The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the pandemic on the stability of the financial industry. After a disaster or disease outbreak in a region, the stabilization and recovery of various financial institutions will have a very important role in the overall economic recovery. Moreover, recently there has been a global disease outbreak (Covid-19) which has impacted the economies of various countries, including various financial institutions. This study uses a panel data approach and two estimation procedures, namely fixed effect and OLS to measure the impact of the pandemic on financial industry stability. Panel data used to measure the impact of natural disasters and disease outbreaks on the financial stability of the financial industry is fairly new to the research field, and provides valuable insights for policymakers and industry professionals. The results showed that natural disasters and outbreaks have a significant impact on the financial stability of the financial industry, and these have varying impacts depending on the type of disaster, country, and institution. From the findings of this study, the authors suggest that policymakers consider implementing new measures to mitigate the impact that will arise by improving risk management practices and increasing capital requirements for the financial industry. Future research is expected to focus on developing more comprehensive datasets to improve analysis and understanding of future impacts.

Sumenep Regency has cultural diversity, which is supported by a culture of social life that is different from other districts in Madura.  In accordance with government policy in developing tourism, especially in Sumenep Regency, it is necessary to have a guideline for a directed and integrated development plan. Tourist objects that are interesting to visit besides being good attractions also need an orderly and neat arrangement, especially from a physical point of view.  In addition, the need for tour packages that are supported by travel agencies, travel agent services, and tour guides. In this study "Strategy for Development of the Lombang Beach Tourism Area, Sumenep Regency" uses SWOT ( Strength , Weakness, Opportunity and Threat )  analysis as an effort to solve problems using a quantitative approach with the type of research in the form of case studies. The Lombang Beach tourism development strategy is seen from the internal factors which are still dominant in having weaknesses in Lombang beach tourism objects, so the stability strategy is the current choice, namely reducing the weak factors gradually according to the existing priority criteria so that the weaknesses disappear and turn into  strength.  While the internal factors that become strengths must be maintained.

The research aims to find out the history of development and monetary policy of the Central Bank of Indonesia in financial stability. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study research method through literature study. The results of this study explain that the Central Bank is an institution that has an important role in the economy of a nation, especially in the fields of monetary, finance and banking. The purpose of the central bank as stated in the Indonesian Law No. 23 Year 1999 Chapter 3 Article 7 is to achieve and maintain rupiah stability. Another role of Bank Indonesia is in terms of channeling money, especially currency or paper and metal where Bank Indonesia has the sole right to distribute currency. Bank Indonesia has three pillars which are its three areas of duties: setting and implementing monetary policy, regulating and maintaining a smooth payment system, and regulating and supervising banking in Indonesia.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contribute greatly to Indonesia's economic growth. To achieve a stable and sustainable economy, it is necessary to support solid macroeconomic stability. Empowerment of the real sector, especially the development of MSMEs. The purpose of this KKN activity is to provide branding and digital marketing management assistance for MSMEs in the Wonorejo Village. The partners in the thematic real work lecture program in the Wonorejo Sub-District are beginner MSMEs and have been starting a business for several months. The problems faced by MSMEs are digital marketing, packaging is still made in a simple way, and confusion about how to do branding. This problem arises because of the limited knowledge possessed by MSME actors, and the limited ability to use devices. This MSME actor mentoring activity aims to increase the knowledge and abilities of MSME actors in developing their business. MSME actors are given an understanding of the use of e-commerce and the importance of using technology in MSME product development so that they can increase income.

Interfaith marriage is a complex issue and often becomes a subject of debate in Indonesian society. In both legal and religious contexts, this type of marriage faces various challenges, particularly from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and the Indonesian Marriage Law. This journal aims to analyze the problems surrounding interfaith marriage in Indonesia by examining Islamic legal views, regulatory frameworks, and the resulting social implications. From the fiqh perspective, the majority of scholars agree that a Muslim woman is not permitted to marry a non-Muslim man, whereas the marriage of a Muslim man to a woman from the People of the Book (Ahl al-Kitab) remains a topic of debate, depending on social context and public interest (maslahah). This reflects how Islamic law prioritizes the stability of faith (aqidah), household leadership, and the continuation of religious values in the upbringing of children. From the standpoint of national law, Indonesia’s Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 places the validity of a marriage under the religious laws of the respective parties, making it difficult for interfaith marriages to be officially registered. As a result, such couples often face administrative barriers, issues in inheritance law, child custody rights, and social discrimination. This study concludes that a fair and constructive approach is necessary in addressing this issue, while preserving religious principles and maintaining social harmony in Indonesian society.

