The objective of this study was for determine and analyze the effect of the amount of raw material inventory and engine capacity simultaneously to volume production at PT Bintang Mas. The sample of this research is company data on the number of inventories of raw materials, machine capacity and production volume in 2018-2020 at PT Bintang Mas. The collection of data through observation. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of a company's internal data PT Bintang Mas, Based on the results of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing by using test of F can be seen that simultaneously the number of inventories of raw materials) and engine capacity significantly affects the volume of production. While based on the hypothesis test by using test t count that the partial amount of raw material inventory there is a significant effect on the volume of production and the capacity of the machine partially significant effect on the volume of production.

The purpose of this study was to analyze Johnson & Johnson's stock of trade goods and analyze the assessment of Johnson & Johnson's stock of trade goods using FIFO method on distributor PT Supralita Mandiri. This study used a type of case study with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. This study used secondary data.The results of this study show that PT Supralita Mandiri has 115 products and is divided into two, namely baby care and adult care, where baby care has 7 types of products with 69 products and adult care has 5 types of products with 46 products. The Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) set by PT Supralita Mandiri for inventory registration is to use the perpetual method and the inventory assessment is to use the First In First Out (FIFO) method. Operatively the company has implemented FIFO methods in accordance with the company's SOP. However, on the goods supply card, the company has not implemented the FIFO method.

BPR. Panji Aronta Bareng Jombang 3.mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kesetiaan nasabah. This Community Service Partner (PKM) is a small micro business of Brick. Knowledge about inventory management in the Brick business is still a fundamental weakness in meeting market demand, so that the price of Brick is relatively determined by the market. The purpose of this service is to motivate Brick business owners to have the knowledge and skills to be able to carry out proper inventory management as a support in developing their business. The method of implementation uses a combination of lecture and practice. Participants consist of Brick business owners in Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The technique of implementing the activity consists of three stages starting from the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the activity evaluation stage. The results of the training show that Brick business owners have difficulty managing the inventory of their business due to limited business capital. The finances used in business are still combined with finance for household needs. After the simulation is carried out, the participants can understand inventory management in the business. Furthermore, Brick business owners can know inventory management properly. Knowledge about inventory management is emphasized on Brick business owners because the productive life of Brick is only 5 months in one year, so inventory can be a strategy to increase operating profits. The limitation in this training is that the implementation method has not used mentoring techniques, so that knowledge about inventory management can be implemented in business activities.

This study aims to determine the effect of controlling raw material inventory and production processes on product quality in MSMEs Warung Ohay Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 40 employees of Warung Ohay MSMEs. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling of 40 employees. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS program version 25. The results of this study show that controlling raw material inventory and production processes simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products. Partial control of raw material inventory has a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products. The partial production process has a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products.

This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes, perceptions, and emotions on the implementation of the inventory accounting system that is run at PT. Flores Business Partners is a company that trades goods. The research population was all employees of PT. Flores Business Partners are 90 people. Meanwhile, the research sample was 55 respondents obtained from purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this research used primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The method of multiple linear regression analysis using SSPS 26. This study shows the results that the attitude aspect does not affect the application of the inventory accounting system. This is because the attitude of employees is classified as good so that they do the job according to the procedures set by the company. Meanwhile, aspects of perception and emotion influence the implementation of the accounting accounting system.

Pelatihan Manajemen Logistik Berbasis Teknologi dengan Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Persediaan Digital merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan praktis kepada mitra industri, PT. Nemira Kitchen. Tranfer knowledge digunakan untuk mengajarkan konsep-konsep penting dalam manajemen logistik dan memperkenalkan pemanfaatan sistem informasi persediaan digital. Kegiatan pelatihan mencakup komunikasi dengan mitra, penyusunan materi pelatihan, pelatihan interaktif, dan pendampingan penggunaan sistem informasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang fitur-fitur sistem informasi persediaan dan kemampuan dalam mengelola data, persediaan, distribusi barang, serta laporan-laporan terkait. Mitra yang aktif berpartisipasi dalam program ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap keberhasilan pelatihan. Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan sistem informasi persediaan setelah pelatihan selesai. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif pada kemampuan manajemen logistik dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam operasi sehari-hari mitra.

SK JAYA adalah perusahaan manufaktur lokal yang sudah berproduksi secara komersial dan memiliki beberapa kegiatan usaha yaitu perdagangan panel-panel listrik, Box metal. Namun, dalam melakukan perencanaan dan pengendalian bahan baku, perusahaan mengalami kendala karena belum dilakukannya suatu perencanaan yang tepat dalam menentukan kebutuhan bahan baku. Kendala ini tentunya berpengaruh terhadap proses produksi dan pengelolahan biaya dalam melakukan pengadaan bahan baku. Untuk Box Panel, dengan metode perusahaan yang diterapkan sebelumnya, perusahaan hanya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan sebesar 2.880 pcs sedangkan kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan sebesar 3.150 pcs. Untuk membantu masalah yang terjadi pada CV. SK JAYA, maka diterapkan suatu metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan perencanaan bahan baku secara tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode MRP, perusahaan mampu menentukan kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan suatu proses produksi dengan biaya yang efisien. Bahan baku yang dikeluarkan perusahaan dalam melakukan pengadaan bahan baku selama satu tahun plat besi untuk komponen pintu box, bagian belakang box, samping box, bagian bawah box, dan kepala box membutuhkan sebanyak 3.147 lembar plat besi , komponen kunci membutuhkan 3.048 pcs, komponen tombol membutuhkan 9.441 pcs, komponen plat nama membutuhkan 2.081 pcs , komponen ensel membutuhkan 3.048 set, komponen BG lubang kabel membutuhkan 3.048 pcs. Dengan teknik Fixed Periode Requirement (FPR) mendapatkan biaya sebesar Rp6.659.790,00. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan metode MRP dapat berperan dalam melakukan perbaikan perencanaan dan pengendalian bahan baku dengan biaya yang efisien pada perusahaan.

