Impaired growth and development can occur if nutrition in infancy and children is not fulfilled and is not treated early. Fulfillment of nutritional needs in infants, especially in infants aged 6-12 months where at this time babies are introduced to food, or termed MP-ASI, you should pay attention to several things such as the nutritional content of the ingredients used, administration according to nutritional needs, can be well received by the baby's digestion, preferably produced from local ingredients and is dense in nutrition. Knowledge about nutritional intake patterns is needed by every mother, so that the baby's nutritional needs can be optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge about nutritional intake patterns and weight gain for babies aged 6-12 months at the Keritang Hulu Health Center, Kemuning District. The results of the study showed that 29 mothers (72.5%) had good nutritional patterns and 29 mothers (100%) had weight gain. However, there were 11 mothers who had poor nutritional patterns (27.5%) and all of these mothers' babies did not experience weight gain (100%). the results of the statistical chi-square test that has been carried out show a Pvalue (> 0.05), namely 0.000. The research hypothesis states that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about nutritional intake patterns and weight gain for infants aged 6-12 months at the Keritang Hulu Health Center, Kemuning District, in 2023. Stunting has become a serious health problem in Indonesia as it is associated with failure to thrive, brain development disorders, decreased mental abilities, poor health conditions, and low socio-economic capabilities. In 2020, the United Nations recorded that around 6.3 million Indonesian early childhood or toddler aged children experienced stunting, caused by nutritional deficiencies within the first two years of their lives, maternal malnutrition during pregnancy, and poor sanitation. Through the "Ibu Hebat Keluarga Sehat" (Great Mother, Healthy Family) program, which focuses on balanced nutrition education, it is hoped that the issue of stunting can be addressed by improving individuals' knowledge and skills. Posyandu cadres and PKK officials can implement the 10 common messages of balanced nutrition to combat stunting. Balanced nutrition, categorized by age, is also crucial for every family to know as it contributes to achieving a generation without stunting. This education includes 1. Providing knowledge on balanced nutritional health in addressing stunting and processing local food materials available in the Tambang Village into nutritious meals. 2. Conducting question-and-answer sessions with participants to assess their understanding of the provided material.

Salak farmers in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, face the challenge of low prices during harvest season. To overcome this, they developed salak fruit processing into salak dodol. This step is expected to increase the economic value of their products. The biblical value that can be linked to the solution provided by the farmer group is Genesis 2:15. This verse reflects the value of hard work and human effort to cultivate and maintain natural resources, in line with the salak farmers' efforts in processing salak fruit into salak dodol. This study used a qualitative approach with interviews of salak processing industry employees and analysis of related literature. The processing process involves cleaning, cooking, adding brown sugar and coconut milk, and forming the dough into dodol. The result not only increases economic value, but also provides health benefits. Dodol salak has high economic value, opens local business opportunities, creates jobs, and supports regional economic growth. The product also provides a healthy and delicious food alternative. The positive impact is seen in the improvement of the welfare of the local community, diversification of farmers' income sources, promotion of cultural heritage, and tourist attraction. Processing salak into salak dodol not only increases economic value but also supports the economic growth and welfare of salak farmers, making this practice a sustainable solution.

Agriculture plays an important role in food sustainability and security in Indonesia, including in the City of Tuban. The city has wide potential for the development of the agricultural sector, including crops, plantations, animal husbandry, forestry and fisheries. However, the limited information regarding the current situation of these sectors raises the need for in-depth analysis. This study aims to analyze the portrait of agriculture in the city of Malang with a focus on crops, plantations, animal husbandry, forestry, and fisheries. This analysis will provide insight into the current status, development potential, challenges and opportunities within these sectors. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting field surveys, interviews with farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and other relevant stakeholders. The collected qualitative data were analyzed thematically to describe an overall picture of each agricultural sector. The results of the analysis show that the secondary crops sector has experienced positive growth, but still faces challenges in terms of access to markets and technology. Plantations have great potential in the development of superior commodities, but need to improve infrastructure and environmental sustainability. Livestock is experiencing rapid development, but faces problems in waste management and animal health. Forestry is faced with land expansion and forest restoration, while fisheries require steps to maintain the sustainability of fish resources. These findings provide important input for the local government and related stakeholders to develop a strategy for sustainable agricultural development in the City of Tuban.