However, the problem we identified with the village's economy is the need for home industry-based businesses that utilize the main crops to be sold as ready-to-consume products. On this occasion, we want to develop the sale of shallot products to increase the economic stability of the Ngadiboyo Village community. Community service is carried out with a mentoring method through attracting community participation. Assistance to attract participation is focused on developing sales through social media, product photos, and e-commerce. Sales development activities on shallot products are one of the activities to help increase community sales. Implementing this activity is expected to increase sales to help the economy. Therefore, this community service activity is hoped to change the community of shallot product sellers.

Pacal Dam as one of the infrastructures that has an important role in the life of the people of Bojonegoro Regency. Pacal Dam is one of the providers of water resources in meeting the needs of the surrounding community in irrigation and agriculture aspects. In addition, the Pacal Dam is also a water conservation medium which is one of the efforts to reduce surface runoff originating from the upstream of the river so that flooding does not occur downstream. Therefore, in planning, it is necessary to accurately calculate the stability of the weir. Spiral stability calculations are carried out to determine whether the weir is stable enough to withstand the external forces that occur. Factors that can affect stability include the weight of the weir, active and passive earth pressure forces, and the resulting uplift. In the stability analysis of the Pancal Dam, it was found that under normal conditions the SF (safety factor) result was 1.6082822, while in flood conditions the SF result was 1.55237, where the SF value was > 1.5 so it can be concluded that the weir planning has been able to withstand the overturning moment caused by water pressure, soil, and uplift pressure in flood conditions.

Financial bookkeeping in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas is crucial to effectively manage finances and improve the quality of financial reports. However, many MSMEs operators are reluctant to engage in financial bookkeeping due to perceiving it as a cumbersome process. Nizam Jaya is one of the MSMEs located in the Ngampungan Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency, and it specializes in banana chips production. Nizam Jaya faces challenges in promoting their business through word-of-mouth and using traditional and manual bookkeeping methods. Hence, the students of the Community Service Program (KKN) Thematic 5 conducted a bookkeeping awareness campaign using an easily understandable approach for the villagers. The aim of this service is to assist Nizam Jaya in improving their bookkeeping practices, maintaining price stability, increasing sales, and introducing their banana chips product to the broader market.

This journal discusses the problems and prospects associated with realizing a sustainable green economy in an effort to achieve long-term economic and environmental stability. Dependence on fossil energy, pollution and poor waste management are the problems. However, supportive public policies, green industry development, and technological advances for renewable energy open up opportunities. Renewable energy, sustainable transportation and waste management are areas that can generate long-term economic and environmental benefits. This research provides insights for stakeholders to implement green economic practices, which will generate long-term benefits such as better environmental quality, economic resilience, and community welfare. To achieve the goals of sustainable development and to build an eco-friendly and sustainable economy for future generations, all parties must work together.

A good receivables policy can also help reduce credit risk and improve business license requirements. In conclusion, this article highlights how important it is to use asset management, cost control, and receivables policies to improve a company's financial performance, especially in difficult situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of cargo control at KM Madani Nusantara at Parepare Port, causing over load and over dimension in relation to ship stability and safety. PT. Prima Vista is a private shipping company engaged in the transportation of goods and services, especially passenger and vehicle transportation services. Along with the demands of today's modern society, transportation, especially sea transportation related to passenger safety and passenger service, has experienced many developments in terms of the quality and safety of modern, fast sea transportation which is no less important than the demands for comfort while on a cruise. km. Madani Nusantara is one of the Ro-Ro ships owned by PT. Prima Vista which connects Sulawesi and Kalimantan. This study uses a descriptive method that describes certain events that occurred in KM Madani Nusantara. The writer on this ship works as a captain. The results of this study indicate that in the control of cargo on the KM Madani Nusantara ship there is often a load that is not in accordance with the specified capacity or known as over loading and over dimension which is abbreviated as ODOL so that it can cause the ship to tilt.

This article discusses the strategies or methods of school principals in improving the quality of education. Various ways are done so that the quality of education can be increased. So how to improve the quality of education in educational institutions? It is on this basis that this article was created in order to find out ways to improve the quality of education, starting from strategies, obstacles to solutions to overcome them. The research method used was in the form of an interview method in which data analysis techniques were used to describe each problem that triggered the students' lack of interest in reading. It can be concluded that improving the quality of education is quite a challenge for educational institutions. Because from there you can measure the level of educational stability in schools.

This article discusses the analysis of the development of fiscal policy in the perspective of Islamic economics. fiscal policy is a fiscal policy is a policy made by the government with the aim of regulating income and expenditure in the country in order to maintain stability and encourage economic growth. In Islamic economics, fiscal policy is intended as a tool to create a goal in accordance with sharia principles. What can be said that the objectives of sharia are: maintaining the welfare and security of society, life, maintaining faith, wealth, intellect, and ownership. In Islamic economics there are principles that must be obeyed in carrying out fiscal policy according to sharia / according to Islam. One of these principles is the principle of muamalah, where every Muslim will be freed in terms of carrying out an activity or business activity that has been made obligatory in Islam.    

