Firms big and small that can weather the economic storm will be able to hire more people and put more people out of poverty. Lacking proper asset segregation, small and medium-sized firms in Medan's Kampung Baru, Maimun District, tend to skimp on accounting. Intuition and expertise continue to guide the decision-making process for the majority of these heavy traders. One goal of PKM in basic accounting courses for SMBs is to teach students how to perform accounting in a way that is both methodical and crucial for measuring revenue, expenses, and profits. to keep up with the company's progress. In the Medan Maimun District of Kampung Baru Village, there are three steps to carrying out community service: conducting interviews and field observations, training, and mentoring and monitoring. Increased work motivation is one possible outcome of this activity's success in expanding participants' understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles and practices.

Sport is an activity that exists throughout the world and is an important aspect in a person's life. One of them, in Indonesia, sport plays an important role in increasing national success and resilience.  The Youth and Sports Department has an important role in cultivating the younger generation's interest in sports. They can help young athletes develop their skills, provide guidance, and inspire them. This Field Work Practice Report aims to increase interest in sports among the younger generation. The objectives include organizing activities and programs to increase interest in sports, increasing national achievements by involving the younger generation in sports, increasing public awareness of the importance of sports, and increasing access to sports facilities through various activities and programs.

Vocational education, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK), has an important role in preparing competent and skilled human resources (HR) to meet the needs of the world of work. In facing the challenges of evolving technology, the block system is applied as a learning innovation to align education with industry needs. This system allows students to focus on mastering productive competencies through structured learning, such as Field Work Practices (PKL) and productive subjects. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with observation and interviews to evaluate the implementation of the block system at SMK Negeri 4 Serang City. The results showed that the block system has great potential in improving students' confidence and competence, but obstacles such as limited facilities, schedules, and teacher training are still the main challenges. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include cooperation between schools, parents and industry, as well as increasing teacher capacity through training. With planned implementation and optimal support from all parties, the block system can contribute significantly to producing graduates who are competent, disciplined and ready to compete in the job market.

This study investigated the effects of different leadership styles on employee productivity in JUHEL Pharmaceutical Firm, Anambra State, Nigeria. The primary objectives were to analyze the impact of transformational leadership, evaluate transactional leadership, and explore laissez-faire leadership's influence on productivity, as well as compare these styles' overall effectiveness. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 66 employees through structured surveys. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and ANOVA were employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on employee productivity, enhancing motivation and performance. Transactional leadership showed a moderate impact, fostering goal-oriented behaviors and structured work environments. Conversely, laissez-faire leadership was found to have a minimal effect on productivity, often leading to lower employee engagement due to insufficient guidance. Comparative analysis indicated that transformational leadership outperformed the other styles in promoting higher productivity metrics. This study highlights the importance of effective leadership strategies for enhancing productivity in pharmaceutical firms. It suggests that JUHEL Pharmaceutical Firm and similar organizations should prioritize transformational leadership development to achieve optimal performance. The research contributes valuable insights to the field of leadership studies and offers a basis for future investigations into leadership practices and productivity outcomes.

This activity aims to provide practical experience to students so that they can apply the theory they have learned on campus to real situations in the field. Field Work Practice (Innovation Development (PKL/PI)) is a course that must be taken as one of the graduation requirements in completing an undergraduate education degree by students of the Undergraduate Study Program (S1) at STIE Madani Balikpapan. Innovation Development (PI) is a form of service activities of STIE Madani students both undergraduate Accounting and undergraduate Management programs to the community. This activity is carried out for 3 months, from August to October 2024. One of the villages where the Innovation Development (PI) activity was carried out was the Klandasan Ulu village which was carried out by group 4. Innovation Development was carried out in the form of assistance to MSMEs Pawon Bulek Chips in RT 44 Klandasan Ulu Village and conducting seminars on marketing strategies. The seminar activities carried out were digital marketing with the title Building Brand Awarness Through Social Media: Latest Techniques and Trends. Aims to provide an understanding to MSME players and their surroundings about the importance of digital marketing in the current era. With this development, it is hoped that MSME players can reach wider marketing and further utilize digital applications to make products more developed among the community.

