Jelnis pelnellitian dalam tullisan ini adalah delskriptif kulalitatif. Telknik pelngulmpullan data yang digulnakan dalam pelnellitian ini adalah delngan cara wawancara, obselrvasi dan julga melnggulnakan belrbagai sulmbelr baik itul belrasal dari bulkul maulpuln julrnal-julrnal yang rellelvan. Hasil dari pelnellitian ini melnulnjulkkan bahwa dalam pelmbelntulkan karaktelr moral pada siswa, gulrul melmiliki pelran yang sangat pelnting. Delngan mellaluli pelmbellajaran al-qulran hadis, gulrul dapat melmbelrikan contoh-contoh karaktelr moral yang diajarkan olelh Nabi Mulhammad Saw. Pelran gulrul dapat selbagai sulmbelr bellajar, motivator, fasilitator, dan elvalulator. Dan meltodel yang digulnakan gulrul ialah meltodel pelmahaman, pelmbiasaan dan keltelladanan

Measurable character education can have an effect on students to grow into better individuals, resulting from constructive feedback through the teacher's exemplary. As a motivator the teacher can move students with their own awareness and responsibility so that they are willing to learn. Islamic education must be able to move the character of students according to the example of Rasulullah SAW. Islam, especially Islamic education, is seen as a binder and guide to the true path, so that the culture that arises will be able to provide benefits, not only to himself, but also to others. To find out the implementation of Islamic education on students' character building, this research uses a qualitative approach. The research method used is a case study using in-depth interviews with school principals, Islamic education teachers and several students of SMK Genius Bandung.  Direct observation and document analysis as data collection techniques, triangulation of sources and methods are used to test the authenticity of the data obtained. The result of this study shows that Islamic education is not only limited to academic assessment, spiritual development, understanding of moral values, and adherence to Islamic principles, in addition it is also important to consider aspects of students' attitudes, morals, and behavior towards each other and their environment which is in accordance with the goals of student character education. Based on the research it is concluded that Islamic education as an independent research variable has a very strong positive relationship with the students' character  building that means it has a very large influence on the students' character building. Therefore, a holistic and integrated evaluation will provide a clear picture that is more comprehensive about Islamic education in the students' character building at SMK Genius Bandung.

The success of a nation is greatly influenced by its young generation. Teachers are the main actors in education in schools. Education is a human effort in order to develop the potential of students to the maximum. In the learning process, there are still many students who have learning difficulties. The focus of this writing discusses learning difficulties in terms of children who are lazy to learn. Teachers as educators must be able to analyze the problems of students who are lazy to learn and find solutions to overcome them. Education is a human effort in order to develop the potential of students to the maximum. In the learning process, there are still many students who have learning difficulties. The focus of this study discusses learning difficulties in terms of children who are lazy to learn. Teachers as educators must be able to analyze the problems of students who are lazy to learn and find solutions to overcome them. The role of the teacher is not only as teaching lessons that have been compiled in the curriculum, but also as a guide, class manager, motivator, facilitator, inspiration, and many other teacher tasks. The cause of students who are lazy to learn is caused by two factors, internal factors (within students) and external factors (outside of students). The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by making observations and interviews and looking from other articles to support statements that have been found in the field.

Berdasarkan penelitian terhadap rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa kelas I, guru sebegai fasilitator dan motivator untuk mendorong peserta didik agar terlibat aktif dan komunikatif dalam pemebelajaran dengan baik, Maka dari itu perlunya memilih pendekatan yang cocok untuk diterapkan yaitu pendekatan pakem sebagai salah satu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa untuk menunjang prestasi dan profesional secara pribadi maupun individu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga April 2023, bertempat di SDN Tambaan 1, penelitian ini dilakukan kepada siswa kelas I. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas I pada pembelajaran IPA materi penghematan air melalui pendekatan pakem di SDN Tambaan 1. Penelitian menggunakan model penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I keaktifan siswa mencapai 75% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100%.