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a regulator of the money management sector, especially the financial sector, must adequately equip its capabilities to properly implement and support financial management sector activities. economic growth. OJK has a position in managing Islamic banks. The description of Islamic commercial banks is very important because they are only marginal in accelerating the development of the financial economy, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Authority carries out the functions, duties, authority to regulate and control activities in the financial sector in an integrated, independent and responsible manner, particularly in the world of banking. The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. In conclusion: First, other parties do not interfere with the independence of OJK in its regulation and are found to be inseparable from government interference. Such deals can lead to government intervention. Second, the role of OJK in regulating and supervising banks related to the regulation and supervision of micro stability is very broad. Third, OJK's role in consumer protection is to inform and educate the public about the good quality of the financial sector, its services and products. Stop if it can harm consumers. The research method used is a literature review involving the collection, analysis, and synthesis of various secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and relevant research reports. The results show that Islamic monetary policy is effective in controlling inflation, promoting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing financial stability. However, challenges remain in terms of standardizing practices across countries and integration with the global financial system. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in Islamic financial instruments and increased international cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic monetary policy in the future.

Regional development is the driving force for national development, which makes regional governments the planners to carry out various kinds of economic transformation for the welfare of the existing society. Deficit funding for the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) is an important challenge for the government in maintaining fiscal stability and supporting development policies. In order to find an effective funding alternative, the issuance of state bonds has become an option. This study aims to analyze the position of issuing state bonds as an alternative to funding the state budget deficit. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach by collecting data from various related sources. The analysis was carried out through a literature review, data from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, and regulations regarding the issuance of Government Bonds. The results of the study show that the issuance of state bonds has several benefits as an alternative to financing the state budget deficit, namely diversifying government funding sources, reducing dependence on tax revenues and other income, providing flexibility in the schedule of interest and principal payments, in accordance with the government's financial capacity, attracting investor participation. institutional and retail, increasing financial market liquidity. APBN Deficit Funding is dominated by State Bonds, which of course the issuance of state bonds as an instrument for funding the APBN deficit makes fiscal space narrow. When the space for fiscal movement becomes limited, it means that the government faces limitations in collecting revenue or in managing government spending.

In recent years, there have been  discussions for postponing elections  made by a range of political figures, and people who support the issue. The big impact caused by this discourse includes demonstrations and resistance from the community. The stability of a country is also affected by an increasingly tense political situation. The danger of democracy allowing its people's freedom to speak raises political turmoil, which can undermine the values of constitutional sovereignty and democracy. The article investigates Indonesia's laws governing the delay of national elections and the recommendations for the implementation of the discourse on postponing the general election against the sovereignty of the constitution and democracy as well as the consequences of its implementation. The study's methodology is normative juridical with a legislative and conceptual focus. Data were gathered through a literature review of secondary legal materials, such as the general election law, secondary sources in the form of journals and books, and tertiary sources in the form of articles from websites. The conclusion of the findings of this article in the form of a constitution does not regulate or require the prorogation of the general elected. However, to strive for the agenda, there is a method of forming a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law that involves a mismatch in the periodization of the position of state stakeholder described in the 1945 Constitution and is an indication of contraindications to constitutional sovereignty. Constitutional amendments are the second option that can pose a threat to the sustainability of electoral principles that are part of a form of democratic sovereignty.

The research entitled Functions of Gala Music in Tubo Village, Ternate City, North Maluku Province aims to discover how Gala music functions in Tubo Village, North Maluku Province. Along with the times, Gala Music in Ternate is no longer played for ritual activities, for example, wedding ceremonies, circumcisions, or picking up guests, but only for performances as public entertainment. Habits and traditions began to shift with the advent of modern music so that slowly the old customs or rituals rarely involved Gala music anymore. The theory used as a reference in this study is the Function Theory and the Sociology of Art approach. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies with the acquisition of data encountered both directly and indirectly understood and evaluated. The existence of gala music continues to grow in the current generation. The results showed that the function of Gala music in the Tubo Village was a function of emotional expression, a function of appreciating aesthetics, entertainment function, communication function, symbolic function, a function of physical response and bodily reaction, a function of validating social institutions, a function related to social norms, a function of continuity of culture and function of integrating society. With the existing developments, Gala music is played in collaboration with the music of Togal, Lala and several other traditional musics. This indicates that Gala music is present to meet the community's cultural needs so that it greatly influences cultural stability in the City of Ternate, especially in the Tubo Village.