Field Work Practice (PKL) or also known as Innovation Development (PI) is a service activity of STIE Madani Balikpapan students to the community, especially to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The MSME target for the Innovation Development Program in this group is AA Bakery and Cake which is located in RT 01 Mekarsari sub-district, Central Balikpapan District. The aim of this PI activity is to assist in creating innovation in terms of improving business branding in order to increase brand awareness among customers as well as assisting in creating digital financial reports.

This service aims to optimize e-commerce sales recording on the Shopee platform using Google Sheets. The problem faced by companies is the difficulty in managing transaction recording manually which is often time consuming and prone to errors. Service is carried out through field work practice at PT Aliyan Jaya Perkasa. The service results show that integrating Shopee sales data into Google Sheets can increase efficiency and accuracy in managing sales data in real-time. The contribution of this service lies in developing a more structured digital recording process for small and medium businesses.

Literary studies are included in several normative fields, namely literary theory, literary history, literary criticism, comparative literature and also literary studies. This research discusses the employment of underage workers from the perspectives of Islamic Law and Law No. 13 of 2003 on Employment. In Islam, the protection of children and underage workers is strictly regulated, emphasizing the importance of justice and safeguarding their basic rights. Law No. 13 of 2003 also sets forth various provisions aimed at protecting underage workers, though its implementation in the field often faces numerous challenges and deviations. This study aims to analyze how Islamic Law and Law No. 13 of 2003 regulate the employment of underage workers and assess the application of these regulations in practice. The research questions posed in this study are: 1) How does Islamic Law regulate the employment of underage workers? 2) How does Law No. 13 of 2003 on Employment provide protection for underage workers, and how is it implemented in practice? The research method used is a normative juridical approach with an analysis of legal texts and their implementation in the field. The findings show that although there are clear provisions in Islamic Law and national legislation, the implementation in the field still requires improvement to achieve optimal protection for underage workers.

But it also talks about the difficulties in putting non-educational activities into practice, such the absence of educational resources and perspectives. Empowerment through KNN activities has a huge long-term impact since students' improved English proficiency may boost their competitiveness in the labour market and give them access to a variety of global information sources. All things considered, the KNN exercise at MTS Sabilal Muhtadin demonstrates how combining science and community service may benefit both students and communities at large.

This study examines the effectiveness of enhancing teacher training and development programs for maritime instructors by focusing on improving both pedagogical skills and industry knowledge. The research explores applied management strategies in the fields of port, shipping, and logistics, aligning them with industry-specific educational needs. Qualitative perspectives from 5 maritime professionals, 5 lecturers, and 5 graduates working in maritime sectors were analyzed through descriptive analysis. The study aims to understand how maritime instructors can effectively integrate technical, promotional, marketing, and innovative skills into their teaching practices to better prepare students for the maritime industry. The data collection was conducted through structured interviews, observations, and focus group discussions. Findings indicate that improving teacher training not only enhances instructor competencies but also bridges the gap between maritime education and industry requirements. Key indicators include the effectiveness and efficiency of the training programs, with a performance score of 9/10 based on qualitative assessment. The paper discusses the implications for maritime vocational education, emphasizing the need for continuous improvement in instructor development. The study concludes with recommendations for further enhancing maritime teacher training programs by incorporating modern management practices and technological advancements to ensure that maritime education stays relevant to industry demands.

Yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) is a type of large pelagic fish that is spread in tropical and subtropical oceans throughout the world and is a leading export commodity of Indonesia. This field work practice aims to increase insightknowledge, skills, and experience in the tuna canning process. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the export of fishery products in the form of tuna in cans. The processing process carried out begins with receiving raw materials, washing and thawing, cutting, then cooking, showering. Furthermore, pre-cleaning and cleaning, metal detecting, filling meat, filling medium, closing cans, sterilization, incubation, labeling and packing, and the stuffing process are carried out. The quality control method used is sig sixma, where the resulting DPMO value is 6.41 and sigma 440.382. Meanwhile, the control chart calculations obtained central line (CL) results, namely points 3,4, and 5. Meanwhile, points 6, 7, and 10 were above the central line (CL) and points 1, 2, 8, and 9 were below the center line (CL). This study aims to describe how to overcome the limited time for public speaking practice which results in the lack of readiness of Field Work Practice (PKL) participants in discussions and debates, as well as improving ineffective communication between PKL participants and trainers so that the learning process can run more smoothly. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to understand the experiences of participants during PKL at the Language and Arts Department, Palangka Raya University, focusing on exploring the work environment, work ethic, and social relationships. The location of the study was at the Language and Arts Education Department, Palangka Raya University with the research subjects being students who had undergone PKL for three months. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that limited time for public speaking practice resulted in a lack of readiness of participants in facing discussion and debate situations. The solutions implemented included adding practice sessions outside official hours and on weekends. In addition, the lack of effective communication between PKL participants and trainers was identified as an obstacle in the learning process. To overcome this problem, better communication media, such as social media groups or messaging applications, were implemented to facilitate the exchange of information.