CV XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing with production in the form of stacking chairs. This company has a production capacity of 200 units of stacking chairs every day. The company has 3 types of bunk chairs, namely CH-100 KR, CH-200 KR, and CH-200 PC. Customer demand at this company tends to be fluctuating (up and down) which results in the company experiencing difficulties in determining the optimal raw material inventory to meet customer needs. The Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is an appropriate method for scheduling inventory. The result of this scheduling model is in the form of a master production schedule (JIP) which is used to determine the demand for chair products for the next 6 months. The results of data processing obtained requests for stacking chairs in the next 6 months for the type CH-100 KR 10.724 unit, CH-200 KR of 10.998 unit, and CH-200 PC of 9.687 unit. The demand is then calculated using the MRP approach with LFL and EOQ. An effective material requirements planning method with the lowest cost is to use the Lot For Lot (LFL) method which gives the lowest cost results IDR 7,475,617,611.

This study aims to analyze the detection of compliance audits of inventory accounting information systems at retail stores through internal control. An inventory accounting information system is a critical element of retail store operations, and adherence to proper procedures is critical to maintaining the integrity and reliability of inventory data. The research method used is a literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review related to compliance audit detection. This research also includes a case study to illustrate the application of internal control in the detection of compliance audits in inventory accounting information systems. By implementing proper internal controls, retail stores can minimize the risk of fraud, errors, and losses associated with inventory. This research also shows the need for increased awareness and understanding regarding audit compliance detection among auditors and accounting professionals involved in the retail industry.

Tujuan dari analisis pengendalian persediaan adalah untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah persediaan oli mesin mobil di toko Fifa Motor dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hal ini dilakukan karena toko Fifa Motor mengalami masalah dalam memperkirakan permintaan, yang mengakibatkan pembelian yang berlebihan atau kekurangan stok. Metode EOQ digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah persediaan yang tepat, dengan mempertimbangkan biaya-biaya yang relevan seperti biaya pembelian, biaya pemesanan, dan biaya penyimpanan. Dalam analisis ini, juga dilakukan perhitungan frekuensi pemesanan, safety stock, dan re-order point untuk memastikan pengendalian persediaan yang efektif dan efisien. Dengan menggunakan metode EOQ, diharapkan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh toko Fifa Motor dapat diminimalkan ketika melakukan pemesanan stok barang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemesanan ekonomis oli mesin dengan jumlah pembelian sebesar 672 galon untuk setiap pesanan, untuk persediaan pengaman (Safety Stock) sebanyak 160-239 galon per tahun dan 13-20 galon per bulan untuk setiap jenis oli, dan titik pemesanan kembali (Re Order Point) ketika stok oli mesin mobil mencapai 5-7 galon untuk setiap jenis oli.

This article reviews the factors that influence inventory management, namely accounting information systems in the revenue cycle, expenditure cycle, and human resource cycle, a literature study on Accounting Information Systems. The purpose of this article is to develop a hypothesis of influence between variables that can be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) The accounting information system in the revenue cycle influences preparation management; 2) The accounting information system in the expenditure cycle affects inventory management; and 3) The accounting information system in the human resource cycle influences the preparatory management.  

Dalam menjalankan usahanya Toko Mukena Murah Jambi sudah menerapkan kinerja baik dalam penjualan, kemudahan pemesanan dan harga wajar. Namun ada fenomena yaitu penjualan Toko Mukena Murah Jambi mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Toko Mukena Murah Jambi mengimplementasikan jual beli online dropshipping untuk meningkatkan penjualan, mengetahui apa saja faktor penghambat yang tidak meningkatkan penjualan, dan tinjauan Perspektif Ekonomi Islam yang di terapkan dalam jual beli online dropshipping. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode kualitatif pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitiannya implementasi jual beli dropshipping online di toko Mukena Murah Jambi tidak sepenuhnya meningkatkan penjualan karena salah satunya yaitu owner dan dropshipper mengaku tidak ada diskon atau potongan harga yang ditawarkan kepada dropshippers sehingga kurang diminati dropshipper. Adanya faktor penghambat seperti persaingan antar pedagang, kurangnya manajemen persediaan, tidak bisa membagi tugas karyawan dengan baik. Dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, Toko Mukena Murah Jambi telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat sahnya hukum fikih. Praktek jual beli Mukena Murah Jambi  secara online dengan sistem dropship tidak dilarang syariat Islam, karena barang sudah mendapat izin dari pemilik barang, termasuk akad jual beli salam.

Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode analisis data menggunakan model EOQ. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa tingkat persediaan yang sudah ada pada PT Berkah Kreasi Bersatu menunjukkan biaya pemesanan yang dikeluarkan yaitu sebesar Rp. 5.496.000/ tahun dan biaya penyimpanan sebesar Rp. 43.320.000/ tahun, sehingga total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan yaitu sebesar Rp. 48.816.000. Penggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) pada PT Berkah Kreasi Bersatu menunjukkan unit order sebanyak 137 karton dengan jumlah kali pemesanan yang diperkirakan sebanyak 5 kali. Adapun biaya pemesanan menunjukkan biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 3.730.861 / tahun dan biaya penyimpanan sebesar Rp. 3.730.681 / tahun, sehingga total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan yaitu sebesar Rp. 21.796.740 PT Berkah Kreasi Bersatu dapat melakukan penghematan biaya total persediaan sebesar Rp 27.019.260 dengan efisiensi sebesar 44% menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Perbedaan perhitungan perusahaan dengan metode EOQ menunjukkan bahwa dari segi biaya persediaan, metode EOQ lebih efisien.
