Data menyebutkan bahwa Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi penyumbang Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) terbesar dengan angka sekitar 61 persen. Direktur Pembinaan Pengelolaan Keuangan BLU Kementrian Keuangan, Ary Wahyuni dari jumlah tersebut kontribusi UMKM menyerap tenaga kerja mencapai 97 persen. Dalam menjalankan program Community Development, mahasiswa ESQ Business School berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas daripada UMKM dengan cara bekerjasama dengan IWAPI Jakarta Timur. IWAPI merupakan Ikatan Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia, dalam hal ini kami bekerjasama dengan IWAPI di daerah Jakarta Timur. Kami memilih IWAPI sebagai organisasi yang kami ajak bekerjasama dikarenakan legalitas organisasi tersebut dan juga feedback dari organisasi tersebut yang kami nilai sangat baik dari segi komunikasi dan kerjasama lainnya, khususnya Tji Liwoeng Coffee. Pada kegiatan ini dilakukannya proses Re-Branding dengan meningkatkan brand awareness. Tujuan utumanya dari Re-branding sendiri adalah untuk memperbaruhi sebuah brand yang telah ada agar menjadi lebih baij dengan tidak mengabaikan tujuan awal dari Tji Liewoeng Coffee itu sendiri. Pada tahap ini kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membuat mood board yang sesuai dengan permintann dari pemilik. Maka dari itu dengan adanya Re-branding terhadap Tji Liewoeng Coffee ini meningkatkan engagement dan juga pendapatan. Kelebihan dari Re-branding adalah memberikan potensi yang lebih menonjol terhadap kompetitor. Dalam melakukan kegiatan ini juga ditemukan perbedaan diantara dunia kuliah dan pekerjaan.    

This study aims to analyze the principal’s efforts in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. PAI learning plays a significant role in shaping students’ faith, morals, and personality in accordance with Islamic teachings derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the exemplary conduct of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In this context, the principal, as an educational leader, holds a strategic role in managing, guiding, and enhancing the performance of PAI teachers to ensure that the learning process is carried out effectively and contributes positively to students’ spiritual and character development.This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The subjects of the study include the principal, PAI teachers, and students of SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain comprehensive and contextual information regarding the implementation of PAI learning. The data analysis process was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity and reliability of the findings, source and technique triangulation were applied.The results indicate that PAI learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura is not only conducted in the classroom through the delivery of materials related to aqidah, morals, fiqh, and the Qur'an and Hadith, but is also strengthened through various religious programs integrated into the school culture. The principal’s efforts to improve learning quality include conducting regular academic supervision, involving teachers in professional development programs, providing work motivation, and consistently monitoring the learning process. Additionally, religious activities such as Qur'an memorization programs, daily Qur'an recitation before lessons, and routine dhikr and salawat activities support the internalization of Islamic values.Supporting factors include the principal’s active leadership and professional experience, while inhibiting factors consist of limited infrastructure, administrative burdens, and varying levels of teacher competence. Overall, these efforts have contributed positively to improving the quality of PAI learning and fostering students’ character development.

Face recognition is an area that is still being researched and improved for various purposes such as attendance, population data collection, security systems and others. Two methods that are often used for face recognition applications are artificial intelligence methods, especially back-propagation neural networks (ANN) and learning vector quantization. Both of these techniques are directed learning techniques that are widely used to identify distinctive patterns, namely grouping patterns into groups of patterns, making them ideal for use in facial recognition applications. In this application, preprocessing of the input image includes the detection process of scaling, grayscale, edged with the sobel and threshold methods, carried out before the image is processed in ANN. Meanwhile, the ANN approach used to identify faces involves the Backpropagation method and the Learning Vector Quantization method. The findings of this analysis are a comparison of the backpropagation neural network method and quantization of the learning vectors of face recognition used to assess variations, limitations, strengths and optimal results of the two techniques for use in facial recognition systems.    

