Abstract. Abstract. This journal discusses Canva, an online platform that provides many templates and images for creating presentations, infographics and documents. In learning Japanese at SMA Negeri 1 Candung, Canva can be used as a tool to develop student creativity and combine Japanese language knowledge with technology. Using Canva in learning Japanese at SMA Negeri 1 Candung has several benefits, namely: Helping students develop creativity. Canva allows students to create interesting and unique presentations, infographics and documents. Students can use images, fonts and themes that are appropriate to the material being studied. Canva can be used to create posters, flyers and brochures that convey information in Japanese. Canva allows students to learn graphic and design techniques. Students can practice technical competence in using the Canva application to create professional and attractive presentations, infographics and documents. To work collaboratively in practicing Japanese language competence. Students can train collaborative competencies in creating presentations, infographics and documents that convey information in Japanese together, train digital literacy competencies in using the Canva application to conduct research or convey information in Japanese digitally. Using Canva in learning Japanese in high school can be done online or offline, depending on the student's needs and conditions.

Strengthening MSMEs in the face of globalization and intense competition means being able to respond to global challenges such as increasing product and service innovation. Consumers' willingness to buy and interest in products sold by MSMEs is increasing. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Durian Woke MSME product promotion on Instagram media. The effectiveness of advertising actions is measured using the AIDA concept (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). The research sample consisted of 53 people with active Instagram accounts who followed the Durian Woke Instagram account in the food sector which advertises on Instagram media. The data collection method uses a questionnaire as respondent data. The research results show that the effectiveness of Instagram social media as an advertising medium is beneficial for Durian Woke MSMEs in stimulating consumer interest in finding out about available products.

The social media that is most often used and very liked by Indonesians is Instagram. This research focuses on comments from Indonesian netizens on the Instagram account of a public figure named Fuji, which is currently trending in Indonesia because her vlogs and uploads attract a lot of attention from Indonesian netizens. This research aims to describe hate speech carried out by netizens posted in the comments column of Fuji's Instagram posts. The development of information and communication technology has encouraged the emergence of language crime cases, for example incitement, blasphemy, threats, spreading fake news (hoaxes), bribery, conspiracy, perjury, defamation including slander and insults. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using literature review. The results of this research were to find and analyze 5 hate speeches in the comments column of Fuji's Instagram account posts. There are several tweets from netizens which are included in illocutionary speech acts containing hate speech towards the content creator named Fuji Utami Putri on social media.

This research aims to find out how child maintenance cases (alimentation) are resolved by parents after divorce in the Gorontalo Religious Court and what the legal consequences are if parents do not carry out their child maintenance obligations (alimentation) after a divorce decision in the Gorontalo Religious Court. This research uses empirical research. This research is research originating from field observations and uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the case resolution process involves lawsuits, trials and mediation. If mediation fails, the Religious Court issues a decision. However, sometimes the losing party does not comply with the decision. Winners can request execution, including confiscation of property or salaries. In this case, the father is still obliged to support the child after the divorce, but implementation is problematic. Some fathers are reluctant to fulfill this obligation. The Religious Courts play an important role in enforcing this. Research emphasizes the protection of children's rights and law enforcement to fulfill post-divorce livelihoods. Meanwhile, the legal consequences of non-fulfillment of child maintenance (alimentation) by an ex-husband who does not comply with the decision, the party who wins in the trial can submit a request to the Chair of the Religious Court to force the implementation of the decision and carry out the execution. If within a certain time the ex-husband still does not comply with the decision, the winning party can ask for the ex-husband's property to be confiscated, but still pay attention to the father's financial condition.

