This research examines Islamic monetary policy, covering its theoretical foundations, implementation in various countries, and its impact and effectiveness. Islamic monetary policy, based on sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury, emphasis on the real sector, and profit-sharing principles, aims to create economic stability and socio-economic justice. Its implementation varies across countries, with some nations fully adopting Islamic financial systems and others using hybrid models. The research method used is a literature review involving the collection, analysis, and synthesis of various secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and relevant research reports. The results show that Islamic monetary policy is effective in controlling inflation, promoting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing financial stability. However, challenges remain in terms of standardizing practices across countries and integration with the global financial system. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in Islamic financial instruments and increased international cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic monetary policy in the future.

Regional development is the driving force for national development, which makes regional governments the planners to carry out various kinds of economic transformation for the welfare of the existing society. Broadly speaking, the components that must be discussed in the regional macroeconomic analysis concern economic production and income, growth, unemployment, inflation, employment, external trade relations, financial institutions, regional finance, and poverty or social welfare. Deficit funding for the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) is an important challenge for the government in maintaining fiscal stability and supporting development policies. In order to find an effective funding alternative, the issuance of state bonds has become an option. This study aims to analyze the position of issuing state bonds as an alternative to funding the state budget deficit. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach by collecting data from various related sources. The analysis was carried out through a literature review, data from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, and regulations regarding the issuance of Government Bonds. The results of the study show that the issuance of state bonds has several benefits as an alternative to financing the state budget deficit, namely diversifying government funding sources, reducing dependence on tax revenues and other income, providing flexibility in the schedule of interest and principal payments, in accordance with the government's financial capacity, attracting investor participation. institutional and retail, increasing financial market liquidity. APBN Deficit Funding is dominated by State Bonds, which of course the issuance of state bonds as an instrument for funding the APBN deficit makes fiscal space narrow. When the space for fiscal movement becomes limited, it means that the government faces limitations in collecting revenue or in managing government spending.

Mr. Joko Widodo, The President of the Republic of Indonesia, has recently been inseparable from various hot issues that have been debated in the community during his tenure for two terms. In recent years, there have been  discussions for postponing elections  made by a range of political figures, and people who support the issue. The big impact caused by this discourse includes demonstrations and resistance from the community. The stability of a country is also affected by an increasingly tense political situation. The danger of democracy allowing its people's freedom to speak raises political turmoil, which can undermine the values of constitutional sovereignty and democracy. The article investigates Indonesia's laws governing the delay of national elections and the recommendations for the implementation of the discourse on postponing the general election against the sovereignty of the constitution and democracy as well as the consequences of its implementation. The study's methodology is normative juridical with a legislative and conceptual focus. Data were gathered through a literature review of secondary legal materials, such as the general election law, secondary sources in the form of journals and books, and tertiary sources in the form of articles from websites. The conclusion of the findings of this article in the form of a constitution does not regulate or require the prorogation of the general elected. However, to strive for the agenda, there is a method of forming a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law that involves a mismatch in the periodization of the position of state stakeholder described in the 1945 Constitution and is an indication of contraindications to constitutional sovereignty. Constitutional amendments are the second option that can pose a threat to the sustainability of electoral principles that are part of a form of democratic sovereignty.

The occurrence of the '19 covid pandemic requires people to reduce activities, and even stop outdoor activities as an effort from policies carried out by the government to stop the spread of '19 covid. But of course, this policy makes people confused, especially people who have jobs that require them to leave the house and do outdoor activities. Not only that, the country's unstable economic condition also makes many companies in Indonesia decide to terminate their cooperation with employees unilaterally to maintain the financial stability of their companies. Therefore, during the pandemic, so much new unemployment was caused by layoffs. But because of this, many people have lost their jobs and those who lack the ability and skills in a field of work are forced to enter a job, or maybe it cannot also be called a job, namely begging, and one form of beggar today is street clowns. This research will focus on the figure of street clowns at the Mastrip Roundabout Red Light, as well as the background that makes them eventually become street clowns. This research is a research that uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, and the theoretical basis used is the theory of Social Action proposed by Max Weber. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation.

