Public services are a series of activities carried out to meet the community's needs for goods, services and administrative services in accordance with statutory regulations. Population administration, as part of public services, has an important role in the survival of society. Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration emphasizes the importance of population administration services, which include processing population documents such as Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA), Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), and Kartu Keluarga (KK). In the city of Surabaya, population administration is carried out through the Population and Civil Registration Service and sub-district offices, for example in Rungkut Kidul Sub-District there are problems such as a lack of awareness among residents of the importance of complete population data. The Kalimasada program innovation is the government's effort to overcome this problem. Thus, through the Kalimasada program innovation, it is hoped that the people of Rungkut Kidul Village will become more aware of the importance of population administration and maintaining the orderliness of their population documents.

The quality of health services is a level that shows the perfection of health services that can create a sense of satisfaction in every patient. Service quality has a positive and significant relationship with the level of patient satisfaction that cannot be denied. By showing the high and low level of patient satisfaction is influenced by the high and low quality of service provided. Service quality starts from patient needs and ends at patient expectations. Satisfied patients are a very valuable asset because if patients are satisfied they will continue to use the services of their choice, but if patients are dissatisfied they will tell others twice as great about their bad experiences. So if there is dissatisfaction with the patient, it is something that needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the analysis of the quality of hospital administration services on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit at the Hospital. Samarinda, as one of the major cities in East Kalimantan, faces challenges in public services, particularly in the Civil Registry and Population Office (DisDukCapil). The issue involves queues at service counters, impacting service efficiency for residents. The increasing population and the complexity of population administration contribute to the complication of the situation. We employed a prototype method to address this issue by involving developers and clients in the development process. Stages include needs analysis, design, prototype creation, evaluation, validation, and implementation. The community service's conclusion emphasizes the importance of identifying and analyzing the previous system to guide the development of a queue system that meets user needs, providing an effective solution, and enhancing service quality.

Indonesia continues to move forward in responding to the demands of the times, especially in terms of administrative modernization. One important step in this effort is updating and integrating population data with the national taxation system. In this context, Tanjung Seneng Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung, started an important initiative aimed at assisting residents in the RT/RW environment. 06/00 in the process of modernizing their Population Identification Number (NIK) into a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). Modernizing NIK to NPWP is not just an administrative step, but an effort to increase tax awareness, administrative efficiency, and community involvement in national development. By involving the local community, it is hoped that this socialization will not only be a process but also an opportunity to empower residents to understand their role in economic development and shared prosperity. Several problems that arise, namely: The level of public understanding regarding NIK modernization, Citizens’ understanding regarding NPWP and its relationship to NIK, and The impact of NIK modernization on administrative processes. By providing socialization on the modernization of NIK into NPWP for RT/RW residents: 06/00 residents will not need to carry NPWP cards and will only need to bring KTPs, making tax administration easier by using a single identity, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