Bilal: A New Breed of Hero is the first feature-length animated film from the United Arab Emirates and a Barajoun Entertainment film to win the award for Best Inspiring Movie in the Animation category. Bilal bin Rabbah himself was one of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad. Even so, this film was made by not highlighting Islamic studies in depth so that it can be accepted by various groups, not only Muslims. This film tells the story of Bilal's struggle from childhood to old age to be able to free himself and other people from Umayyah slavery. Bilal struggles for freedom, truth and justice which is impossible for him because he has been a slave all his life without being able to put up a fight. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the main character in the film Bilal: A New Breed Of Hero, namely Bilal bin Rabbah who fights for human independence from other human possessions in the path of truth, namely the teachings of Islam, and fights for the rights that should be owned by every human being. man. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, the existing data were collected by watching and recording the main points of the film Bilal: A New Breed of Hero. Yogyakarta is one of the provinces in indonesia that has many culture, among them is sekaten tradition. Sekaten is a culture to commemorate the birth of prophet Muhammad SAW by Kesultanan Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat. The activities include playing gamelan in Masjid Gede from 5 to 12 Rabiul Awal and closing by grebeg, parade of gunungan to be shared to society. Implementation sekaten in physics learning is a challenge for physics teacher in globalization era. This article aims to integrate physics curriculum in Indonesia and sekaten tradition. This reseach used qualitative method. The impacts are physics teachers can improve skill to manage learning from local culture. Hence, this article discuss method to analysis competence from physics curriculum in Indonesia which integrated sekaten tradition. This result is expected to be guidelines physics teachers to teached physics based sekaten tradition. Futhermore, it can improve student knowledge and attention about local culture

The development of science and technology is increasingly encouraging reform efforts in the use of technological results in the teaching and learning process. One of the results of technology that can be used in the teaching and learning process is educational media. The educational media used must be adapted to the developments and demands of the times. The use of appropriate educational media in the teaching and learning process will facilitate the achievement of learning objectives. The purpose of this paper is to describe that educational media have been known and used in the Islamic education system since the beginning of Islam. The discussion method used is descriptive method. The results of this study are that at the beginning of the spread of Islam, teaching and learning activities were known, at that time educational media already existed and had been applied by the Prophet Muhammad SAW in teaching science and Islamic religious law to his friends. In addition, in the hadith there are several terms used to indicate the use of educational media in learning, such as pictures, pebbles, and fingers. The conclusion of this paper is that educational media will affect whether or not a learning information is complete and on target, as well as affect the final result of the learning process that is carried out. implemented.

Perkembangan bisnis saat ini yang sangat kompetitif dan berkembang pesat karena aktivitas aktivitas dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup tidak terlepas pada sektor transportasi dalam pengiriman barang dan material. Semua penyedia jasa mulai beralih ke media E-commerce dan menggunakan internet untuk media pertukaran informasi dan komunikasi. Perusahaan di Indonesia yang menggunakan media E-commerce yaitu Go-Jek di mana memiliki 100 ribu cabang di 50 kota. peneliti ingin mengetahui tingkat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pada jasa E-Commerce Go-Jek termasuk pelayanan pengirimannya terhadap keputusan pembelian masyarakat. Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menyatakan bahwa semakin banyak penyedia layanan, yaitu Go-Food, yang memberikan kualitas layanan yang diharapkan, maka akan meningkatkan penjualan produk karena terdapat pengaruh yang cukup positif dan signifikan antara variabel  kualitas pelayanan Go-Food terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian.

The Covid-19 pandemic is closely related to the healthy living culture established through the New Habit Adaptation program. This research is a type of quantitative research. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the waste care movement with economic improvement. This research is a type of quantitative research with quasi-experimental approach. The research was conducted in Blulukan Colomadu Karanganyar Village. The sample in this study numbered 50 random citizens, with the division of 25 people as a control group, and 25 people as an experimental group. The results showed that globally it can be concluded that the economic improvement of the respondents in this study was at a score of 105 with a standard deviation of 11.46, which means the level of economic improvement is in the moderate or sufficient category. 

