This study aims to examine the role of life cycle and bio-accounting in achieving sustainable broiler chicken production and to analyze whether environmental intelligence moderates these relationships. The life cycle approach is viewed as a comprehensive method for assessing resource efficiency, waste management, and environmental impacts throughout each stage of broiler production. Bio-accounting serves as a tool to measure and record biological aspects affecting livestock performance, feed consumption, emissions, and production efficiency. A quantitative method was employed through surveys distributed to small- and medium-scale broiler farmers. The results indicate that both life cycle and bio-accounting have a positive and significant effect on sustainable broiler production. Moreover, smart environmental strengthens these effects, as farmers with higher levels of environmental intelligence are better able to utilize bio-accounting information and life cycle assessments to manage resources efficiently and reduce environmental impacts. These findings highlight the importance of integrating life cycle analysis, bio-accounting practices, and environmental intelligence to enhance the sustainability of broiler production.

Sustainability reporting has been increasingly popular in recent years as businesses become more aware of environmental challenges. 96% of the top businesses in the world have implemented sustainability reporting practices, according to a KPMG survey. The effect of sustainability reporting practices on environmental performance is examined in this study. Sustainability reports, the implementation of GRI standards, and external assurance are used to gauge sustainability reporting procedures; firm size is used as a control variable. In this study, 305 observational data from manufacturing firm over a five-year period (2018-2022) were analysed quantitatively using binary logistic regression. The findings indicate that while the use of GRI standards has a positive and significant effect on environmental performance, sustainability reports and external assurance have no significant effect. These findings show that the implementation in GRI standards encourages business commitment to sustainable practices and transparency, both of which have a significant impact on environmental performance. In the meanwhile, external assurance and sustainability reports tend to be mostly symbolic and do not demonstrate a real commitment to environmental improvement. Environmental performance is positively impacted by the control variable, firm size. These findings suggest that a company's environmental performance is correlated with its size. As a control variable, firm size contributes to maintaining and clarifying the relationship between environmental performance and sustainability practices while ensuring objective and valid study findings. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening the quality of sustainability reporting and expanding the application of external standards and assurance to improve the credibility and accountability of corporate environmental performance in Indonesia.

This research aims to develop a digital-based governance model for village finance to support the realization of a Smart and Green Village. The study analyzes how digital transformation in village finance management can increase transparency, accountability, and efficiency, while promoting sustainability-oriented budgeting and environmental practices. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was used to identify, evaluate, and synthesize scientific publications from 2022 to 2025, accessed through reputable databases such as ScienceDirect, Springer, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, SAGE, ACM, and IEEE. The review focused on topics including digital governance in villages, digital public finance, smart village development, green budgeting, environmental sustainability, and rural digital transformation. Findings indicate that digital-based village finance governance enhances administrative efficiency, strengthens budget transparency through real-time monitoring, minimizes financial deviation risks, and boosts public participation in fiscal accountability. Integrating digital systems with green budgeting features enables the prioritization of sustainable programs, such as renewable energy, waste management, climate change mitigation, and green infrastructure development. The study suggests a comprehensive digital-based governance model that includes e-budgeting, e-accounting, digital payment systems, public transparency dashboards, and environmental performance indicators to support the implementation of a Smart and Green Village. This research offers strategic insights for village governments, policymakers, and practitioners on the importance of adopting digital governance tools to improve financial management and strengthen sustainable development at the local level.

This study evaluates the consistency of transmitter level performance through calibration data obtained from the Instrumentation Maintenance Unit of the Cilegon PLTGU. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy, linearity, and stability of transmitter output against standard reference values. Qualitative methods were used, including direct observation, interviews, and literature studies to support the analysis of calibration procedures. Calibration data from the Masoneilan 12420-51 and Yokogawa EJA210E transmitters were analyzed using a comparative approach between normal and abnormal calibration results. Classification was based on the difference between the actual output and the 4–20 mA standard signal, with a tolerance limit of ±0.25% in accordance with ISA and IEC calibration standards. The results of the study show that the Level-3 Deaerator Storage Tank transmitter operates within the normal range, with excellent linearity and accuracy, while the Flash ST Tank Level transmitter shows minor deviations outside the tolerance limit, categorized as abnormal. These deviations suggest the potential for drift or zero shift influenced by environmental factors and aging. This study concludes that periodic calibration is necessary to maintain tranmitter performance reliability and ensure accurate signal transmission in the automatic control system at the Cilegon PLTGU facility.