This phenomenon of illegal cigarette distribution can still be found in the Pasuruan area. The characteristics of illegal cigarettes include, among other things, excise stamps not being attached to cigarette packs, fake excise stamps being attached to cigarette packs and/or affixing excise stamps that do not correspond to their intended purpose. The Directorate General of Customs and Excise has the authority to take action and investigate illegal cigarette dealers in accordance with Law Number 39 of 2007 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 1995 concerning Excise. The purpose of this research is to determine law enforcement against illegal cigarette dealers in the Pasuruan area by KPPBC Pasuruan. The research method used in this research is empirical juridical. Primary and secondary data were obtained through interviews with KPPBC Pasuruan enforcement and investigation section staff. The data analysis method is qualitative descriptive. The results of this research are that law enforcement carried out by KPPBC Pasuruan cannot be carried out optimally because in its implementation there are obstacles such as widespread distribution of cigarettes and a lack of officers. However, these various obstacles can be overcome with existing efforts.

This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with the aim of finding out the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 067090 Medan, as well as the problems of English teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 067090 Medan. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview, observation and documentation methods. The independent curriculum is an update that is motivated by increasingly advanced technology nowadays, and is also prepared as a strategy to mitigate the learning crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Apart from that, this curriculum also aims to provide freedom to both institutions and teachers in developing and managing curriculum and learning that is adapted to the characteristics of the educational unit and students so that they can explore their talents. Many schools have started implementing the independent curriculum in this new academic year. Therefore, various elements of education are required to adapt to this. This research aims to address the issues surrounding the allocation of employee benefits at TVRI Nusa Tenggara Timur. Currently, the decision-making process for benefits is solely based on recommendations from supervisors, without taking into consideration employee performance, potentially leading to social jealousy and suboptimal outcomes. In this study, we develop a Decision Support System (DSS) utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assess employee performance. AHP allows for a hierarchical and objective breakdown of multi-factor problems. The criteria used for evaluation include attendance, behavior, length of service, and dependents. It is expected that the implementation of this DSS will enhance transparency and objectivity in decision-making, minimize employee dissatisfaction, and provide a more robust basis for benefit allocation decisions. This research offers practical contributions to human resource management and decision-making at TVRI Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Extracurricular activities are an integral part of every educational institution throughout a year of learning. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.

The use of the internet by students as a means of facilitating their activities and survival through social media has become a trend. The integration between the internet and social networks facilitates online product learning, especially in the context of online shopping. Students' consumption patterns, especially fashion products, have increased in line with their desire to follow the trends of today's young people. Fashion and appearance are the main focus for students, viewing it as an important aspect in showing identity and social status. Students' involvement in using the internet, especially for shopping, has changed their lifestyle significantly. Public consumption trends are influenced by students' online shopping behavior, which is not only based on needs, but also for personal pleasure and lifestyle. This can lead to consumer behavior, where individuals develop purchasing habits to satisfy themselves and increase prestige as a form of demonstrating socio-economic status. E-commerce, as a result of the development of Information Technology systems, has become an important means of meeting consumer needs. Factors such as price, level of trust, time freedom, and product variety influence students' online purchasing intentions. The wide variety of products online is an attraction, while trust is the basis for a mutually beneficial relationship between online sellers and buyers. This research uses a qualitative approach to get an in-depth picture of the impact of e-commerce on student consumption behavior. The research results show that student consumer behavior, especially in terms of online shopping, is influenced by factors such as trust, convenience and security. Trust in e-commerce is a key factor in growing students' buying interest.

The aim of entrepreneurship education is to develop attitudes, enthusiasm and the ability to create something of value for oneself and others. Creative, innovative, independent, leadership, good money management and never giving up are entrepreneurial attitudes that must be instilled in children from an early age. As followers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW we need to learn from his figure as an entrepreneur. Where in his journey as an entrepreneur, Rasulullah successfully proved that to start a business one does not have to have money first, there are other elements that are more important than that, namely that one must have the right entrepreneurial mentality. The purpose of this article is to analyze the importance of entrepreneurship education instilled from elementary school age in an Islamic perspective. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature-based approach. Qualitative research relies on the collection and analysis of non-numerical data (such as text, video, or audio) to understand concepts, opinions, or results. Entrepreneurship education taught at elementary school level is believed to be able to reduce children's consumption habits, train them to create something of value and give birth to the next generation to create jobs in the future.