Ankle injuries are among the most common injuries experienced by adolescent soccer players, often caused by poor stability and neuromuscular control. Ankle instability not only affects athletic performance but also increases the risk of recurrent injuries. One effective preventive and rehabilitative approach is dynamic balance training, such as the Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT). This study aimed to analyze the effect of education and SEBT exercises on ankle stability enhancement in U-15 soccer players at SSB Mandiri Medan. This research employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach, involving 20 male participants aged 13–15 years. The SEBT training program was conducted for four weeks, with a frequency of three sessions per week. Ankle stability was measured using reach distances in all eight directions of SEBT and the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test to compare pre- and post-intervention results. The findings showed a significant improvement in SEBT reach scores (p < 0.05) and increased CAIT scores, indicating enhanced functional ankle stability. These results suggest that structured education and SEBT training can serve as an effective strategy for injury prevention and performance enhancement in young soccer athletes.

Topography in Papua is generally an area consisting of mountains and valleys that have various slopes. Means of transportation was planned in such a way that it had to go through the slope. One of them is on the New Furia Kotaraja road section. On this road section, the slope is cut so that the road is made safe and comfortable for motorists to pass. However, at several points there was damage to the road body which was identified as a landslide, namely the formation of an avalanche crown on the surface of the road body. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the stability of the slopes in order to obtain ways to overcome them. Analysis of slope stability on the New Furia Kotaraja road section used the GeoStudio 2007 Slope/W assist program and manually used the Fellenius method. From the analysis that has been carried out, given the condition of the road load and pore water pressure, it can be concluded that the slopes on the New Furia Kotaraja road section Km 0+000 – 0+520 are unstable slopes because according to the results of the calculation of the slope safety factor based on the Fellenius formula, namely 0.589, according to Bowles, the slope is unstable if the factor of safety is less than 1.07. Thus, the slopes on the Baru Furia Kotaraja Km 0+520 road section need to be treated in the form of a box cover / culvert, with a surface depth of 280 cm box coler because at that depth it has a rather dense soil type, silty sand, and a channel is also planned. square type drainage with dimensions (b = 2.00 ; h = 1.70 m ) to drain water discharge (Q = 0.68 m3/s), the slope becomes stable because the slope safety factor changes to 1.259 which according to Bowles's opinion the slope is included stable when the factor of safety is above 1.25.

One way to improve the quality of life for the elderly is to do physical exercise. Physical exercise can maintain or improve flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, strength and balance. Several studies show that physical exercise has a consistent effect in reducing the risk of falls in healthy older adults. Kuptniratsaikul's research in 2009-2010 showed that simple balance exercises carried out by elderly people with a history of falls could reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly and significantly improve body balance. A 2017 Cuevas meta-analysis study showed that balance training programs showed the greatest effect in reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. For elderly people who are not yet able to do balance exercises independently, they need assistance from professional staff. Elderly people are an age group that is vulnerable to falls. The aim of implementing this service is to detect the risk of falls in the elderly and provide assistance with balance exercises as an effort to prevent the risk of falls in the elderly. Falls occur due to an unintentional loss of balance which results in failure of postural stability, or an unexpected and sudden change which results in the position landing on the floor . Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, weak or active state), existing diseases (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, strength muscle, visual disturbances, etc.). The output targets to be achieved include publication of accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using the Time Up and Go Test and continued by providing balance training, so that elderly people who are at risk of falling can be identified as early as possible so that providing balance training can maintain and improve the elderly's body balance.

Being a professional librarian does not use the palms of the hands but it takes a lot of effort to achieve this, including the importance of social interaction in association to have a humanist face, which means that a librarian must be able to provide excellent service to users, so that librarians will gain the trust of their users. Librarians must also apply 3S etiquette (simple, harmonious, and polite) as well as to form a superior, inclusive, and humanist person who at least has POWER, namely, positive attitude, other people, words, expand, and realize. It is expected that librarians are able to maintain the stability of the quality of library services.

The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies of the G20 countries in anticipating the threat of the global crisis in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach to be able to describe in depth. The G-20 believes that a solution to the economic crisis requires continuous global cooperation. Through this collaboration, the best ways to resolve the crisis are formulated, both what must be done by each member country of the G-20 and what must be done by and through international financial institutions. In addition, being in the G-20 provides an opportunity for Indonesia to take a closer look at how developed countries make policies and then implement them in Indonesia if deemed good and appropriate. Each country must pursue a number of policies in an effort to respond to the crisis through fiscal stimulus, stimulate recovery of economic growth again in the crisis era, and then strive for economic stability that is resistant to similar crises in the future through strengthening the domestic financial sector.