Indiscriminate disposal of iron waste into waters or the environment will be harmful to human health and the environment. In this regard, there must be an understanding of how to properly utilize iron waste so that it can provide economic value along with an understanding of environmentally friendly technology-based entrepreneurship. This community service activity has the aim of providing understanding for students of SMK Tunas Nusantara Department of Industrial Chemistry by utilizing iron waste into ferrous sulfate. The training provided includes: environmentally friendly entrepreneurship, the dangers of iron waste, how to make ferrous sulfate from iron waste and how to package it. The methods used in the training are: improvement and understanding through lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, and practice. During the training, the Tunas Nusantara Vocational School students participated in the training activities well and enthusiastically. The results of the training resulted in SMK students having knowledge about environmentally friendly entrepreneurship which was shown to be able to make ferrous sulfate from iron waste and continue to work on it as an alternative to environmentally friendly technology-based entrepreneurship.

Dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab, keterampilan bahasa, yaitu menyimak (istima’), membaca (qira`ah), menulis (kitabah), dan berbicara (kalam) berkaitan dengan keterampilan penerjemahan. Penerjemahan sebagai proses pengalihan makna dari bahasa sumber ke bahasa sasaran perlu dimiliki oleh pembelajar bahasa, termasuk siswa-siswa madrasah yang mempelajari Bahasa Arab sebagai mata pelajaran wajib. Namun demikian, dalam proses pembelajaran dan praktiknya, pembelajar kerap menemukan masalah, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman mengenai ragam teks dan keterampilan penyuntingan teks. Hal tersebut yang dialami oleh siswa-siswa MAN 1 Karanganyar sehingga dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, yaitu pelatihan penyuntingan teks sastra terjemahan Arab-Indonesia oleh Tim Research Group Bahasa dan Sastra Arab, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). Kegiatan berlangsung secara sinkron melalui media Google Meet dan Google Form dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, drilling, dan problem based learning (PBL). Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, peserta yang terdiri atas siswa kelas X IPA mempelajari teknik penerjemahan dan praktik menerjemahan teks cerita pendek. Setelah itu, mereka mempelajari penyuntingan teks berdasarkan hasil praktik penerjemahan yang dilakukan. Dengan demikian, para peserta mampu menerjemahkan teks sekaligus menyunting terjemahan tersebut.

Dunia akademik dan dunia industri harus memiliki keterhubungan dan keselarasan agar lulusan dari perguruan tinggi dapat langsung terserap di dunia industri. Semakin berkembangnya dunia modern dan teknologi beriringan juga dengan semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan akan berbagai macam produk-produk teknologi seperti perangkat lunak Android. Agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan produk teknologi tersebut, maka diperlukan banyak pengembang aplikasi. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat luas dan mahasiswa mengenai kiat-kiat apa yang harus diketahui untuk menjadi pengembang aplikasi Android. Hasil ataupun manfaat dari pelatihan ini adalah peserta mampu memahami dan mengerti apa sajayang harus dilakukan dan dipahami untuk dapat terjun ke dunia industri. Selain itu, dapatmemberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai dua pandangan yaitu di dunia akademikdan dunia industri.

Nowadays, computers have developed in such a way that there are many possibilities that computers can also do this.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas is disable to produce insulin, which isenergy. Good knowledge determines adherence to diet in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and dietary compliance of patients with type II diabetes mellitus at WolterMonginsidiTk.IIHospital Manado. This study was conducted in August on patients with diabetes mellitus at WolterMonginsidiTk.IIHospital Manado with population are 141 respondents and 35 respondents was taken as samples of this research with using non-probability sampling technique type which is accidental sampling technique. The type of this research was using descriptive analytic method with a cross sectional approach, and used questionnaire as research instrument. The data was collected and analysed using Chi-square test with a significance (α) ≤0.01. The results of Chi-square statistical test obtained ρ-value (α = 0.01). This means that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and dietary compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus at the WolterMonginsidiTk.II Hospital Manado. The conclusion of this studythere is a relationship between knowledge and dietary compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus. The suggestion from this study is hopefully this study can give benefit in Nursing development.  

