data extraction using Microsoft Excel 2021. Of the 321 articles identified, 7 high-quality studies were included with a selectivity rate of 2.2%. The findings show variations in implementation approaches between countries: Indonesia with Law No. 33/2014 and SEHATI program, Malaysia through JAKIM with MS 1500:2019 standard, Singapore via MUIS with strict supervision. Positive social impacts include increased social acceptance, empowerment of women and minority groups, and establishment of collaborative networks such as halal cooperatives. Significant economic impacts include increased consumer confidence, wider market access, and product competitiveness with premium prices of up to IDR 37,500/kg for certified products. Integration of legal-business perspectives creates synergy through ASEAN regulatory harmonization, blockchain technology, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. The rapid growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tabanan Regency has been driven by economic development, digitalization, and changes in consumer behavior following the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the continuous increase in the number of MSMEs each year, business owners face significant challenges, such as limited adoption of digital technologies, increasing market competition, and restricted access to working capital. This study aims to analyze the effect of QRIS usage, e-commerce, and capital on MSME income both simultaneously and partially in Tabanan Regency. A quantitative method was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling method with an accidental sampling approach. The results show that QRIS, e-commerce, and capital simultaneously have a significant effect on MSME income in Tabanan Regency. Partially, QRIS usage and capital have a positive and significant effect on income, while e-commerce does not have a significant partial effect. This indicates that although e-commerce can expand market reach, intense competition and limited technological literacy among the local population hinder its impact on MSME income in the region.

Pekasam fermentation is still carried out traditionally using spontaneous fermentation. Traditional fermentation products have weaknesses such as inconsistent product quality, excessive microbial growth that is difficult to control, and a low initial LAB population that causes spoilage bacteria to grow rapidly before LAB growth. These weaknesses need to be addressed to produce pekasam with good and uniform quality. One way to do this is by making pekasam on a laboratory scale by adding a starter culture of lactic acid bacteria to the fermentation process (Caterina et.al, 2025). Pekasam is made through a spontaneous fermentation process or with the help of starter cultures, namely microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria (LAB). In traditional production, fermentation occurs naturally due to microorganisms already present in the raw materials. However, spontaneous fermentation often results in less uniform quality due to uncontrolled microbial growth and a low initial LAB population, allowing spoilage microbes to grow first.

This study explores employment development strategies aimed at bolstering economic growth in North Sumatra Province using the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model and an eighteen-year time series dataset. The variables analyzed include the Human Development Index (HDI), total population, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR), and Open Unemployment Rate (OUR). The estimation results reveal dynamic interrelationships among these variables over short, medium, and long-term periods. The VAR analysis with a lag of 2 illustrates how each variable contributes to both itself and the other variables. It also shows that past variables (t-1) significantly impact current variables. Furthermore, the response function analysis identifies how a change in one variable is responded to by others across different time horizons. Stability analysis confirms that all variables maintain medium-to-long-term stability over a five-year period. The Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) highlights HDI, population, and GRDP as the most influential variables in shaping the employment system and economic development overall. The VAR model used meets the stability test criteria, making the findings a reliable basis for policy research.

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. However, public interest in Islamic banking services is still relatively low compared to conventional banking. The low interest is inseparable from various factors that influence individual decisions in choosing banking services. Interest itself can be understood as a person's tendency to be interested and pay attention to an object or activity voluntarily and accompanied by a sense of pleasure, which is formed through psychological and social processes.  The type of research used in this study is field research, while the nature of this study is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection was carried out using two techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification.  The results of the study showed that the most dominant factors influencing public interest are social and psychological factors. Social factors include the influence of family and the surrounding environment, which form habits and references in choosing banking services. Meanwhile, psychological factors include motivation to avoid usury practices and positive perceptions of the suitability of sharia principles applied in Islamic bank operations. Thus, efforts are needed to increase financial literacy, emotional approaches, and strengthening social relations to encourage the growth of public interest in Islamic banking services..

The development of built-up land in Tanjungpinang City has demonstrated rapid spatial dynamics, in line with the increasing intensity of urban activities since its designation as the capital of Riau Islands Province in 2002. This study aims to analyze the changes in built-up land in Tanjungpinang City over the period 2003 to 2023 and to identify the key factors driving this transformation. The research employed spatial analysis based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS), utilizing satellite imagery maps from the years 2003, 2013, and 2023. The findings indicate that built-up land expanded from 1,133.91 hectares (8%) in 2003 to 3,848.67 hectares (26%) in 2023, with the predominant direction of expansion occurring toward the eastern and southern parts of the city. The primary factors contributing to this growth include population increase, the development of new activity centers such as Pulau Dompak, and the construction of major infrastructure, notably the development of DI Panjaitan streets. These results suggest a growing tendency toward urban sprawl in the physical development of Tanjungpinang City, thus requiring adaptive and sustainable spatial planning strategies.