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and the power of the Chief Executive (CEO) on the financial performance of banking companies on the IDX during the period 2023-2023. . Environmental Social Governance (ESG) is becoming a new standard in the investment world, requiring companies to be more responsible for the environment, social, and good corporate governance practices can increase public trust, one of which is by implementing ESG which has been proven to be a trigger for sustainable business growth, while the CEO is the president director or main director in a company and has obligations for the tasks and success of the business. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive verification technique. The research sample consisted of 22 companies. ESG is measured using a dummy variable with a value of 1, CEO power is measured based on the length of tenure, and the company's financial performance is measured using Return On Asset (ROA). Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the results obtained indicate that (1) ESG has a negative effect on financial performance. (2) CEO power has a positive effect on the company's financial performance.

The Gas and Steam Power Plant (PLTGU) utilizes exhaust heat from gas turbines to produce steam, which is then used to drive steam turbines. One of the critical processes in this system is seawater desalination, which requires reliable measuring instruments to ensure the continuity and quality of the water supply. The Differential Pressure Flow Transmitter type Azbil JTD920S is used to measure fluid flow rates at four main points: Sea Water Flow (feed), Distillate Water Flow, Condensate Water Flow, and Sea Water to Ejector Condenser Flow. A decline in transmitter performance may occur due to environmental factors, corrosion, and high workload, making periodic preventive maintenance (PM) essential. This study aims to analyze the transmitter’s performance by comparing PM data with the manufacturer’s maximum specifications using literature studies, direct observation, and interviews. The calculation results show that the highest performance levels are found in the Distillate Water Flow (73.53%) and Sea Water to Ejector Condenser Flow (73.87%) lines, while the lowest is in the Condensate Water Flow (49.00%). These findings emphasize the importance of close monitoring of high-performance transmitters to prevent premature failure and maintain the efficiency of the desalination process.

The increasing global pressure for environmental sustainability has encouraged companies to adopt socially and ecologically responsible business practices. Green accounting has emerged as a strategic approach to integrate environmental information into corporate decision-making and reporting. This study aims to explore and analyze the relationship between green accounting, resource efficiency, and sustainability reporting within the framework of sustainability management accounting. The research employs a systematic review approach of 50 studies sourced from Google Scholar and the Wiley Online Library. The findings affirm that green accounting functions not only as an environmental recording system but also as a strategic management tool that supports operational efficiency and holistic sustainability reporting.

This study aims to determine the effect of sustainability performance on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is a type of quantitative research. The data used are primary data obtained from 6 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023 with a total of 24 observation data during 4 years of observation. The data collection technique used is documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSSV.27 software. The results of the study show that economic performance (X1) has a positive and significant effect on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) This is evidenced by the t-calculated value of 4.055 > t table 1.725 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile, social performance (X2) has been proven to have a negative and significant effect on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This is evidenced by the t-calculated value of -4.495 > t table 1.725 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and the environmental performance variable (X3) also has a positive and significant influence on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This is evidenced by the t-calculated value of 3.074 > t-table 1.725 and a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05. Partially, these three variables have a significant influence on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a value of (R2) of 0.682.

This study aims to examine how technology, particularly social media, plays a role in increasing community participation in the development of the sago forest tourism area in Kampung Sereh, Sentani District, Jayapura Regency. The area holds strong natural and cultural potential, yet its development as a tourist destination remains underutilized. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, field observations, and document analysis. findings reveal that digital technology-especially social media platform such as Instagram and Facebook-has broadened the reach of tourism promotion. Young people in the community have started to use these platforms to share tourism- related activities and local cultural practices. However, challenges persist, including low digital literacy, limited access to proper devices, and the lack of technical training and assistance. Community participation is evident in various aspects, such as organizing cultural performances, preparing traditional food, and engaging in environmental conservation. This study recommends ongoing digital training and the formation of a community- managed promotional team to support sustainable and inclusive tourism development.

