The problem in this research is whether the teaching style of training has an influence on the learning outcomes of bottom serve skills in the volleyball game of students at SMP Negeri 3 Tondano. This study aims to determine the average score of learning outcomes for lower serve skills in the experimental group's volleyball game which was taught using a high practice teaching style compared to the average score of learning outcomes of lower serve skills in the control group's volleyball game which was not taught using this teaching style. exercise. The research method used is an experimental research method. The population in this study was all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Tondano, totaling 46 people. The sample in this study consisted of 20 people taken randomly. The results of this analysis proved that there were significant differences between the two groups. Where the average learning outcomes for lower serve skills in the volleyball game of students at SMP Negeri 3 Tondano in the group taught with the Practice teaching style were better than the control group who did not receive treatment.

Interest in learning is an important factor that influences learning success. This interest is influenced by internal factors, such as motivation and learning style, as well as external factors, such as parental support, facilities, and the school environment. Low interest in learning has a negative impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore, strategies are needed to improve it, such as the use of creative learning methods, active student participation, parental attention, and a conducive school environment. In addition, the hope of developing self-potential is an important aspect in the formation of adaptive and competitive characters. Its implementation involves education, training, motivation, and environmental support. Individual awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, access to resources, and guidance also play a role in self-development. A holistic approach in this process is important to realize individual potential that is beneficial to oneself and society.

Abstract. Understanding opportunity material is often a challenge for students at primary to secondary education levels. This article aims to discuss the factors that influence students' understanding of opportunity material. These factors include students' cognitive abilities, learning styles, teaching methods used by teachers, learning motivation, previous learning experiences, and a supportive learning environment. By understanding these factors, it is hoped that teaching opportunity material can be more effective and help students understand the basic concepts of opportunity.   Keywords:Student understanding, opportunity material, influencing factors, mathematics learning.   Abstrak. Pemahaman materi peluang seringkali menjadi tantangan bagi siswa di tingkat pendidikan dasar hingga menengah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemahaman siswa terhadap materi peluang. Faktor-faktor tersebut mencakup kemampuan kognitif siswa, gaya belajar, metode pengajaran yang digunakan oleh guru, motivasi belajar, pengalaman belajar sebelumnya, serta lingkungan belajar yang mendukung. This research aims to explore the role of video learning media in creating enjoyable learning at YLA Cibadak Vocational School. In the digital era, the use of video media has become an effective tool for presenting learning material visually and interactively, which can increase student engagement and motivation. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation, interviews and document analysis methods to collect data from teachers and students. The research results show that video learning media contributes significantly in creating an interesting and dynamic learning atmosphere. Students find it easier to understand material presented via video, especially because the visualization supports the explanation of difficult concepts. Additionally, videos provide flexibility for students to learn according to their pace and learning style. However, challenges such as limited access to technology and the need for training for teachers to maximize the use of this media still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right support, video learning media can be an effective tool in creating fun and meaningful learning at YLA Cibadak Vocational School.

It also examines their impact on student engagement and academic achievement. The findings highlight the importance of personalized learning in fostering an inclusive and effective educational environment. By leveraging AI, educators can optimize learning, empower students, and address achievement gaps. This study provides practical recommendations for educators and policymakers to implement AI-based learning strategies effectively.
