This research aims to produce compatibility between the policies of Abon Surya with the Economic Order Quantity raw material control method, namely the purchase quantity of the Abon Surya policy has an average purchase of 770 kg, for the frequency of purchasing raw materials for jack beans 5 times, for security and point supplies. There is no reordering policy with a total inventory cost of IDR 251,640. Meanwhile, the EOQ method has an average purchase of 1,313 kg. the purchase frequency is only 3 purchases, the security inventory is 90 Kg and the number of reorders is 204 Kg with a total cost of inventory required of IDR 173,254. The cost difference between Abon Surya and the EOQ method is IDR 78,386,417. This shows that there is a saving or reduction in the total cost of inventory needed if Abon Surya can implement the EOQ raw material control method. Apart from that, the packaging used at UMKM Surya Abon for shredded products still uses transparent plastic with stickers, which is less attractive to buyers. Therefore, a new design is needed to attract more buyers.

This research aims to identify the issues faced by one of the paint distributors in managing their sales information system. The study notes that despite the store's successful sales activities, the utilization of the sales information system remains limited, with the store preferring to manage products without online information handling applications. Based on observations, some weaknesses of the current system include lack of stock data accuracy, hindrances in providing real-time stock information, and limitations in tracking stock changes. The author suggests providing training to users of the web-based sales information system and establishing clear task allocation, as well as system improvements to address existing weaknesses. These suggestions are expected to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales management and meet the needs of both administrators and buyers.

Along with technological developments, buying and selling transactions are also influenced by technological developments. In the past, buying and selling transactions were carried out in markets, shops, stalls, but nowadays sellers and buyers carry out buying and selling transactions online (e-commerce), one of which is the marketplace. The increasingly consumerist life of society in the era of globalization has resulted in reduced public awareness of the packaged food products they consume. There are problems that often arise regarding the inclusion of net weight. For example, business actors do not include net weight information on packaged food products. This problem is certainly detrimental to the public because they do not know the actual net weight of the food product. The main problems in this research are (1) What is the legal protection for marketplace consumers against packaged food products that do not include net weight? (2) What factors cause packaged food product businesses in the marketplace to not include net weight? This research is empirical juridical research, meaning that analyzing problems is carried out by combining legal materials which are secondary data with primary data obtained in the field. The legal sources and materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this research indicate that legal protection for marketplace consumers for packaged food products that do not include net weight according to Law Number 8 of 1999 has not been implemented which has different (varied) answers from consumers because some consumers say that there are still business actors who have not know about the rules for including net weight and from the Kupang City Industry and Trade Service itself which has never handled cases regarding business actors selling packaged food products that do not include net weight, in other words there have been no complaints.

Research instrument tests, which include validity and reliability testing, as well as traditional assumption tests, which include tests for heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and normality, were employed in data processing procedures. using the aid of the SPSS22 program. Based on the research findings, it can be inferred that while brand image has a value of 0.00 less than 0.05 or (0.00<0.05), it can be concluded that brand image partially influences purchasing decisions. This is because the company is implementing a new marketing strategy, namely green marketing. The partially green marketing variable has a value of 0.002 which is smaller than 0.05 or (0.002 <0.05). Businesses can gain a competitive edge by using green marketing to enhance their positive consumer perception. This article aims to examine the form of legal protection for buyers due to the implementation of legal regulations in Indonesia regarding cases of hidden defects in e-commerce transactions. This research is normative legal research with primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. This research uses a legislative approach which will then be analyzed using the syllogism method with a deductive mindset. The results of this research show that internal legal protection is created by the parties themselves, if the business actor commits a breach of contract in the form of selling goods that are not in accordance with the agreement, this can result in internal protection not being fulfilled. Meanwhile, the UUPK and PP PSTE are a form of external legal protection because they are regulations that have been made by authorized officials to provide protection to weak parties from injustice.

A house is a basic human need, many people are rarely able to save in cash due to rising house prices. By providing pawn products (Home Ownership Credit), the Bank acts as a mediator between the interests of home buyers and sellers in this situation. However, Muslims are not allowed to use the usury transaction interest system used by mainstream banks. For Muslims who want interest-free financial services, the rise of Islamic banking is a good thing.