Business location plays a crucial role in determining the success and development of a business, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze how business location influences the performance and sustainability of the Fresh and Healthy Juice MSME in Medan. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews with business owners, and documentation of daily business activities. The results show that selecting a strategic location, namely on the main road and close to busy areas such as markets, schools, and offices, has a positive impact on increasing the number of customers and sales volume. Factors such as easy transportation access, environmental cleanliness, comfort of the place, and the attractive appearance of the store also support a positive product image in the eyes of consumers. In addition, an easily accessible location simplifies the distribution of raw materials and expands opportunities for word-of-mouth promotion. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the right business location is an important strategy in increasing competitiveness and business revenue. Therefore, for MSMEs, selecting a location that suits the target market needs to be carefully considered so that the business can grow sustainably.

The use of fossil-fueled vehicles has long been a major cause of exhaust emissions that pollute the air and exacerbate global climate change. In an effort to address this problem, Indonesia has begun developing electric vehicles as a more environmentally friendly alternative solution. Electric vehicles (EVs) are considered capable of reducing dependence on fossil fuels while simultaneously reducing air pollution levels. The Indonesian government has demonstrated its commitment to supporting electric vehicle development by issuing several strategic policies, including Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 55 of 2019 concerning the Acceleration of the Battery-Based Electric Motor Vehicle Program for Road Transportation, and Presidential Instruction (Inpres) Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Use of Battery-Based Electric Motor Vehicles as official vehicles for central and regional government agencies. In line with these policies, research was conducted to assess the power consumption efficiency of the Ken Dedes electric vehicle prototype, designed using a 250-watt DC motor and a mid-drive system. The main focus of this research was to analyze the effect of variations in module input voltage and gear size on the vehicle's power consumption level. The method used was an experimental approach with a quantitative approach, where a series of tests were conducted on several gear combinations and input voltage levels. The results of the study indicate that variations in these two parameters—gear size and input voltage—significantly affect motor power consumption. The most optimal combination in this study achieved a power consumption efficiency of 6 Wh/km. This figure demonstrates the most energy-efficient performance in vehicle operation and can serve as a benchmark for further development of similar electric vehicles. This research provides an important contribution to efforts to encourage the use of more efficient and sustainable electric vehicles in Indonesia.

This study discusses the effect of valve weight and clearance on the efficiency of a hydraulic ram pump, with a focus on optimizing water discharge efficiency in the Sumberingin Tourism Area, Wringinsongo Village, Tumpang, Malang Regency. The method used in this study is an experiment with variations in valve weight consisting of 10 kg, 11 kg, and 12 kg, as well as valve clearances varying between 16.5 mm, 24.5 mm, and 32.5 mm. The results showed that the combination of a valve weight of 10 kg and a clearance of 16.5 mm produced the highest water discharge efficiency, namely 69.7 liters per minute, with an optimal efficiency of around 33%. In the optimization process, the application of Design of Experiment (DOE) revealed that a valve weight of 11 kg and a clearance of 16.5 mm can produce a maximum discharge efficiency of 63.155 with a desirability value reaching 0.7671. These findings indicate that proper settings on valve weight and clearance can contribute significantly to increasing the efficiency of a hydraulic ram pump. This research provides valuable insights into improving the performance and reliability of hydraulic ram pumps in rural water distribution systems. Understanding the influence of these variables is expected to yield more effective solutions for water resource management, particularly in areas requiring efficient irrigation systems. Furthermore, this research also opens up opportunities for further research on hydraulic ram pump optimization by considering other factors that can influence the efficiency and performance of the overall water distribution system. It is hoped that the results of this research can serve as a reference for the development of more efficient and environmentally friendly hydraulic ram pump technology, as well as supporting the sustainability of water resource management in rural areas.

