Early marriage remains a social problem that impacts the education, health, and future of the younger generation. A lack of understanding among adolescents and the community about the risks of early marriage is a major contributing factor to this practice. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and awareness of students and young people regarding the negative impacts of early marriage and the importance of planning for a healthy and sustainable future. The activity took place on January 12 at MA Darul Rasyidin, Samangki Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency. Methods used included outreach, discussion, and an interactive approach that actively engaged participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the risks of early marriage from a health, educational, social, and legal perspective. This activity is expected to be a preventative measure to reduce the number of early marriages and encourage the formation of a younger generation that is better prepared for the future.

The problem of household waste in Kalanganyar Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency, is increasing along with population growth, while residents' knowledge about waste sorting is still minimal and processing facilities are limited. This community service program aims to increase awareness and cleanliving behavior through education and mentoring on household waste processing based on the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). This activity adopts an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach that focuses on mapping and utilizing local potential, such as health cadres, youth organizations, the spirit of mutual cooperation, and the availability of potential land. The implementation methods include appreciative inquiry, focus group discussions (FGDs), in-depth interviews with the Head of the Sopo Nyongko TPS and community leaders, participatory observation, and practical mentoring for housewives, youth organizations, and TPS managers on February 9. The results of the activity showed an increase in residents' understanding of PHBS and waste management, indicated by the enthusiasm of participants during the educational session. Libraries play a crucial role in broadening the public's knowledge horizons by improving literacy skills. However, the reality at the Samaturu Library in Jambu Malea Village shows that manual management still dominates, leading to various administrative obstacles such as data irregularities, the risk of losing important information, and inefficiencies in tracking daily activities. This condition demands digital transformation to optimize public services at the village level comprehensively and sustainably. This research focuses on the development of a web-based library information system specifically designed to modernize administrative processes to be more systematic, fast, and organized. Built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, this platform offers an intuitive interface for both staff and members. Its superior features include book data management, membership, activity agendas, announcements, and digitizing the borrowing and return process. Furthermore, the system is capable of automatically generating periodic reports to facilitate library performance evaluation. Based on the results of comprehensive testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system functionality was proven to operate optimally according to the required specifications. Direct user trials also showed very positive responses regarding aspects of ease of navigation and operational time efficiency. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of internal management, accelerate the quality of services to library users, and become a major catalyst in realizing superior digital literacy governance in rural areas

The use of moldboard plows in agricultural land preparation often faces wear problems on the share component, leading to increased maintenance time and reduced operational efficiency. This study aims to design and analyze a modular concept for the plow share to improve maintenance and repair efficiency without compromising structural performance. The research methods include field observation, component dimension measurement, design modeling using CAD software, and structural analysis using the Finite Element Analysis  (FEA) method. In addition, maintenance ease was evaluated through a questionnaire based on a rating scale. The results show that the modular design significantly improves maintenance and repair efficiency, with an average score of 4.59 categorized as very good. Structural analysis indicates that the modular design reduces maximum stress on the moldboard and slightly decreases deformation, reflecting improved structural stiffness compared to the conventional design. However, the Safety Factor on the share component remains below the acceptable limit, indicating the need for further development. Overall, the modular design provides an effective solution to enhance maintenance efficiency while maintaining the structural performance of the moldboard plow.

Agrarian conflict is a common issue in development processes, particularly when changes in land ownership or control involve various interests. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of agrarian conflict in the coastal area of Atapupu Beach, Jenilu Village, Kakuluk Mesak District, Belu Regency, triggered by the land acquisition process by the Defense University (UNHAN). The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand the social conditions developing in the community. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the conflict arose due to changes in community access to coastal areas previously used for economic activity. The presence of UNHAN has restricted community activities in the Fish Auction Place (TPI) area, previously a center for fishing activities. This situation has given rise to social tensions between the community and the area management. This study emphasizes that coastal area management needs to consider local community interests through a dialogical and participatory approach to minimize agrarian conflict.

This study aims to enhance the academic synergy of the Quranic Studies and Exegesis Program at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo in supporting Quranic literacy mentoring activities for coastal communities in Oluhuta Village, Bone Bolango Regency. The study is motivated by the low level of Quranic literacy in coastal areas, which is influenced by limited access to religious education and a shortage of competent mentors. This condition is further exacerbated by the fact that most residents of Oluhuta Village are fishermen who spend much of their lives at sea, limiting opportunities for structured learning. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study explores the role of lecturers and students from the Quranic Studies and Exegesis Department in planning, implementing, and evaluating a mentoring program aimed at strengthening basic skills in reading and writing the Quran. The findings show that interdisciplinary academic synergy, particularly in tajwid, tahsin, and Quranic teaching methodologies, significantly improves participants’ Quranic literacy skills. In addition, the program strengthens the relationship between Islamic higher education institutions, particularly IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo, and the surrounding community. It also serves as a medium for implementing academic integration and community service values. This study recommends the development of an integrated and context-based Quranic mentoring model for similar coastal communities in other regions.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the staple food assistance program in Tapadaka Satu Village, Dumoga Tenggara Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, Sulawesi Utara Province. The main sub-focus of this research includes five aspects of effectiveness measurement proposed by Sutrisno (2018), namely: (1) program understanding, (2) target accuracy, (3) timeliness, (4) achievement of objectives, and (5) real change. This research employs a qualitative, descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of the staple food assistance program in Tapadaka Satu Village has not been fully effective. In terms of program understanding, socialization has been conducted by the Social Affairs Office and village government, but some beneficiary families still do not fully understand the program’s mechanisms, rights, and obligations. In target accuracy, discrepancies in beneficiary data persist due to changing socio-economic conditions and the suboptimal updating of DTSEN data. In timeliness, assistance distribution generally follows the mechanism, but delays in fund disbursement still occur. In achieving objectives, the program helps reduce beneficiary families’ food expenditure burden, although delays affect results. Lastly, real change remains limited, short-term, and has not significantly improved community welfare.
