The background of this thesis is based on the role of pretrial which functions as a social control mechanism, its implementation in Indonesia still often experiences violations. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an in-depth analysis to identify the causes of these violations and find solutions to increase the effectiveness of pre-trials in protecting the rights of individuals who are disadvantaged in the application of criminal law in Indonesia. The problem formulation for this thesis is How pre-trial arrangements are made in positive law in Indonesia ? and What is the function and role of pretrial in criminal law enforcement in Indonesia? The research method for this thesis is Normative Juridical where the author examines phenomena related to Pre-Trial from the aspects of Legislation and Legal Principles. The results of this thesis research are that pretrial arrangements in the criminal justice system in Indonesia are regulated in Law No. 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code. Pretrial, in accordance with Article 1 point (10) in conjunction with Article 77 of the Criminal Procedure Code, is the authority of the district court to examine and decide on several matters, including whether or not an arrest and detention is legal, the termination of an investigation or prosecution, as well as requests for compensation or rehabilitation. Pretrial has an important role in maintaining the balance of law enforcement powers and individual rights in enforcing criminal law. Its main function is to control law enforcement actions and procedures, ensuring justice and compliance with applicable laws. Pretrial is also closely related to the principle of Habeas Corpus which guarantees that a person must not be detained without a valid reason and must be immediately brought to justice. Through pretrial proceedings, individuals can protect themselves from arbitrary actions by law enforcement and seek redress if their rights are violated. Pretrial and the principle of Habeas Corpus together form an important part of the criminal law system in Indonesia which focuses on justice and the protection of human rights.

Spinal anesthesia is the choice for Transurethral Resection of Prostate (TURP) procedures. TURP is a surgical procedure performed for patients with prostatic hyperplasia. When a TURP procedure is performed, excessive fluid absorption will occur because during the procedure the injured area causes the vein to open and irrigation fluid will be absorbed. The position of the surgical procedure in the lithotomy position makes the situation worse. Spinal anesthesia helps peripheral blood collection and reduces circulatory overload, early detection of TURP syndrome and bladder perforation. In this case, the procedure was carried out on a 67 year old man with a diagnosis of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) with a TURP surgical procedure. The patient was composmentis, ASA III. The patient underwent spinal anesthesia with a sub arachnoid block using Bupivacaine. During TURP procedures, TURP syndrome can occur which is influenced by the use of fluid as irrigation to widen the operator's field of view. Saline fluid should be used, but because it is expensive, H2O is often used as irrigation fluid. A complication of the TURP procedure is TURP syndrome

A house is a basic human need, many people are rarely able to save in cash due to rising house prices. By providing pawn products (Home Ownership Credit), the Bank acts as a mediator between the interests of home buyers and sellers in this situation. However, Muslims are not allowed to use the usury transaction interest system used by mainstream banks. For Muslims who want interest-free financial services, the rise of Islamic banking is a good thing. However, the fact that sharia banking has not been able to match conventional banks in Indonesia is proof that the majority of Muslim communities there do not have full confidence in using sharia banks. Based on this, the author looks at and discusses how murabahah contracts are used in sharia finance at the Bank Sumut Syariah Lubuk Pakam Branch Office. The rapid expansion of digital platforms has transformed the issuance of fatwa in Southeast Asia, enabling Islamic legal opinions to be accessed widely and quickly. This shift challenges traditional patterns of religious authority, which were previously centered around formal institutions and face-to-face scholarly deliberation. While digital fatwa mechanisms enhance accessibility and responsiveness, they also raise concerns about legitimacy, legal accuracy, and public trust. This study examines the effectiveness of digital fatwa issuance mechanisms in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brunei Darussalam, using a qualitative comparative research approach. Data were collected through content analysis of official digital fatwa portals, focusing on accessibility, authority, validation, and legal consistency. The findings reveal that digital platforms increase access speed and broaden public reach, enabling religious institutions to address emerging legal issues more effectively. However, variations in verification procedures and legitimacy frameworks across countries reflect differences in governance and state involvement. Key challenges include the authentication of mufti authority, standardization of ijtihad methodologies, and consistency in legal substance. Digital fatwa contribute to improving Islamic legal literacy but risk authority fragmentation due to the proliferation of digital sources. The study concludes that integrating the efficiency of digital platforms with the authoritative safeguards of traditional institutions is crucial for developing an accountable model of digital fatwa governance.

The growth of many taxable entrepreneurs (PKP) is proof of good economic growth for a country. However, sometimes many entrepreneurs do not know the procedures for paying taxes, the amount of tax that must be paid, which requires them to consult a financial consultant. The increasing number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is a new face in the economic sector, which indicates that the economy is getting better. Unfortunately, this is not comparable to their knowledge of calculating the amount of tax that must be paid. Based on this, financial consultants have a big role to play in helping those who are still confused about the amount of tax that must be paid.