Emergency is defined as a condition that can threaten the safety of life if it is not treated immediately, and this can happen to anyone, anywhere and anytime. First aid is the immediate and temporary care given to a person. Health education with educational method is defined as a method that can increase the insight and knowledge. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of emergency First Aid education on fracture management knowledge in the community around STIKES Muhammadiyah Manado.The research design used was a quasi-experiment, with a one group posttest research design. In this study, the research sample selected was 12 research respondents, in the selection using random sampling. In collecting research data, this was conducted by distributing research questionnaires to the research respondents. Then, the research data that has been collected is processed using with the Mc-Nemar’s test, with a value level of a ≤ 0.05.The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of emergency first aid on fracture management knowledge with value of p = 0,004 where p value is smaller than a = 0.05. There is an effect of education on the effect of emergency First Aid education on knowledge of fracture management in lay people or the community around the STIKES Muhammadiyah Manado.  

Human Development Index or HDI and Economic Growth in the Regency/City of Banten Province needsto be studied whether the Human Development Index and Economic Growth have influence or not. the studied variable are Independent Variable HDI and Dependent Variable Economic Growth . The research methods used is quantitative method using document data from Central Statistics Agency (CSA) with some literature review. The result showed that HDI had no significant effect on Economic Growth. Where if there is a decrease in the Human Development Index, it can’t be confirmed that it will reduce Economic Growth in Banten Province.   Keywords: HDI, Economic Growth, Banten

Fruit leather  merupakan pengolahan buah yang dikeringkan, memiliki tekstur yang elastis memiliki rasa yang beragam, dan rendah lemak serta memiliki kandungan nutrisi yang berasal dari buah seperti vitamin, serat, kalsium, magnesium, karbohidrat dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi yang optimal serta untuk mengetahui kandungan kimia dan fisiko kimia dari produk fruit leather. Penelitian ini menggunakan ekstrak bit dan juga dekstrin, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pewarnaan serta menjaga kandungan vitamin C yang ada dalam bahan utama. Faktor penelitian yang digunakan yaitu konsentrasi ekstrak bit (10%; 15%; dan 20%)  dan  konsentrasi dekstrin  (1%, 1,5%, 2%). Rasio penambahan ekstrak bit  10% dan penambahan dekstrin 2% dalam pembuatan fruit leather merupakan perlakuan terbaik karena memiliki nilai fungsional yang diharapkan yaitu Kadar air 20,00%. Kadar abu 1,69%, kadar vitamin C 243,25 mg/100g, kadar gula total 62,18%, kuat tarik 0,12 Mpa, serta uji sensoris aftertaste 3,00 (terasa); rasa asam 3,10 (terasa jambu); kenampakan mengkilap 3,02 (terlihat mengkilap); tekstur 2,91 (cukup elastis); warna 2,53 (cukup merah gelap); dan kesukaan overall 3,69 (suka).