Apart from being a teacher, the teacher also plays an important role as a motivator (motivator or generates motivation for students). In almost every school we will encounter cases of children who are unable to achieve achievements. The achievements referred to in this case do not always have to be in terms of being class champions, but can be defined in other words, children are able to follow the lessons given by the teacher during the learning process. Children with special needs or what we often know as ABK are children who really need help in the form of special treatment from educators who have more experience and understanding of children with special needs.ABK is also the same as other normal humans who need proper educational services. Where through these educational services it is hoped that those with special needs have an environment to be able to establish interactions with other friends, besides that they are also expected to be able to develop the abilities and potential that exist within them. As for the types of children with special needs, they include: 1) cleft (speech impaired) 2) blind (blind) 3) hearing (deaf) 4) paralyzed (damaged) 5) emotional disorders (handicapped) 6) down syndrome 7) Children with Learning Difficulties.

Effective communication within the framework of organizational leadership is something that seems important to be studied properly. Organization is one dimension in which there are leaders and subordinates (followers). Today it is not uncommon for leaders to fail as motivators for their followers. This failure can be seen from the lack of cooperation between leaders and subordinates. This event greatly affects the level of success of the organization itself. Responding to this, the author offers an idea as an alternative problem solving, namely that leaders can actually be good motivators for their followers. One of the most powerful figures in making it happen is through effective communication. This effort aims to find a solution to the communication crisis that occurs among today's organizational leaders. This paper uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The result of this paper is that if every leader builds good communication, then his leadership will run smoothly and be successful.

Lack of awareness of students and peers in the value of civility at the MTS Modern Babussalam Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is qualitative research, collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data was then analyzed by qualitative analysis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat collaborative governance terutama pada tahap pra bencana, dan sejauh mana kerjasama serta upaya-upaya yang telah dilakukan berbagai aktor untuk mengantisipasi bencana di Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  deskriptif  kualitatif.  Subyek penelitian ini dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data  terdiri  atas  observasi observation,  wawancara  dan  dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan manajemen prabencana di Kabupaten Bima di lakukan dengan pendekatan collaboraive governance melaui prinsip koordinasi, keterpaduan, kemitraan, dan pemberdayaan. Dengan keterlibatan seluruh element sebagai perwujudan yang demokratis partisipatif dalam upaya penanggulangan bencana. Dalam pendekatan ini Badan Penanggulangan Bencana bertindak sebagai leading sector berupaya untuk mengimplementasikan program-program yang ada dalam Dokumen Rencana Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah dengan kerjasama lintas sektoral. Dalam implementasinya BPBD bertindak sebagai koordinator, fasilitator, motivator, sekaligus pelaksana program-program. Melalui kolaborasi tersebut menghasilkan strategi penanggulangan bencana melaui perkuatan aturan dan kapasitas kelembagaan yang difokuskan untuk mencapai penguatan kerangka Hukum penyelenggaraan Penanggulangan Bencana dan peningkatan kapasitas serta akuntabilitas tata kelola penanggulangan bencana. Proses kerjasama ini juga telah mengintegrasikan Rencana Penanggulangan Bencana (RPB) kedalam rencana strategis dan rencana kerja tahunan seluruh SKPD. Pemerintah Daerah juga bekerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi dalam mengembangkan hasil-hasil riset yang dapat diterapkan secara langsung oleh Pemerintah, individu dan keluarga seperti pembangunan rumah aman Gempa, sumur resapan dan lainnya. Diharapkan dengan adanya beberapa riset terkait penanggulangan bencana di Kabupaten Bima dapat menurunkan kerentanan daerah terhadap risiko multi bahaya.

This writing is motivated by the phenomenon from the observations in Nagari Mungo that tend to lead to the negative, such as dating behavior that has been done by many students even though they are still at school, fighting behavior that often occurs to solve problems between individuals that should be resolved in a good way and can be  reconcile well.  This is not in accordance with the concept of a spiritual attitude which shows one's thoughts, words, and actions that are always carried out based on divine values ​​or religious teachings.  This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach.  Collecting data in this writing the writer obtained through interviews, observation and documentation.  The data source for this writing uses the key informants of the Akidah Akhlak teacher, and the supporting informants are students.  Data analysis techniques that the authors do are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.  Then the data validity technique uses Source Triagulation.  Based on the results of the study, it can be understood that the role of aqidah moral teachers in developing the spiritual attitude of students at the Al Munawwarah Li Binail Ummah Nagari Mungo Foundation, Luak District, 50 Kota District has an important role in developing students' spiritual attitudes, namely as role models, teachers, mentors, and motivators.