The purpose of this study was to determine the progress of the repeated practice sessions in reading notation according to the predetermined practice schedule and to find out the problems in implementing the practice activities faced by HKBP Dolok Margu musicians.This study uses a Qualitative Approach Method. The work processes carried out are observation, interviews, documentation. This study was conducted by collecting information through field research to obtain results that are processed into definite data.The results of the conclusion of this study are that the Application of the Drill Method in Reading BE.NO 6 Notation at HKBP Dolok Margu Resort Dolok Sanggul has experienced significant changes.This is indicated by the consistency of the practice process carried out on Thursdays and Fridays at 16:00 to 18:30, musicians from the Dolok Margu area, reading number notation and staff notation and habits of each service, the congregation's response liked after the drill method was carried out in reading notation at HKBP Dolok Margu.

Aspects of Employee Characteristics, namely DLH employees in having good quality because they are in accordance with the educational qualifications and skills possessed, then also in carrying out employee duties ensuring that every company in Prabumulih City can progress but still ensuring the environment in the form of rivers, land and others does not damaged by pollution. As for the aspects of Management Policy and Practice, namely internal vertical and horizontal communication within the DLH Department, it is quite good, then communication with other institutions is also quite good. Then at the DLH Office, there are rarely awards given to employees, so it can be said that the reward system has not been able to stimulate employees to seek effective performance creation and performance and performance development.

This qualitative literature review explores "Dynamic Workload Adjustment in Condition-Based Maintenance: A Review of Robust Optimization Approaches for Production Systems." The study synthesizes recent advancements in condition-based maintenance (CBM) frameworks, focusing on the application of robust optimization techniques to enhance production efficiency and maintenance decision-making. The review highlights the importance of dynamic workload adjustment as a crucial strategy for aligning maintenance activities with fluctuating production demands, ultimately aiming to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization. By analyzing eight key studies in the field, this review identifies the strengths and challenges associated with the implementation of robust optimization models in CBM practices. Key findings indicate that while robust optimization significantly improves maintenance outcomes, challenges remain in terms of complexity, required skill sets, and organizational culture. The review concludes by emphasizing the need for further empirical research and the exploration of hybrid models to fully realize the benefits of dynamic workload adjustment in diverse industrial contexts. This study provides a comprehensive overview that will aid researchers and practitioners in understanding and advancing condition-based maintenance methodologies.

Giant Freshwater Prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) or also known as Giant Freshwater Prawn is a type of crustacean that has the largest size compared to other freshwater prawns. Giant prawns are a freshwater fisheries commodity that has great potential to be developed because it has a high selling value. This Field Work Practice (PKL) activity was carried out at the Brackish Water Cultivation Installation (IBAP) in Probolinggo City, East Java. The results of Field Work Practices (PKL) regarding giant prawn nursery techniques start from preparing nursery ponds, preparing water for rearing media, stocking juveniles, managing water tanks for rearing media, water quality management, feed management, controlling pests and diseases, as well as harvesting and packaging. Water quality measurements include DO with values obtained at 5.1-5.6 mg/L, pH 7.1-8.7, temperature reaching 24-28°C, and salinity ranging from 0-5 ppt. The feed given is Artemia salina, corn bran mixed with flakes in a ratio of 3:1, and commercial feed is in the form of pellets with a frequency of administration twice a day, namely in the morning and evening.