The study explores the relationship between green marketing initiatives and enhancing firms' competitive capabilities, emphasizing how eco-friendly practices influence performance and strategic positioning. By analyzing green marketing theory, the study provides a comprehensive understanding of how sustainability-focused strategies can strengthen innovation, differentiation, and customer loyalty. It underscores the role of green marketing in improving long-term competitiveness and aligning business goals with environmental responsibility. Using empirical studies and diverse sources, the research demonstrates that green marketing is not merely a branding tool but a core element in building strategic advantages, especially within Iraq’s evolving market and regulatory environment. The findings reveal a positive relationship between green marketing practices and competitive capabilities. Environmentally driven strategies improve firm performance, enhance responsiveness to market demands, and reinforce brand value, enabling companies to thrive in dynamic business contexts. Consequently, the research recommends adopting green marketing as an integral component of strategic planning for Iraqi companies to ensure resilience, sustainability, and competitive growth. Enhancing the efficiency of renewable energy on ships is crucial for reducing dependency on fossil fuels. This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method, aiming to design and implement a solar panel optimization system for battery charging, with a focus on increasing power efficiency and providing real-time performance monitoring. The system is designed using Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology to maximize the solar panel's power output. A 200Wp solar panel with dimensions of 1290 x 760 x 30 mm was utilized. Static testing results show that the deployed sensors possess a high degree of accuracy, with an average error of 0.71% for the temperature sensor and only 1.81% for the light sensor used to monitor environmental conditions. Dynamic and system integration tests prove that the MPPT implementation significantly increases power output efficiency by 30.83% compared to a system without MPPT. Furthermore, the system with MPPT charges the battery approximately 27% faster. Additionally, the developed Modbus protocol-based monitoring system enables comprehensive and remote monitoring of key parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, and light intensity via a cloud database. Data communication reliability tests confirmed the system's capability to transmit entire data packets to a Google Sheets database at a periodic interval of 15 seconds without failure. Based on these results, the developed solar panel optimization system is feasible for implementation in maritime environments to enhance the utilization efficiency of renewable energy and the operational reliability of onboard systems.

Waste candlenut shells are one type of biomass that has significant potential to be developed as an alternative energy source, particularly in the form of briquettes. Candlenut shells, which are typically discarded as agricultural waste, contain combustible material that can be transformed into solid fuel. However, the traditional briquette molding process is still done manually, which is time-consuming, inefficient, and often results in inconsistent briquette shapes and density. This study aims to design and develop a briquette molding machine specifically for processing candlenut shell waste, with the goal of improving both production efficiency and the quality of the briquettes produced. The research methodology includes several stages: mechanical design, selection of appropriate materials, fabrication of machine components, assembly, and performance testing of the machine. The resulting machine utilizes a screw conveyor compression system powered by a 5.5 HP petrol engine. It features a cylindrical mold with a 40 mm diameter to shape the briquettes uniformly. During the performance test, the machine demonstrated a maximum production capacity of 14.3 kg per hour, with an average processing time of 24 minutes and a briquette yield reaching up to 85%. The findings indicate that the machine can significantly streamline the briquette production process while maintaining product consistency and quality. This briquette molding machine is particularly suitable for household and small-scale industries aiming to utilize renewable energy sources and reduce dependency on fossil fuels. The use of this machine also supports environmental sustainability by converting agricultural waste into a usable energy product.

Digital transformation and sustainability demands are driving the need for the integration of E-HRM and Green HRM to achieve sustainable organizational performance. This integration serves as a solution to the challenges of resource efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and enhanced employee engagement in the digital era. This research aims to analyse the role of E-HRM in enhancing Green HRM practices and its impact on sustainable organizational performance. The research methodology employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), utilising the Scopus database, with selection based on inclusion-exclusion criteria, data extraction, and thematic analysis of selected journals. The anticipated impact of E-HRM is its support for Green HRM through the digitalization of HR processes that reduce resource usage, the establishment of digital platforms for environmental awareness, and data-driven impact measurement. The integration of both significantly enhances sustainable performance across three dimensions: environmental (a 20-30% reduction in carbon footprint), economic (15-25% cost savings), and social (30-40% increase in employee engagement). Key implementation factors include technological readiness, management commitment, and alignment with ESG strategies. This research contributes a conceptual framework for the integration of E-HRM and Green HRM, along with practical recommendations for achieving sustainable competitive advantage in the digital age.