Di dalam maupun di luar ruangan tong sampah sangatlah di butuhkan untuk orang banyak untuk kebersihan lingkungannya. Dengan adanya tong sampah bisa terjaganya lingkungan yang asri dan udara semakin sejuk tanpa adanya sampah- sampah yang berserakan di mana- mana. Pada penelitian ini tong sampah dalam pengaktifannya akan di buat secara otomatis agar lebih mudah penggunaannya yaitu dilengkapi dengan sensor adjustable infrared dan gerbang logika dan dikontrol menggunakan IC L293D dan diteruskan ke motor stepper . tong sampah akan bekerja secara otomatis sehingga mempermudah manusia untuk membuang sampah pada tempatnya, dan lebih efisien dalam penerapannya.dari hasil pengujian didapat sistem bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan harapan yang diinginkan. Disini peran sensor adjustable infrared sangatlah penting yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan sedcara menyeluruh.

The importance of the role of contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia is a challenge for the government. This research aims to describe the role and problems of contemporary da’wah empowerment institutions in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach which originates primarily from journals and books related to contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia. The results of this study found that the formation of da’wah institutions in Indonesia departed from individual awareness to carry out tabligh which developed into a collective awareness to carry out da’wah within a certain system within the da’wah institution. The concept of da’wah is not only synonymous with tabligh but covers all aspects of life and tabligh is only part of Islamic da’wah. An activity can be called da’wah if it includes a system of joint efforts of believers in the context of realizing Islamic teachings in terms of socio-cultural life. The role of da’wah institutions in Indonesia can act as a motivator because basically this approach strategy is basically an effort to raise public awareness so that they can develop the existing resources of the Indonesian people, the environment and the natural surroundings to get better results. This is where the socio-religious potential of preachers and da’wah institutions can carry out their role as Indonesian non-governmental organizations, especially through religious values ​​such as independence, justice, cooperation and so on.

Lembaga pendidikan pertama yang lahir dalam sejarah kehidupan bangsa Indonesia adalah pesantren. Awal mula pesantren muncul dan berkembang pada masa Walisongo di Jawa, ketika Sunan Ampel mendirikan sebuah padepokan di Ampel Surabaya dan menjadikannya sebagai pusat pendidikan. Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan tradisional berbasis agama Islam yang dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat Indonesia saat itu. Pesantren kemudian berkembang tidak hanya khusus untuk pendidikan agama, tetapi juga pendidikan umum, bahkan tokoh-tokoh dari pesantren pun turut serta memerangi penjajah guna mewujudkan nasionalisme. Pendidikan merupakan modal utama bagi setiap bangsa untuk membuka pintu ilmu pengetahuan guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Secara historis, pesantren tentunya telah memenuhi tugas luhur pendidikan yang melahirkan para intelektual Islam di Indonesia hingga saat ini. Pesantren juga dapat diharapkan menjadi lembaga yang mampu melahirkan santri sebagai pelaku utama pembangunan bangsa dengan memadukan beberapa muatan pembelajaran seperti ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, seni, nilai, dan lingkungan dalam proses pembangunan individu masyarakat. Peranan pesantren dalam pendidikan yakni pesantren harus memerankan diri sebagai pengawal dan pelestari nilai-nilai agama. Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan, tentu juga dituntut untuk memerankan diri sebagai pembaru pemahaman keagamaan dan sebagai lembaga pendidikan keagamaan dan pendidikan sosial-kemasyarakatan, pesantren juga dapat mengemban peranan, tugas, misi, dan fungsinya sebagai inspiratory, motivator, dan dinamistor pelaksanaan pembangunan pada tingkat lokal dan regional di daerahnya masing-masing.

Motivasi sangat di perlukan sebagai kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sebab karyawan adalah faktor penggerak utama keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dimana peran sdm sendiri memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap maju dan berkembangnya perusahaan tersebut. Adanya motivasi yang di berikan manajer kepada karyawan membuat karyawan tersebut merasa termotivasi dalam menjalankan setiap pekerjaan yang ia terima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana peran motivasi mempengaruhi minat karyawan dalam bekerja di Balai Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Kelas I Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber dari jurnal jurnal serta buku buku yang bersangkutan dengan judul yang di ambil.