Pandemi yang belum tahu kapan akan berakhir ini menjadikan semua pihak menyiapkan diri untuk tetap beraktivitas dengan tetap patuh pada protokol kesehatan harus membatasi jumlah pengunjung dan karyawan yang akhirnya dibagi dalam beberapa shift waktu. Langkah yang dapat dilakukan dalam memasarkan produk di dalam media sosial yang berupa TikTok ini tidak lain dan tidak bukan yaitu membuat hal semenarik mungkin yang tentunya sedikit menaruh bumbu-bumbu produk ke dalam kreativitas video tersebut. sebuah fenomena yang pernah terjadi ketika seorang pria berniat untuk mengiklankan produknya namun yang terjadi malah daya tarik video tersebut melebihi isi dari produk yang ia promosikan. Aktivitas utama dari pemasaran melalui TikTok Shop ini untuk memperluas cakupan konsumen dan bisa lebih dikenal lagi di kalangan masyarakat dengan tidak mengabaikan tujuan awal dari Tji Liewoeng Coffee itu sendiri. Pada tahap ini kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membuat akun TikTok terlebih dahulu dan langsung mengarah kepada fasilitasnya yaitu TikTok Shop yang sesuai dengan konsep Tji Liwueng Coffe. TikTok Shop berisikan fitur dimana produk kita bisa dengan mudah dipasarkan dengan beberapa cara tentunya. Output dari kegiatan pemasaran aplikasi TikTok melalui TikTok Shop yang dijalankan ini adalah untuk menaikan citra dan brand dari Tji Liwoeng Coffee dengan tidak mengubah total. Kemudian dengan adanya TikTok Shop ini berharap target pasar akan semakin meluas dan juga penjualan meningkat dan juga bisa berpotensi untuk merangkul potensi pasar yang baru.    

The impact of covid 19 makes the habits of people who work and students often work or study via online. A cozy and adequate space is needed to carry out online activities and freelance work. The right solution is to design a coworking space mix use building that can provide space and facilities to support comfort for consumers. Coworking Space is a workspace concept that can be used together with various backgrounds such as students, freelancers, students, entrepreneurs, or other companies. In Medan City coworking spaces are still relatively few that have multi-functions as the author designs. Most only prioritize one function so that consumers can easily get bored when working. In this design, hopefully it can be a problem solver and become a comfortable working, meeting and relaxing space for consumers.

Bencana Erupsi Gunung Semeru pada bulan Desemeber 2021 menarik hati kemanusiaan untuk hadir dan berkontribusi dalam membantu pemulihan korban bencana. Hasil Assesment menunjukan banyak para petani yang sulit untuk bisa bangkit lagi memulai pertaninan, para bisnis UMKM yang membutuhkan pengetahuan manajemen, anak-anak yang terhambat fasilitas sekolahnya sertaa krisi akidah akibat krisi ekonomi oeleh karena itu dibuatlah Kegiatan dengan hasil Asessment kebutuhan Masyarakat sekitar yaitu Pengembangan Pertanina, Pengembangan UMKM, Mengajar anak-anak dan Fundrising untuk pembangunan sarana prasana kegiatan dakwah dengan nama Program Probabinsa yaitu Program Bantu Bina Desa. Program ini bertujuan untuk Pengembangan Desa menjadi Desa Madani. Pelaksanan dilakukan secara lansgug oleh tim Probabinsa bersama para Volunteer. Kegiatan berlansgung selama 10 Hari. Hasil kegiatan menunukan efek positif bagi masyarakat semua program terlaksana dengan baik beberapa memenuhi target dan beberapa hampir mencapai target.    

Darah menjadi komponen yang penting bagi tubuh manusia oleh karena itu persediaan darah di Palang Merah Indonesia wajib dijaga. Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia  membuat jumlah persediaan darah di Palang Merah Indonesia mengalami penurunan. Melihat kondisi ini, Dosen dan mahasiswa dari Program Studi D3 Kebidanan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Makassar menginisiasi kegiatan pengabdian dalam  bentuk donor darah  dengan tujuan menarik minat masyarakat dan menjadi agen of change untuk gerakan Donor Darah untuk menambah jumlah persediaan kantong darah di PMI Kota Makassar, upaya kemanusiaan untuk membantu sesama dan wujud nyata pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Juni 2022 di Mbuuk Coffe and Resto Kota Makassar, dengan tetap melaksanakan protokol kesehatan dan prinsip 3M. Peserta yang mendaftar sejumlah 85 peserta, yang memenuhi syarat sebagai pendonor sebanyak 58 peserta. Jumlah darah yang berhasil dikumpulkan adalah sebanyak 58 kantong. Secara keseluruhan acara dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan tertib dan diharapkan.