The financial condition of a company is accurately and transparently reflected in its financial statements, so the company needs to pay attention to the principles of Financial Standards (SAK) in business combinations. The presentation and recognition of goodwill by PT Astra International Tbk. must comply with applicable financial accounting standards, in order to create good financial statements and facilitate users in understanding the contents of the financial statements. The purpose of this study is to find out how PT Astra International Tbk. applies the principles of presentation and disclosure of financial accounting standards in its financial statements for business combinations. The data collection method used in this study is secondary data in the form of consolidated reports for the period 2020 to 2022. The results of this study indicate that the presentation of PT Astra International Tbk's financial statements has complied with generally applicable standards and has presented the results of business combination activities in the form of goodwill recording by PT Astra International Tbk amounting to Rp824 billion in its financial statements.

Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung coffee shop is one of the coffee shops established in Lubuk Basung and has many customers. Based on observations made by the Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung Coffee shop, it has several problems, including instability in the number of orders, consumers do not get an attractive impression when visiting, consumers only focus on one product so they do not recognize the Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung Coffee shop brand, Teras Muzaka Coffee shop Lubuk Basung is not yet the main choice for consumers and there is a tendency for consumers to compare Teras Muzaka with other competing coffee shops.This type of research is classified as a quantitative research method with a causal associative approach. This research was conducted to see whether there is an influence of Brand Awareness on purchasing decisions at Teraz Muzaka Lubuk Basung, as well as to see the relationship between these two variables. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula. The number of samples used was 377 respondents.Based on the research conducted, the following results were obtained: the level of respondents' achievement in the Brand awareness variable was 64% in the not good category and the purchasing decision variable was 73% in the quite good category. The results of the simple linear regression test obtained a calculated F value of 61.318 with Sig 0.000 < 0.05, so regression can be used. This means that brand awareness has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The result of the regression coefficient equation is 0.538 with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. The R square value is 0.138, meaning that the Brand awareness variable has an influence of 13.8% on purchasing decisions at the Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung Coffee shop and 86.2% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

This research aims to evaluate strategies for marketing MSME products using IS in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using the literature method. The results of this research show that the use of IS in marketing MSME products has several significant benefits, such as increasing online visibility, enabling personalization in product offerings, and facilitating interaction with customers via digital platforms. This research provides a more in-depth view of how MSMEs can utilize IS to market their products in the digital era. The practical implication is that MSMEs need to invest time and resources in understanding and implementing IS in their marketing strategies, while also paying attention to the challenges that may arise. In this way, MSMEs can maximize their potential in marketing their products effectively and competing in an increasingly competitive digital market.

Background: The percentage of coverage for babies aged 0–6 months who receive exclusive breastfeeding at the Gunung Pati Health Centre in Semarang is 70.29%; this figure is still lower than the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in Semarang City (71.9%). Providing education using the video method in the context of health education is considered more capable and effective in changing one's knowledge or attitude. The research aims to determine the effect of video media education on the knowledge and attitudes of breastfeeding mothers regarding exclusive breastfeeding at the Gunung Pati Community Health Centre, Semarang. Methodology: This quantitative study used a quasi-experimental research design using a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The research was conducted in July 2023. The study population consisted of 53 mothers breastfeeding babies aged 0–3 months, and using the Solin formula, a total sample of 37 respondents was obtained. The intervention was carried out by giving a video (5 minutes in duration) and was carried out two times, 1 week apart. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis (paired sample t test). Results: The average score on knowledge before and after the intervention has increased by 12.38. While the average score on attitudes before and after being given the intervention increased by 19.46, The statistical test showed that the provision of education using video media had an effect on the level of knowledge and attitudes of mothers about exclusive breastfeeding (p-value = 0.001, namely < 0.05), so that it could be said that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Conclusion: There is an influence of EDO (video media education) on mothers' knowledge and attitudes about exclusive breastfeeding. So that the provision of education using video media is important and useful for breastfeeding mothers to increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding.