This research analyzes the business licensing process for plywood products at PT Anugerah Albasia Abadi Talun, Blitar Regency. It aims to identify the processes undertaken, the obstacles encountered, and to provide recommendations. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach and the Triple Bottom Line framework, data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research findings indicate that the company has successfully fulfilled all complex formal licensing requirements, including the Business Identification Number (NIB), Industrial Business License (IUI), Timber Legality Verification Sistem(SVLK) certificate, Environmental Management and Monitoring Efforts (UKL-UPL), and Forest Product Transportation and Trading License (IPHH), demonstrating a commitment to regulatory compliance. Nevertheless, the licensing process is still hampered by the disharmony between the digital Online Single Submission (OSS) system and manual practices, dynamic regulatory changes that are not yet widely disseminated, limited internal human resource capacity, and a lack of harmonization and coordination among government agencies. The Triple Bottom Line analysis reveals that licensing legality supports economic competitiveness and market access, while social aspects are well-established through local job creation and CSR programs. However, environmental management remains administrative and not yet fully performance-based. Therefore, the research recommendations focus on strengthening internal capacity, optimizing the OSS system, developing proactive environmental management, and enhancing continuous community involvement to achieve higher operational efficiency and sustainability

Climate change driven by global warming has prompted companies to enhance transparency regarding the environmental impacts of their operational activities, particularly in the disclosure of carbon emissions. Such disclosure is essential to address stakeholder demands and to gain social legitimacy, in accordance with stakeholder theory, which serves as the foundation of this study. This research aims to empirically examine the effect of environmental performance, profitability, and institutional ownership on carbon emission disclosure among non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study comprises non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 332 observations from 115 companies. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The results reveal that environmental performance has a positive effect on carbon emission disclosure, indicating that the better the company’s environmental performance, the higher the level of carbon emission disclosure. Profitability and institutional ownership, however, have no significant effect on carbon emission disclosure.

This report presents a comprehensive overview of the crucial role of Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control systems in maintaining an optimal environment for premature neonates in modern infant incubators. The main focus is directed on the effectiveness of the PID system in regulating vital physiological parameters such as temperature, humidity, and stability of the baby's body temperature, which greatly determine the survival and development of the neonate. The PID control system is proven to be able to provide a fast and accurate response to changes in environmental conditions, thus maintaining parameter stability in real-time. The integration of PID technology with modern incubator devices enables precise automatic setup, supports energy efficiency, and improves patient safety and comfort. The report also discusses various PID tuning methods, such as Ziegler-Nichols and adaptive methods, which are used to improve the performance of the system in the face of environmental dynamics and individual characteristics of infants. Implementation challenges identified include system complexity, need for periodic calibration, and limited technical resources in healthcare facilities. However, continuous innovations in control design and algorithms have driven the evolution of incubator devices to be more intelligent and responsive. Thus, the PID control system plays a central role in supporting neonatal life-support technologies, while representing significant advances in biomedical engineering and intensive care of premature infants.

This study examines the reclamation plan of PT. Z for the 2023–2027 period with the aim of assessing the technical feasibility, ecological effectiveness, and alignment with national reclamation regulations. A descriptive-quantitative approach was employed through field observations, analysis of geomorphological conditions, evaluation of topsoil management, assessment of revegetation performance, and review of key environmental documents. The planned land disturbance reaches 138.53 ha, with reclamation focused on the disposal and topsoil areas covering 29.67 ha, as the mining pit remains active. Reclamation activities include land recontouring, topsoil spreading, erosion control, establishment of Legume Cover Crops (LCC), and planting of local species such as Rukam. The results indicate that the implemented strategies effectively enhance soil stability, improve vegetation cover, and support ecosystem recovery. Furthermore, the reclamation program meets the key performance criteria set by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, with vegetation cover exceeding 90% and stable slope conditions. Challenges remain, particularly related to sedimentation management and the absence of pit reclamation during the active mining phase. Overall, the study concludes that PT. Z has developed and executed a reclamation plan that reflects good mining practices and environmental stewardship, contributing to the long-term sustainability of post-mining land use.
